I’ve been wanting to write a My Bieber Experience for so…

Go here to read the rest:

I’ve been wanting to write a My Bieber Experience for so long and I’ve finally been blessed to get the chance to do so. My friend Itze and I have been chasing Justin constantly throughout LA, sometimes catching a glimpse, but never in arms length of him. On September 6, 2013, after 4 years of trying, we swore that if we didn’t find him that night we would give up. Sounds harsh, but we had missed him so many times, we thought maybe it wasn’t meant to be. I read an article earlier that day showing Justin leaving a studio off of Sunset Blvd., and since he had been tweeting about working on music the previous nights, we hoped he would be there again. We got there around 9pm and the place was completely empty. There was a strip club across the street, a Burger King on the corner, and creepy men walking back and forth, so thank God we met a couple of beliebers there and weren’t alone. A couple hours went by and around 11pm we began saying goodbye to our new friends, when suddenly a white car zoomed by us bumping some turn up music into the studio driveway. We started dancing but went completely still when a blacked-out Escalade following it slowed down in front of us. After a few seconds it sped into the driveway too. In total, there were 5 of us, and we were confused but it all changed when Justin’s bodyguard came out, looked around, then said, “You guys, come here.” No second thoughts, we just followed this huge stranger into the studio driveway (which I don’t recommend doing any other day lol). He led us to the gate and told us to wait there. We could see the Escalade on the other side and immediately started hyperventilating. He was in the car, we just knew it. Then Justin came out of the car and was walking towards us with his 2 bodyguards, Khalil & someone else who immediately asked for all our phones. Justin walked through the gate to greet us and said, “What’s up guys? Should I leave my hair down like this or put it to the side?” He flipped his hair and no one said anything. I was so scared that it would turn awkward so I said, “It looks perfect either way.” He looked right at me, and said, “Thank you so much.” I was in shock and couldn’t believe I was talking to Justin. Everyone was still quiet and I didn’t know what to do so I stuck my hand out and said, “I’m Kimberly.” He shook my hand and said, “Nice to meet you Kimberly” and everyone else introduced themselves. He was so nice and we all tried really hard to be cool but we were actually shitting ourselves. The guy who took our phones told us right away that he was going to take our pictures in the order he had our phones, so when it was my turn I walked up to Justin and he flipped his hair again and put his arm around me. The guy was struggling to focus my camera since it was dark out (and Justin said he didn’t want flash) so Justin said something like, “Stupid phone” and laughed a little which shows in my picture. I kinda just stared at him after we took the picture then asked for a hug. Again, it was so surreal. Someone called him and we all just stared at him while he was on the phone for a few minutes. Totally weird but when he hung up someone thanked him for everything he’s done for us and said it was the best day of our lives and he smiled and said, “No, it’s the best day of MY life!” and he hugged her and began to walk back to the gate. We knew he had to go back and record and we didn’t want to seem annoying so we just began gushing, “Thank you’s and Goodbye’s.” I was the last person he walked by before getting last the gate and I asked him if we could take one last picture. I had my phone so I tried taking a selfie with him but my hand was actually shaking and I said “Sorry” out loud and he just smiled and touched my phone screen so it would focus. I said thank you again and he walked away and that was it. We actually met him, talked to him and got hugs. I can’t express how thankful I am for him and his humility and the amazing friends I’ve made because of him. If you ever see this Justin, thank you so much. To any other belieber who has never met him, don’t give up. I had been trying to meet him since ‘09 but it finally happened. Keep trying. It is so worth it in the end. -Kimberly @kimbooooly Continue reading here: I’ve been wanting to write a My Bieber Experience for so…

August 15, 2013, was the best day of my life. I woke up not…

Original post:

August 15, 2013, was the best day of my life. I woke up not knowing what was going to happen later that day so my mom and I drove around the city “Bieber hunting.” I kept telling her how I want to meet Justin before the summer was over and she thought I was CRAZY. I was so serious. It got to the point that I started stalking every LA belieber’s Twitter profile to see if they knew anything. I usually never find things out but I wanted this so badly and I finally got the location of the Lolly music video set. I called my friend Marlene and told her to come over ASAP and she thought I was crazy too but I made her. Us two and my other friend Kristeen drove around until we found the place (the Rolls Royce parked out front gave it away). We walked straight into the set, heard Lolly playing and a guard asked us what we wanted. We told him we were there for Justin and he said, “There’s no Justin here. This is a bar mitzvah!” As he said that to us, a group of the 12 year old dancers passed behind him and we told him he can’t lie now. He blew up on us and threatened to call the police if we don’t get off the property, so we waited across the street. We waited for about 15 minutes and started to get annoyed because of how hot it was. Then we noticed Justin’s black range rover coming into the lot and Ryan and Chaz walked out. We didn’t want to say anything but instead went to the security to ask when Justin was coming. He also got annoyed and told us to get back to our car. We turned around to walk back to the car and Justin’s baby blue Ferrari was in our way! We walked to the side of Justin’s car and before we can say anything, he rolled down the window and him and Za told us to listen to his new music! Za took our phones away so we couldn’t record and gave them to security. He opened the phones to make sure we weren’t recording and it was awkward because my phone background was a shirtless picture of Justin haha. We were listening to the first song and my cousin asked him if we can take pictures with him after and he said, “Yeah of course!” The song was about dancing and all I remember was that it was AMAZING. I don’t remember when I said it but I told Justin that I love his tattoos and he smiled at me. Marlene asked when Heartbreaker was gonna be released and he said, “I don’t know!” and the three of us yelled, “SOON” and him and Za started laughing. After that song finished, he told us, “Listen to this one. It’s called, What’s Hatnin!” We told him it sounded like The Weeknd and he said, “Oh yeah? Thanks.” We tried to talk to Justin but every time we said something, he would say things like, “Listen listen, I like this part” or “Wait the chorus is my favorite part.. keep listening!” They told us to dance so we danced and Za was staring at us awkwardly while Justin was nodding his head to the music. That’s when I realized… THIS IS UNREAL. I turned to Kristeen and said, “We’re currently chilling with Justin Bieber listening to his unreleased music and dancing with him…” When the song finished we asked for pictures and Justin got out of his car. Before I took my picture with him I said, “Wow your smile is so precious” and he said “Aww you’re so sweet!” I took my picture with him and said, “I’m sorry if this is too much to ask for but can I have a kiss?” He said, “How about this, how about you kiss me?” I kissed his cheek for almost 10 seconds because they were taking pictures and I started laughing because how awkward it got, but Justin’s face SMELLED SO GOOD. I told him he smelled good and he laughed. Justin started getting in his car after we thanked him and I ran over to Za before they left to ask for a picture. Za kept saying, “No, no pictures. I don’t want to be famous, you guys are making me famous!” Then out of nowhere Justin yells, “Just take the fucking picture!” and we all started laughing. Za took the picture with me, we said thank you and they drove off. The 3 of us went back to the studio later that night just for fun to see if Justin was still there. We met Maejor Ali, Lil Twist, Brad Haugen, and waved to Chaz and Ryan. On Justin’s way out he waved and drove off. Also, on August 15, 2012, I got to meet Justin for 30 seconds and took one picture with him ( here ) and then a year later on August 15, 2013 I chilled with Justin for over 10 minutes and took so many pictures. I’m so blessed and thankful. Justin is SUCH a sweetheart and I hope you guys get to meet him someday! – @maryannloves Visit link: August 15, 2013, was the best day of my life. I woke up not…

Kim Kardashian Baby Photo: Revealed!*

* The one of Kim Kardashian herself, we mean. Sorry, did the headline mislead you? Kim and Kanye West are yet to unveil a single picture of North West , but the former did take advantage of Throwback Thursday on Instagram today. She posted a shot of herself and mother Kris Jenner from way back in the day, as little Kim clearly had a long way to go before she perfected the art of posing. As for the Kim Kardashian baby photos people actually want to see? The ones you likely hoped this article would feature? Our eyes are open. Our lids are peeled. Our sources are working the phones. Nothing yet.

WATCH: Hitchcock’s Anti-Texting PSA

“Please do not text during the movie because it makes everyone… Psycho .” In a new anti-texting PSA, Alfred Hitchcock (by way of Anthony Hopkins, star of the upcoming Hitchcock ) warns theatergoers against violating the tacit code of conduct implicit in any movie theater — using your darn phone during the film — or else . It’s a bit left field, but fun — and, more importantly, a message worth spreading throughout the land. I loathe movie disruptors of all kinds (talkers, texters, knee jigglers, seat kickers) with a burning passion and these mindless miscreants have only multiplied with the ubiquitous rise of cell phones and technology and ADD attention spans. (Check out venerable blogger Dennis Cozzalio’s infuriating account of the dunce-headed woman he encountered texting during a recent screening of Frankenweenie .) The Alamo Drafthouse in Austin has stepped up to defend moviegoers’ rights in the cell phone wars — that is, the rights of those paying customers in a theater to not have to deal with the obnoxious few who chatter or use their phones in a movie. Their epic anti-talking PSA became legend last year (below); Drafthouse theaters play an assortment of custom-filmed videos to remind audiences to kindly shut the hell up, or risk being kicked out. The new video by the makers of Hitchcock (which despite being sent around by the film’s PR reps appears to have been captured on a cell phone camera and uploaded to YouTube by a random fan, problematically enough) reminds me of Lars von Trier’s short Occupations , which I first saw via the Drafthouse folks: Occupations – short film by Lars von Trier by vahea So, yeah. Shut up and turn off your phones. Hitchcock may not have been the first to lobby for theater etiquette (he died a few good decades before texting became a thing) but the contribution is most appreciated. If Hitch was still around, I’d like to think he’d have scared the 4G out of a movie texter or two. Follow Jen Yamato on Twitter . Follow Movieline on Twitter .
