The actress confirmed to TMZ today that she has undergone a nose job, something she Tweeted her desire for nearly as soon as her mug shot went viral. “I have no bandage on,” Bynes told the site the day after the procedure, which took place Saturday in Manhattan. It’s healing on it’s own like my doctor asked.” But the total nut bar isn’t done with plastic surgery she says. “I’m getting one more in 3 weeks, they are short amazing surgeries done while I’m awake but under general anesthesia. It’s almost perfect.” So… the total opposite of Bynes in that case, huh? BURN! The actress concludes that once her nose “doesn’t look so awful in photos,” she’ll stop hiding it from the paparazzi.
Fewer than 24 hours after suffering a truly gruesome leg break on national television, Louisville guard Kevin Ware is up and walking around. On crutches, that is. In a new Twitter photo making the Internet rounds, the 20-year old basketball player is standing in an Indiana hospital room, his right left fully bandaged after surgery to repair a break in two places. Doctors inserted a rod into Ware’s tibia during a two-hour procedure that sources say went very well. After snapping the bone in half – and having it protrude through his skin – during the first half of Louisville’s win over Duke yesterday, Ware is hoping to join his squad for its appearance in the Final Four next weekend. He won’t play, of course, but physicians say he should be able to return to the court at some point.
No wonder the U.S. can’t get ahead… The latest Republican moronic mouthpiece award definitely belongs to Alabama’s Rep. Mary McClurkin who thinks babies are the largest “organ” in a woman’s body. Via HuffPo reports : Alabama state Rep. Mary Sue McClurkin (R) is pushing legislation that would impose restrictions on abortion clinics — a move that she argues is necessary because the procedure is a major surgery that removes the largest “organ” in a woman’s body. “When a physician removes a child from a woman, that is the largest organ in a body,” McClurkin told the Montgomery Advertiser on Thursday. “That’s a big thing. That’s a big surgery. You don’t have any other organs in your body that are bigger than that.” McClurkin’s argument actually undermines the “personhood” bills being pushed around the country by other like-minded Republican lawmakers. Those pieces of legislation argue that undeveloped zygotes are people too and should therefore be given full legal rights, thus making abortion — and even certain forms of birth control — illegal. McClurkin’s bill would impose stringent requirements on abortion clinics that could make it hard for them to keep their doors open. It would, according to the Montgomery Advertiser, “require physicians at abortion clinics to have admitting privileges at local hospitals; require clinics to follow ambulatory clinic building codes and make it a felony — punishable by up to 10 years in prison — for a nurse, nurse practitioner or physician’s assistant to dispense abortion-inducing medications.” There are five remaining abortion clinics in the state of Alabama. McClurkin and her allies have argued that the bill is not meant to stop abortions, but rather to make sure that patients who do undergo the procedure are kept safe. Opponents, however, note that studies have shown that abortion is already safe, and McClurkin’s bill would likely shut down clinics. “The real purpose of this bill is to make safe and legal abortion in Alabama unavailable under any circumstance,” Nikema Williams, vice president of public policy for Planned Parenthood Southeast, told the Montgomery Advertiser. Hospitals, for example, aren’t required to extend admitting privileges to doctors at abortion clinics, which would make it impossible for those doctors to comply with the bill’s restrictions. For the second time in two months, Kobe and Vanessa Bryant , who filed for divorce in December, were photographed together with their two daughters. On Sunday, Kobe stuck around Staples Center to watch Game 3 of the Kings-Canucks NHL playoff series. He and his family sat a few rows above the glass: Kobe and Vanessa Bryant, who have been rumored to be getting back together ever since they split, sat apart from each other with their girls in between. In February, Vanessa attended the Lakers-Hawks game on Valentine’s Day and the two were pictured kissing in a tunnel. That will start rumors, for sure. Kobe has reportedly promised not to cheat again and begged for another chance, but it doesn’t appear he’s officially gotten it from Vanessa … yet. Instead, he got the name “Kayte” inked on his right hip. “He was pretty cool about it,” said Bob Jones, owner of the establishment, to The Chicago Sun-Times of Grammer . A fellow patron, meanwhile, said Walsh accompanied her husband for the procedure and described the British flight attendance as “darling.” “They were fun. Very friendly and into each other. They were just talking and enjoying each other,” said Christine Darbo, a 72-year old grandmother with two tattoos of her own.

What I am hoping is to get DNA testing done for everybody and to have it done in a supervised setting.” Yeater, of course, dropped her lawsuit against Bieber last week, but Leving says he’ll have no choice but to “refile” if the parties can’t reach a resolution on the testing issue. A lawyer for the trans woman accused of nearly killing a woman by pumping her cakes full of Fix-a-Flat says she didn’t do it and police can’t prove she did. A transgender woman accused of injecting a victim’s buttocks with a substance consisting of cement, mineral oil and “Fix-a-Flat,” is innocent, her attorney said Tuesday. Attorney Michael Mirer told NBC Miami there is no proof that his client, 30-year-old Oneal Ron Morris received $700 from the woman as payment or performed the procedure on her. “I can assure you that the state has no evidence other than what this alleged victim is saying. There is not going to be any proof or any documentation that shows that my client accepted any money or injected anybody with anything,” Mirer said. Mirer said he had no information on any other alleged victims. Oneal Ron Morris — who police say was born a man and identifies as a woman — was arrested Friday after nearly a year of being sought and charged with practicing medicine without a license with serious bodily injury. Authorities say a victim who was looking to get a job at a nightclub and wanted a curvier figure paid Morris $700 for the injections in 2010. Morris allegedly used some type of tubing and inserted the toxic chemicals into her backside during a painful procedure. The victim, who is not being identified due to medical privacy laws, suffered permanent scarring around the injection sites. Shortly after the surgery, she went to the hospital but left because she was too embarrassed to tell doctors about the procedure. The victim required multiple surgeries and had a 24-hour home health aide for an extended period of time, according to a statement from the Department of Health. State health officials said Tuesday that several possible victims have since come forward alleging Morris performed similar procedures resulting in life-threatening injuries. Morris, 30, has been released from jail on a bond. Police say Morris performed the same surgery on herself. Um… no evidence? The proof is in the damn pudding. Poor lady. After going into surgery for a simple repair of her breast implants, Dinora Rodriguez, 40, awoke from the procedure to find that her plastic surgeon had left her with conjoined breasts – a uniboob, essentially. Without her knowledge or permission, the surgeon had also nip/tucked her eyelids, leaving Rodriguez with eyes that to this day cannot close all the way.
