Mayim Bialik: FURIOUS Over Kaley Cuoco’s High Salary??

Kaley Cuoco makes how much money for The Big Bang Theory ? It’s a boatload. The actress pulls in a cool $1 million per episode – the same amount as co-stars Jim Parsons and Johnny Galecki. The impressive salary is not unheard of for the stars of a number one rated sitcom – in fact, all the Friends  main actors made as much, and that was in the 90s. But evidently, Mayim Bialik thinks it’s excessive, particularly compared to her own salary, reports Radar Online . The former Blossom star reportedly earns a paltry $100,000 per episode for playing Amy Fowler on the show and is envious of her co-star’s beefy paycheck. “Kaley is furious at Mayim for trash-talking her earnings,” a source told the site. “She thinks it’s just a case of sour grapes and jealousy.” Last month, Bialik told Daily News that she thinks all of the actors are overpaid, including herself. “I don’t make as much money as people think I do,” she said. “I don’t think about the money a lot. I am an employed actor and we are all overpaid. I am grateful to be employed,” she added. We suspect the story may be overstating Bialik’s actual fury, but it is surprising to hear she earns so little compared to the others while she’s become an integral (and hilarious) part of the show. What do you say, Big Bang execs? How about a little raise for Mayim? We think she’s earned it. View Slideshow: The Big Bang Theory Cast: Before They Were Stars

For Some Reason, Google Search Thinks Kevin Hart Looks Like Bill Cosby…

Google Identifies Bill Cosby With Photo Of Kevin Hart It seems like mainstream media outlets are nearly constantly mixing up Black celebs and mistaking identities — even when one star CLEARLY doesn’t even begin to look like another. Well, it looks like you can add Google to the list of sources who file notable Black figures in the “ they all look alike anyway ” file, because recently Kevin Hart’s photo was frequently popping up for those curious enough to search Bill Cosby’s current net worth: Weird, right? Kevin clearly thought so too, and asked Google directly to make some changes to their effed up algorithm… Granted, they are both wildly successful Black comedians…but aside from the fact that it’s plain rude and inappropriate to identify one celeb with another’s photo, there are some MAJOR differences between the two that make this beyond awkward. BOSSIP Exclusive: Bow Wow Trying To Get Out Of $500K Default Judgment

Georgia Court Hit Bow Wow With Judgment For Sports Car Lease Bow Wow is pulling out all the legal stops to get out of paying a more than half a million dollar judgment over a debt to a sports car leasing company. Bow Wow said in legal docs that Sports Leasing Inc. was harassing his employer, CBS, for his salary info in order to pay a more than $500,000 default judgment that the rapper claims is invalid, according to court papers obtained by BOSSIP. Sport Leasing Inc. sued the rapper turned actor back in 2009 for not paying it back $216,084 plus interest after agreeing to lease some of their luxury sports cars. Bow Wow – real name Shad Moss – never responded to the lawsuit in Gwinnett County, Ga. Superior Court, and a judge later ruled in favor of Sport Leasing and put Bow Wow in default for $216,084, plus $41,879 in interest, an additional 18 percent in interest each year, and $25,821 in lawyers fees. The case remained in legal limbo for several years until last month, when a collection agency for Sport Leasing subpoenaed Bow Wow’s employer, CBS, demanding to know how much Bow Wow got paid from the TV show “CSI: Cyber.” The agency also wanted Bow Wow’s contract details, how much money he earned from the show to date and how much in royalties CBS was paying the rapper.

Sheree Whitfield Is Getting Paid HOW Much To Come Back To RHOA???

Sheree Whitfield Accepts $250k For ‘Real Housewives’ Sheree Whitfield is officially replacing NeNe on RHOA, and with that comes a (much needed) regular paycheck. So exactly how much was Bravo willing to give Sheree to return to the wig-snatching and shouting matches that got her on the radar to begin with? Via RadarOnline : Real Housewives of Atlanta‘s Sheree Whitfield is officially returning to the Bravo series, RadarOnline.com has learned — but she isn’t coming cheap. According to insiders, she managed to score a $250,000 payday that was more than twice her initial offer from the network. Producers needed to “bring the drama with NeNe‘s departure from the show,” an insider told Radar. “Real Housewives of Atlanta is the crown jewel in Bravo’s crown, and it has always been a ratings hit. Bringing back Sheree could be a headache for the crew behind the scenes, but she has really matured since the time she was initially on.” “At the height of Sheree’s four seasons, she was making around $350,000,” the source revealed. “Producers initially offered $100,000, and Sheree balked at the insulting offer. Finally, the contract was signed for $250,000, with an option to do another season at a higher salary.” The paycheck will help Whitfield with any future possible tax issues. The source added, “Sheree is happy to have a regular paycheck again, and have the platform of the show to promote her various projects. Looks like she finished up Chateau Sheree just in time! We bet she’s happy to have a steady check coming in. She’ll probably be super-lit on the show next season to make sure she secures that spot…

Bruce Jenner: Salary For Sex Change Reality Show Revealed! He’s Making HOW MUCH?!

You might think that after a two-hour interview with Diane Sawyer and an upcoming two-part Keeping Up With the Kardashians special , Bruce Jenner would have said just about all that needs to be said about his sex change.  That’s probably the case, but given how many headlines (and paychecks) Bruce has been grabbing lately, it’s unlikely that the Jenner-gender gravy train will stop rolling any time soon. The next stop is an E! reality series about Jenner’s sex change , and you won’t believe how much the former Olympian stands to rake in from his KUWTK spinoff. Radar Online is reporting that Jenner will make $5 million for the show’s first season with an option to make even more if the show is picked up for a second season. To put that in perspective, Jon Hamm makes half that much for a season of Mad Men. The entire Kardashian family made $100 million for a four-season renewal of KUWTK. In other words, Bruce is making an almost unprecedented amount of cash for a first-season basic cable show, and those past financial problems that he mentioned in the Sawyer interview are very unlikely to resurface. Of course, the best part of his big-bucks deal with E! is that Kris Jenner reportedly won’t see a dime. Now that’s a victory that puts Olympic gold to shame.

Private Firm To Boost Its Minimum Wage To $70,000

Dan Price, founder of Gravity Payments, recently surprised his staff of 120 by announcing that over the next three years he plans to raise the salary of even the lowest-paid clerk, customer servicerepresentative and salesman to a minimum of $70,000. He told The New York Times he came up with the idea after reading an article on happiness that said for people who earn less than about $70,000, extra money can have a huge impact on their lives. [ Madamenoire ] The Gender Retirement Gap: Men Have Thousands More Than Women According to Vox, while the average man had $139,000 sitting in his retirement account in 2012, women only had $82,000 in their IRA account that year. On top of this, women tend to live longer than their male counterparts, so women need to accumulate a greater amount of funds for a longer period of time. The problem, though, is that “we systemically pay [women] less throughout their working lives,” Vox added. [ Madamenoire ] Boko Haram Has Kidnapped At Least 2,000 Women & Girls In The Last Year Boko Haram has kidnapped at least 2,000 women and girls in Nigeria over the last year, says a 90-page report released by human right’s organization Amnesty International Tuesday, March 14. A “Lil Positivity:” University President Cuts His Own Pay To Help Out Lowest Paid Workers

KSU President Takes Pay Cut To Increase Staff Salary A Kentucky University president did what many would consider unthinkable to show the lowest paid members of the school staff how appreciated they are. Via CNN : The story of his selfless act went viral, but for Raymond Burse it was simply second nature. “I’m not extraordinary,” said Burse. “I’ve assumed that people do those kinds of things all the time.” In summer 2014, Burse, who is president of Kentucky State University, gave up $90,000 of his almost $350,000 salary so that 24 of the university’s lowest paid workers could earn $10.25 an hour. The move gave them a 40% pay increase. “I don’t mind giving up some of what I have been able to obtain through life in order to be a small help to them in their own lives,” Burse said. Burse’s help didn’t end there. The 63 year-old later surprised KSU football player Deshon Floyd with the remaining $2,000 he needed to do an internship abroad. In December, Burse offered high school shooting victim Javaugntay Burroughs a full scholarship. “With all the things they had to deal with, one of the things they shouldn’t have to deal with is whether this young man was going to be able to go to college,” said Burse. Now THIS sounds like a man who really cares about his staff and students!
