Colt Johnson is Really Desperate to Divorce Larissa

Over the course of seven months, Colt Johnson’s marriage to Larissa Dos Santos Lima was very ugly and complicated. But the polarizing 90 Day Fiance star now wants to keep things very simple. In Johnson’s recently-filed divorce documents, the TLC personality makes it as clear as possible… … he just wants to be done with his allegedly violent wife as quickly as the court can file his paperwork. As reported late last week, Johnson filed for divorce just hours after Larissa was arrested for domestic battery. The arrest took place following some sort of vicious confrontation Thursday night/Friday morning that resulted in both Colt and Larissa sharing photos of their bloody faces on Instagram. They do not ask Larissa for spousal support; they also state that the estranged couple has no joint property that needs to be split up; nor have they have incurred any joint debt. In other words: There’s not much to figure out here, judge , Colt is saying. Can we get the plug pulled on this marriage, like NOW? Also of note? These documents say that Lima is not pregnant, which may be standard for this type of legal procedure — but which is also interesting because the notion of the stars expecting a child wasn’t that has been mentioned before. Was Colt afraid that Larissa would try to claim she’s with child and, as a result, is entitled to future child support or something? Johnson, meanwhile, has said little in public since Larissa’s arrest and his divorce filing. He did allege on Instagram four days ago, however, that Larissa is willing to go to any length to make him look bad. “I am tired of lies.. from my wife,” he wrote, adding: “Domestic violence is not a publicity method to gain followers. Larissa needs help and I can’t give it to her. I only enable her to continue her behavior and each time it becomes worse and worse. “I have to stand up and say no more.” He also argued that he paid for all of Larissa’s belongings after she moved to America and concluded shortly after news of their latest argument went viral: “Every time she was in trouble, I was there.” With 90 Day Fiance cast members taking sides , Larissa has gone in the opposite direction from Colt. She has issued a number of public statements, asking for money via GoFundMe and breaking down on a recent Instagram Live video. In this footage, the reality star says she needs to hire three attorneys for three different legal cases: A criminal attorney for an ongoing domestic battery case, an attorney for her divorce from husband Colt Johnson and an immigration attorney. “I’m not happy about it, I’m not proud about it, but it’s something that I need your help with now,” Dos Santos Lima told her followers, tearing up. The TLC star also posted on her Instagram Story later, keeping fans up to date as follows: “I am so thankful for all of the donations. Unfortunately, I won’t get the money.” Dos Santos Lima then shared her Venmo and Zelle usernames, telling GoFundMe donors that they would receive a refund. Larissa claimed last Friday that she only scratched Colt in retalliation for him hurting her first. However, the police determined that Larissa’s wounds were actually self-inflicted — and that she was responsible for Colt’s bloody lip. In response to the incident, the cops took Larissa into custody on an assault charge for the second time in about three months. Johnson and Dos Santos Lima starred on the most recent season of the 90 Day Fiance and quietly got married on June 24, 2018. They previously dealt with Johnson’s admitted infidelity and now, according to Johnson, Larissa has not only attacked him… but also attempted to take her own life. The website has rundown a list of frightening new details from the night in question, which ended with Larissa getting arrested for domestic battery and then Colt filing for divorce a few hours later. How did this 90 Day Fiance Couple fall so far so fast? That's a very, very long story. But what went down on the evening that finally put a nail in their tenuous coffin? Colt Johnson Files to Divorce Larissa Dos Santos Lima

The most contentious marriage in 90 Day Fiance history has come to an end. According to multiple outlets, Colt Johnson filed to divorce Larissa Dos Santos Lima on Friday, mere hours after the reality star was arrested on a charge of domestic battery. It was Larissa’s third arrest on this charge, although she was not prosecuted either of the first two times. Late Thursday night, however, Colt and Larissa got into an ugly and vicious and seemingly violent altercation. Each side shares troubling/bloody photos of the encounter on social media, with Larissa allegeing that Colt called the police and also alleging that he was responsible for the following facial injuries: HOWEVER, Las Vegas cops on the scene investigated Colt’s hands and fingernails, along with Larissa’s wounds, and determined that he did not cause her any harm. They were only husband and wife for seven months. Colt’s mom reportedly paid the divorce filing fee, while Larissa turned yesterday to a GoFundMe page in order to make bail. Us Weekly has since confirmed that Dos Santos Lima posted bail on Friday and has since been released. “He had a swollen lip, and his gums and teeth were bloodied,” Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department Officer Jay Rivera told this same tabloid of Johnson’s wounds after the incident in question. He continued: “After cleaning her off, officers determined that the cuts were not consistent with the kind of bleeding she was claiming. “She also has scratches on her abdomen, but those injuries were also not consistent with the length of [Johnson’s] fingernails.” TMZ originally reported that these cuts may have been self-inflicted. In a lengthy statement posted on Instagram Stories (below) after the divorce went public, Dos Santos Lima said “the truth will come out” about what transpired. She also appeared to reference the claim that Johnson was a nail-biter and that the cops do not believe he assaulted her during this confrontation. “I want to thank everyone who toke [sic] time to investigate the domestic violence episode and found a ‘history of long nails.’” (NOTE: a few fans shared photos on social media showing Johnson with longer fingernails, suggesting that he had bitten them after the couple’s physical altercation.) Here is what Larissa wrote on Saturday: As for Johnson? He jumped on his Instagram page and went over all the items he says he purchsaed for his wife throughout their relationship, claiming that she came to the U.S. with “literally nothing.” Detailed Johnson, along with a photo full of garbage bags and boxes: The suitcases she used for travel I provided for her. On her arrival I already had clothes waiting for her to wear and everything she needed to start a basic life in America. Over the course of months I continued to provide for her, gave her shelter, food, and supported her wants and dreams. When she wanted a dress or makeup I bought it for her. When she wanted to take ESL classes I found a class for her and drove her. When she wanted to go to a gym I took her to every gym in town and eventually she joined two gyms simultaneously. When she needed a doctor, lawyer, therapist I would always do what I could for her. The estranged couple, who have been at the center of multiple cheating accusations and rumors since December, got engaged five days after they met in person in Mexico. Larissa has claimed that TLC bought all of her clothes and accessories, not Johnson. But this is how Colt concluded his most recent statement: “My sole mission since her arrival was to see that she was happy, taken care for and nurtured. “When she wanted to start her business I gave her a thousand dollars just to start. Larissa Dos Santos Lima Wants 90 Day Fiance Fans to Pay for Her Bail

Larissa Dos Santos could really use your help right about now. Your financial help, just to be clear. On Thursday night, Larissa and the husband with whom she very often argues got into what appears to be an actual fight. By which we mean… a physical altercation. The ugly details were shared by both halves of this 90 Day Fiance couple, as Larissa, for example, posted photos and videos overnight of her lacerated face. “Unfortunately, Colt called the cops,” wrote Larissa along with one of the more troubling images, as you can see here: Larissa later alleged that the back-and-forth started because she caught Colt with a subscription to an adult entertainment account, and she told Instagram followers to “help” her and that Colt will “lie” about what transpired.’ Dos Santos Lima went on to share a video, repeating that Colt had called the police on her. “I’ll be deported,” she says in the video, which has since been deleted. “I just scratch him because he was hurt me…I’m really hurt, but he called the police first.” To add to the ugliness and mystery of what actually happened, an Instagram user shared the following image and message:’ This was sent to me by a close friend of Colt’s and in the spirit of fairness I’m posting it. Colt was obviously trying to tell folks via this image that he was actually the victim of the assault. And the authorities agreed. According to TMZ, police only noticed one cut on Larissa’s face, but a lot of blood spatter and what they determined to be self-inflicted scratches on her stomach. They even checked Colt’s fingernails and ruled at the scene that he was not responsible for her facial wound. Based on her history and on this evidence, Las Vegas police arrested Larissa around 5 a.m. and charged her with battery, domestic violence, which is a misdemeanor. There is a mandatory 12-hour hold and she is now in custody at the Clark County Detention Center. Bail has been set for Larissa at $3,000… and it doesn’t sound like she can afford it. A GoFundMe page has been set up to assist the reality star with her legal fees; she did not start it, but Larsissa did share it on Instagram. Reads the plea/message on the account: LARISSA – 90 day fiance star –  WAS ARRESTED After Bloody Fight with Colt, her husband. Larissa stated that Colt scratched her face, and she scratched him back when she was trying to get away. She says that he also hidden her phone , so she could not call the cops and he called first. She denies the allegations of self harm, she says Colt ate his own nails after the episode to avoid jail time. Cops checked Larissa’s criminal history and saw she had two previous arrests for domestic battery ( both cases dismissed) however they arrested her again. She’s being held on $3,000 bond.  ( We found out we can pay only $800 today ) She will need an attorney. Larissa was previously arrested for domestic battery in November. Based on court records, this was her second arrest for domestic violence. She had been arrested earlier in 2018 but the charges have since been dismissed. As of this writing, $1,807 of the GoFundMe’s $3,000 goal had been donated. And some fans out there had shared their stories in support of Larissa. To wit: “I am a victim of domestic violence and my ex always tried to make me the abuser until he too it too far and almost killed me,” remarked one user. “I hope she doesn’t run back to him. I will never help again if she does! No one deserves to be treated like Colt treats her!” Colt has not spoken publicly about the events from Thursday night/Friday morning. Larissa Dos Santos Lima and Colt Johnson are (GASP!) Married!

We have an update on the domestic situation between Larissa Dos Santos Lima and Colt Johnson. But this one doesn’t involve any acts of alleged violence. Instead, it involves… … wedding bells! It’s surprising, but true! According to Clark County Court in Nevada, Johnson and Dos Santos Lima applied for their marriage license on June 11, 2018 and exchanged vows about two weeks later. Radar Online was the first website to report this shocking piece of news. Is it shocking that a couple who starred together on 90 Day Fiance actually went through with their marriage? Not necessarily, no. But Larissa was arrested on a charge of domestic violence on November 10. Here is her mugshot, which was snapped prior to her posting of $1,000 bail: Shortly before her arrest, Larissa strongly implied that there was a major disturbance between her and Johnson. She changed her Instagram handle to @helpmeimwithoutphone and posted a message that read: “HELP ME …HE TURNED OFF HIDE MY PHONE HELP ME HE WANTS TO CALL THE POLICE HELP ME.” From there, in a series of Instagram Story messages Colt shared his side of this unusual story with followers, writing; “Larissa was arrested this afternoon. She suffers from high anxiety and several depression. She over reacted to problems that do not exist.” In screen captures of posts that were later deleted, Colt added: “I proceeded to deactivate her phone to try to defuse the situation. “This escalated issues and matters became worse. She felt this action was a threat towards her and tried to reach out for help. Not long after her cry was posted, the police came and knocked down the front door. “They drew their guns at me and handcuffed me.” The arrest details are pretty ugly all around . “The police interviewed us but not long after they decided to arrest Larissa,” Colt’s message continued at the time, concluding: “No one was hurt and I did not press charges against my wife. “However it is policy in the state of Nevada that since we are in a domestic partnership, someone had to be arrested.” Larissa hails from Brazil and met Colt via social media. The duo met up in Mexico and Colt later proposed after mere days. According to court records obtained by E! News, this was Larissa’s second arrest for domestic violence, as she was previously taken into custody earlier this year … although those charges have since been dismissed. Her past, however, remains a big question mark for fans of this reality show. Fueling the speculative fire around Larissa and Colt is that their season of 90 Day Fiance is currently on the air. On the most recent episode, Dos Santos Lima convinced Colt to move out of the home he shared with his mom and her cats. In a preview for next week’s installment, she fights with Johnson’s extended family because they’re worried she’s using their loved for a green card. Larissa From 90 Day Fiance: See Her Mug Shot, Read New Arrest Details

Larissa Dos Santos Lima may have recently called herself a survivor on Instagram , but the Las Vegas Police Department had a different label for this 90 Day Fiance star over the weekend: Abuser . As previously reported, the TLC reality star was arrested a few days ago on a charge of domestic battery. New details (and Larissa’s mug shot!) regarding the incident have now emerged on the Internet. “On Nov. 10, 2018, at approximately 1:15 p.m., officers were dispatched to a family disturbance at a residence in Northwest Las Vegas,” reads a statement by Las Vegas Police Officer Larry Hadfield. This statement was obtained by In Touch Weekly and it continues: “Two people were contacted at the home who were arguing. “At the conclusion of the investigation, it was determined that Dos Santos had committed Battery Domestic Violence on her husband and transported to the Clark County Detention Center.” Specifically, Larissa was arrested and detained on one count of misdemeanor domestic battery last Saturday. She freaked fans out and caused major concerns when she locked herself in a bathroom, added her phone number to her Instagram bio and wrote on social media: HELP ME …HE TURNED OFF HIDE MY PHONE HELP ME HE WANTS TO CALL THE POLICE HELP ME. Larissa and her fiance, Colt, it should be noted, met online and are featured on this very season of 90 Day Fiance. You can tune in each week to see their unusual relationship play out. According to Larissa, her fight with Colt took place because he told his girlfriend NOT to share any photos of him on her Instagram account. He said the status of their relationship had to remain a mystery, for the sake of the show. She then went on to allege that Colt caused some damage in their home the two bickered over this demand — and she also claims that, at some point during their fight, he took her phone away. That’s when she posted the above plea for help. After posting a $1,000 bond, Larissa went back on Instagram in order to assure supporters that she was fine. “Hello everyone. Thank you for the support and love. I am safe and resting,” she wrote, adding: The past 48 hours have been the most difficult in my life. But reading the messages from all of you has made me smile. God bless and thank you. I’ll update soon.” But, wait, is she still with Colt? Yes. “We are together and strong. We just choose [to not] expose it,” Larissa added. Colt, meanwhile, has also responded to questions and stories about Larissa’s arrest, as well as his role in the incident. He thinks people on the World Wide Web should stop playing amateur detective and leave the couple alone, basically. “Self proclaimed internet sleuths who think they are Woodward and Bernstein,” he wrote late Monday on Instagram. “They are simply people that spread misinformation, lies, and chaos to make themselves look important. They are nothing and will never be relevant.” We don’t know what actually transpired between Colt and Larissa, of course, but we can say this much: When you are accused of being at the center of a domestic battery confrontation… you may be best served NOT to come across as hostile in your response to it.
