(Photo by Samir Hussein/Samir Hussein/WireImage) Monique Greene Accused Rapper Of Raping Her In 2017 The woman who accused Nelly of raping her after a nightclub appearance last year has dramatically dropped the case against the rapper, BOSSIP has learned. Monique Greene and Nelly filed paperwork earlier this week agreeing to toss the civil rape case, which accused Nelly of luring her to his tour bus and attacking her following a concert at a Seattle nightclub in late 2017. Each side will pay their own legal fees, but it was unclear Thursday whether a financial settlement was in play. The case was acrimonious from the get-go, with Greene, 21, accusing Nelly, 43, of smearing her reputation before she even filed the suit with lies about her character. Nelly meanwhile insisted that their encounter was consensual and accused Greene of trying to inflame public opinion against him with her claims in court documents. We’ve reached out to lawyers for both Nelly and Greene for comment.

#CharleenaLyles Cop Who Killed Pregnant Mom Gets Two Day Suspension For Not Having Taser During Shooting

David Ryder/Getty Images TWO….DAYS… Officer Suspended For Two Days For Not Having Taser During Charleena Lyles Shooting The officer who fatally shot Charleena Lyles has been suspended for just two days for his actions in the fatal shooting. As previously reported Officer Jason Anderson who fatally shot Charleena Lyles in front of her children , did NOT have a Taser on hand because it “took up too much real estate” on his utility belt. Anderson told authorities he left his Taser in his locker the day he killed the pregnant mom of four who had a history of mental illness and approached him and another officer with a knife. Now according to The Seattle Times, Anderson is seeing repercussions, not for killing Lyles, but for only having his gun on hand. The officer was suspended for just two-days after Interim Police Chief Carmen Best determined that he violated department policy. “Your complacency in this regard is unacceptable and added an otherwise unnecessary element to an incident already of significant public concern,” Best wrote in her first high-profile disciplinary action since becoming interim chief after former Chief Kathleen O’Toole stepped down at the end of last year. “The impact of your disregard for this policy on public trust should not be underestimated,” added Best, who is seeking the job as permanent chief for which the city has launched a nationwide search. SMH, just two days?! The King County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office is still trying to determine if Anderson and the other officer should face criminal charges. Continue reading →

Evidence Released: Washington Police Publicize Surveillance Footage Showing Nelly And Alleged Rape Victim [Photos + Video]

Image via SplashTMZ/Auburn PD Cops Release Evidence From Nelly’s Alleged Rape Case As we previously reported , the rape case that was hanging over Nelly ‘s head has been dropped. Although a potential civil suit is pending, the Washington state police who were investigating the case have released evidence according to TMZ . The case is now officially close being that there the alleged victim refuses to testify and there is no further evidence to substantiate her claim. Authorities have a bevy of photos of Nelly’s arrest and security camera footage of the rapper and Monique Greene leaving the Seattle club where they met and entering his tour bus. The recording, shows Greene leaving the tour bus after Nelly gave her to call the police and report the rape. According to Nelly, the sex, vaginal and oral, was consensual, without condom and he did not ejaculate. Greene insists that Nelly stripped her of her clothes and said “you gonna take this d**k” and “thats my pu**y” epeatedly during the alleged attack. Greene also says the rapper offered her $2500, when she refused, she says $100 was thrown at her. Nelly refutes the claim saying he handed the $100 to her.
