According to TMZ , Justin and Hailey actually tied the knot last month in NYC — the same day they got their marriage license at the courthouse. They had a preacher on hand — Jeffrey Quinn, a member of the faculty at Nyack College near the courthouse. The witness was Josh Mehl, a friend of Justin’s who attends Churchome in Los Angeles. As for the prenup, or lack-thereof, the site added: Justin and Hailey got married without a prenup and there’s been no movement to have one drafted now. It’s called a postnup — same as a prenup but signed after the marriage. Guess good news travels fast.
Of all of Michael Jackson’s children, Prince Michael “Blanket” Jackson tends to keep the lowest profile. Of course, that’s due in large part to his age. Blanket is only 15 and still in high school, which means that while his older siblings are embarking on careers in the media, the youngest Jackson attending high school classes. Obviously, as a result of being the son of one of the most famous musicians of all-time, Blanket’s childhood has been far from typical. But it’s not just the boy’s wealth and fame that set him apart from his peers. For one thing, Blanket’s life has been marred by tragedy and instability almost from the very beginning. Following his father’s death, Blanket’s family situation was thrown into complete disarray, with various relatives sharing guardianship duties. Until recently, Katherine Jackson was Blanket’s primary legal guardian . However, due to her advanced age and hectic travel schedule (Katherine is 87 and spends much of the year in London), she was often forced to hand off duties to other relatives. The family generally does a pretty good job of shielding press-shy Blanket from publicity, but this week, several media outlets reported that Katherine has surrendered her guardianship duties. According to E! News, Katherine has essentially retired from caring for Blanket , fearing that she’s no longer up to the task. Other adults in the family co-signed, explaining to the court that Katherine is “no longer needed to fulfill the duties.” News of the legal developments sparked fears for Blanket’s safety amongst fans. Even when Katherine was the primary legal guardian, childcare duties were often divided amongst several relatives, with Blanket’s Aunt Rebbie and Uncle T.J. assuming the bulk of the responsibilities. Unfortunately, there were gaps in the division of labor, and sources say Blanket often spent the night alone or was unable to get to school in the morning due to scheduling confusion. With Katherine removing herself from the situation, there were concerns that Blanket would be on his own even more than usual. Fortunately, it seems his older relatives have been able to reach an agreement, and E! is now reporting that at Katherine’s request, T.J. will take over as Blanket’s primary caretaker. “[Katherine] feels that TJ is able to assume all necessary responsibilities of the guardianship,” one court document reads. Obviously, at 15, Blanket is probably able to care for himself for the most part. But fans on social media are still expressing their gratitude that the boy may be able to experience a modicum of stability during the last few years of his childhood. We’re sure that’s exactly what his father would want.

Back in February, Ryan Vieth welcomed his first child , and fans were hopeful that Tamra Barney’s troubled son would settle down and enjoy a quiet life with his new family. Unfortunately, it appears Vieth and wife Sarah Rodriguez’s happiness was short-lived, as a drunken fight back in June got so out of control that neighbors called the police and Vieth was taken into custody. Tamra’s PR team managed to keep the incident buried for the better part of a month, but now Radar Online is reporting that Vieth was arrested after officers arrived on the scene and found him drunk, shirtless, and in the midst of a violent rage. Rodriguez told police that Vieth had struck her several times, and she believed he had broken her finger. Vieth spent the night in custody and was released the following afternoon. His case has yet to go to trial, and the status of his relationship with Rodriguez is unknown. “Tamra is devastated and embarrassed by the arrest,” a source tells Radar. “She had to bail Ryan out of jail the day she returned from her belated honeymoon from Greece with hubby Eddie Judge.” Vieth was previously arrested in 2011 following a physical altercation with then-girlfriend Daniella Kelley.

Y’all know Keyshia ain’t never scurred to throw hands. Keyshia Cole Arrested For Fighting Woman She Found In Birdman’s Crib Over Birdman though?! According to TMZ reports : Keyshia Cole spent a not-so-pleasant Friday morning in jail … after allegedly assaulting a woman who apparently spent the night with Keyshia’s rumored BF. Keyshia showed up at the swanky Carlyle condo complex in West L.A. at around 5 AM. We’re told she went there to see Birdman — the CEO of Cash Money — who she’s reportedly dating. Our sources say … for some reason security let her go up to Birdman’s penthouse and when she got in she saw another woman and went nuts. We’re told Keyshia attacked her … leaving scratches all over her face. Cops were called … and Keyshia was arrested for battery and an outstanding reckless driving warrant. She was just released on $46,000 bail. We called Keyshia’s rep … so far no comment. We really just wish Keyshia would quit trying to mess with a certain “type of dude.” Birdman ain’t trying to be faithful… NBA players ain’t trying to be faithful… Jeezy wasn’t trying to be faithful… Keyshia, it’s time to take a note out of Fantasia’s book and find a nice regular guy in a suit who nobody knows and enjoy a drama free existence.
