Team Fortress 2 Medic and Stephen Colbert Stephen Colbert is funnier, but Team Fortress 2 Medic may be more of an American hero if you think about it. 2. Gordon Freeman From Half Life and Hugh Laurie They even have the same serious impression on these photos. We’re scared. 3. Marduk From Tekken and Bill Goldberg The latter started his wrestling career with a very long undefeated streak. But we’d still rather meet him in an alley. 4. Commander Shepard From Mass Effect and Matthew Fox We bet the Commander would never let himself get stranded on an island. Sheesh! 5. Sazh Katzroy From Final Fantasy and Steve Harvey This one is a bit of a stretch. But it’s hilarious! 6. Solid Snake From Metal Gear Solid and Denis Leary Put a cigarette in the former’s mouth and we’ll never be able to tell the difference. View Slideshow

Every one except Stephen Colbert know that TV is dead, talk shows are dead, the only people watching that shit are old and in the habit of watching TV, because even kids who watch TV, don’t bother watching nightly programming, they just fucking binge or use the internet.. So nightly talk shows are more a vehicle to produce viral stunts with celebrities, because they still have access to celebrities, and if they are well executed they get spread the fuck around, making money on youtube for these people, because that’s what matters… The two players are redundant childhood schoolyard idiot Jimmmy “Giggles’ Fallon…and this Jimmy, who’s team emails me everyday and I just figured I’d link it, because Rihanna Impersonator with Tits is doing the rounds, singing about the biggest mistake I’ve ever made in my life…Clickbait.. Clickbait…will haunt my existence….forever…because I’ve known about it since the late 90s…in pushing internet traffic…but I never took that knowledge mainstream to make 100,000,000 or more off of it… Instead I come here and post barely celebs singing barely songs for youtube views..a video I had nothing to do with…just to write my angry caption to it… I’d rather be homeless. Man in California Nearly Walks Into Bear While Texting

You’ve heard it from your parents. You’ve seen billboards urging against it. Heck, there’s even a Justin Bieber PSA about it. Do not text and drive. But what about texting and walking? On a street in suburban California? While a bear is also wondering the same street?  Apparently someone forgot to tell the guy in the following video to also avoid taking this action. Jimmy Fallon made sure of this on The Tonight Show yesterday, listing the latest version of this Frozen smash as the lowest-rated song on the chart. Cue a fake rendition of the Idina Menzel hit by Arnold Schwarzenegger and prepare to never look at the track the same way ever again. Jon Stewart: More Trusted Than MSNBC!

Jon Stewart isn’t even a real news broadcaster, but the Comedy Central figure is more trusted to deliver news than MSNBC, a new study found. According to a new survey by the Brookings Institution and the Public Religion Research Institute, the public trusts him more than a 24/7 news channel. Jon Stewart: Better Than MSNBC at News! The organizations did a study about immigration and the media that contained within it a broader question about which news outlet the public trusts most. Fox News came in first, as per usual; the network has been consistently named both the most and the least trusted name in news. Let’s hear it for polarization! Unfortunately for MSNBC, it was dead last, with just 5 percent of Americans saying they trusted it most … 8 percent, by comparison, chose The Daily Show . Another study showed that Comedy Central’s Stephen Colbert did a better job at informing people about campaign finance issues than traditional outlets. Colbert, of course, is taking over for David Letterman on CBS’ The Late Show next year, where he will likely still outpace MSNBC in viewer trust. Classic Jon Stewart 1. Craig Ferguson Announces Departure from The Late Late Show

Let the talk show host carousel begin anew. Craig Ferguson announced during a taping of The Late Late Show today that he will leave the program in December. “CBS and I are not getting divorced, we are ‘ consciously uncoupling ,’” Ferguson joked. “But we will still spend holidays together and share custody of the fake horse and robot skeleton, both of whom we love very much.” David Letterman of course, announced his own retirement (effective in 2015) earlier this month, with Stephen Colbert named as his replacement . Some believe Ferguson is upset over not being considered for the 11:35 p.m. gig. “During his 10 years as host, Craig has elevated CBS to new creative and competitive heights at 12:30,” said Nina Tassler, Chairman, CBS Entertainment. “He infused the broadcast with tremendous energy, unique comedy, insightful interviews and some of the most heartfelt monologues seen on television.” Added Tassler: “Craig’s versatile talents as a writer, producer, actor and comedian speak to his great days ahead.  While we’ll miss Craig and can’t thank him enough for his contributions to both the show and the Network, we respect his decision to move on, and we look forward to celebrating his final broadcasts during the next eight months.” So… here we go again: Who should replace Craig Ferguson as host of The Late Late Show?

Brooks Forester: Happy For Desiree Hartsock and Chris Siegfried, Not Regretting Breakup

Brooks Forester says he’s beyond happy for Desiree Hartsock and Chris Siegfried’s engagement, but does not regret flaking out on The Bachelorette when he did. Though some fans were hoping – and The Bachelorette spoilers predicted – Brooks would return in the finale and beg for a second chance, he did not. Brooks, who is single, has no regrets about that, either. “I know I made the right decision,” Forester says. “That was about being honest with Des and myself and that conversation, as difficult as it was and as bad as it hurt. I just don’t know how I can regret being honest.” “I look back and say that was the right decision.” “I never had a moment where I felt like I should go back and hash things out. Were there things I missed about [Des] and was I sad to see our relationship come to a close? Yes.” Brooks Forester adds, “Des deserves to be in love with someone that is equally in love with her. On last night’s Colbert Report , Stephen Colbert and a few famous friends kicked off “StePhest Colbchella  ‘013” by dancing around to “Get Lucky,” roller skating and spinning like there’s no tomorrow. Watch now as Jeff Bridges, Bryan Cranston, Matt Damon and others get down to the song of the summer: Stephen Colbert Daft Punk Performance Seriously, Obama was on The Tonight Show yesterday, yet this performance has stolen all the late-night headlines.
