Joanne Peh, Miss Elegant and Miss Personality in Miss Singapore Universe 2002, rumours that she was involved in a relationship with a Caucasian man, Bobby Tonelli (Robert Tonelli Jr.). Bobby was in the Suria program “Atas Heights” and now can be seen in the highly rated Channel 8 Drama The Little Nyonya.
