Kanye West Will Not Face Charges For Attacking Teen Kanye may be off the hook for this incident, but we’re curious to see what happens when he gets his hands on Joan Rivers for calling baby North ugly. According to LA Times: No charges will be filed against rapper Kanye West for allegedly punching a person at a Beverly Hills chiropractor’s office, the L.A. County district attorney’s office said Friday. The alleged incident occurred Jan. 13 in the 8800 block of Wilshire Boulevard after West’s fiancee, Kim Kardashian, entered the office at the same time as the alleged victim. The alleged victim held the door open for Kardashian,”words were exchanged, and both parties report the victim used a racial epithet,” the district attorney’s office said in a statement. Kardashian relayed the verbal encounter to West, apparently by cellphone, according to media reports. West went to the chiropractor’s office and shortly afterward, he and Kardashian found the alleged victim in the waiting room. West punched the person an unknown number of times, according to the district attorney’s office. No significant injuries were documented at the time of the initial report, the office said. The victim’s attorney indicated a civil compromise had been reached with West, and although a police report was filed, the victim declined to seek criminal prosecution, the district attorneys office said. “Further inquiry by this office resulted in the victim, through his attorney, declining to speak with a member of the district attorney’s office,” authorities said in a statement. “Prosecution is accordingly declined due to victim unavailability.” Yeezus stays catching fade with people and not facing charges. Kristen Stewart should finally get to have some fun this November in Summit’s franchise-ending The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2 , which sees heroine Bella Swan finally blossom into the hot lady vampire mom she was always meant to be. A new teaser reveals your first full look at Stewart as Vampire Bella flexing her new superpowers, making out with Robert Pattinson , worrying about the hordes who want to kill her baby — you know, the usual new parent routine. The clip, apparently taken from a Target in-store promo reel, reveals Stewart in full vampire mode: Red lips, amber eyes, pale skin, perfect eyebrows, bolder sense of self-confidence. The scene within shows Bella and Edward discussing their final challenge: Gathering enough support from the vampire community to prove to Michael Sheen’s head bloodsucker crew that their little half-human, half-vampire baby Renesmee isn’t an abomination of nature. That’s essentially what the conclusion of Breaking Dawn is about: Parenthood. Sigh. Richard Linklater’s latest film, Bernie , makes its SXSW debut on Wednesday, but Movieline will save you a trip to Austin by showcasing one of its finer highlights here. Take it away, Kay McCabe! McCabe, the saucy delight otherwise known as Matthew McConaughey’s mother, drops in for one of the dark comedy’s documentary interludes. In this first-look clip, she has a few words for the titular local mortician (played by Jack Black) and the rich widow (Shirley MacLaine) whose wealth he pursues with deadly consequences.
