Floyd Mayweather is undefeated in the boxing ring. But the multiple-time, multiple-weight class champion just lost a battle in court: a judge sentenced him to 90 days in prison. Mayweather was arrested in September of 2010 after ex-girlfriend Josie Harris, the mother of his children, accused the athlete of hitting her in the head in front of the former couple’s kids. Following the incident, this Grand Rapids, Michigan native agreed to a deal with prosecutors in which he pleaded guilty to misdemeanor domestic violence in exchange for lawyers dropping any felony charges. He also pleaded no contest to a pair of misdemeanor harassment charges stemming from an alleged threat to beat up his kids. Mayweather must begin serving his sentence on January 3. Stop us if you’ve heard this before: Joe Giudice is in major trouble with the law. The husband of Real Housewives of New Jersey cast member Teresa Giudice was indicted today on one charge of wrongfully using identifying information of another and one charge of impersonation. The crimes allegedly took place when Joe used his brother’s marriage license and birth certificate to obtain a driver’s license in June 2010. Combined, these counts could land Joe in jail for over 10 years. Teresa’s 40-year old squeeze has also been arrested for DUI and accused of hiding assets from the court after filing for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy in 2009. At one time, his cumulative debt totaled $11 million.

Victoria’s Secret and Sports Illustrated swimsuit model Kate Upton and New York Jets quarterback Mark Sanchez are an item, according to the New York Post. Sanchez has been paying frequent late-night visits to her NYC apartment, having been spotted several times at the voluptuous blonde’s pad since November. Mark is 25 years old. Kate Upton is 19. Nineteen! Just barely passing the “half your age plus seven” test, that’s a step up from his old GF Eliza Kruger , 17. Sanchez was seen in the lobby of the building where Kate Upton (who’s also been linked to Kanye) lives, carrying gifts for her after a charity event early last month. On another occasion, Sanchez was spotted coming into the building with bags a minute or two after Upton arrived. They’ve also been seen at his place of work. Upton has also attended some Jets games as her sister, Christie Upton, is a manager of client relations for the team and works closely with Mark Sanchez. Another source insists that Upton and Sanchez are “just friends.” The Jets QB has also been linked to actresses Jamie-Lynn Sigler and Hayden Panettiere, who’s now dating his teammate Scotty McKnight, in recent years.
