The Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood star first went up against 50 Cent, and now, she’s lost again after a judge dismissed her entire case and threw out all of the claims against her ex-boyfriend. According to court documents obtained by The Blast , a Los Angeles judge ordered that because Mari failed to appear for a scheduled hearing in the case earlier this month, that the court determined she has ultimately “failed to prosecute her case.” The judge also noted that 50 Cent was already dismissed, but now Mari’s ex-boyfriend is too. Akbar Abdul-Ahad, who Teairra claimed conspired with the rapper to leak a sexually graphic video of her, is now completely free from the battle and the case has been closed.As was first reported, Teairra Mari sued 50 Cent and her ex-boyfriend accusing them of engaging in a plan to sexually objectify, threaten, intimidate, humiliate, and degrade her. She also claimed that Abdul-Ahad logged into her Instagram account and posted a sexually graphic video of her without her permission. Mari said that her ex-boyfriend was upset because he was allegedly trying to develop a polyamorous relationship, along with a reality show highlighting that lifestyle–but she wanted no parts. Teairra went on to say that after she removed the video and photo that Abdul-Ahad had posted, 50 Cent went on to post the same material on his own page. He captioned the photo “get the strap,” which the reality star claims was a possible reference that encouraged his fans to harm her. 50 Cent denied all the allegations and said by the time he reposted the image, it was already all over the internet in other places. He demanded her lawsuit be thrown out of court, arguing that the photo didn’t even show any genitals or a sexual acts. The rapper was recently dismissed from the case completely and the judge awarded him attorney fees in the amount of $30,618. Though there’s no word on payment toward her ex, Mari’s entire case has now been closed.

Kelly and condemned the parents of the teenage girls who were victims of his perversions on a recent appearance on “The Breakfast Club.” MUST READ: Lil Mo Defends Fab: I’ll Olivia Pope This Whole Situation Before I Let Somebody Take My Brother Down’ After admitting she was molested by a member of her church and that she didn’t tell her parents until she confessed it on R&B Divas at a late age, Mo, baffled by the idea of the victims not coming out, denounced the victims with the asinine comment, “Why now?” “Who raised the people?” she continued. According to Lil’ Mo, her father raised her to be aware, which, in addition to the sexual assault incident in her youth, made her an overprotective parent. Yet still, it happened to her. But perhaps that hasn’t clicked in Mo’s mind because she questioned why the victims took so long to come forward. She even acknowledged women feel “like we’re lesser.” And when she vehemently defended R. Kelly, Charlamagne interjected to add, “you can’t blame parents for the actions of a grown a** man.” Nonetheless, she proclaimed, she isn’t muting sh*t. Mo’s stance isn’t surprising. After all, she defended her former collaborator Fabolous after video of the rapper verbally assaulting his longtime lover Emily B and her father surfaced on the Internet. “One thing I refuse to allow this industry or for anybody to do is to taint his legacy,” she said. “At the end of the day I’m not going to let nobody go out as an abuser and as a..whatever they’re calling him. I’m not letting it happen. You have to protect the king.” Pretty much, Lil’ Mo is out here caping for “kings” at the expense of women and herself as she broke down moments later discussing how loyal she is to her loved ones, who aren’t as loyal to her. Lil’ Mo isn’t alone. This week, Erykah Badu and Taraji P. Henson both made troubling statements that laddered up to the support of a monster. Similar to Mo’s sentiments–Erykah Badu blatantly admitted that she still loves R. Kelly and will continue to pray for him. This is also the same woman who tweeted in 2016, “Young Girls need to wear longer skirts to fight against natural male teacher attraction.” There’s a generational divide between millennial women and our proverbial aunties. Women once found strength in how much they could take whereas younger women refuse to take all society, particularly men, has to throw at them. In the Black community, it seems holding men accountable takes a backseat to placing the onus on young girls. Whereas young White girl victims are allowed to be innocent, young Black victims are seen as “fast” or “fresh.” Particularly perplexing with Lil’ Mo is that she is a victim but won’t acknowledge the victim in others. That she can’t understand why someone dealing with the shame of sexual assault, abuse would not immediately come out. That she questioned the parents before denouncing the man behind the horrors. The baller reportedly popped the question to his girlfriend and former Basketball Wives star Hazel Renee, but how the world found out about the news is just as exciting as their engagement news itself. After a pre-game practice, Golden State Warriors head coach Steve Kerr revealed to reporters, “The time’s been great. A nice change of pace during the middle of the season, especially in mid-January. Beautiful weather here, and a lot of guys have brought family members. Draymond got engaged. A lot of great stuff.” Rumblings of Draymond dating Hazel first sufaced back in October of 2017 and at that time, Green had to dispel rumors that he was allegedly cheated on his baby mama-to-be with her. But whatever their relationship status was at the time, it looks like things are going strong now. Neither Draymond nor Hazel has confirmed or addressed Steve Kerr’s statement about their engagement–but there’s a pretty good chance the guy knows what he’s talking about. Nicholas Sandmann who previously tried to paint himself as a peacemaker to NBC News and said he stood still simply to “diffuse the situation” sucked up some airtime on “The Today Show” Wednesday. Sandmann sat down with Savannah Guthrie and refuted claims that he’s an unangelic, ignorant, entitled, bra and instead he says he and his Cheeto approved friends were just minding their business when they became victims. He also denied that he was smirking—-even though we all have working eyes and can clearly see his smug facial expression. “People judged me based off one expression, which I wasn’t smirking,” Sandmann said to “Today. And they’ve gone from there to titling me and labeling me as a racist person.” “As far as standing there, I had every right to do so. I don’t – I – my position is that I was not disrespectful to Mr. Phillips,” Sandmann added. “I respect him. I’d like to talk to him.
