On Sunday night, the New England Patriots ground and pounded their way to a 13-3 victory over the LA Rams in what’s being called the most boring Super Bowl in history. (And it’s not even snooze-worthy Maroon 5 halftime show that earned the game that dubious distinction.) As far as we know, lifelong Pats fan Ben Affleck was not in attendance at the game, but it’s not entirely clear why Beantown Bennie decided to sit this one out. Perhaps like the rest of the world, Ben realized that a Pats victory was basically a foregone conclusion. And since Affleck is newly sober, he might not have felt like getting doused in Sam Adams by a bunch of celebratory Massholes. Of course, the fact that he’s kicked the sauce isn’t the only major change in Affleck’s life in recent months. According to E! News, Ben is back together with SNL producer Lindsay Shookus ! As you may recall, Ben and Lindsay began dating back in 2017. The relationship got so serious so fast that there were rumors Ben and Lindsay were engaged . A source tells E! that Ben and Lindsay have been on and off for longer than anyone realizes (So maybe there was some truth to those rumors that he started dating Lindsay while he was still married to Jennifer Garner !), and they’ve never been able to quit one another for very long. “They’ve known each other for years and there have been other periods of time where they didn’t speak. But they always seem to end up talking again.” Ben and Lindsay broke up last year, allegedly because his drinking had once again spiraled out of control. Now, however, it seems they’re right back where they started … well, sort of. The insider claims that while Ben and Lindsay are “spending time together” (which almost certainly means hooking up), but they’re not ready to make their relationship official again just yet. It seems Affleck feels that things are going well for him for the first time in quite some time, and he doesn’t want to rock the boat with any major announcements. “Ben is in a really good place right now. Both health-wise and with his family,” another source tells E! News. “Ben has been concentrating on being a doting father and has been spending time with his kids and Jen.” Affleck is so focused on his recovery and his family that he’s reportedly stepped away from his role as Batman in the DC cinematic universe. So perhaps Ben’s new focus on stability explains why he decided to steer clear of Atlanta during Super Bowl week. In just a few weeks, Joe Giudice will be a free man. In more ways than one, according to a brand new report. Indeed, sources confirm to Radar Online that Teresa Giudice really is preparing to cut bait on her marriage, as weeks and weeks’ forth of rumors may soon turn into a reality. Just how likely is this scenario? What steps, if any, has Teresa taken toward divorce? “[She] visited a divorce lawyer last week when she got back from Los Angeles,” a source close to The Real Housewives of New Jersey star told Radar, adding in no uncertain terms: “She is serious about divorcing Joe, and she wants to make sure she is taken care of when it happens.” This isn’t the first we’ve heard of a possible divorce between Teresa and Joe, but it is the first time we’ve heard of the former conferring with an attorney. Two weeks ago, reports circulated that Giudice has already filed her legal paperwork , but that doesn’t appear to be the case just yet. Still, Joe was sentenced to deportation in October, as a judge decreed he broke federal law as a non-U.S. citizen and must therefore return to Italy after he completes his prison term next month. In a 13-page ruling, this judge explained that Giudice’s crimes – which included conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud, bankruptcy fraud, and failure to file tax returns – could be defined as “aggravated felonies,” or offenses that involve fraud or deceit in which the loss to the victim exceeds $10,000. He was sent to prison for 41 months for these crimes. And, unless something changes, will now be sent away from his family. Couldn’t Teresa and his four daughters just follow Joe to Italy? Yes. But how would Teresa benefit financially from such a move? Insiders have claimed that the veteran Bravo personality (who served time herself behind bars for similar financial crimes) is already looking ahead, both personally and professionally. She may even be scheming to sign up for a spinoff once Joe is out of the picture. It would center on her life as a newly single mother of four. “Her role on [The Real Housewives] just doesn’t pay enough, and Teresa needs the extra cash to be able to buy Joe out of his portion of the ownership of their mansion,” alleges this report. The informant who offered up such a quote added the following of Teresa’s plans: “[She] has held back a lot of intimate details about her personal life from viewers and is pitching Bravo that this project would allow her to be essentially reintroduced to the audience.” For now, though, questions do remain about Joe’s status. His lawyer has filed an appear in regard to the deportation and a hearing may be held to determine his fate once and for all before Joe leaves jail. Khloe Kardashian looks great these days, right? Sure she does — she’s built an entire new career for herself with that “revenge body” of hers. It seems like all she talks about these days is how she used to be known as “the fat Kardashian” or “the ugly Kardashian” — neither of which were true, by the way. She talks about those things, and about how she started working out when her marriage to Lamar Odom fell apart. It’s all been very inspirational, and we’re happy that she feels good about herself. … But really, are we not going to talk about how different she looks ? Take this photo, for instance, which was shared last night by her longtime hairstylist, Jen Atkin: At first, you may zero in on her clothing in this pic, or the lack thereof. Which makes sense — she’s pulling a Kendall Jenner with those emojis to cover up her nipples, it’s pretty hard to miss. But if you can manage to pull your eyes up towards her face … that’s when things get weird. Many people are pointing out that she’s giving off some strong Jessica Rabbit vibes in this photo, which is fair. Boobs, red lips, it’s the whole thing. The lips though, that’s where we’re getting hung up. They’re just … they’re so big, aren’t they? Big enough that it looks like her facial muscles may be having a tough time holding them up. At first glance, we might buy that she simply overlined her lips, that old family favorite. There does seem to be a tell-tale crease on her upper lip there. It's not explicitly stated, but it looks like in this clip, Chelsea and her friends are preparing for a little bachelorette party ahead of her wedding to Cole DeBoer . The friends come over and give her a gift bag, and she promptly pulls out the blow-up doll. She is very, very excited about it. A little too excited, perhaps. But while the ladies are super psyched to get into all that bachelorette tomfoolery, they forget one small problem: Aubree is still home, waiting to leave for her grandma's house. Johnny Depp has been having a rough time lately. His divorce from Amber Heard made headlines for months; his movie career – once one of the most lucrative in the industry – has produced one middling semi-hit (2015’s Black Mass) in the past 6 years, and now his desperate financial situation is the talk of Tabloid Town. Some sources are going so far as to say that Depp is completely broke , and as difficult as that might be to believe given the number of box office smashes under his belt and the fact that he anchors (yar-har-har) a five-film ongoing Disney franchise, there’s reason to believe that there may be some truth behind the rumors. For starters, the reports of Depp’s destitution come not from the pages of some glassy checkout-line rag but from legal documents filed by his former management firm, TMG. Depp sued the group for mismanaging his funds and they immediately filed countersuit claiming that it’s Johnny’s fault all his Captain Jack booty has been plundered by creditors. So where did all of Depp’s money go ? Well, appropriately, he blew a large chunk of it on the purchase of a small Bahamian island. The rest, it seems, was squandered on a number of eccentric expenses befitting Tim Burton’s BFF. According to the court docs, Depp bought antique cars he never drove and spent an astonishing $30,000 a month just on wine. Add to that the maintenance of his multiple mansions and the $7 million settlement with Heard (plus whatever the divorce cost him in legal fees) and it’s not hard to see how Depp ended up in his current situation. No actually, it is still hard to understand, considering he’s reportedly raked in nearly half a billion from the Pirates films alone. Despite that, TMG says they warned him repeatedly that he was spending his way into the poorhouse. “Depp lived an ultra-extravagant lifestyle that often knowingly cost Depp in excess of $2 million per month to maintain, which he simply could not afford,” claims attorney Michael Kump. Now, it seems Depp’s financial panic is so bad that it’s seriously affecting his career. Back in October, Depp fired his agent, UTA’s Tracey Jacobs, whom he’d been with for nearly 30 years. The move was originally attributed to Depp’s frustration with the direction of his career, but now, Page Six is claiming that Depp simply couldn’t afford her services any longer. Depp has since jumped over to CAA, where he’s rumored to have worked out a lower commission. We hope none of this will interfere with that long-awaited Mortdecai sequel.

Via Page Six : “Trai wants out,” said an insider. “He feels that he studied at Yale and he’s a ‘true thespian’ . . . The character is beneath him. He has an idea of himself as being this big Shakespearean actor.” “At first, being on ‘Empire’ was major for him. But he feels his character is not as important this season, and he hates not being the star,” said a source. “He thinks he has the acting chops of Taraji and Terrence. He doesn’t get how the show benefits him, and he feels he has way too much talent when he’s not the star by any means.” Well Trai’s responding to the rumors himself and he’s shutting them down.
