What breakup??? Kenya Moore Says She’s Back With Matt Jordan Remember when we told you that Kenya Moore and her young boo thang Matt Jordan broke up after a “door smashing” incident in Mexico? Well during last night’s episode of RHOA Kenya confirmed that they’re working on their relationship after Matt showed up to her house warming and begged for forgiveness. “I did bad. I was wrong. I was really wrong,” said Matt on the show. After the episode aired Kenya was a guest on Andy Cohen’s “Watch What Happens Live” alongside Sandra Bernahrd and further explained that she and the 29-year-old are trying to work it out. “We’re working on our relationship. I’ve learned a lot throughout the year about myself and definitely we’re working on it,” said Kenya. “I’m learning as I go and I clearly have love for this man and I see that there are issues that we need work out and that he needs to work on.” She also shot down notions that her boyish boo thang needs anger management classes. “I don’t think it’s anger, I think it’s different. […] He’s immature at times. He acts out. He’s 29. Michigan Officer Says He Was Demoted Because He’s Black A former African-American Michigan State Police officer believes that race is the reason he was demoted , while a white cop who had two dogs from his K-9 unit die in his care got a second chance according to The Root : The now-retired trooper, who was not identified, is reportedly suing the state police, claiming that after being accused of leaving a work shift early and misfiling time cards, he was demoted and had his K-9 dogs taken away—despite his claim that a sergeant had given him permission to leave his patrol early. “For them to get together with the command and concoct some crazy investigation to get you removed from the unit, it’s clearly because I’m black,” the former cop, who was the only black trooper in the K-9 unit at the time, told the news site. “It speaks to a discriminatory mindset. It speaks to a discriminatory custom and culture in the Michigan State Police,” attorney Leonard Mungo, who is representing the former officer, said. There are also claims of racially charged remarks. “We have the representations from a white trooper that my client was called ‘Buckwheat,’ and my client was called ‘Sambo’ and other racially derogatory terms,” Mungo added. Meanwhile, the black officer pointed out that a white colleague had two police dogs die while in his care and received no punishment. The dogs reportedly died after being left in a car for 11 hours, with the windows up and the vehicle off. “It was kept hush-hush and he was allowed to stay in the unit,” the source said. “He was written a reprimand and was immediately issued two more dogs.” In the Michigan Penal Code, the site notes, such an oversight is meant to be punishable by jail time and fines. “He wasn’t removed from the unit and I was,” the black cop said. “I just don’t see how the two can even be comparable.” Do you think race played a part in the cop’s demotion??

Earlier today, The New York Daily News scandalously published a photo of Bruce Jenner wearing a dress outside of his house in Malibu, Calif. The day that photo was taken, Jenner had called the police in hopes of chasing off the paparazzi who were using telephoto lenses to snap photos of him through the windows. Sources say the cops arrived in a timely fashion and the photographers scattered from the premises, but clearly, the damage had already been done. Now, the 65-year-old Olympic champion is reportedly firing back against the paps who took the photos and the tabloid for published them. “Bruce has decided to take legal action because he is fed up with the constant invasion of his privacy,” a source tells Radar Online . While tabloids and paparazzi have much more leeway in the U.S. than in other countries, it’s illegal for photographers to use telephoto lenses to essentially trespass on private property. As a result, Bruce may have a legitimate complaint here, and it may have been unlawful for the Daily News to purchase pictures that were clearly taken in such a way. The insider says that Jenner “can’t believe the gross invasion of his privacy” and will unleash the full fury of his legal team on any publications or paparazzi who step out of bounds. Jenner’s interview with Diane Sawyer – in which he reportedly plans to discuss the details of his sex change for the first time – will air on Friday. Sources say he hopes the long-awaited sit-down will help alleviate some of the media scrutiny he’s been placed under in recent weeks. Stay tuned.
