“Get yo kiiiiiiiids…..” 10-Year-Old Boy Calls 911 To Avoid Bedtime via NBC News In a case of sleepy-time justice, a Massachusetts boy got more than he bargained for when he called 911 this week to complain that his mother was making him go to bed: a visit from police. Dan Davis, 10, just wanted to stay up late during school vacation. When he told his mom he was going call the cops on her, she dared him to go ahead, according to NBC affiliate WHDH. “He’s like, ‘I’m going to call the cops on you,’” Shamayne Rosario, Davis’ mother, told the 911 operator. Davis dialed 911 shortly after 8 p.m. but, suddenly shy, hung up quickly without actually speaking with the dispatcher. Following protocol, the Brockton, Mass., police department returned the call. Rosario explained the situation, even offering her son a chance to speak. “Dan, would you like to talk to the police?” Rosario is heard saying on the return call, “because you can’t be calling 911 when there is no emergency.” SMH. Bruce Beresford-Redman to Stand Trial in Mexico

Bruce Beresford-Redman, the former TV producer accused of killing his wife outside a resort in Cancun, has been ordered back to Quintana Roo, Mexico to stand trial on charges of aggravated homicide. The incident took place in November, when the body of Bruce’s wife, Monica, washed up in a sewer system near the hotel where she had been staying with her family. The cause of death was asphyxiation. Bruce’s attorneys claimed the police were too quick to charge their client and lacked any physical evidence. But United States prosecutors say fellow guests heard screams emanating from the couple’s room and that detectives subsequent discovered blood spatter in the bathroom and in other areas of the room. The ex- Survivor producer has been behind bars in Los Angeles, but will soon be moved to Mexico. He faces up to 30 years in prison if found guilty.

Nicki Minaj Calls Cops on Alleged Hotel Attacker

Nicki Minaj says she was struck in the face by a male acquaintance yesterday. But the artist does not want to press any charges. Here’s what went down: Minaj and an unidentified man were allegedly arguing poolside at the Palomar Hotel in Dallas. As the verbal sparring intensified, the man left for his hotel room, the singer told an employee to call the cops and then she followed the man back inside. Once there, she says he hit her in the lower lip. When the police arrived, Minaj explained what happened but said she did not want to press charges. She added that the opponent was not her boyfriend. JWoww Accused of Attacking Tom Lippolis With Knife, Fireplace Poker in Drunken Fight

Tom Lippolis is doing everything he can to tarnish JWoww’s reputation. First, he relentlessly tried to hawk pics of JWoww nude , only to be turned aside by a court order. Now he’s accusing the Jersey Shore star of attacking him. Not a kind of standard, run-of-the-mill attack like when she beats down Sammi in Seaside Heights, either. He’s talking drunken knife-fight style! Tom alleges that on March 6, 2010, J-Woww got furious at him for taking a picture with a girl, and the argument escalated quickly and violently. “Jenni was screaming really hateful remarks,” he says . “She told me, ‘You’re a jerk and you’re an a**hole!’ We were screaming at each other.” From there, Tom says that JWoww – who’s now dating Roger Williams – grabbed a “short steak knife,” and she STABBED him in the arm! “My wounds resembled something out of one of those surgery TV shows – muscle completely cut and just hanging out of my skin,” he says. He alleges that after he cleaned himself up, he ran into JWoww once more, only to have the large-breasted one come after him again! “Jenni was holding the knife, with blood dripping off of it, in one hand and swinging a fireplace poker at me with the other,” he recalls. “I still have a hole in my elbow from where she impaled me.” Tom says when he returned from the hospital, J-Woww didn’t even apologize. As for why he didn’t call the cops after this alleged attack? “She basically told me that I made her do it,” he claims. “I should’ve gone to the police, but I wanted to guard her for some odd reason.” “I didn’t want to get her in trouble.” Anybody believe Tom Lippolis’ claims? Don’t get us wrong, JWoww coming at him with a red hot poker is something we can picture, but it seems far-fetched that it really happened.

Spencer Pratt Calls Cops on Darlene Egelhoff; Mother of Heidi Montag Forced to Leave Premises

On The Hills Tuesday night, Spencer Pratt threatened to call the cops on Holly Montag if his wife’s sister didn’t leave his property. Idle threat? Apparently not! Police were dispatched to Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag’s home just hours ago after the couple called for help, saying Heidi’s mother was refusing to leave. Heidi confirmed this to TMZ: “My mom just showed up to the house unannounced … after what she did to me on national TV, I have no desire to see her.” Montag is referring to a recent episode of The Hills in which Darlene Egelhoff said point blank that she did not approve of her daughter’s plastic surgeries. This week, Spencer claimed Darlene “tried to rape Heidi emotionally” and called her “just a vagina” who brought Heidi into the world, but is not special . Heidi Montag is done with her mom’s emotional abuse! Heidi notified her personal security team when her mom showed up “pounding on the door.” Darlene spoke with the police but has now left the premises. She continues, “Her showing up is completely out of line and psychotic. I’m getting a restraining order against her.” No arrests were made in the incident. Los Angeles Police Department Sgt. Leffew said: “Officers arrived on the scene and advised the mother that since her daughter is an adult, she doesn’t have to speak to [the mom] if she doesn’t want to. The mother said ‘fine, no problem’ and left. There were no citations or arrests.” Heidi Montag promises this isn’t the end of all the drama: “I made it very clear that I want nothing to do with her in my life right now,” she tells People . “I’m sick to my stomach she would even do something like this. She needs to stay away from me. I’m planning on getting a restraining order against her.” Heidi Montag’s mom, Darlene Egelhoff, isn’t smiling right now .
