Kevin Jackson: Fired by Fox News for Slamming Brett Kavanaugh Accusers as "Lying Skanks"

Despite being accused of attempted rape and sexual misconduct, it seems very likely that Brett Kavanaugh will be confirmed next week as the next Supreme Court Justice. He’s about to hold one of the more influential jobs in the country. Kevin Jackson, conversely, is now out of a job… following detestable comments the Fox News contributor made on Twitter yesterday. The now-ousted television personality Tweeted up a disgusting storm on Thursday throughout the Senate Judiciary Committee hearing that involved interviews with Kavanaugh and Dr. Christine Blasey Ford . The latter, of course, claims that Kavanaugh forced her on to a bed in the summer of 1982 and tried to rape her. Both Dr. Ford and Judge Kavanaugh were grilled for hours by various members of the United States Senate yesterday morning and afternoon, with most viewers believing that Ford offered a very credible and vulnerable testimony. But Jackson was not one of these viewers. “To hell with the notion that women must be believed no matter what,” Jackson wrote in one tweet. “Lying skanks is what these three women are, and we all know more.” Jackson was referring not just to Ford with this message, but also to Deborah Ramirez, who alleges that Kavanaugh stuck his penis in her face during a gathering at Yale and made her touch it… … and Julie Swetnick , who alleges that Kavanaugh was at minimum “present” during a gang rape in the early 1980s. (After a Twitter user reprimanded Jackson for his harsh words, he replied: “That’s my attitude toward liars of any gender.”) Fox News severed ties with Jackson several hours later, calling his remarks “reprehensible.” But this didn’t stop Jackson from Tweeting — or from doing his best to own the Libs. “Just so we are clear #Leftists, I stand on my principles even if it costs me a gig,” he wrote after he got canned. “You remain lying scum, willing to CRUSH good people for your devilish ideology.” Said Fox News in its full remarks after letting Jackson go: “His comments on today’s hearings were reprehensible and do not reflect the values of Fox News.” But this has simply made Jackson into a martyr, at least in the eyes of Jackson himself. “I stand on the principle of FAIRNESS in the treatment of ALL people,” he also wrote yesterday, adding; “The #Kavanaugh farce proves that #Leftists are simply putrid. My stance got me fired as a Contributor on Fox, and that’s their choice. I made mine!” Back on September 20, Jackson called the Ford allegations “MeToo bullshit at it finest.” He has appeared on the Fox News channel for years, although it’s not clear when he became a contributor. “Wow, #ChristineFord looks rode hard and put up wet, as we say in the country,” he Tweeted yesterday upon getting a look at Ford. To be clear: only gross sexists say that in this country. Please don’t believe this is a commonly-used saying across the country, residents across the globe.

Bridalplasty Murder: Man Convicted of Killing Lisa Marie Naegle

In December of 2016, former Bridalplasty contestant Lisa Marie Naegle was found brutally murdered . It has been nearly two years, but the murderer has been convicted. He was the last man with whom she was seen alive. People reports that a man named Jackie Jerome Rogers has been found guilty of Lisa Maria Naegle’s appalling murder. The court found that on the night of December 18, 2016, he murdered Naegle in his car. Investigators believe that he killed her by striking her at least eight times with a hammer while the two of them were both in the vehicle. He then buried her body in a shallow grave in his own backyard. The Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office confirmed the results of Rogers’ trial. Naegle and Rogers had been having an affair at the time. Rogers was 34 and her former student. Just hours before her grisly murder, the two attended a friend’s birthday party at a restaurant in Torrance, California. That, investigators discovered, was the last time that anyone but Rogers saw Naegle alive. On Monday, September 24, Rogers was charged with First-Degree Murder. Though Naegle became famous for her role as a reality star contestant on Bridalplasty, in real life, she had a job. She worked as a nurse. When she did not show up for work the following, that set off alarm bells with her coworkers and family. Friends attempted to file a missing person’s report right away. Unfortunately, they were told that they needed to wait 72 hours before an adult’s absence became an emergency. As we now know, Naegle was already dead at the time. Still, even before the police investigation began, friends and family had a lot of questions for Rogers.  He claimed to have left Naegle at the restaurant because he felt tired. That did not add up. Then, video surveillance showed that Naegle had left the restaurant with Rogers. Rogers changed his story, claiming to have dropped off Naegle at a gas station. No one was buying it. Rogers became visibly upset at this point. It can seem cruel that it took nearly two years for Naegle’s murderer to be convicted, but the justice system rarely moves swiftly. Malia Obama: Mocking Pot Controversy in Latest Photos?!

Last month, photos and video surfaced online that appeared to show Malia Obama smoking pot  at the Lollapalooza music festival. Malia Obama Pot Smoking Video For reasons that remain unclear, the idea of an 18-year-old recent high school grad getting stoned sparked (no pun intended) some intense debates on social media. Some claimed Malia was smoking a cigarette , not a joint. Others pointed out that as far as her health is concerned, the revelation that she’s hooked on Marbs like her father used to be would be far more troubling than the idea of her puffing the occasional doobie. (We like to throw around slang sometimes to prove how “down” we are with the kids. Do kids still say “down”?) Anyway, there are lots of people out there who are super pissed off about Malia enjoying her gap year between high school and Harvard, but they’re not exactly sure why they’re so outraged. Some have even tried to turn this into “a thing” by throwing it back to the days when her father was a smoker, claiming that the Obamas are part of some “making smoking cool again” conspiracy. Obviously, that’s idiotic, but new photos of Malia have some scratching their heads as to whether the 18-year-old is sending a sincere message, or taking a sarcastic jab at her haters. The pics show Malia wearing what appears to be a homemade shirt that reads, “Smoking kills.” It’s unclear if this was meant as a joke or an attempt to set a good example for her young admirers in the wake of her recent mini-scandal, but it’s certainly a head-scratching fashion statement. As for those pics of President Obama gunnin’ cigs in his Chicago badass days, well, who cares, right? Does the young future prez look cool. Kinda. Does that mean smoking is cool? Hell no. Look, we all know that just because something occasionally looks cool, that doesn’t necessarily mean that it is. Jumping over ten flaming school buses on a motorcycle looks cool, but it’s still something that you should never even contemplate doing in real life. Politics aside, in terms of presidential coolness, Obama is up in the top five alongside Teddy Roosevelt (the guy had a pet bear), Franklin Pierce (underrated BAMF), and George W. Bush. (We know. But the guy got a DUI in Texas in the ’70s. No easy feat.) That said, we’re sure Obama has impressed upon his daughters that taking up smoking in 2016, with everything we now know about its many detrimental effects on one’s health is one of the least cool things one can do. Also, in the interest of covering our asses legally, we should remind you that we say much of this in jest, and it is not actually cool to get a DUI in Texas in the ’70s. So if you get your hands on a time traveling Delorean and a case of Billy Beer and things go awry, don’t go pointing the finger at us.

Brock Turner, Convicted Rapist, Registers as Sex Offender

Yes, by now, you likely know who Brock Turner is. You probably didn’t need us to write in the above headline that he’s a “convicted rapist.” Except far too many media outlets seemed to bury this lede when reporting on Brock Turner getting out of jail last week. They wrote that “Former Stanford Swimmer Brock Turner…” was now out of prison or some similar nonsense. So we just want to make it clear here: Yes, Brock Turner once swam for Stanford University. But that fact only matters to the shady judge who gave him a lenient sentence. Brock Turner is only generating headlines these days because he is a rapist. He was convicted on three felony counts of sexual assault against an unconscious woman. Brock Turner Released from Prison, Surrounded by Media Okay, thank you for indulging us. We had to get that out of our system. Turner was somehow sentenced to only six months in prison for his heinous act, which took place in January of last year and which involved him inserting his figures in a woman lying on the street outside a party. He was caught by a couple of fellow students and ran away as quickly as he could at the time. Fortunately, one of those students caught up to Turner and tackled him to the ground. He was eventually arrested and convicted of rape, only for his father to argue in court that his son did not deserve any jail time for a mere “20 minutes of action.” The judge incredibly agreed with this assessment, going against the prosecutors’ recommendation and sentencing Turner to six months behind bars, which was reduced to three months due to good behavior. Turner is now a free man. But he will at least have an official stigma attached to his name forever. As you can see below, Turner registered on Tuesday morning in Greene County, Ohio as a sex offender. This registration, along with drug and alcohol counseling, was part of Turner’s legal “punishment.” We have to put that word in quotation marks because it’s abhorrent just how easy to judge went on Turner. In response to the light sentencing, Turner’s unnamed victim read a moving letter to her rapist in court. It was then read on CNN by anchor Ashleigh Banfield, who fought off tears as she made public the words of this brave young woman. Ma’lik Richmond Released After Only Serving 9-Months In Jail Via RadarOnline reports: Ma’lik Richmond, one of the two Steubenville High School jocks convicted in the rape of a 16-year-old girl at an Aug. 2012 party, is a free man. Richmond’s lawyer Walter Madison said his client, 16-years-old at the time of the crime, saw the error of his ways during the nine months he spent in a juvenile facility. “While away, Ma’Lik has reflected, learned, matured, and grown in many ways,” Madison said in a statement. “He is a better, stronger person and looks forward to school, life, and spending time with family.” Bob Fitzsimmons, a lawyer for the victim, criticized Richmond for not alluding to the victim in his statement upon release. “One would expect to see the defendant publicly apologize for all the pain he caused rather than make statements about himself — rape is about victims, not defendants,” the attorney said. “Although everyone hopes convicted criminals are rehabilitated, it is disheartening that this convicted rapist’s press release does not make a single reference to the victim and her family – whom he and his co-defendant scarred for life.” The other teen convicted last March in the incident, Trent Mays, received a longer sentence due to a conviction he received for taking a naked pic of the underage victim. It’s appalling and sad someone gets 9 months for RAPE while others get years for traffic violations and lesser crimes.

HIV Positive Mother Convicted Of Having Sex With Friend’s Children An HIV-positive Cincinnati woman who admitted to her friends that she’d been having sex with their teenage boys while babysitting them will reportedly only serve 1 year in prison. via Cincinnati Inquirer Candance Morris had good times with other moms in her East Price Hill neighborhood, playing cards and hanging out together. But what Morris, 32, did with their sons earned her prison time Monday and has the families worried about their sons’ health. Morris pleaded guilty Monday to four counts of unlawful sexual contact with minors and was sent by Hamilton County Common Pleas Court Judge Melba Marsh to prison for a year. But it’s unknown how long the two teens she had sex with have to worry about their health because Morris is HIV-positive. “I cared for her. I cared for her son,” said the mother of one of the 14-year-olds Morris abused. “I feel like she planned and plotted. I feel betrayed.” Morris often watched the teens when their parents went out. That’s what happened New Year’s Eve when she said she’d watch the boys. “We were going to church and she knew that and she blew my phone up (asking) to bring my baby over,” the mother said. While partying, Morris admitted she smoked many marijuana joints, drank a half-gallon of vodka as well as beer and champagne. Then she got in bed with the teens and had sex with both of them at the same time multiple ways. That stayed a secret until Morris argued with one of the mothers, got into a physical altercation with her and then shouted that she’d had sex – in a more profane way – with the woman’s son. “I apologize for the pain that I caused and I know my actions were irresponsible,” Morris told the judge, blaming “my bad habits” for the incident. “I would never have done it intentionally.” What sick and twisted slorebag this woman has to be to do something like this. This story will make you fucking sick….at least it made me sick and that’s why I am posting it. I just can’t believe shit like this happens, then I remember that horrible things happen all the time, that people are fucking sick in the head, and that often times when they are ghetto looking girls, who live in a trailer park, who are single mothers to begin with and who were probably raped as a child themselves, they will do anything for love…like let their convicted pedophile boyfriend have sex with her 4 month old and kill her… What the fuck… It’s too bad the government controls your text messages and phone calls and the messages the media send you…but they don’t control shit like this from happening… It’s horrible…

Fox Pays Convicted ‘Barefoot Bandit’ $1.4 Million for His Story

Colton Harris-Moore — a teen who spent two years stealing airplanes, boats and cars, evading authorities, and burglarizing homes — is picking up $1.4 million in restitution money to be paid to his victims from Fox for the rights to his story (though he’ll only collect if Fox exercises its options). Known as the ‘Barefoot Bandit” because he once committed a crime without shoes, the convicted Harris-Moore is in jail awaiting trial for an October sentencing which could land him 10 years in jail. The Oscar-winning scribe Dustin Lance Black was hired to write the picture. May I suggest a title? Barefoot in the Clink ? [ Deadline ]
