Knife with blood. One Florida woman took “When A Woman’s Fed Up” to a whole new level when she fatally stabbed her husband after falling slipping on dog feces. Authorities say 38-year old Rachel Fidanian , who was arrested on Wednesday for the murder, has given “several inconsistent statements” about what happened in the couple’s home in Lakeland, Polk County. Then later in the call, she said she was holding the dog while slicing pizza, and accidentally stabbed her husband when she tripped while walking toward him. When Polk County Fire Rescue officials arrived, Fidanian said she was slicing pizza, then noticed her dog had defecated and urinated in the living room. When she went to clean the mess, she slipped, still holding the knife, and fell onto her husband. 40-year old Bryan Fidanian was transported to a local hospital and died shortly after. Rachel is currently in prison on a murder charge.

A Florida man is facing charges after he allegedly attempted to buy an 8-year-old girl from her mother while shopping at Walmart. According to WKMG TV , Hellmuth Kolb was arrested on Saturday after a woman claimed that he approached her while she was sitting on a bench inside the Port Orange Walmart with her daughter. The woman, Tracy Nigh, told police that 81-year-old Kolb asked her if she was married before changing the subject to her daughter. “It seemed like a friendly conversation. He didn’t seem like a threat at first,” Nigh said to the station. That is, until Kolb allegedly started badgering the mother about whether or not she would sell her daughter to him. “The first amount was $100,000, the second amount was $150,000 and then the final amount was $200,000,” Nigh recalled. “I then said ‘No, we have to go.’” Nigh said when she and her daughter got up to leave, Kolb allegedly grabbed the girl’s wrist and kissed it, according to WJAX TV . Nigh proceeded to alert store security, who confirmed that the incident was all caught on camera. Kolb was later identified through his credit card transaction, and was charged with simple battery and false imprisonment and booked into the Volusia County Jail before being released. Police said they’ve had at least one other report of a similar incident a month ago involving a man who fit Kolb’s description. Officers say that when they interviewed Kolb at his residence, he said he remembered sitting next to a mother and her daughter at the Walmart. Though he admitted complimenting the woman, he claims that he did not remember grabbing her daughter, according to WNDB radio. The victim later picked Kolb from a photo lineup. A judge has ordered that Kolb is not to have any contact with the girl or her mother.
When 73-year old Pennelope Pettersen saw a naked man on her back porch — she went into full on scary grandma mode. WFTV reports, Axel Rivera, 28, was wearing a two-piece jail outfit and a pair of flip-flops when he faced a judge Friday afternoon on charges of burglary and exposing sexual organs. That’s three more items of clothing than Titusville police said Rivera was wearing when he was discovered on Pennelope Pettersen’s screened porch around 2 a.m. Pettersen, who once worked in security and law enforcement, decided she’d give the intruder a fright. She popped out her teeth. Prosecutors say alcohol may have played a part in Rivera’s bizarre behavior. He’s currently being held on $20,000 bail at Brevard County Jail.
Florida Man Accused Of Killing Mistress And Her Unborn Son A married father from Florida is being accused of killing his mistress, who was 8 months pregnant with a child authorities say he fathered, according to reports from PEOPLE . 41-year-old Jose Soto-Escalera is charged with two counts of first-degree murder in the death of Tania Wise, 23, whose body was discovered in a ditch on August 24, St. Lucie County Sheriff’s Office spokesman Bryan Beaty confirmed to the publication. Beaty reports that Wise suffered blunt force trauma to the back of her head as well as trauma to her throat, though authorities have not yet released her official cause of death. An arrest affidavit obtained by PEOPLE states that a witness told police that Soto-Escalera had given Wise $500 for an abortion, and was very angry that Wise didn’t end up getting one. According to the affidavit, the Florida man denied to police that he was in a sexual relationship with Wise and said instead that he was at another person’s home fixing a car battery on the night she was killed. Soto-Escalera was arrested on September 21. A statement from the sheriff’s office states that digital forensic evidence connected the suspect to the crime, along with an eyewitness’ confirmation of seeing his truck near the crime scene. Authorities believe that the man’s wife was unaware about his relationship with Wise, the affidavit states. Sheriff Ken Mascara told Treasure Coast Newspapers , “We know that he was the father of the baby, we know that she had some other individuals in her life, men in her life. We don’t know if jealousy was a motive, we don’t know if there was other motives involved.” Mascara also told the paper that the woman was scheduled to have a C-section the week after her body was found, also saying that Soto-Escalera did not seem remorseful what-so-ever to police when he was arrested. Wise was pregnant with what would have been her second child. Soto-Escalera is now being held without bail in St. Lucie County Jail, according to jail records. He has not yet entered a plea, Beaty says.

When asked about the rumor that he’s in talks with Golden State LeBron said, “The first thing I did I started laughing, actually. And then I thought about it, I think it’s doing [a disservice], it’s nonsense, and it’s a non-story.” He then speaks on what’s actually going on for him this season, and says that his only focus right now is, “trying to figure out how [the Cavaliers] can become a championship-caliber team in these next few months.” There you have it: no Golden State for LeBron.
Steve Granitz/WireImage Lana Del Rey Saved From Kidnapping Plot In Orlando A man in Florida has plans to kidnap singer Lana Del Rey , but the Orlando police put the creep in his place. 43-year-old Michael Hunt was only feet from the Amway Center, where Del Rey had her concert on Friday night. Luckily, Hunt never made contact with the Lana…he never even made inside the concert venue, but he did possess both tickets to the show and a small folding knife. Police received a phone call that tipped them about the suspect’s “cryptic and threatening” posts on social media, according to the Orlando Sentinel. The police report states that there was, “a concern for public safety” and that “due to the statements posted by Hunt, victim Elizabeth Grant (Del Rey’s real name) was in fear for her safety.” He has been charged with aggravated stalking and attempted kidnapping with a weapon. The cops did not reveal the exact threats made by Hunt, though the Orlando Sentinel did report that on Tuesday he wrote on Facebook, “I want to see my queen on Friday and from that day forward our decisions will be as one.” In a separate post, he wrote that Del Rey “knows my face in her dreams” and “she’s my always and forever to be.” Even creepier, on Wednesday, Hunt apparently posted a video detailing his plans to get together with the singer, saying, “I’m going to probably finish out her tour with her, obviously, and dance and talk and figure out what we’re going to do….Everyone knows that I’m here. Lana knows I’m here. The queen of England knows I’m here. Vladimir knows I’m here. They all know I’m here.” Michael Hunt is being held on no bond at Orange County Jail.

According to ABCNews , Trayvon Martin’s murderer was kicked out of a bar in Seminole County, Florida for accusing an innocent black man of punching him, berating a waitress, snatching a credit card out of her hand and droppin’ an n-bomb on her. A story ClickFlorida details how a top tier scumbag is wanted by the cops for snatching a pregnant woman’s necklace while she was having contractions. Julienne Antoine told police that she went for a walk to help soothe her birthing pains and was approached by a man who snatched her necklace and walked away, knowing she couldn’t chase him. “I just couldn’t believe it. Who robs a pregnant woman? “There was a young man walking toward me. I just looked at him and smiled, and then he had something in his hand. He was smoking and he kind of threw it out and he just lunged at me.” “I was like, if he punches me and I fall down and I’m on my due date, I don’t want anything to happen to the baby,” she said. “I already carried this baby for nine months. I’m not going to let something happen to her.” After running into the street to escape her would-be attacker, Julienne was rushed to the hosptial to deliver her child. “She came at 5:30 p.m.,” Antoine said. “Thankfully, she was OK.
