Son Puts Father In Critical Condition According to Mail Online A 21-year-old Mississippi man put his father in critical condition with a single punch on Sunday night after discovering, during a family dinner, that the older man was having an affair. Taylor Dwayne Harris learned his dad, Leonard Harris, 52, was cheating on his mother and receiving text messages from another woman at Dave and Buster’s restaurant in Orlando, Florida, where the family was on vacation. Angry and upset, the son stormed outside, yelling behind him ‘you better not come out here,’ to his father. But his dad followed him into the parking lot and witnesses saw a fight ensue between the two, ending in a single punch and the older man’s head hitting the concrete with a crack. A witness told deputies, according to a sheriff’s office report obtained by the Orlando Sentinel: ‘When the victim fell and hit the concrete… she could hear the victim’s head hit the concrete three car lengths away.’ Soon after, a doctor and his wife, a registered EMT, arrived at the restaurant for dinner and when they saw the man laying motionless in the parking lot, rushed to help the victim. The couple began performing CPR on the older Harris who had stopped breathing and lost his pulse. A Fire Rescue crew arrived moments later and managed to resuscitate him before he was transported to Dr. Phillips Hospital and later to Orlando Regional Medical Center where he is being treated in the neurological intensive car unit. Taylor Harris was arrested on a charge of aggravated battery with great bodily harm/domestic violence. The victim’s wife and suspect’s mother, Mary Harris, told officers she insisted her husband follow her son outside to check he was OK, after he left the table upset. Minutes later, Taylor Harris returned to the table and asked her to go check on his father, she said, adding that when she got back to the table the son was in tears. According to the Sentinel, Taylor Harris told his mother he left the restaurant to cool off but his dad ‘got in his face and would not leave him alone.’ The son remains held without bail in the Orange County Jail. Liam Hemsworth made sure the odds were in his favor early Sunday morning. Upon exiting a Philadelphia bar, the fiancé of Miley Cyrus confronted a man he believed had thrown a rock at him and a friend. As captured on video by TMZ, Hemsworth and his pal proceeded to give this alleged assailant a major beatdown, with Liam punching him in the face and shoving his head toward the concrete. The police soon arrived and cleared the scene, with no arrests made. According to Philadelphia police, no charges have been filed yet, perhaps because the victim thinks he fought to a draw. “I don’t think [Liam] fared much better,” he told TMZ, despite clear evidence to the contrary. Witnesses at the scene say they did not see anyone throw a rock. Neither Hemsworth, meanwhile, nor anyone from his camp has commented on the incident.

Now, according to TMZ sources, the Canadian model has dropped the restraining order he subsequently took out against the French actor. With Halle Berry and Aubry having reached a legal settlement in their custody/protective order battle, Gabriel’s attorney went to court Friday and told a judge his client no longer needed to be kept away from Martinez. It seemed to come out of nowhere. In the midst of a tightly-fought girls soccer match, McCullough fell after a seemingly innocuous foul … and absolutely lost it: High School Soccer Assault There is no video showcasing prior incidents between these two players, yet McCullough reacted viciously to a relatively minor trip that sent her to the ground. The attack, which you can see above, featured hair pulling, punches being rained down on the Chester player before the melee was broken up. Not just one or two of them, either. George Zimmerman’s father, Robert Zimmerman, says Trayvon Martin threatened to kill his son, then beat him to the point where he had no choice but to defend himself against the 17-year-old in Sanford, Fla., on February 26. The elder Zimmerman spoke, on camera but without showing his face, to Orlando, Fla., TV station WOFL, to share his son’s side of the national story. He claims Trayvon Martin attacked first and may have killed Zimmerman. The video was taken four hours after the incident took place. “The injuries that made it sound as though he really should have been on a stretcher are not apparent in this tape at all,” CNN analyst Marcia Clark said. “He moves freely. He moves fluidly, not like someone who has just been through a beating in any way, shape or form, someone whose head has been pounded on the pavement as hard as described, someone whose nose was broken and bleeding.” “That tells you a great deal.” Zimmerman’s attorney Craig Sonner described the video as “very grainy” on NBC’s Today , noting that Zimmerman had been “cleaned-up” and received first aid care in the hours between the incident and his arrival at the police station.
