Gabriel Aubry Taking Halle Berry To Court For More Child Support Money Damn, “Greedy Gabe” ain’t playing! Via Radaronline: Gabriel Aubry and Halle Berry were back in court again Thursday as the Canadian born model attempts to increase his child support payments from the mother of his child, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting. A source says that Aubry is looking to “substantially increase” the monthly payments he receives from Berry, even though the former couple shares custody of their 4-year-old daughter Nahla. Unfortunately for Aubry he did not get the chance to have his case heard as the judge granted a continuance. The former couple split in 2010 after five years together and have been engaged in a bitter dispute over Nahla ever since. As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Berry is keen to relocate to France with her new fiancé Olivier Martinez and Nahla, something Aubry is vehemently opposed to. Gabriel Aubry is off the legal hook. The Canadian model was in court yesterday to hear a judge give him the good news, that he would not face any legal repercussions for allegations that he’s a danger when around three-year old daughter Nahla. A dependency court case had been brought against Halley Berry’s ex after he allegedly shoved a nanny while she held his child and after an investigation revealed that Nahla is sometimes afraid of her father’s temper. Still, the battle between Aubry and Berry is far from over. The former is still not allowed to spend time with Nahla outside of an adult supervisor and the ex-couple will soon attend family court again to continue working on custody rights.

What will the future hold for Gabriel Aubry and his precious baby girl Nahla? According to TMZ reports : Gabriel Aubry just showed up at dependency court in L.A. where a judge will decide if even more restrictions will be placed on his custodial rights. Sources tell us the judge is expected to lay down a series of orders … requiring Gabriel to do various things to ensure the safety of 3-year-old Nahla. The judge will hear from the social worker on the case as well as the attorney appointed to protect Nahla’s rights. As TMZ first reported Gabriel was hauled into dependency court following a child endangerment investigation. Gabriel can only visit with Nahla in the presence of a court monitor and the judge has imposed other restrictions as well. What’s especially significant … once the judge establishes the ground rules for Gabriel’s visitation rights, the case will go back to family court where Halle is trying to convince the judge to allow her to move to France with the child. When will the baby daddy drama end? Gabriel Aubry wants his 3-year-old daughter Nahla to live in surroundings to which she has become accustomed BUT he wants Halle to pay dearly for it. Via TMZ reports : TMZ has learned what Gabriel wants in the way of $$$ — and it’s a lot. We’ve learned Aubry has filed legal docs asking the family law judge to force Halle to give him $15,000 – $20,000 a month for a proper home. Gabriel has also asked for a laundry list of other things from Halle, including what we’re told is a “very large” amount of money for the little girl’s clothing, as well as money to take the child to Canada to visit his family. We’re told Halle is fighting Gabriel tooth and nail on his request. The hearing on the money issues was scheduled for Monday, but it’s now been put off until April 9, in part because the family law judge wants to see what the dependency judge does to Gabriel. If the dependency judge takes away some of Gabriel’s custody rights, it would have an impact on any child support Halle would have to fork over. When will the baby daddy drama end !? The Los Angeles County of Department of Children and Family Services is recommending that Halle Berry’s ex-boyfriend, Gabriel Aubry, have another adult present during his custodial time with their three-year-old daughter, Nahla. According to Radaronline : “Case workers are recommending that a nanny be present with Gabriel during his visitation times. Halle’s nanny had been with Nahla when Gabriel had his custodial time from noon until she went to sleep. However, after the alleged incident between the nanny and Gabe, that hasn’t been in place, and he has been alone with Nahla. “It will be up to the judge to implement the recommendations. Gabriel is fighting having another person with him, he feels that Halle is trying to make his time with their daughter as uncomfortable as possible,” the insider says. “The report does recommend that Halle and Gabriel attend parenting classes together, so that they can co-parent Nahla more harmoniously. The classes will give them the tools to work through their issues, and hopefully become better parents for it.” Meanwhile, “Gabriel Aubry is unlikely to be charged with any crime in relation to the police report the nanny filed,” a law enforcement source revealed. Source Defends Gabriel Aubry: The Nanny Tripped!

Gabriel Aubry stands accused of not merely shoving the nanny of his three-year old daughter, Nahla, but of doing it while the woman was holding the toddler in her arms. But an insider tells Radar Online this allegation is clearly false because, come on, it just isn’t logical. “Why in the world would Gabriel push the nanny causing her to fall while she was holding his daughter?” a source says . “Gabriel is fiercely protective of Nahla. The nanny tripped, and she fell while holding Nahla. Yes, Gabriel and the nanny were arguing, he felt like his parenting skills were under attack again. Gabriel can’t believe how out of control this situation has become.” It all started on Wednesday, January 18, when Alliance Kamdem alleges she asked Aubry why Nahla was not in school. He reacted in anger and that’s when the pushing/tripping incident took place. Kamdem has since resigned her post, had her request for a restraining order against the model denied and a judge will decide on Monday whether or not Aubry can see Nahla while this investigation is ongoing.

Halle Berry is taking her ex Gabriel Aubry to court over claims he pushed his daughter Nahla’s nanny into a wall while she held the child. Halle is furious at the male model’s alleged behavior, in which he abused the nanny  both verbally and physically. Law enforcement sources tell TMZ , the confrontation supposedly happened last Wednesday, when the nanny went to his home after discovering he had kept three-year-old Nahla absent from nursery for two days due to illness. The nanny then went to Gabriel’s home, where she found Nahla. The nanny picked Nahla up and began to question Gabriel as to why he didn’t take the child to school. Gabriel allegedly flew into a rage and told the nanny: “You’re the f**king nanny. Who do you think you are? You are a nobody. You don’t need to f**king know anything.” The 6-foot-4 Gabriel then allegedly pushed the 5-foot-2 nanny out the door, Nahla in her arms. This is not looking good for Gabriel! According to TMZ reports: Halle Berry’s baby daddy Gabriel Aubry is being investigated for criminal child endangerment and battery — over an incident involving his and Halle’s child … TMZ has learned. According to the police report, obtained by TMZ, Gabriel allegedly pushed his nanny into a door while she held his daughter Nahla in her arms. Law enforcement sources tell TMZ … Gabriel was supposed to take 3-year-old Nahla to school Wednesday but decided to keep her home instead. The nanny — who worked for both Gabriel and Halle — went to the school to pick Nahla up and was told the child was a no-show. According to the report, the nanny then went to Gabriel’s home, where she found Nahla. The nanny picked Nahla up and began to question Gabriel as to why he didn’t take the child to school. According to the report, that’s when Gabriel allegedly flew into a rage — claiming, “You’re the f**king nanny. Who do you think you are? You are a nobody. You don’t need to f**king know anything.” The 6-foot-4 Gabriel then allegedly pushed the 5-foot-2 nanny out the door, Nahla in her arms. The nanny filed a police report, claiming she was injured. Law enforcement sources tell us … police are investigating Gabriel for both misdemeanor child endangerment and misdemeanor battery. The report lists the investigation as a battery, but law enforcement sources tell us they are “definitely investigating child endangerment.” In addition, we’re told child protective services has launched a parallel child endangerment investigation.
