Teresa Giudice: Knows Joe Giudice Cheats on Her, Doesn’t Care, Source Says

Ever since Teresa Giudice began serving her 15-month prison sentence for bankruptcy fraud back in January, rumors about Joe Giudice cheating on her have seemed to pop up every week. At first, Teresa denied that Joe was cheating and refused to even entertain the possibility. Now, sources close to the incarcerated Housewife say that she’s accepted the fact that Joe’s been satisfying his urges while she’s in prison, and while she’s not exactly cool with his infidelity, she has no plans to leave him over it. One insider tells Life & Style that Teresa was raised to believe that women should turn a blind eye to unfaithful husbands: “She isn’t stupid, she knows he cheats. But she won’t leave him. Teresa comes from that old-school Italian philosophy that says men have needs and appetites. She just wishes Joe were more discreet about it.” Another source says Teresa blames herself, and believes that her imprisonment left Joe with no other choice but to sleep around. Obviously, those justifications are ludicrous for a number of reasons, not the least of which is that, by his own admission, it’s Joe’s fault that Teresa is in prison . “Every night when she’s in prison, Teresa is worried that Joe is with another woman,” says one source. “Joe is a total pig. I mean, he is just so out of control with his cheating, it’s amazing she’s stood by him.” That Juicy Joe is quite a guy. Hopefully, this open marriage thing works both ways and Teresa will have free rein to get it in with whomever she pleases while he’s serving his 41-month sentence.

Five Students Arrested For Gang-Assault And Imprisonment Of University Girl In Campus Dorm Room

Utterly ridiculous. SMH. Five Men Taken Into Custody After Imprisoning And Sexually Assaulting University Classmate Five New Jersey college students have been arrested for the imprisonment and rape of a female classmate. Apparently the young woman was forced to perform sex acts on each of the men in a darkened campus dorm room, then blocked from leaving the residence. Via MailOnline : Five students have been charged with sexually assaulting a woman and keeping her captive in a darkened dorm room at a New Jersey University. The female student reported last week that she was attacked at accommodation at the William Paterson University and then held against her will. According to the criminal complaint, the five men turned out the lights and used ‘physical force or coercion’ to attack the victim at the Overlook South residence hall. They then forced her to perform multiple sex acts before they stopped her from leaving the room. Now five men, who all lived in university residences, have been arrested and are scheduled to appear at Superior Court in Paterson today. Court documents show that the five men arrested were Noah Williams, Garrett Collick , Termaine Scott, Jahmel Latimer and Darius Singleton, who all studied at the University. The men, who are all 18, are facing a range of charges from kidnapping to aggravated criminal sexual contact, and bail has been set at $200,000 for each suspect. According to the Record, who obtained the complaint to police, Latimer is accused of pulling the woman by the hair and forcing her to perform sex acts. The other four men are alleged to have conspired to commit sexual assault, restrained another person unlawfully and exposed them to risk of serious bodily injury. The school’s president Kathleen Waldron confirmed that all five of the accused lived at the university and have been ‘barred from campus’. In a statement she added: ‘My deepest concern is for the victim of this criminal act who has courageously stepped forward to take legal action and seek justice. ‘No expression of anger or sadness on my part can alleviate the harm done to the victim and my heart goes out to her and her family.’ So sad that women have to worry about avoiding incidents like these when just trying to pursue an education. SMH.

Lil Wayne Calls Upcoming Single ‘6’7" ‘ A ‘Very Tall Record’

‘Hopefully, it shows people where I’m at lyrically,’ Weezy tells Shade 45. By Jayson Rodriguez Lil Wayne Photo: Kevin Winter/Getty Images Last week, Lil Wayne’s right-hand Mack Maine told MTV News that the New Orleans MC’s first expected single from Tha Carter IV, “6’7,”” would be like “A Milli” but “on steroids.” Weezy, however, corrected him on Tuesday (December 14) when he appeared on satellite radio station Shade 45’s morning show with DJ Drama and blogger Karen Civil , in his first extensive interview since his release from prison last month. ( Wayne spoke to MTV News on the red carpet of his welcome home festivities in Miami.) “It’s a monster, actually,” he told Drama. “Hopefully, it shows people where I’m at lyrically. Better than everybody.” But is “6’7″ ” a high-powered “A Milli” on steroids? “Nah,” Wayne said. “Human growth hormones. It’s a very tall record.” The track is reportedly produced by Bangladesh, who helmed the frenetic “A Mili” as well, and will feature Young Money/ Nick Cannon signee Cory Gunz. According to Wayne, he’s also preparing to shoot a video for the clip with iconic hip-hop music director Hype Williams. So far, since his release, the only new Wayne material has been his contribution to Bryan “Baby” Williams’ “Fire Flames” track. But Wayne warned that since his imprisonment, his skills have only increased. “I would say so,” he told Drama, when the DJ asked if he’d improved lyrically compared to before his time in Rikers Island. “I would say, yeah, because it don’t matter where I went, I try to be better than my last [project].” Related Photos The Evolution Of Weezy Related Artists Lil Wayne

Lil Wayne’s ‘Nino Brown, Pt. 3’ Will Be ‘So Much Greater’

Director DJ Scoob Doo tells MTV News third installment in DVD series is being expanded to capture Wayne’s life post-prison. By Jayson Rodriguez, with reporting by Rahman Dukes Lil Wayne Photo: Chris Graythen/Getty Images Lil Wayne has kept a low profile since emerging from prison last month, quietly recording again and showing up at a handful of sporting events. But the Cash Money superstar has been very productive: He’s “93 percent done” with his next project, Tha Carter IV, according to Lil Wayne insider DJ Scoob Doo . Scoob has been with Wayne every step of the way since his release — from New York to Las Vegas and Miami — capturing the moments for “The Nino Brown Story, Pt. 3,” the ongoing DVD series that documents life behind the scenes for the martian MC. The DVD was scheduled for release earlier this year, but Scoob decided to pull back and wait until Wayne was free. The project is expected to see the light of day once Wayne’s LP is finished. “I was planning to put that out while Wayne was away, that was the traditional outlook of it,” Scoob told MTV News. “But Wayne didn’t see the ‘I’m Single’ video. That’s like my partner in crime with this, so to [have] put it out without him seeing [the video], it proves everything — he knows that was a good product. But it’s kinda like putting an album out without him listening to it.” The rapper and his videographer recently sat down and watched all of the clips Scoob shot, which subsequently made their way onto the Net while Weezy served out his sentence. The batch included “I’m Single,” “We Be Steady Mobbin’ ” and the “Pop Dat” videos. The last one, “Pop Dat,” brought home the importance of the project for Wayne. The clip features footage of the Birdman going to visit him on Rikers Island, fans holding up “Free Weezy” signs and more. As a result, “The Nino Brown Story, Pt. 3” has swelled to a larger production, set to encompass material that follows Wayne in the period leading up to his imprisonment right through his post-prison return to the stage during a surprise performance with Drake . “It’s telling a story, and the story is so much greater now,” Scoob explained. “It’s kinda like you’re trying to make a TV show episode off of a major motion picture. You can’t do it, you can’t do it. You can do it, but it’s gonna have to be continued. So, right now, it’s like we on ‘Nino Brown, 17,’ if you will, just to put in perspective of how much video footage we have. How much content we have, how much on a different space we are professional-wise, working together-wise.” What do you want to see on the next “Nino Brown” DVD? Let us know in the comments! Drake Shows ‘Vulnerable’ Side In Documentary, Hip-Hop Experts Say

‘Drake: Better Than Good Enough’ airs Wednesday, June 23, at 10 p.m. on MTV. By Shaheem Reid Drake Photo: MTV News An early cut of the documentary “Drake: Better Than Good Enough,” airing Wednesday at 10 p.m. on MTV, was screened for hip-hop journalists Thursday (June 17) at the MTV offices. The doc — which is still being shot — follows Drake on his Away From Home Tour, but also shows intimate moments with his family, vocal coach and inner circle and the recording of his just-released debut, Thank Me Later. In the footage, we see Drizzy recording the song “Show Me a Good Time” and learn why Drake only writes his rhymes on a BlackBerry, among other intimate moments. “What was interesting is that I didn’t know Drake’s mom was sick,” The Source Executive Editor Amy Andrieux said shortly after the screening. “To see him going into his grind — knowing that now — is incredible. I know family is important to a lot of artists, but a lot of people don’t realize how much effort you have to put in these days. I think that was the most prominent thing about the entire documentary from what we saw. As a rapper, yeah, there’s a certain amount of grind you have to do. There’s constant effort. But it doesn’t mean you’re nice [on the mic], you’re dope. But Drake is doing whatever it takes to be that and to maintain his grind. That was really interesting to see it in film, ’cause you don’t see that.” “The most revealing parts of the clips that we saw from the Drake special are the ones he didn’t necessarily mean to be revealing,” multimedia personality Miss Info said. “Personally, I think he’s a professional, and I think there are no real candid moments with him. I think he’s aware of what’s going on and what he’s going to keep to himself. The revealing parts to me were the little observations that this guy, rather than having a million weed carriers, a bunch of groupies alongside while he performs, he had his vocal coach there. He’s taking vocal lessons in his tour bus. He’s wearing Debussy T-shirts, a classical composer. Those are the things to me that stood out. Rather than the ‘I’m truly happy to be here, and I hope this moment lasts forever.’ ” ThisIs50.com’s Jeremy Bettis said he was also surprised to see Drake and his coach. “The part that I liked the most [in the documentary] was the part seeing him training with his vocal coach,” Bettis said. “That’s the vulnerable part a lot of artists don’t want to show. But to see that he actually puts work in and he knows that he can better himself, that was the dopest part I’ve seen. His work ethic is crazy. It shows with the records he puts out, the videos he puts out, the performances. He was at Summer Jam one day, flew out the same to go to London to do a show. It shows the work. “I think it’s Drake’s consistency,” Bettis added about what makes the 23-year-old such a bankable superstar already. “He makes good records. He’s got a great team around him, obviously, great influences: the Jay-Zs, Kanyes, the Waynes. He knows what he’s doing. He’s not the average dumb artist just throwing out records. He has a plan, and he’s following that plan.” What behind-the-scenes footage are you looking forward to in the upcoming documentary? Let us know in the comments! Lil Boosie Indicted For First-Degree Murder

Rapper is already in jail for violating probation. By Jayson Rodriguez Lil Boosie (file) Photo: Getty Images Baton Rouge, Louisiana, rapper Lil Boosie was indicted on a first-degree murder charge by a grand jury Thursday (June 17), stemming from an incident in October that left one man dead. Two other men, Michael Louding and Adrian Pittman, were also indicted on similar charges, according to a Louisiana CBS News affiliate WAFB . The Trill Entertainment rapper and his associations were indicted for multiple drug-possession charges as well. Police records say Boosie and the two men fired shots into the home of Terry Boyd, then 35. The rapper allegedly was in possession of ecstasy, codeine and marijuana. All three men were charged with conspiracy for their part in the act, police say. A district attorney said the death penalty was not out of the question. Currently, Boosie is in jail after a judge ordered him to prison for violating his probation. In November, the rapper was immediately taken into custody after authorities discovered Boosie was leaving his house during home confinement. Prior to his imprisonment, the rapper was facing jail time after he reached a plea deal on a previous drug rap. Boosie was sentenced to two years in jail in September; his agreement helped him avoid facing upward of 10 years behind bars after his original sentence was suspended. “I’m ready to get this behind me,” Boosie told the judge at the time, just a week before he was scheduled to go to trial. Boosie was in the midst of releasing his latest album, Superbad: The Return of Boosie Bad Azz, during his last set of legal troubles. At the time, he thought he would only be going away for a few months. “I gotta go away for, like, 10 months to a year,” Boosie told MTV News in October last year. “It’s just a minor setback for a major comeback. I was gonna take ’em to trial, but I’m not gonna take them to trial. They offered me a deal. In Louisiana, you can’t really win, bruh. So I’m gonna do my year, come back home, step it up even more. I leave on November 9.” Related Artists Lil Boosie

Gucci Mane To Be Released From Jail Wednesday

MC is expected to hold press conference immediately after his release. By Jayson Rodriguez, with additional reporting by MTV News staff Gucci Mane Photo: Rick Diamond/ Getty Images Gucci Mane is set to be freed from prison on Wednesday, just six months into a one-year sentence for a parole violation , and a rep for the MC told MTV News that the rapper will hold a press conference immediately upon his release. According to a spokesperson for Georgia’s Fulton County Jail, however, the rapper’s release time on Wednesday is yet to be confirmed. The spokesperson told MTV News on Tuesday (May 11) that Gucci Mane will be subject to routine check for any warrants that may have been issued during his incarceration. Pending the result of the check, he will be free to walk out of the facility. The actual time of his release, though, will be determined based on the backlog of prisoners also being released on that particular day. Gucci was sent to prison in November of last year after violating his probation for a second time, resulting in him being forced to finish a suspended sentence that he had already served six months of in 2008. Upon his last release from jail, the rapper picked up his frantic work pace and once again hit the mixtape circuit hard , increasing his profile to its highest point and resulting in a nod on the 2009 MTV News’ Hottest MC list. During his imprisonment, Gucci Mane has kept himself just as busy. His most recent album, The State Vs. Radric Davis was released to critical acclaim and another project, The BurrrPrint 2HD, was partially recorded behind bars and presented via his new label, 1017 Brick Squad. At press time, the nature of the rapper’s press conference was unclear; it’s believed Gucci Mane will address the recent firing of his manager and booking agency. Both entities drew fire in an that alleged improper business tactics. In a press release earlier this month, Gucci Mane announced the formation of a new team that will guide his career, consisting of First Avenue Management, the CAA agency, and business manager David Bolno.
