Lindsay “Yayo Face” Blohan Sentenced To 30 Days In The Slammer For Probation Violation

In her latest court hearing, Hollyweird’s favorite Yayo Face, Lindsay Lohan has been sentenced to a month in lockup for violating her probation terms. She also won’t have to go to jail right away, because the judge has given her a grace period to finish up her important work — disrobing for Playboy ! According to TMZ reports : Judge Stephanie Sautner sentenced Lindsay Lohan to 30 days in jail at her hearing today for violating the terms of her probation. Lindsay admitted she violated her probation by not attending therapy sessions as required by the court and by getting kicked out of the Downtown Women’s Center. The judge now says ALL of Lindsay’s community service must now be served at the L.A. County Morgue. And the judge gave Lindsay a tight structure on how she must complete the rest of her probation, and if she doesn’t the judge will put a warrant out for her arrest and sentence her to an additional 270 days in jail. As for the 30 days Lindsay is getting now — the judge made it clear … NO HOUSE ARREST. The Sheriff’s Dept. tells us Lindsay will serve 20% of the 30 days — 6 days in jail. Judge Stephanie Sautner gave Lindsay a strict schedule on completing the rest of her probation — by December 14, she must have completed 12 days at the morgue and 4 psychotherapy sessions. By January 17, another 12 days at morgue and 4 psychotherapy sessions. And so on. Everything must be completed by March 29 — or she goes directly to jail for 270 days. The judge clearly thinks Lindsay needs a rigid structure to complete her sentence, and as the judge put it, Lindsay is holding the keys to the jail cell. And the judge strongly suggested Lindsay stop tweeting about her experiences at the morgue. At the end, Lindsay seemed happy, walking out of court saying, “Thank God,” under her breath. Sources in the courtroom tell us that when the judge got off the bench she remarked about Lindsay, “She looks good today.” Lohan was not immediately sent to jail because the judge decided to allow her time to complete her nude photo shoot for Playboy. Sources directly connected with Lindsay say Lindsay’s lawyer, Shawn Holley, told the judge in chambers that Lindsay had a contract with Playboy — a contract of nearly $1 million — and the shoot must be completed this week. If it isn’t, Lindsay would be in breach of her contract. So Judge Stephanie Sautner cut LiLo a break … and gave her one week to surrender. SMH @ them estimating that she’ll only do six days because of the jail overcrowding situation. This broad gets more breaks than anyone we know. Finish this sentence. Lindsay Lohan: Back For Morgue, On Time!

Lindsay Lohan hit up the morgue this morning for community service, and showed up a full 20 minutes early to boot! Just when you thought you’d seen it all! The troubled star must find the time in between clubbing and posing nude for Playboy to put in 16 hours at the L.A. County Coroner’s Office by November 2. While washing soiled morgue linens and scrubbing toilets isn’t exactly fun, she can at least go home to her apartment afterward. In jail? Not so much. In typical Lohan, she stirred up controversy last week when she showed up late for her first day on the job and was told to beat it by coroner’s officials. Then the next day, she showed up on time … and tried to have cupcakes delivered for the staff (plus In-N-Out burgers, which are the best). Big no-no. She later apologized, saying she was simply trying to apologize for being late the day before, but officials were none too pleased by the charade. Next week, at her progress hearing, Judge Stephanie Sautner will decide whether to yank Lohan’s probation and throw her in jail for a long time. Should she?

Situation Sues Over GTL Trademark Infringement

Gym, tan, lawsuit? It’s another ugly legal situation for Mike Sorrentino. This time, the Jersey Shore star wants to make sure his GTL trademark is intact, which means suing a random ass guido-themed lifestyle company for ripping off The Situation’s brand. The lawsuit has been filed … but does it have merit? Don’t cry, Mike … it’s gonna be alright dawg . Sitch’s cease and desist letter to a website called MyGTLFuel (dot) com claims they’d better quit exploiting his trademark or legal action will be a-comin’. The site, which sells everything from energy shots to tanning lotion, hasn’t gone anywhere yet, as its owner, Dana Valentino, says there’s no trademark. According to Valentino, Sitch applied for the “GTL” trademark, but doesn’t legally own it … yet. He wants to settle this amicably but NOT close up shop. Mike is also involved in a legal dispute with Abercrombie .

Lindsay Lohan Kicked Out of Community Service Program, Flakes on Probation Tasks, is a Moron

Looks like Lindsay Lohan’s teeth aren’t the only thing about her that’s stained … her reputation has been as well, given that this idiot was kicked out of her mandatory community service program for violating the rules numerous times. A judge ordered Lohan to serve 360 hours at L.A.’s Downtown Women’s Center, and to be reliable, professional, and work at least four hours at a time. Sources say Lindsay blew off NINE visits , however, and when she did show up, she would often bail after working there for only an hour. What a moron. As a result, Lohan was terminated from the Women’s Center because of the violations and was assigned instead to a community service program at the Red Cross.

Lindsay Lohan: Taking Shoplifting Classes

Career train wreck Lindsay Lohan has been taking shoplifting alternative classes, as ordered by a judge. The hilarious thing? Shoplifting alternative classes exist. The first lesson? Don’t steal jewelry that doesn’t belong to you. Hard to wrap your head around, we know. Lohan must also do 360 hours of court-ordered community service at the Downtown Women’s Center. But has she? Not so far, although she has done about 45 of the 360, and a source says , “Lindsay does have a full year to comply with all terms of community service.” Lindsay also has to do 100 hours at the L.A. County morgue, which she has not yet started. “Lindsay is dreading that aspect the most,” the insider says. Lindsay must appear in front of Judge Stephanie Sautner on October 19 for a progress report. Judging by the last meeting they had , it might not go well. [Photo: WENN.com]

Lindsay Lohan Preliminary Hearing to Be "Grueling"

After rejecting a plea deal that could have settled her grand theft case and given her a short stint behind bars, Lindsay Lohan is rolling the legal dice. The first step? A preliminary hearing to determine if there is sufficient evidence to order Lohan to stand trial. That is scheduled for Friday, April 22. It sounds to us like fireworks will fly in the courtroom that day. Team Lindsay is confident they’re gonna win , but the D.A. is not backing down … Los Angeles Deputy D.A. Danette Meyers is warning witnesses to expect “grueling cross examination by defense attorney Shawn Holley” at the hearing. Meyers originally planned on calling only the investigating officers to testify, but is now prepping to go all out April 22 because of a legal technicality. Lindsay, as we know, stands a good chance of being found in violation of her DUI probation regardless of what happens in the felony grand theft case. If the judge finds there is enough evidence to send Lohan to trial, that in itself will result in a probation violation, even if a jury were to later acquit her. Meyers wants to go all out to see that Lindsay is taken into custody for violating probation following the hearing, so she’s calling extra witnesses. Meyers has met with the jewelry store owner, Sofia Kaman, along with the female employee that helped LiLo with the necklace she allegedly stole. Much of the preparation is being spent on Sofia’s testimony, because of Kaman’s decision to sell the surveillance video of Lohan’s alleged theft. Meyers believes Sofia will be an excellent witness for the prosecution, despite that move. She has yet to see one dime from the sale of the tape. Just the same, Meyers expects Holley to grill Kaman about her motives and to try to raise doubts about Sofia’s credibility, inside sources report. The preliminary hearing is expected to last 2-3 days, and at the conclusion, Judge Stephanie Sautner will determine if there is enough evidence. If she does, Meyers will ask that Lindsay be jailed immediately for the probation violation, pending trial. But Sautner could allow her to post bail. Basically, it should be very interesting as there are so many scenarios that could play out in what is a surprisingly complex courtroom drama. What do you think? Is Lindsay a thief?

Adele Back At #1 On Billboard

Punkers Rise Against crash the boards at #2, while Travis Barker bows at #9. By Gil Kaufman Adele Photo: Jon Furniss/ WireImage Adele will retake the #1 position on the Billboard 200 next week after dropping down to the #2 slot last week. Sales of Adele’s 21 album were down 26 percent, but it still manages to retake the top thanks to 98,000 units moved, pushing the British R&B smoothie over the 750,000 mark after four weeks, according to figures provided by Nielsen SoundScan. That was enough to keep veteran punks Rise Against down at #2 with the debut of their latest, Endgame, which sold 85,000 copies to edge out last week’s #1, Lupe Fiasco ‘s Lasers, which sits at #3 on sales of 47,000 as sales dropped by 77 percent. The only other debut in the top 10 comes from Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker , whose all-solo bow, Give the Drummer Some, lands at #9 (28,000). The rest of the top 10: Glee: The Music, Volume 5 (#4, 43,000), Mumford & Sons , Sigh No More (#5, 41,000), Justin Bieber , Never Say Never – The Remixes (#6, 34,000), Avril Lavigne , Goodbye Lullaby (#7, 32,000), NOW 37 (#8, 30,000) and Marsha Ambrosius , Late Nights & Early Mornings (#10, 28,000). It was a short trip to the top 10 for veterans R.E.M. , whose Collapse Into Now slips 16 slots to #21 in its second week as sales dropped by 67 percent to 19,000. But apparently an appearance on “American Idol” last week was enough to boost the sales of the Black Eyed Peas’ slow-moving The Beginning, which jumps 16 places to #28 as sales were up 24 percent to 13,000, putting them just short of 600,000 in four months. The show even helped goose the sales for last season’s “Idol” winner, Lee DeWyze , whose dead-on-arrival debut, Live It Up, re-enters the top 200 after falling off the charts for six weeks. DeWyze, who also performed on “Idol” last week, quadrupled his weekly sales totals to 5,000, racing back into the top 200 at #96 and pushing the disc closer to 130,000 in total sales, the worst showing yet by an “Idol” winner. “iCarly” star Miranda Cosgrove’s second album, High Maintenance, comes in at #34 (11,000), while sales for a 10th anniversary “Idol” hits compilation were tepid, as the disc limps in at #136 with nearly 4,000 units shifted. Over on the iTunes albums chart, Rise Against take the top spot, followed by Adele, Fiasco, Mumford, the “Glee” compilation, Barker, Rihanna ‘s Loud, Bieber’s My World 2.0, Lavigne and Ambrosius. The iTunes singles chart belongs to Katy Perry ‘s collabo with Kanye West , “E.T.,” which edges out the first original “Glee” single, “Loser Like Me,” and the Black Eyed Peas’ “Just Can’t Get Enough.” The rest of the iTunes top 10 singles: Rihanna, “S&M”; the “Glee” cast, “Get It Right”; Lady Gaga , “Born This Way”; Chris Brown , “Look at Me Now”; Jennifer Lopez , “On the Floor”; Cee Lo Green , “Forget You” and Ke$ha , “Blow.” Next week should see a serious shuffling at the top, as stores will be stocking Jennifer Hudson’s second album, I Remember Me, as well as the first new disc in five years from the Strokes, Angles, and, fresh off a controversial window-bashing TV appearance, Chris Brown’s F.A.M.E. Lindsay Lohan Turns Down Plea Deal In Jewelry Theft Case

Actress will now go to trial; a preliminary hearing is set for April 22. By James Montgomery Lindsay Lohan Photo: David McNew/ Getty Images Lindsay Lohan will not accept a plea deal in her ongoing felony grand theft case, deciding instead to go to trial. That’s according to TMZ , who reported Tuesday that Lohan — charged in early February with felony grand theft after allegedly taking a $2,500 necklace from a Venice, California, jewelry store — had met with her lawyer, Shawn Holley, and opted not to take a plea being offered by the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office. She will now proceed to trial before Judge Stephanie Sautner; a preliminary hearing in the case is set for April 22. Late last month, Lohan was told by Judge Keith Schwartz that had she accepted the DA’s deal — reportedly six months of jail time — she would have been found in violation of her probation and would serve time. “I don’t care that you’re Lindsay Lohan,” the judge added, bluntly. “One of the things about me is that I treat everybody the same,” Schwartz said at the time. “What I look to in sentencing is, ‘What is the prior record?’ In this particular case, there has been so much speculation in the press [that] I’m just going to tell you a couple of things: If you plead in front of me, you are going to jail. There might be an issue about the amount of time, but if the case settles here, you will be going to jail.” By going to trial, Lohan now faces both jail and prison time — jail if Judge Sautner decides she’s violated her probation, prison if she is convicted of grand theft — but the actress has long proclaimed her innocence on the theft charge, tweeting that she “was not raised to lie, cheat or steal” and saying in TV interviews that she “feels great.” In March, security-camera footage showing Lohan trying on jewelry and texting appeared on “Entertainment Tonight,” who had apparently purchased 45 minutes of tape from the jewelry store in question.
