Put On Blast: Mom Reveals Son’s Adopted Immigrant Past After Reading His Racist Facebook Post

Mom Reveals Son’s Adopted Immigrant Status After Reading Racist Facebook Post Facebook is full of foolishness. Inflammatory fake new articles, debates of the most moronic kind, and good ol’ fashioned racism and bigotry. This story is a case of the latter. An unknown Facebook user who can only be distinguished by the fact that he is a banker, was recently demolished by his own mother who was none-too-pleased with the content of her son’s page. The aforementioned banker, who is likely a Donald Trump supporter, shared an offensive meme along with an even more offensive caption: This was followed up by a slew of this guy’s bigoted brethren’s comments co-signing the ugly sentiment. Now, enter the mom, who stepped in with some ether so hot it left us looking at our computer screens like: Ready? Here it goes: Daaaaaamn, Gina! She bascially just told her son that he’s a Kardashian and he needs to STFU forever. Way to go momma! Image via Shutterstock/Facebook

Bad Girl Gone Good: Rihanna To Get Family Friendly Makeover For DreamWorks Animated Franchise?

Rihanna may want to clean up her image to get more mainstream gwap. Rihanna To Transform Bad Girl Image If she does make the transition it won’t last long. She can’t go a day without piff-puffin’ and taking controversial pics. According to Radar Online Singing about S&M and posting raunchy photos of herself on Instagram may be a thing of the past for pop star Rihanna. RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned that the “Good Girl Gone Bad” singer is reportedly poised to get a family-friendly makeover. According to a top source, DreamWorks Animation CEO Jeffrey Katzenberg is dying to build an animated franchise around the 25-year-old in a bid to “globalize and sanitize her image for the widest possible audience.” “Jeffrey has been tracking Robyn for a couple of years. He is a huge fan and believes the sky’s the limit if she can clean up her act to appeal to a wider audience,” the insider said. “He sees a huge amount of money to be made there and wants to capitalize before somebody else does. He’s making pop-friendly movies and wants her to be in them. “It’s time for Rihanna to go from R-rated to PG-rated. This is Jeffrey’s firm opinion and he’s doing all he can to make it happen.” The insider says the DreamWorks executive sees the same potential for family appeal with Rihanna that he saw in Chris Rock, who – despite his profanity-laden stand-up routines – is a key player in the Madagascar franchise. Earlier this month, Rihanna caused outrage when she released her racy new video for her song “Pour It Up.” RiRi was filmed working a stripper pole and twerking in revealing outfits that left nothing to the imagination By the looks of that Pour It Up” video , she has a lot of cleaning up to do. WTF?!?! Remote Control Roaches Developed To Seek Out Trapped Disaster Victims

Interesting, but yuck. Remote Control Roaches Will Help Find Disaster Victims Remote-controlled cockroaches may soon be coming to the rescue of trapped disaster victims. A team of researchers at North Carolina State University have harnessed the insect’s movements through electrical signals and believe it could help find people trapped in collapsed buildings and other disaster zones unnavigable by humans. “The trick is to fire wireless signals at a roach’s antennae and other sensory organs to guide it to a desired destination,” Alper Bozkurt, an assistant professor in North Carolina State University’s Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, told scientificamerican.com. “What we do is similar to riding a horse.” Bozkurt, working with doctoral candidate Tahmid Latif, communicated with Madagascar hissing cockroaches by saddling them with electrical devices that look like backpacks. Each insect backpack included a thin, rigid, printed circuit board with a microcontroller, a wireless signal receiver, miniature plugs for connecting stimulation electrodes and a lithium-ion polymer battery. “The cockroach walks naturally, and we simulate barriers by sending pulses to its antenna. They use their antenna as touch sensors, so stimulation on one side directs these insects towards the opposite direction.” Bozkurt and Latif presented their research last month at the 34th Annual International Conference of the IEEE Engineering in Medicine & Biology Society in San Diego, Calif. This could actually help save a lot of people, but that doesn’t mean that it isn’t weird as fawk! Image via PhysOrg Source

In White Folks News: Martin Short Forgives Kathie Lee Gifford For Going On And On About His Wife… Who Has Been Dead For Over A Year!

To err is human, to forgive DIVINE!!! Martin Short gets major kudos for not being upset about Kathie Lee Gifford dragging him down a likely painful memory lane this week. Martin Short isn’t one to hold a grudge. The actor, 62, says he understands that Today show host Kathie Lee Gifford didn’t intend to offend during his Wednesday appearance on the show with her questions about his wife, Nancy Dolman–who passed away in 2010 from ovarian cancer. “You and Nancy have one of the greatest marriages of anybody in show business,” Gifford said. “How many years for you guys now?” “We . . . married 36 years,” Short replied. “But you’re still in love!” the host exclaimed. “Madly in love,” he answered. “Madly in love.” During a commercial break, Gifford learned of her cringe-worthy gaffe and apologized on-air. “Martin just told me as he was leaving, he said, ‘Kathie, you probably didn’t know,’ but his beautiful, precious wife Nancy did pass away a year and a half ago . . . I feel so badly,” the remorseful Gifford told viewers. On Thursday, Short spoke to E! News about the awkward exchange–and made it clear he doesn’t hold it against Gifford. “I think that it’s live television and people make mistakes and there’s no ill will intended,” the Madagascar 3: Europe’s Most Wanted star shared. “And I think it’s nice to aspire to be that way.” At least he’s understanding about it. Hopefully she’s also learned from her error and will do better research before embarrassing herself like that again. Source WENN/YouTube

Newt Gingrich Demands Apology From Robert De Niro Over "First White Lady" Joke

Republican presidential candidate Newt Gingrich called on President Obama to apologize for comments made by actor Robert De Niro at a fundraiser Monday. “What De Niro said last night was inexcusable and the president should apologize for him. It was at an Obama fundraiser, it is exactly wrong,” Gingrich said. What did the actor say to draw such a harsh rebuke? De Niro told a New York City crowd of about 90 people, including his wife and First Lady Michelle Obama, that it was “too soon” for a “white first lady.” “Callista Gingrich. Karen Santorum. Ann Romney. Now do you really think our country is ready for a white First Lady?” the 68-year-old asked, jokingly. The crowd roared. Someone yelled “No!” De Niro asked, “Too soon, right?” Gingrich said the comments made by De Niro “divide the country.” “If people on the left want to talk about radio show hosts, then everybody in the country ought to hold the president accountable when somebody at his event says something as utterly, totally unacceptable as Robert De Niro said last night,” he said. If that sounds like a defense of Rush Limbaugh , it sort of is. Newt has a point about double standards of media coverage, but De Niro was likely making light of the fact that so many people viewed Obama’s 2008 candidacy in racial terms. In any case, Gingrich said the president should hold De Niro accountable. “On behalf of my wife, and on behalf of Karen Santorum and on behalf of Ann Romney, I think Robert De Niro is wrong. I think this country is ready for a new First Lady and he doesn’t have to describe it in racial terms,” he added. The White House and the First Lady’s office agreed with Newt. “We believe the joke was inappropriate,” said Olivia Alair, Michelle Obama’s press secretary. The proceeds from Monday’s event benefitted the Obama Victory Fund, a joint venture supporting the Obama campaign and Democratic National Committee. De Niro’s comments :
