The young superstar made followers melt on Wednesday by giving them a look at Gracie, the nine-month girl born to her mother and stepfather on June. Gomez used a one word caption (“Sissy”) for the image because, really, what is there to say? It’s cuteness personified. I’ve never done it, and I never will,” she says. “I’m even more active when I’m juicing, doing both yoga and Pilates every day.” Otherwise, her eating plan is as clean as it gets, kicking off with hot water and lemon plus an intense yoga session while including vegetable juices, herbal tea, and salads with fish or steak. Still, every woman—supermodel or not—has her indulgences. For Campbell, it’s a chocolate bar in England called Galaxy that she says she can’t give up. Something she learned she could give up, though? Her decades-long addiction to smoking. “People told me that cigarettes are harder to quit than alcohol,” she says. “I didn’t believe it, but you know what? It is harder.” She still struggles to stay off the smokes with the help of a nicotine patch. To stay fit and balanced, Campbell says she practices yoga for at least an hour most days of the week. But, like all of us, the model finds herself in need of a speedy routine when she can’t fit in a regular session.
