Elin Nordegren Mansion: Home Swede Home!

Elin Nordegren isn’t quite done renovating her mansion, but the model’s European roots will be prominently displayed on her expansive Palm Beach property. She already has a Swedish flag flying from the roof, according to reports. New photos of the former Mrs. Tiger Woods’ 21,000-square foot mansion were published this week. The master bedroom is 1,200 square feet. That’s one room. There’s a path to the beach, an Olympic-sized pool, a spa, a gym and a wine room, koi ponds, a movie theater and of course, the giant ass Swedish flag . Elin Nordegren reportedly received more than $100 million after her divorce from Tiger and is using some of the gigantic settlement to build her dream home. She dropped $12.2 million on an estate in North Palm Beach last year … then had the thing razed to the ground. The photo above shows it in its previous form. Guess she liked the view more than the decor? The locale is just 30 miles from Tiger’s home in Jupiter, Fla., which is good for their kids, and is a short commute to Rollins College where she’s studying psychology. Woman Rides Manatee, Gets Arrested in Florida

A Florida woman was caught on camera riding a manatee and was arrested Saturday on a charge of violating the Sunshine State’s Manatee Sanctuary Act. Ana Gloria Garcia Gutierrez, 53, mounted the endangered marine mammal September 30. She turned herself in to the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office in Florida shortly after authorities released pictures of her atop the creature , according to reports. “[Gutierrez explained] she is new to the area and did not realize it was against the law to touch or harass manatees,” the sheriff’s office said in a statement. An arrest warrant was issued for Gutierrez Saturday. She was taken into custody while working at Sears in St. Petersburg, according to law enforcement officials. Witnesses provided deputies with photos of Gutierrez on her joyride and a description, but they were unable to locate her until she turned herself in. FYI, the Florida Manatee Sanctuary Act states: “It is unlawful for any person at any time, by any means, or in any manner intentionally or negligently to annoy, molest, harass, or disturb or attempt to molest, harass, or disturb any Manatee.” No manatees were injured by Gutierrez, at least.

Rachel Uchitel-Tiger Woods Affair: Happy Three-Year Anniversary!

Who can ever forget Thanksgiving 2009. On November 25 three years ago, The National Enquirer reported that Tiger Woods was having a secret, torrid affair with NYC nightclub manager Rachel Uchitel . Then, around 2:30 am on November 27, Woods peeled out of his home in his Cadillac SUV and crashed into a fire hydrant, a tree, and some hedges on his street. He was treated for minor injuries and ticketed for careless driving. In a statement, he called it a “private matter” and credited his wife for helping him out of the car. Soon, we would learn that Woods’ then-wife, Elin Nordegren , had found out the Enquirer report was true just moments earlier, and chased him with a golf club. You can’t make this stuff up. Uchitel, who had also been linked to Bones ‘ David Boreanaz that same year, was Tiger’s #1 mistress, but over a dozen more came out of the woodwork. Cocktail waitresses, porn actresses, random girls, you name it. None could hold a candle to Rachel Uchitel, but all held plenty of Tiger Woods at one point. Tiger Woods eventually came clean about his affairs, and after a brief sabbatical from the sport he dominated, returned to pro golf in the spring of 2009. He went to rehab for sex addiction as well as couples’ therapy, but it’s hard to save a marriage after betrayal on that scale. Also hard to salvage? His mojo. Though he had a terrific 2012, he has yet to win a major championship since the crash. Uchitel got married and had a baby (not Tiger’s), while the former Elin Nordegren Woods became one of the hottest and richest divorcees on the planet. There are many more sordid details – trust us, we covered them all at length – but the rest, as they say, is history. A history full of sexting Joslyn James .

Elin Woods Plans Solo Trip to China

Tiger Woods wife is leaving him … on a solo trip to China. Elin Nordegren Woods is planning an extended trip to the Far East this summer, and has not decided if she is bringing the couple’s two children with her. One person she’s not considering bringing is Tiger, as the couple continues to live separately and is not on speaking terms . She is clearly moving on. Forging her own path, Elin recently went back to school, enrolling in Rollins College where she is taking a course several nights a week. As for Tiger? “Tiger goes out with friends to his favorite places in Orlando,” one source close to the golfer told Radar Online. “He’s getting on with his own life too.” He’s also been on the prowl with an Elin look-alike . Elin Woods will be waltzing into the sunset soon . The upcoming trip to China continues Elin’s pattern of staying away from Tiger. In recent months she has traveled to Sweden with their children, too. She’s said to be considering a permanent move to Sweden once her divorce from Tiger is finalized. “She’s become fully independent,” the source said. ”She’s doing all she can to build her own life.” Tiger and Elin Woods have both hired divorce lawyers but have not filed papers – reportedly because they want to hammer out the terms out first. Both are committed to their children, but it’s become increasingly clear that their relationship is over, it’s just a matter of when it becomes official. So far, reports suggest the Tiger Woods divorce drama may come down to confidentiality as much as money. Tiger wants Elin’s full legal silence.

Tiger and Elin Woods’ divorce, while not official yet, is reportedly in the works, and will be banged out hard and fast … insert obligatory Joslyn James joke here. The golfer and his estranged wife are trying to strike agreements on custody and division of assets . Once they do, they’ll quietly and quickly file divorce papers. This according to sources very familiar with the situation. Not surprisingly, the important thing for both Tiger and Elin Woods, aside from equitable sharing of their kids, is keeping the terms of the divorce confidential.

Elin Woods: SO Over Tiger

Tiger Woods has returned to golf, but his cheering section is about to decline by one, as Elin Nordegren consults divorce lawyers in Florida and California. According to reports, the former model has not spent one night with her husband since he returned from sex rehab in time to prepare for The Masters. Instead, Elin Nordegren Woods stays in the Isleworth community near their Orlando, Fla., home in a separate house with their two kids and nannies. “Elin is over Tiger, it’s time to get her house in order,” says a source in Orlando, who says it’s less of a question of if Elin will divorce Tiger , but when. As we reported this week, Nordegren is talking to lawyers about divorce possibilities, and when and if she files, it will most likely go down in Florida. Elin Woods reportedly has a prenup that would pay $20 million if she stays married for 10 years, but has had legal experts pursue sweetening the deal . Unconfirmed reports say Woods offered an additional $80 million in a revised prenup, but even that won’t make her put up with (or put out for) him. One thing that is confirmed is that she bought a $2 million Swedish home on a secluded island and is fixing it up. Is she moving to Sweden for good? Elin, reports say , will soon go to her new Swedish home for a visit. What’s unclear is if she comes back … not that a divorce would be quick or easy. In Florida, where there are children involved, the law requires a three-month parental counseling course before any divorce would become legal. Florida has done this to try to decrease divorces and protect the children in hopes of changing the mind of the parent who wants to sever the ties. Also, if Elin Woods does divorce Tiger, the assets are so numerous, it could take more than a year to review them all and hammer out logistics. Bottom line if/when she does? Tiger is going to get reamed. Nothing is official yet, but what do you think Elin Woods should do?

Report: Elin Woods Meets with Divorce Lawyer

Is Tiger and Elin Woods’ divorce only a matter of time? That’s what we’re hearing, based on rumblings that she’s moving to Sweden , and a new report that suggests she recently met with a divorce lawyer. Elin skipped his comeback at the Masters and was described as “disgusted and outraged” by the new Nike ad featuring a voiceover by his late father. After the Masters, Elin left Florida, destination unknown. “Elin was violently angry over this commercial and thought it was a cheesy thing to do,” a friend says. “She wouldn’t have gone near the Masters under any condition, but that just made her even madder. She is over Tiger.” “I wouldn’t be surprised if she files for divorce soon.” Will Tiger Woods’ wife take the kids and go? It’s only been talk, with no legal papers filed by either side, and no divorce attorney officially retained … at least until last week, Radar Online claims. Sources say that before flying to Scottsdale, Ariz., for a separate vacation than Tiger’s, she met with a divorce lawyer in their home city, Orlando. They reportedly met for several hours after Elin grew disgusted with Tiger, who she believes he returned to golf too quickly and has been insincere. She participated in his sex rehab therapy, and a few months ago they were making progress, but as Tiger announced his return, things unraveled. The Joslyn James text messages being released couldn’t have helped. Tiger Woods shanks a drive … and his marriage. “She’s far beyond hurt now. If she were angry or if she hated him, they might still have a chance to work it out,” she said. “But she’s beyond that.” “She’s numb. She just does not care . She’s like, ‘Whatever.’ Elin’s not the type to get all weepy or have pity parties for herself. She mourned the loss of this marriage, and now she’s moving on. Tiger Woods Arrives at Masters, Elin Woods MIA

Tiger Woods has landed in Augusta, Ga., for his golf comeback at the prestigious Masters tournament. Players, media and many fans are thrilled to see him. His family? Not so much. Wife Elin Nordegren Woods and their children were nowhere to be seen and are not expected to join the gallery when the tournament tees off on Thursday. While no official statement has been made, she was last seen last week, without Tiger, checking out the Sony Ericsson Tennis Open in Key Biscayne, Fla. Tiger, who was seen cracking jokes with a fellow PGA pro and even greeted reporters as he headed to a practice facility, will address the media Monday. While he recently gave exclusive one-on-one interviews to the Golf Channel and ESPN, Tiger Woods’ 2 p.m. press conference will be the first of its kind since … You know. The subject of his wife’s whereabouts is sure to come up, but everything we’ve read suggests that we’ll see a pissed-off Elin bail on the Masters . After moving back in with him and helping rebuild his image, the couple took a step back amid a new batch of revelations from his mistress Joslyn James. Nasty, violent, depraved text message revelations. Elin has not indicated if she will divorce Tiger, citing concern for their kids, but certainly seems reluctant to support him publicly, at least for the time being. JUST FYI : Because we know you care so much, Joslyn James and lawyer Gloria Allred will be holding their own press conference after Woods’ media Q&A.
