NFL Heiress Goes on Drunken, Anti-Semitic Rampage

The very rich, seemingly very spoiled and apparently very racist daughter of ex-Washington Redskins owner Jack Kent Cooke was arrested yesterday following an altercation on New Year’s Eve. And we’re talking about one doozy of an altercation. According to TMZ, People Magazine and other outlets, the ugly incident took place at Caravaggio, a restaurant on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. It also took place on New Year’s Eve. Cooke was allegedly waiting in line to get her coat when she grew irritating, yelling at a 77-year old in front of her: “Hurry up, Jew. I got places to be.” In response, the woman’s son, Matthew Haberkorn, followed the 29-year old Cooke outside and confronted her about this inappropriate comment. And Cooke stood quietly, listened to the man and apologized. Just kidding! She reportedly attacked Haberkorn with her glass purse, opening up two huge wounds on his face. There’s actually video of the beating, in which you can hear Matthew say “She just f*cking hit me!” Cooke fires back: “You called me a f-cking bitch. You called me a cunt.” And then Matthew again: “You called me a f-cking Jew.” Haberkorn also shared two photos of his lacerations on social media shortly after everything went down. Cooke and her boyfriend eventually left the scene, but authorities later arrested her for felony assault. In addition to the physical harm caused to Haberkorn’s head, his attorney says the normally “mellow Californian” is “very distressed.” Translation: he will be filing a major lawsuit against the heiress. “The damage was what you saw in the photo, but it goes beyond that,” Andrew T. Miltenberg tells People Magazine. The lawyer adds that Haberkorn intends to press charges and sue Cooke civilly for what they allege was a hate crime and civil rights violation. Jack Kent Cooke passed away in April of 1997 after having owned the Redskins and, at other times, the Los Angeles Lakers and Los Angeles Kings. He left behind about $1 billion in assets, according to the Washington Post. However, he only provided his daughter with a $50,000 annual stipend, prompting her to file a lawsuit against her father’s estate in 2007 because she wanted more money each year. She sounds like a real peach.

Jill Duggar: Pregnant With Baby #3 ALREADY?!

It’s only been three months since Jill Duggar welcomed her second child , but the woman is a Duggar, which means her uterus does more before noon than most people’s reproductive organs do all day. So it should come as no surprise that fans are convinced she already has a third baby on the way. Yes, Jill Duggar pregnancy rumors are upon us once again, thanks to a video that was recently posted on the Duggar family’s official Facebook page. This happens so often that we can’t help but wonder if the Duggars purposefully post photos and clips in which it almost sort of looks like one of the women might be expecting. Ya know, if you squint and tilt your head, and you really want them to be pregnant. We’ve posted a screenshot from the much-discussed Facebook video below. It’s kind of like a baby bump Rorschach Test: Your response will determine how badly you want to believe Jill is expecting: “OMG I hope Jill is pregnant again! She and Derick make the cutest babies in the world!” one fan commented . “Is she pregnant again? That was soon. Slow down Jill!” wrote another eager conclusion-jumper. Our opinion on the matter?  Jill isn’t sporting six-pack abs because she just had a kid three freakin’ months ago. Some fans–presumably the ones who are at least passingly familiar with how the human body works–share our assessment and agree that the most likely explanation is that Jill’s more focused on raising her two young children than with regaining her “pre-baby body.” “It’s OK to gain weight! Doesn’t mean she’s pregnant,” wrote one sensible commenter. As we’ve proven time and again (and again and again and again), we’re more than happy to obsess over every public detail of the Duggars’ lives, but even we draw the line at putting screen grabs of the women’s midsections under a microscope. For all the various ways in which they’ve misled their fans over the years, the Duggar women have been admirably forthcoming about the challenges of raising kids in the public eye. Recently, Jessa posted photos of her “messy” house (it really wasn’t all that bad) as a way of reminding fans that she’s human, and feels all the same pressures and struggles as every other young mom. Lamar Odom is "Out of Control," Source Sadly Alleges

According to a new report, Lamar Odom did not collapse at a nightclub last week simply because he was very tired from working out. Shocking, we know. This is what a spokesperson for the former reality and NBA star actually alleged, however, after Odom fell to the floor early Sunday morning at Bootsy Bellows in Los Angeles. Due to Odom’s history of drug and alcohol abuse, it was questionable why he was even in the establishment. But Lamar’s rep downplayed the incident shortly afterward, saying Odom is doing “well” and adding by way of explanation: “He was dehydrated and had been in an intense workout earlier in the day. It was also very hot in the club.” No one really believed this at the time. Most celebrity gossip followers figured Odom had, unfortunately, fallen off the wagon once again. And now a People Magazine report appears to back up this assumption. “ Lamar is spiraling again. He’s out of control,” an insider tells this publication of Odom, adding in further disturbing detail: “He was better this spring, but things got worse over the summer and everyone is worried things are going to get even worse and they’re scared for him.” We can’t verify these claims outside of relaying them to our readers, but it wouldn’t come as a shock that this would be a challenging time for Odom. Ex-wife Khloe Kardashian is pregnant with her first child; she’s expecting a baby in early spring. Moreover, she’s expecting this baby with Tristan Thompson, who is also a professional basketball player and who also mostly plays power forward. This is the same position Odom played throughout his career. So it really is if Khloe has directly replaced her ex-husband with a new and less hurtful version. Lamar has admitted to cheating on Khloe during their marriage. He’s also confessed that he was addicted to drugs at various points in their relationship. The couple split in 2013 after a few turbulent months, although the divorce was not finalized until many years later. Then, in October of 2015, the troubled star was rushed to the hospital after being found unconscious in a Nevada brothel. He was only given a 50 percent chance of survival at the time, spending four days in a coma, with Khloe by his side nearly the entire time. Upon his recovery, Odom completed a 30-day drug rehab program. Friends and loved ones hoped it would signal a reversal of fortunes for Odom, a turning point in a life full of tragedy (see below). Paz de la Huerta: Harvey Weinstein Raped Me Twice

Ever since Harvey Weinstein was accused of rape , following other accusations of sexual harassment, more and more powerful men in Hollywood have been called out and accused of varying levels of disgusting, inexcusable behavior. But that doesn’t mean that the world has moved on from Harvey Weinstein. More than 60 women have come forward with horror stories about him. Yet another woman has come forward, and actress Paz de la Huerta accused Harvey Weinstein of having raped her not once, but twice. The LAPD is actively investigating Harvey Weinstein , which means that everyone who comes forward with their story about the one-time mega-producer’s story is that much more important. Among the dozens of women who have told their #MeToo stories specifically about Weinstein were some big names. Lupita Nyong’o shared details of her Weinstein encounters . This may shock you, but Harvey Weinstein claims through a spokesperson that he remembers things differently. Game of Thrones star Lena Headey shared a story of narrowly escaping from Weinstein after his keycard miraculously failed to work. But it doesn’t take a big name to have an impact. A former assistant has come forward with a chilling story of how her attempts to fend off Weinstein’s alleged advances by telling him that she was on her period didn’t work, and she says that he forced himself on her anyway. And now Boardwalk Empire actress Paz de la Huerta has come forward with her #MeToo story. Speaking in a phone interview to Vanity Fair , Paz de la Huerta accuses Harvey Weinstein of raping her twice . She says that she was 21 years old when Weinstein sent her science fiction novels and said to her that she might be right for a role in one of his projects. It was in 2010, when de la Huerta was 26, that Weinstein offered her a ride home to Tribeca after a hotel meeting. (Remember, not that it matters because nothing excuses sexual assault, but hotel meetings are pretty standard in the entertainment industry) Paz de la Huerta says that Weinstein did more than just give her a ride, but followed her to her apartment and demanded to come inside and have a drink with her. “Things got very uncomfortable very fast,” de la Huerta told Vanity Fair . Paz de la Huerta continued her harrowing story: “Immediately when we got inside the house, he started to kiss me and I kind of brushed [him] away.” Be warned, folks, this is where it gets worse: “Then he pushed me onto the bed and his pants were down and he lifted up my skirt. I felt afraid. … It wasn’t consensual … It happened very quickly. …” That’s a small comfort, if any. “He stuck himself inside me. … When he was done he said he’d be calling me. I kind of just laid on the bed in shock.” Tragically, de la Huerta says that this was the first of two assaults. She since tried to avoid him, but came home from a photoshoot in late 2010 to find that Weinstein arrived at her building’s lobby. “He hushed me and said, ‘Let’s talk about this in your apartment.’” We can only imagine how frightened she was in that moment. “I was in no state. I was so terrified of him. … I did say no, and when he was on top of me I said, ‘I don’t want to do this.’” Awful. “He kept humping me and it was disgusting. He’s like a pig. … He raped me.” Paz de la Huerta describes how that second encounter ended. “I laid there feeling sick. He looked at me and said, ‘I’ll put you in a play.’ He left and I never heard from him again. He knew he had done a bad thing.” This is truly sickening. De la Huerta showed true bravery for sharing this story. Not only does Weinstein deny all accusations of rape, but other people will come out of the woodwork to ask stupid, insulting questions intended to place the blame on de la Huerta and not on the man she accuses of rape. Brad Bufanda Commits Suicide; Veronica Mars Star Was 34

Brad Bufanda, an actor likely best known for his role on Veronica, committed suicide on Monday, a spokesperson for the Los Angeles County Coroner’s Office has confirmed. He was 34 years old. According to multiple sources, the tragic incident took place early in the morning on November 1. Bufanda’s body was discovered around 12:40 a.m. after he “jumped from a building,” this same spokesperson has told People Magazine, adding; “[An] autopsy is done and it has been ruled an suicide.” The cause of death, as one might sadly expect in this circumstance, was “sustained traumatic injuries.” A pedestrian walking along South Fuller Avenue reportedly came upon Bufanda and called the police. Paramedics were then dispatched to the scene, but it was too late; the actor was already dead. Bufanda had a recurring role on the first two seasons of Veronica Mars, a beloved series on The CW that starred Kristen Bell and which was eventually turned into a movie. He portrayed Felix Toombs on the dark comedy, a member of a biker gang. Bufanda had also appeared on Malcom in the Middle, CSI: Miami, and the 2004 movie A Cinderella Story. His most recent listed credit on IMDB is for a role in the upcoming movie Stan the Man. Said Bufanda’s manager Kirsten Solem in response to the awful news: “We are completely devastated for he was an extremely talented young actor and wonderful, caring human being. “He was reviving his career, having just completed two movies, and we are shocked and saddened by his passing. “The family would appreciate privacy at this difficult time.”  According to TMZ, Bufanda did leave a suicide note near the scene of his death. It is unknown at this time just what the note said. Percy Daggs III‏ and Francis Capra both starred opposite Bufanda on Veronica Mars and both are now mourning this loss. “I’m heartbroken to hear of Brad Bufanda’s passing,” wrote Veronica Mars creator Rob Thomas on Twitter, adding: “He did great work on Veronica Mars. My heart goes out to his family. The actor moved to Los Angeles from Southern California to pursue a full-time film career after graduating high school in 2001. He had actually thought about pursuing a career in professional basketball until an injury ended those dreams. We send our condolences to the family members, friends and loved ones of Brad Bufanda. Teacher Tells Latino Kids To “Speak American” An English teacher is under fire today as a student in her class caught her on SnapChat telling Latino children they need to speak “American.” According to People Magazine , the Cliffside Park, New Jersey school boasts a large population of kids from bilingual Latino families. But according to students, that has never stopped her from telling kids she passed in the hallway to speak English when she passed them speaking Spanish or Portuguese, or making generally racist comments in class. The video shows the teacher telling the kids that their Spanish-speaking is disrespectful, as soldiers are fighting for their right to “speak American,” not Spanish. She actually kicks the students who dare speak Spanish in her presence OUT of the classroom…but it appears they complied in protest. In the video, recorded by a student, the English instructor at Cliffside Park High School says: “Men and women are fighting. They are not fighting for your right to speak Spanish. They’re fighting for your right to speak American.” First of all…what? The students clearly had the same reaction to the teacher’s lowkey racist comment, which they say is far from her first, and decided to protest her ignorance by walking out. SMH. She’s BEEN doing this and facing no consequences? SMH.

Rain Brown Hits Back Against Selfie Haters

Everyone deals with grief differently. This is basically a known fact that spans all generations and continents. But apparently no one has mentioned it to a handful of Alaskan Bush People fans. As previously reported, Ami Brown – a lead cast member on the aforementioned Discovery Channel series – has been diagnosed with lung cancer. It is believed to be at the most serious stage and her condition has worsened in recent weeks. We hate to write it, but Ami may not have very much time remaining. In response to this tragic illness, husband Billy Brown has spoken out , telling People Magazine of his family in general and kids in particular: “They’re all trying to get through it as best they can, but no one knows what to do. I do what I can… “This is really hard but this is also the strongest our faith has ever been. Our faith is giving us hope.” The youngest of these kids, of course, is Rain Brown. She’s 15 years old and some strangers out there are actually giving Rain crap for the way she is responding to her mother’s disease. Despite Ami being in the hospital and close to her death bed, Rain continues to share selfies on Instagram. She doesn’t see the big deal. She’s just dealing with this sad scenario as best she can. And she has the following to say to all haters: “Yep another selfie… you gotta love yourself kids no matter who try’s to push you down, you wouldn’t believe the people I have had trying to make me mad and a bad person but I just throw love they’re way along with a witty remark… “My point is always remember love is never wrong… just be and love yourself the rest will fall into place.” Rain has over 14,000 Instagram followers. Most have shown her strong support. She refers to these fans as her “Rainbows.” Last month, she showed them her gratitude via a social media video that included these words: “All of your support and love is amazing and it’s great to know there are so many Rainbows out there.” Brown didn’t go into great detail about her mother’s status at the time, but she fought off tears while making this statement and it’s clear she’s struggling with how to proceed. And you know what? If she wants to post several selfies a day to deal with her grief, so be it. Who the heck are we to judge?!? It's almost time! In less than two months now — her due date is August 31st — Audrey Roloff and her husband, Jeremy, will welcome their first child. They're expecting a baby girl , and as they've said, they're really very excited about it. They're not the only ones! If Jackson Roloff is anything to go by, the family from Little People, Big World sure can produce some adorable babies . And to celebrate the impending arrival of this surely precious bundle of joy, Audrey's friends and family gathered to throw her a beautiful baby shower. You know you want to see the pictures … 1. She’s Glowing! Seriously, how gorgeous is Audrey? 2. Cupcakes! You can already tell this baby shower is going to be too cute for words, can’t you? 3. Memories! Kanye West: Taking His Feud with Jay Z to the Courtroom?!

Remember when Kanye West and Jay Z used to be friends? Oh, how times have changed … Jay and Kanye go all the way back to the early 2000s, when Kanye worked as a producer for Roc-A-Fella Records. They’ve collaborated multiples times, most notably on the 2011 album Watch the Throne and the subsequent tour. Kanye has even been one of the key members in Jay Z’s music streaming company, Tidal. By all accounts, they’ve been extremely close for years — but at some point within the last several months, all that has changed. According to a rant Kanye went on during a concert last October, the issues started because he and Jay recorded verses for a Drake song, but Jay demanded the verses be excluded from the final cut “out of respect for Meek.” Because Meek Mill and Drake don’t get along, and Jay Z didn’t want to rock the boat. Kanye called it “some Tidal/Apple bullsh-t,” and he seemed very upset that Jay chose the politics of the music industry over artistry. His rant got more personal though as he claimed that their children have never played together, and that Jay Z never called him after Kim’s Paris robbery. A month later, he still had some feelings on the subject. “Jay Z, call me, bruh,” he begged during another concert. “You still ain’t called me. Jay Z, call me.” “Jay Z, I know you got killers, please don’t send them at my head . Just call me. Talk to me like a man.” The day after that, Kanye was hospitalized for his mental breakdown, so we imagine there’s a good chance Jay Z never got a hold of him. Several months went by without any updates on the feud, but just a couple of days ago, Jay Z dropped his brand new album on Tidal. And in one song, he made it clear that his issues with Kanye were far from resolved. “I know people backstab you, I feel bad too,” he rapped. “But this ‘f-ck everybody’ attitude ain’t natural. But you ain’t the same, this ain’t KumbaYe , but you got hurt because you did cool by ‘Ye.” “You have him 20 million without blinkin’, he gave you 20 minutes on stage, f-ck was he thinkin’?” “‘F-ckin’ wrong with everybody?’, is that what you sayin’? But if everybody’s crazy, you’re the one that’s insane.” And now Kanye has officially had it. According to a new report from TMZ, Kanye has officially left Tidal over claims that the company owes him over $3 million. He’s not leaving the company over Jay’s new song though — sources say that Kanye’s lawyers sent Tidal a letter about a month ago explaining his issues. The issues are that he was promised a bonus for bringing new subscribers to Tidal after exclusively releasing his last album through the service, but he never got the money. He also claims that the company was supposed to reimburse him for music videos for the album, but they haven’t done that, either. His lawyers have told Tidal that due to these issues, his contract was terminated, but Tidal disagrees — they say that they still have exclusivity for Kanye’s new music. They’ve said that if he goes against their original contract, they’ll sue, which is cool with Kanye, because he’ll sue them back. Again, remember when these guys were friends?
