A new set Downton Abbey Season 5 promotional posters were revealed this week, much to the delight of the acclaimed and popular drama’s fan base. One contained a pretty obvious goof, though. Can you spot it? The Downton Abbey photo fail shows Hugh Bonneville as Robert Crawley and Laura Carmichael as Lady Edith, and behind them, a very misplaced object. One that certainly doesn’t belong in WWI-era England. At all. Yup, there’s a plastic water bottle up on the mantle! Ouch! While we understand the importance of staying hydrated on set, you’d think someone would have realized this was in the shot before taking the photos. That or airbrushed it out. It’s not that hard, as we’ve seen from countless photoshop fails in which people went a little too crazy. But this is what it’s made for! 15 Really Terrible Examples of Photoshop 1. Toronto native Cassandra Blackwel developed an interesting strategy for getting over her ex-boyfriend: photoshopping pictures of Beyonce over his face! In starting her Beyoncify My Boyfriend project (and Tumblr page), she said, “If imagining yourself at your happiest with Beyonce doesn’t help, I don’t know what will.” No arguments here. And yes, she knows that when it comes to photoshop skills, these are about as far from professional as you’ll find on the Internet. Not that she’s concerned. “The pictures aren’t the best quality, but that’s kind of the point. I have no idea how to use Photoshop . I’m not trying to professionally cover him.” “I’m just slapping him with Beyonce, and people are really responding to that … it’s an ode to how much effort I put into the relationship, if you will.” Touche. Anyone who’s seen Vanessa Hudgens in Spring Breakers  knows that the former Disney star isn’t exactly shy about showing off her fit figure. Even so, the prospect of modeling for an international ad campaign without any retouching on your photos would frighten the most flawless of Hollywood veterans. But that’s just what Vanessa did for her latest Bongo jeans shots: Vanessa Hudgens for Bongo Jeans 1. Vanessa Hudgens: Photoshop Free! Vanessa poses for Bongo Jeans. All of the shots for the campaign are unretouched. “The clothes make me feel carefree and confident, which is why I love that the final ad images are unretouched,” says Vanessa. “It’s so important for girls to remember that real beauty shines from within and I’m so proud that Bongo is choosing to send such a positive message with this campaign.” So yes, positive message, a little free press for the brand, and Vanessa gets to avoid PR disasters like the  recent Kim Kardashian  Photoshop fail . That’s what you call a win-win-win. All of the ads will feature the caption, “100 percent unnatural. Unretouched and unfiltered. Avicii Concert Leaves Dozens Hospitalized in Boston

Avicii’s show at the TD Garden in Boston, Mass., took a scary turn Wednesday night when at least 36 fans of the Swedish DJ were taken to the hospital. A “Level 2 Mass Casualty” incident was declared, but there were no fatalities, and better yet, reports indicate all of the injuries were minor to moderate. Dozens Hospitalized During Avicii Concert EMS workers told the Boston Globe that over 50 people were treated at the scene, and 36 were hospitalized for dehydration, drug, and alcohol issues. The ages of the victims ranged from 16 to 25. “You couldn’t breathe if you were on the floor,” concertgoer Mike Santostefano told the Globe of the show, adding “It was the best and worst time ever.” That about sums up an Avicii concert. Mike added that he saw several people who “couldn’t handle themselves,” possibly because “people who don’t do drugs come here and do drugs.” Another fan, Roisin Saratonion, said, “You get really hot in there and you just pass out . You couldn’t breathe. It was claustrophobic. People get dehydrated.” Following the show, the 24-year-old electronic music producer and performer, a breakout star in the genre this year, tweeted his concerns for fans. He writes, “Just hearing the awful news abt tonight. Its a terrible thing, I rly hope everyone is ok! Kim Kardashian is positively owning Instagram this week. Earlier today, a Kim Kardashian nip slip earned the reality star plenty of attention on the social network, and not because of the blonde wig she sports in the photo. Shortly thereafter, an eagle-eyed follower noticed something odd about the photo below: Good God what happened to her arm?!  Yes, either Kim’s an amputee now and no one noticed because we were all too busy staring at her exposed boob, or that is one epic Photoshop fail . This whole Kim missing her right arm thing adds a whole new layer to the earlier Nipplegate controversy: We now know that Kim not only carefully studies every photo that she posts to Instagram, she also has them professionally Photoshopped. (You don’t really think Kim learned the program herself, do you?) So how does that relate to the earlier exposed areola selfie? Glad you asked, hypothetical boob enthusiast. Now that we know the level of attention to detail that goes into Kim’s Instagram posts, it seems almost impossible that she wasn’t aware of the nipple in the pic that she tried to pass off as an innocent ” blonde wig photo .” You almost outsmarted us, Kim Kardashian. I bought this laptop/tablet off Dell#39;s website and it is the best purchase i have made for a portable power horse. Dell has updated all the drivers and everything works wonderfully. It boots into windows in 3 seconds or less. It handles Photoshop and light room great! Especially with the touchscreen tablet mode. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants the best of both a tablet

Lady Gaga to Paparazzi: Photoshop My Pics (No, For Real)!

Lady Gaga may have sung about the paparazzi early in her career, but from now on she’ll only be serenading paps who follow her strict instructions. According to the New York Post , Gaga has started issuing demands to photo agencies , giving them exclusives in exchange for their promise to Photoshop her pics according to her specifications.  Photographers at a Gaga event last week were reportedly told to “smooth out her jaw line and thin her arms” as well as “smooth out and thin her legs.” So much for “born this way!”  Some photographers and event planners are getting fed up, with one coordinator anonymously describing Gaga as a “control freak.”  Others don’t seem to mind the demands and are likely grateful for the exclusives.  Kevin Mazur – a photographer who gained sole rights to photograph Gaga’s final show at the Roseland Ballroom – says similar demands aren’t all that uncommon. “It’s like any other artist I work with and it’s very minimal because we want to get the photos out there right away,” said Mazur. “She caters to the paparazzi like no other artist I’ve seen.” Sounds like someone wants to keep getting those exclusives! But not every celebrity shares Gaga’s view on photo enhancement. Recently, singer Lorde called out a Photoshopped image of herself and tweeted it, along with this message to her fans: “Be proud of who you are… flaws and all.” Words to live by, and clearly not ones that a lot of people out there take to heart, whether it’s celebrity gossip sites or huge companies selling products.
