In court papers obtained from the Magistrate Court of Fulton County in Georgia, contractor company Heritage Landscape is suing Whitfield for $10,012.50 plus $500 in costs. “Mrs. Whitfield contracted the landscaping services of Heritage Landscape to help in the completion of her home,” the claim filed on January 3rd read. “Mrs. Whitfield has paid some (less than half of her bill), although she was happy with the work.” The lawsuit claims Sheree first told the landscaping company that she “did not have the money” at first then blamed the company for “poor work quality.” “We would just like to get the balance owed,” the court papers read. Whitfield has 30 days to file an answer to the claim. Maybe Sheree should hit up Kenya for a loan? IG

Marcus Camby’s Nephew Found Dead On His Property Tragic news for retired player Marcus Camby. His 9-year-old autistic nephew tragically passed away on Camby’s property on Thanksgiving. The Former New York Knicks center was celebrating Thanksgiving with about 20 family members when his nephew, Marcus McGhee, went missing. McGhee went missing while playing with other kids inside the home. A security camera caught the boy leaving alone out of a side door before wandering off on the property. Adults didn’t realize the boy was missing until a bit after 4pm. The family searched the home and grounds independently until police arrived and took over. Aso Pearland Police Lt. Onesimo Lopez told the Houston Chronicle , Camby’s “lots of rooms, lots of places where people can hide,” Lopez said. “Each room opens to a different room. It’s almost like a labyrinth.” Pearland Police searched the property throughout the night. Sadly, the boy’s body was found in an L-shaped lake on Camby’s Houston-area property around 7am on Saturday morning. Truly sad for this family to experience this type of tragedy, especially on a holiday where they all were gathered together. Salma Hayek Mourns Loss Of Murdered Dog Salma Hayek took to instagram to share a personal tragedy. The actress let her followers know that she’s been mourning death of her 9 year-old canine companion Mozart. Salma says the dog was on her property when he was shot close to his heart, causing his death. She’s hoping that authorities take his case very seriously. Salma is a known animal lover. Of her many animals she owned 8 dogs and 3 alpacas, according to Huff Post . We hope she gets justice!
Ex-Couple Sued For Not Paying Bills On House Allen Iverson and ex-wife Tawanna have skipped town and let the bills pile up on their suburban Atlanta mansion. That’s according to the Country Club of the South, a homeowner’s association that’s suing Allen and Tawanna for nearly $20,000 in unpaid home bills. The debt stems from monthly charges that the ex-couple is billed to maintain their upscale development in Alpharetta, Ga. The association has already filed a lien against the property. The association said it tried to resolve the Iverson’s debt out of court, and gave them 30 days to pay it back in September, but the bills, now totaling $18,550, are still outstanding.

Former NFL Player Faces Foreclosure After Blowing Off Lawsuit Over Unpaid Bills Ex-NFL star Chad Johnson has blown off a legal battle over unpaid bills on his Florida mansion and now the judge presiding over the case is close to ordering the pad be sold off at foreclosure due to the football star not even showing up to court. The Long Lake Ranches West Homeowners Association sued Johnson back in May in Broward County, Fl. Court, accusing the former NFL star of owing them over $3,500 in fees and costs related to his pad. The association demanded the court allow them to foreclose on the property and sell it off at auction to get the money owed from the sale off the home. The suit seeks to have the court allow them to kick Johnson out of his home and sell off the property at public auction. Johnson purchased the Davie, FL pad back in 2005 for $1,365,000 – and it was also the scene of the infamous head butting arrest with ex-wife Evelyn Lozada. Then on December 16th, the homeowners association filed a motion for default judgment against Johnson because he’s blown off the case for several months despite being served with the lawsuit. The association is pleading with the judge presiding over the case to grant them their motion for default judgment and allow them to kick Johnson out of his home and sell it off at auction ASAP. A Jaguar sports car . 5-Year-Old Russians Tunnel Out Of Nursery To Buy A Jaguar Two 5-year-olds in Russia are in a ton of trouble after they reportedly used spades from a sand pit to dig their way of out of their kindergarten nursery. TheRakayAtPost reports that the boys the two boys disappeared as their group took part in a supervised walk and began digging an escape route. After successfully digging their way off of the property, the unaccompanied boys were reportedly spotted by a female driver who asked them what they were doing. They told her they had come from their kindergarten to buy a Jaguar but did not have any money. The woman then promptly took them to a police station where they confessed to planning their escape for days so they could successfully buy a luxury car. It reportedly took the kindergarten’s staff a half hour to notice that the rowdy rebels were missing and their parents have since been notified.
