Just a few days after roasting Ja Rule and Irv Gotti for being denied entry into S.O.B’s, Fiddy once again turned his attention to Young Buck by bringing up his rumored sexual preference in a recent social media post. If you're a Teen Mom 2 fan who spends any time at all on social media, then you're probably aware that new rumors about the cast pop about at the rate of about a dozen every hour or so. As a result, we've pretty much heard it all over the years. And yet somehow, we still didn't see this one coming. As you may know, Kailyn Lowry and Leah Messer are close friends — so perhaps it was inevitable that fans would eventually claim they're more than just friends. Is it a stupid rumor? Almost certainly. And yet, those who support claim say there's plenty of proof. Take a look: 1. Leah & Kail The friends recently traveled to Costa Rica together. Leah posted this pic from the trip, along with a caption reading, “My girl bad, badder than yours.” 2. Selfie Queens Kailyn and Leah have posted plenty of selfies together in the past. But for some reason, the Costa Rica pics have prompted endless rumors. 3. Vacay PDA Perhaps it’s the obvious affection these two have for each other. But for whatever reason, Messer and Lowry’s vacation pics have fans convinced their more than friends. 4. Up Close and Personal First, fans wanted Kail and Leah to star in their own spinoff. Now, it seems they want these two to get married. 5. Rocking Out Clearly, these two had a blast in Costa Rica. And they seem to be in no hurry to shut down rumors about the nature of their relationship. 6. We’ve been hearing rumors about the rivalry for months and months. Meghan Markle hates Kate Middleton! Prince Harry hates Prince William! Prince William is having an affair with Rose Hanbury ! Okay, that last one isn’t relevant to the story down below… it just seems constantly relevant to anything Royal Family related these days. Overall, there has seemingly been tension for nearly a year between Markle, Harry, Kate and William, often referred to as The Core Royal Four, at least around our offices here at The Hollywood Gossip. Markle and Harry have even moved out of London, presumably to get far away from their annoying foes. And chatter has it that they may move even farther away at some point down the line. Like, all the way to Africa . Has this feud been blown out of proportion? Perhaps. But fans are now causing quite a viral uproar because Markle and Harry just unfollowed Kate and William on Instagram. Holy crap, right?!? Actually, no. Wrong. Back in April, Markle and Harry joined this social media platform via their very own “SussexRoyal” account. At the time, the future mom and dad followed the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, as well as other family members, including Princess Eugenie. However, this page suddenly only follows 16 other Instagram users, causing many global citizens to wonder what the heck is going on. It must be a sign of a major issue between the aforementioned Royal Quartet, doesn’t it? Again: No. It’s a sign of something admirable and impressive. Explains Meghan and Harry of why their Instagram account looks different today than it did yesterday: “May is Mental Health Awareness Month in the US and May 13-19 is Mental Health Awareness Week in the UK. “To pay tribute to all of the incredible work people across the globe are doing in this space, we are hoping to shine a light on several Instagram accounts that promote mental well-being, mental fitness, body positivity, self-care, and the importance of human connection – to not just hear each other, but to listen.” Oh. So the 16 accounts they’re following right now are in some way related to mental health? That’s pretty awesome. “We are all in this together,” the couple assured. “We invite you to explore the extraordinary stories of strength, and the commitment to kindness as seen in the above accounts.” This actually could be an issue that brings Markle and Middleton together, helping them bury whatever hatchet has been sitting between them. Kate, as you may very well know, has long been an advocate of mental health assistance , giving many speeches on the topic. As for Markle and Harry, it sounds as if they plan to use their social media for the greater good on a constant basis. This may mean a small number of Royal Baby photos once their little girl or boy is born — but a large number of organizations helped around the world. “Each month we will honor this same concept and change the accounts we solely follow based on a different theme or cause,” they added today in a statement. “Please go to our homepage and click ‘following’ to see each of the select accounts and find out more about their work.” The SussexRoyal account has over 5.4 million followers. It really is very cool that Meghan and Harry plan to use the account in this manner, don’t you agree? One might say it sets a great example for their baby-to-be, as here’s a look at their latest Instagram post: Markle is due to give birth any day now. She is officially on maternity leave and not making any public appearances. While pretty much everyone with a pulse is wondering what the couple will name its child , we’re just hoping that Markle has a safe delivery and a healthy baby. The singer has joined forces with Elle magazine to share 30 lessons she has learned over the years ahead of her 30th birthday in December 2019. (Yes, they're looking way ahead here. We've included many excerpts from this cover story below, but we've focused mostly on what Swift has to say about Ray J's former sex tape partner. She really holds little back here. It was a package of Kailyn’s Pothead Haircare products. Nice and thoughtful, right? Not quite, according to Evans, who responded by filming herself POURING GASOLINE ON THE PRESENT AND THEN SETTING T ON FIRE. “Hey, Kail. This is to your peace offering,” she quipped before taking this dangerous and pretty hilarious course of action. “Been debating whether to upload this, but I feel like the time is appropriate. Kail Lowry, for years you’ve been super jealous and envious of all us girls on the show,” Evans captioned the post, adding: “You try to make your way into the group, then turn into a mean ass person when it came down to me.” Along with the emoji of a raised middle finger, Evans concluded: You apologize on/off, claim I need to be apologizing sometimes, then talk shit constantly about me and my husband to the tabloids?! Kailyn also shared a screenshot of Evans’ video on her Instagram Story shortly after it was posted and wrote: “So Jenelle set my peace offering gift on fire…” She proceeded to joke about the incident on Twitter by replying to tweet with a picture of the flame-engulfed products and adding, “Potheadhaircare.com is [fire emoji].” It’s true. In her own way, Jenelle has provided her foe with all the free publicity she could ever desire via this gesture. The Teen Mom 2 stars have been at odds with since August when Jenelle appeared to slam Lowry for hooking up with her ex-husband, Javi Marroquin, after his romane with their fellow castmate Briana DeJesus ended. The drama didn’t stop there, though. Evans later accused Lowry of exploiting her and their rivalry for the sake of podcast downloads. “Soooo it’s ok to constantly talk about me on their podcast tho? Even before Larissa exposed Colt's cheating this week, this couple was in the running for this season's most dramatic and most controversial couple. This sneak peek of Sunday's new episode shows exactly why. Colt responds to Larissa's complaint about his wandering eye by telling her that maybe she's just “bats–t crazy.” On last week's episode of 90 Day Fiance , Larissa got into a huge argument with Colt's cousin over her motivations for marrying him. Now, the two are going out to dinner with a couple of Colt's friend, but it looks like a tense outing. Larissa is pissed with Colt. “Colt doesn't compliment me,” Larissa laments to the camera. “A real man shouldn't act like this.” “It's ridiculous,” Larissa declares. What seems to get under her skin isn't just that Colt doesn't compliment her even though she put hours into her appearance. Even when she brings it up, he instead gets defensive instead of just apologizing and assuring her that she's beautiful. Colt's friends don't seem quite sure what to make of her, referring to Larissa as a “fiery spark.” Meanwhile, Colt pulls his usual shtick — which was rubbing people the wrong way long before their current mess spilled over onto social media. Larissa gets upset, and Colt adopts a painfully patronizing tone in an effort to convince the viewers at home that he's so reasonable, so rational . In a voice intended to convey that he has the patience of mountains and the intellect of every great philosopher, Colt speaks to the camera. “I can't believe that Larissa is so angry at me,” he says, sounding astonished. This has happened before, and she is often upset over this particular issue. Doing his best to fill his voice with weariness, Colt says: “I don't understand.” Larissa spins a theory about why Colt doesn't seem to have the energy to say something nice to her when she gets all dolled up. “You don't give me compliments,” she guesses. “Because you talk to other woman.” These words, given this week's scandal, were oddly prophetic. “You give her attention,” Larissa accuses. It can be difficult to hear a loved one compliment others but not you. Colt explains that, somehow, a long day at work leaves him too emotionally drained to give her compliments or think about doing so. He then suggests that their relationship problems are Larissa's fault. “Have you ever thought that maybe it's you?” Colt asks confrontationally. Colt then accuses: “You're bats–t crazy.” That is not a nice way to speak to … absolutely anyone, let alone one's fiancee. And there may be something more sinistar at work. There exists a term: gaslighting , which is making someone believe that they're crazy, usually so that they'll believe only you will love them. While the word has been overused in recent years, what Colt is doing in this video is giving off majorly bad vibes. Compliment your fiancee. Compliment your girlfriend. Compliment your friends . (If this doesn't come naturally to you, pick one thing that was a choice — from hairstyle to leggings to shoes, etc, to say something nice about every day) Earlier episodes made Larissa seem like she was overreacting to Colt complimenting strange women. With the revelation that he's e cheater who allegedly DMs women about Larissa being nuts for sympathy … maybe Larissa was the only one saying things clearly. Just because someone gets emotional and flustered doesn't mean that they're wrong about everything.
Sophie Brussaux just cut Kanye West way down to size. With just a single sentence on Twitter. The woman best known for having given birth to Drake’s son a couple years ago has hilariously inserted herself into the ongoing rivalry between her ex-lover and his current rival. This rivalry got underway late Thursday night after West shared a request from Drake to sample the beat in the Kanye-produced 2009 track “Say What’s Real.” But Kanye was in no mood to hear from Drake, not after the artist insulted his Adidas Yeezy Boost 350 sneakers in a verse on French Montana hit track “No Stylist.” With the flood gates now open in his mind, Kanye went ahead and unleashed a rather amazing rant, even for him. He sent upwards of 80 Tweets in the direction of Drake. How did Sophie get herself involved? She saw her own opening after Ariana Grande mocked the Drake-Kanye beef by Tweeting yesterday: “Guys, I know there are grown men arguing online [right now]. “But Miley and I dropping our beautiful, new songs tonight so if y’all could please [just] behave for just like a few hours so the girls can shine that’d be so sick thank [you].” It was pretty much a perfect Tweet. And then Brussaux left a nearly perfect Comment underneath, writing: I would hardly call Kanye arguing with himself ‘grown men. This is both funny and accurate. Like we said, Kanye sent about 80 (yes, 80!) Tweets on the subject Thursday evening into Friday morning, while Drake responded with… silence. Brussaux later posted a cryptic message to her Instagram Story, one we’d have to imagine was also directed at West: “Pettiness and messiness hinder your blessings. Seriously. Spread love.” At various points in his rant against Drake, Kanye accused the singer of threatening his family members. There’s no real evidence of this, but Kim Kardashian took the side of her husband around 2:30 a.m. on Friday and also Tweeted at Drake. She told him to leave her loved ones the heck alone . If Drake somehow did utter a negative or menacing word about any of Kimye’s three kids, we’re very much on their side here. But come on: Is anyone buying what this power couple is trying to sell here? Prior to deleting all of his Drake-related messages, West himself seemed to offer the rapper an olive branch, writing on his official account: “I’m up for talking. We need to show all of these fans that black men can@talk without someone ending up dead or in jail.” Yes. Sure. Absolutely. If this manufactured, one-sided argument can end with such an important message being sent, then we are all for it. Mostly, however, we mostly feel about Kanye overall and, especially in this case, the same way Drake felt about his quasi rival’s angry words last night: Yup, we agree, dude. We couldn’t have said it better ourselves.
North Carolina A&T State clinched its second consecutive MEAC championship and trip to the Celebration bowl with a dominating performance in a 45-0 road victory against arch-rival North Carolina Central in the Aggie-Eagle Classic. It was the most lopsided victory for either team in the rivalry since North Carolina Central returned to the conference in 2011. The Aggies (9-2, 5-1 MEAC) overwhelmed North Carolina Central on both sides of the ball. They gained 539 yards total offense with a three-pronged attack with quarterback Lamar Reynard, receiver Elijah Bell and running back Marquell Cartwright, doing most of the damage. Raynard, who sat out the Aggies’ victory against Savannah State a week ago due to a concussion, returned and completed 16 of 23 passes for 257 yards and two touchdowns; Bell, who has been dogged by injuries all season, appeared to be completely healthy as he caught 10 passes for 122 yards and two touchdowns and is two catches shy of breaking the school record for touchdown receptions; Cartwright, the leading rusher in the MEAC, ran for 110 yards on 20 carries to top the 1,000-yard mark for the second consecutive season. The Aggies have had a 1,000-yard runner in eight of the last nine seasons. Cartwright also scored a pair of touchdowns. North Carolina A&T’s defense was nothing short of suffocating. The Aggies held the Eagles to a miniscule 41 yards total offense, including minus-21 rushing – the lowest number in the 90-year history of the rivalry. “That’s what we do. That’s what we’re about. Stop the run,” said first-year North Carolina A&T coach Sam Washington, who was the Aggies’ defensive coordinator for seven seasons under Coach Rod Broadway before being elevated to the top spot when Broadway retired. “They play into what we do, so we knew we could give them a considerable amount of problems. The thing you worry about is are the kids going to deviate from what we do because their eyes start to deceive them. But they didn’t. They did a good job of executing the game plan.” KEY RESULTS Bowie State 41, West Alabama 35 – The Bulldogs advanced to the second round of the NCAA Division II playoffs with a home victory. It was the first playoff victory in school history for Bowie State (10-2). The Bulldogs will travel to Georgia to face Valdosta State in the second round Saturday. Quarterback Amir Hall threw completed 31 of 48 attempts for 376 yards and a touchdown to lead the Bulldogs past West Alabama (8-4). The Bulldogs fell behind in the early going when Martin Tyriq caught a seven-yard touchdown from Harry Satterwhite at the 10:36 mark in the first quarter. The Bulldogs answered with a nine-yard touchdown pass from Hall to Jordan Crockett, who caught seven passes for 131 yards and a touchdown, and a three-yard touchdown run by Hall for a 14-7 lead. Satterwhite tied the score with a 38-yard touchdown pass to Jonnas Spivey before Gene Carson booted an18-yard field goal to give the Bulldogs a 17-14 halftime lead. West Alabama went ahead 28-27 in the opening minute of the fourth quarter, but Hall scored on a five-yard touchdown run and Roger Richardson returned an interception 36 yards for a touchdown to give the Bulldogs an insurmountable lead. Tyler Bush’s five-yard touchdown run with 5:09 remaining in the game cut Bowie State’s lead to the final margin, 41-35. West Alabama got the ball at Bowie State’s 46 with 3:16 left on the clock for its last possession. The drive ended at the Bulldogs’ 23 when Satterwhite’s pass on fourth-and-six to Qua Boyd was incomplete. Alcorn State 24, Jackson State 3 – The Braves ran off 21 unanswered points in the second half to capture their fifth consecutive SWAC East Division championship with a home win against the arch-rival Tigers. Alcorn (8-3, 6-1 SWAC) will host the winner of Southern-Grambling State matchup in the Bayou Classic in the SWAC Championship Game on Dec. 1. Jackson State (5-5, 4-3 SWAC), a decided underdog entering the game, played a spirited first half and the score was tied 3-all entering the third quarter. Alcorn came out of the locker room and overpowered the Tigers with their running game, which generated 217 yards. The Braves had 394 total yards to 195 for Jackson State. Running back De’Shawn Waller led Alcorn’s ground attack with 124 yards. P.J. Simmons, who ran for 67 yards, scored the Braves’ first touchdown on an eight-yard scamper on Alcorn’s first possession of the second half. Quarterback Noah Johnson connected with freshman Juan Anthony on a 47-yard touchdown pass, and Taurence Wilson ended the scoring with a 31-yard interception return for a touchdown. Bethune-Cookman 33, Florida A&M 19 – The Wildcats scored the game’s final 16 points to defeat the Rattlers for the eighth straight time in the Florida Classic in Orlando and deny their arch-rivals the MEAC title and berth in the Celebration Bowl. Florida A&M (6-5, 5-2 MEAC) ended the season with a three-game losing streak. The Rattlers went ahead 19-17 on Ryan Stanley’s nine-yard touchdown pass to George Webb with 37 second remaining in the third quarter, but Bethune-Cookman (7-5, 5-2 MEAC) tied the score when Vernon Walker returned the blocked point after touchdown kick for a two-point score. The Wildcats took the lead on Jabari Dunham’s five-yard touchdown run at 13:53 of the fourth quarter, and they sealed the victory with Tydarius Peters’ 90-yard interception return for a touchdown with 17 seconds to play. Both teams had highly productive offensive performances. Florida A&M amassed 465 total yards with Stanley throwing for 305 and a pair of touchdowns. However, he also threw a pair of interceptions. Katy Perry has no idea what you’re talking about. She’s probably giving you a quizzical side-eye right about now. She doesn’t know why you think she ever feuded with Taylor Swift. What a crazy notion! In a new interview with Australia’s Today show, the singer was asked – yes, once again – about her relationship with Swift. Despite rarely even saying each other’s names in public, the rivalry between these artists has been near the center of the celebrity gossip universe for years, ever since Swift released the diss track “Bad Blood.” It was pretty clearly written about Perry, with whom Swift allegedly has a beef due a disagreement over backup dancers back in the day. While promoting her latest album, Katy said Taylor tried to ” assassinate my character ” and made it sound as if the feud was only just beginning. But then the public sort of took Swift’s side… and then Swift made the ultimate passive-aggressive power move against Perry… and Katy quickly changed her tune. “I love her, I always have,” Perry told the Australian interviewer. “We’ve had our differences, but I just continue to say, ‘God bless her on her journey.’” That’s very cute of Katy to say. As the first song off her new record, Perry unveiled what most people assumed was her own diss track, seemingly clapping back at Swift via the single “Swish Swish.” It wasn’t well received, however. After receiving negative feedback for the way she went after Swift all these years later, Perry did a 180 several weeks ago and now talks as if the two are soul sisters. “I am ready to let it go,” Perry said on a recent installment of the Thrive Global Podcast, adding: “I forgive her and I’m sorry for anything I ever did, and I hope the same from her. There’s a lot of other things out there in the world that people need to be focused on. “God bless her on her journey. God bless her. Honestly.” Somewhere (and we really don’t know where because she’s gone social media silent for nearly a year now), Swift and her team must be having quite a good laugh over all this flip-flopping. Taylor has managed to win her war against Perry without ever mentioning her by name. Seriously, go back and look at all the stories The Hollywood Gossip and other websites have written about this rivalry. Try to find one instance in which Swift mentioned Perry or even hinted strongly that she had any problem with Perry at all. Go ahead. We’ll wait.
