Milla Jovovich for Vogue Ukraine of the Day

Milla Jovovich lives. I stopped paying attention to her 15 years ago when I found out she was actually raised in America. It took a lot of her ethnic appeal, you know mail order bride born during the cold war, escaped via modeling, or by climbing the Siberian mountains..that she almost died doing….before landing a movie role in the Fifth Element….a movie that people still dress up as for Halloween… My memory of Fifth Element is getting a fucking handjob in a drive in theatre by some fat chick – thinking – why couldn’t I be getting a hand job by that orange haired goddess…only to imagine orange hair on this pig giving me the handjob – giving me a visual of a terrifying Ronald McDonald’s if he actually ate McDonalds vibe – before clowns were terrorizing people in the USA….they were terrorizing me… I still came on her and ended up marrying her…so in ways the Fifth Element and Milla Jovovich ruined my fucking life…and I guess ruined hers by having a bunch of kids…but here she is now..VOGUE UKRAINE…making moves like old times… The post Milla Jovovich for Vogue Ukraine of the Day appeared first on DrunkenStepfather .

Irina Shayk’s Yoga Ass in Pants for Instagram of the Day

Irina Shayk is a Sports Illustrated bikini model who probably should have been a mail order bride, or cam girl, but who crawled through the Siberian mountains, by way of some pro athlete’s dick…so that the would could celebrate her as a classy lady…even though you know she’s got a real dark side, that’s how she escaped, using her looks and that kind of hustle, makes her better than all the other Soviets who have been abducted and work cam rooms in the basement… She may even be a cover girl this year…of a magazine that may not really matter but that is hugely popular and hugely american…better than marrying some fat dude in the midwest for a passport…and she may be the one who got away, but she’s also one of the hotter models out there, and I like looking at her ass in Yoga Pants…

Milla Jovovich lives. I stopped paying attention to her 10 years ago when I found out she was actually raised in America. It took a lot of her ethnic appeal, you know mail order bride born during the cold war, escaped via modeling, or by climbing the Siberian mountains..that and she went off a had a bunch of kids, ruining her appeal even more….so that’s probably why I’ve only done 5 posts on her the last decade”….but this Vogue Turkey shoot is fun even if clothed, and I figure I’ll post it for you Milla fans, while I remain Milla indifferent….

Rachel Bilson Lower Leg of the Day

Rachel Bilson was way more interesting when she was boring in a relationship cuz I could blame Star Wars for trapping her in some insanity that is my imagination…It entertained me when she escaped him to go back to LA to focus on her career in some hiking through the Siberian mountains for months to escape Russian communist rule shit…but it turns out she’s just as boring without him…leading me to think he’s not the problem, sure he’s a clown, but clowns are kinda funny if you’re not scared of them cuz one molested you as a child…she’s the problem and a boring bitch can never quite be saved… Here are her ankles, cuz like a muslim man, sometimes that’s all it takes to get me going and I figure at least one of you is out there like me.

Jim Sturgess Picks Up Survival Tips Filming ‘The Way Back’

‘We skinned rabbits, we did all kinds of crazy stuff like that,’ he tells MTV News. By Kara Warner Jim Sturgess Photo: MTV News When a film shoots “on location,” there is an added air of glitz and glamour. Thoughts of far-off exotic countries and stars getting pampered in fancy trailers come to mind. That was not the case on the set of “The Way Back,” however. Because the film is based on the real-life story of a group of inmates who escape the Siberian Gulag during World War II and must walk more than 4,000 miles to freedom, the actors were put through similar trials and tribulations (or as close as they could get to the real suffering, without endangering themselves) during production. When MTV News caught up with Jim Sturgess (“21,” “Across the Universe”), we asked him if he and his castmates (including Colin Farrell and Ed Harris) managed to pick up any survival tips throughout the process. “Don’t eat yellow snow,” he joked. “No, there were loads. We were really lucky. We were able to be put in touch with a guy who had actually done the walk for real. A French expeditionist, a guy called Cyril Delafosse-Guiramand. He was an amazing guy. He basically read the book [on which the film is loosely based] ‘The Long Walk,’ and after reading that book decided he was going to take the trek from Siberia to India himself. He had his own food — he didn’t just survive off the land — but he was just an amazing man to have around.” Before they started filming, Sturgess said the cast got together and learned a few basic survival skills, none of which he mastered. “It was just building fires and how to find dry moss in snowy conditions and the best way to construct a fire, where to do it,” Sturgess recalled. “We skinned rabbits, we did all kinds of crazy stuff like that, we felled trees, and he was teaching me lots of navigational techniques, how to navigate yourself north and south using shadows from sticks, from the sun rising. It was cool. We all enjoyed it.” Check out everything we’ve got on “The Way Back.” For breaking news, celebrity columns, humor and more — updated around the clock — visit MTVMoviesBlog.com .

Russian Scientist Creating a Backyard Ice Age Ecosystem to Slow Global Warming

Photo via debbie_sonberg Some people put up bird feeders to expand their backyard wildlife, while others add native plants and flowers to attract insects and animals. But Sergey Zimov has decided to recreate a habitat from 10,000 years ago. Over the last 20 years, he’s added wild horses, musk oxen, reindeer, and is even planning to add Siberian tigers and wolves to create an ecosystem lost after the last ice age. … Read the full story on TreeHugger

TED Talk: Rachel Sussman Photographs The World’s Oldest Living Things (Video)

A map of the planet’s oldest living things, via Rachel Sussman What are the oldest living things on the planet? If you’re thinking 200-year-old tortoises, well, those are just whippersnappers compared to the organisms that give Methuselah a run for his money. Rachel Sussman has traveled the planet photographing living creatures that have celebrated at least their 2,000th birthday. She’s found 500,000-year-old actinobacteria in the Siberian permafrost, and a 5,000-year-old bristle cone pine in California. Her photographs are meant to do two things: 1) show us these miracles of life on our planet … Read the full story on TreeHugger
