Really?? Woman Says President Obama Used To Chop Down Gay Men In Exchange For Yayo

This lady is a little cray-cray. Woman Says Obama Engaged In Gay Sex For Yayo Why can’t these nut jobs let President Obama be great? According to Raw Story: A woman claiming to be a former classmate says she recalls President Barack Obama as a cross-dressing teenager who engaged in gay sex with older men in exchange for yayo. The woman, Mia Marie Pope, told Pastor James David Manning that the future president “always presented himself as a foreign student” during the late 1970s in Hawaii, and she’s called the FBI in recent years to report that the president is using phony Social Security numbers. Pope says she wondered whether Obama had “changed his ways” after he emerged as a national political figure, but she told Manning, who has called Obama’s mother “white trash” and compared the president to Satan, the adult Obama was little different than the teenager she’d known. She says the teenage Obama was an egotist and “pathological liar” whose falsehoods were always intended to “boost himself,” and she also says he was insufficiently grateful when others gave him cigarettes. “He seemed to be incapable or genuine about anything,” Pope said. Pope said she knew Obama was deeply involved in Waikiki beach’s “thriving” gay community as a teen, even though the future president was a few years older and had a different circle of friends. “We knew Barry as, just common knowledge, that girls were never anything that he was ever interested in,” Pope said, denying that she had been romantically interested in a young Obama. Pope also said she knew Obama used yayo, which would have been “newsworthy” to her peer group at the time, and she believes the future president engaged in sexual activity in exchange for the drug. “In other words, he was having sex with these older white guys, and that’s how he was getting his yayo to be able to freebase,” Pope said. She also suggested that Obama used his connections to these older men or possibly a government agency such as the CIA to gain entry to the prestigious Punahou School. “It was certainly not a natural thing,” Pope said. Pope told Manning, pastor of ATLAH World Missionary Church, that she’d come forward with her claims as a Christian who’s concerned about the United States. “I refuse to be a coward,” she said. SMH. What the hell??

People Aint Isht: Four Men Held Hostage In Houston Dungeon For 10 Years So Captor Could Cash Their Welfare Checks

This is so disturbing . Four Men Found In Houston Dungeon According to Mail Online Four men have been found living in ‘deplorable’ conditions in a north Houston home, where police say they were being kept captive so a suspect could claim their welfare checks. The men, including a military vet, were so malnourished they were almost invalids, according to police who were tipped off by a neighbor. Three of the men were found in the garage, where they allegedly were forced to sleep on the linoleum floor, and a fourth was found in a room that had locks on the door and window. Police believe the alleged victims, who were aged 54, 65, 74 and 79, may have been homeless and that they were being kept at the house so the suspect, who has been arrested, could cash their welfare checks. Sergeant Steve Murdock told the Houston Chronicle that residents in the house had been taking the men’s social security checks. A man in his 40s, who is not believed to live at the house, has been arrested but no charges have been made. Houston police were tipped off about the men by a neighbor, and then called at the house at about 8.30am to do a welfare check. Sergeant J W McCoy added: ‘One of [the men] seemed to think he was just picked up off the street, kind of recruited to come and stay here.’ ‘In exchange for beer and cigarettes, and a place to stay, he had to turn over his social security checks,’ he told ABC 13. It’s sad these men were taken advantage of for being old, naive, and homeless. It’s especially sad that a military vet was homeless…America should have took care of him. Evil does not discriminate. Indiana Boy Who Was Kidnapped From Parents By Shady Grandparents At Age 5 Found 19 Years Later!

Grandma and Grandpa got some ‘splainin’ to do… Indiana Boy Abducted When He Was 5 Is Found 19 Years Later Via NYDailyNews An Indiana woman whose young son was abducted 19 years ago was screaming and “jumping up and down” after learning he was living in Minnesota under a different name, her husband said Thursday shortly after police announced they had found him. Richard Wayne Landers Jr. was just 5 years old when he and his paternal grandparents, who were upset over custody arrangements, disappeared from Wolcottville, a town about 30 miles north of Fort Wayne. Indiana State Police said the now 24-year-old Landers was found in Long Prairie, Minn., thanks in part to his Social Security number. His grandparents were living under aliases in a nearby town and confirmed his identity, investigators said. Police declined to say whether the grandparents would face charges, citing the ongoing investigation. Landers’ mother, Lisa Harter, was “jumping up and down for joy” when investigators told her a few days ago that her son had been found, her husband Richard Harter told The Associated Press in a telephone interview. He said his wife is “the happiest woman on earth.” What the hell was up with these shady azz grandparents?!?! Police said the boy’s paternal grandparents, Richard E. and Ruth A. Landers, abducted him in July 1994 because they were “upset over pending court proceedings” regarding his placement. Police spokesman Sgt. Ron Galaviz said it appears the boy’s father was never in the picture. Lisa and Richard Harter had married a year earlier. Authorities believe the grandparents took the boy from their home in Wolcottville and fled. They were charged at the time with misdemeanor interference with custody, which was bumped up to a felony in 1999. But the charge was dismissed in 2008 after the case went cold. WATCH: ‘Charlie’ Gives Louis C.K.’s Life To Charlie Brown For Christmas

Need something to help you get over the taste left by last weeks revelation that Charles Schulz was really bad at sending adulterous love letters to women half his age? Why not watch proof that the future for the neurotic, preternaturally mature children of Peanuts is as utterly bleak as you always pictured it would be! Charlie is A Charlie Brown Christmas re-imagined as an episode of Louie , and just like Louis C.K.’s weekly ode to mediocrity, it features a middle-aged Charlie Brown returning to the old neighborhood for Christmas amid constant reminders of age and lack of accomplishment. Well that was brill. I approve of Linus as a reclusive hoarder and Lucy as a bitter divorcee. Yeah, making Peppermint Patty and Marcie a lesbian couple is an old joke, but envisioning Schroeder as a Jake Shears-style house musician in a gay club more than makes up for it. Best of all, Charlie Brown finally tells Lucy off for her years of football-related bullying by taking the damn ball from her and kicking it, like a real bitter, middle-aged man would. Go team Chuck! Now of course, you know what this means: all other Peanuts parodies are now moot. Please update your schedule accordingly. AARP Gives Its Top 10 ‘Movies For Grownups’

Popular culture may suffer from youth obsession and the movies may be front and central in perpetuating it all, but older folks have made strides this year in capturing the box office dollar with titles like The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel and Hope Springs . So, why not have the nation’s most prominent organization for people hitting their Golden Years weigh in on the year’s best movies? AARP — less popularly known as the American Association of Retired Persons — gave its Top Ten films of the year, joining a chorus of other groups this time of the year giving their lists. The interest group noted that 2012 was “hot for both older movie-goers and movie-makers,” citing Golden Globe nominations for Helen Mirren, Richard Gere, Denzel Washington, Bill Murray and Judi Dench. AARP’s picks include titles by directors such as Ben Affleck, David O. Russell and Kathryn Bigelow which feature stars that aren’t exactly on the cusp of receiving Social Security benefits, but their picks seem to indicate themes of maturity over age. AARP dubbed their 2012 best films list as a “Year-end Top Ten Movies for Grownups.” Their picks follow:          Argo         Amour        Best Exotic Marigold Hotel         Hitchcock        Les Miserables         Lincoln         Quartet         The Sessions         Silver Linings Playbook         Zero Dark Thirty Movies made for older audiences became an issue earlier this year after comments by an actress perfectly comfortable embracing senior citizenry in roles such as the Dowager Countess of Grantham on Downton Abbey and as Muriel Donnelly in box office hit The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel . Maggie Smith made waves criticizing Hollywood’s youth obsession, pointing out that films that portray older people have historically performed well. “It seems to me there is a change in what audiences want to see,” she said. “I can only hope that’s correct, because there’s an awful lot of people of my age around now and we outnumber the others. I don’t think films about elderly people have been made very much. But I think of [films like] Cocoon and Driving Miss Daisy and they always seem to be fairly successful, so it’s a bit baffling as to why everybody has to be treated as if they were five years old.”

Florida City Commissioner Put On Blast After Posting Racist Facebook Message On His Page

What the hell was he thinking??? This story has us wondering when public officials will learn their lesson about spittin’ racially charged comments online and in the media?? According to The Huffington Post , John Sims publicly apologized after other lawmakers and residents complained: “To those of you who were genuinely offended, I offer my deepest apology,” said Sims at Tuesday’s workshop meeting. “Rest assured that I will continue to serve our city well and continue to work equally for all people in Cooper City regardless of religion, ethnicity or social status.” The comment Sims posted Nov. 30 read: “Just wanted to let you know … today I received my 2013 Social Security Stimulus Package. It contained two tomato seeds, cornbread mix, two discount coupons to KFC, an ‘Obama Hope & Change’ bumper sticker, a prayer rug, a machine to blow smoke up my ass and a ‘Blame it on Bush’ poster for the front yard. The directions were in Spanish. Yours should arrive soon.” Newly elected Mayor Greg Ross made a last-minute decision to add the item to the city’s workshop meeting after he received an outpouring of email from outraged residents. “The residents’ phone calls asked me to please ask him to resign or to fire him,” said Ross. “I don’t have the right to do that. It’s the citizens who vote him in and the citizens’ right to vote him out.” Ross added that Sims would benefit from “sensitivity training.” Resident Gabriel De Gedeon shared with the commission his family’s distaste with Sims’ comment. “Those comments are 100 percent bitter and ignorant,” he said. “I’m shocked that those offensive comments were written by a Cooper City commissioner.” Sims said he did not come up with the post on his own; rather, he reposted it from another site. “The post was done as a humorous commentary,” he said. “I deeply regret that I failed to consider that some might find it offensive.” Resident Jimmy Jones, who is the Hollywood assistant police chief, originally brought the comment to the city’s attention and requested Sims’ resignation last week. Jones said he was open to an apology from the commissioner Tuesday night. “As a resident in this community since 1999, I want my community served by people who care about everybody in the community,” said Jones, who is white. Another resident, Christine Timmons, defended Sims, saying he should not be humiliated for exercising his right to free speech. “Every time a white person opens his mouth, people say, ‘Oh, he’s a racist,’” said Timmons, who is black. “He can say what he wants to say. He’s got a right to free speech like anyone else.” The mayor and commissioners said they do not condone Sims’ comment and apologized to the city’s residents. “The comment was vile, offensive — it reminds me of a Neanderthal comment because it’s very backward. It was not in good taste,” said Commissioner Lisa Mallozzi. “But I accept his apology and we’re going to move forward.” This story’s got people talkin’ about the double-standard like this guy wasn’t out of line?!?! Single And Strugglin? Study Claims Unemployment Numbers Among Single People Are Higher Than Married People

Study Claims Single People Hit Harder By Unemployment Than Married Couples A recent research study conducted by a Johns Hopkins economist has found that single people have taken a harder hit in regards to the steady rise in unemployment in recent years. According to a paper presented recently at a major macroeconomics conference by Johns Hopkins economist Robert Moffitt, the rising unemployment that characterized the Great Recession actually started much earlier, in the year 2000. Until then, women’s employment in particular had been steadily rising — but after about 2000 it began to level out, and single women’s employment began a marked decline. Between 1999 and 2007, Moffitt writes, married women’s employment fell by about 0.3%, while the figure for single women dropped by 2.9%, or almost ten times as much (unmarried men also lost more jobs than married ones, but the difference was far smaller). Moffitt isn’t sure what caused the drop — he writes that some of the decline in employment among men between 1999 and 2007 can be explained by known factors like changes in non-labor income (from sources like Social Security), but these factors don’t explain the drop among single women at all. He closes his report with a call for further study. Regardless of causes, though, the effects of unemployment on unmarried women can be severe. They’re more likely to live in poverty, and they don’t have a spouse’s health insurance to rely on if they lose theirs. The fact that they’ve been disproportionately hard-hit for over a decade challenges the currently-popular argument that women are on the way to economic dominance. And it suggests that politicians whose focus of late has been trained on wives and mothers should consider the problems faced by women who are neither. Do you think there’s any truth to these research findings? Source Image via Shutterstock

In late September, on KNUS’ Kelley and Company, Rep. Mike Coffman said Social Security was “obviously” a ponzi scheme . Kelley let it fly by, but I thought this should have been picked up by journalists, since it came from Coffman, especially given that Rick Perry, who was surging at the time, had just called Social Security a ponzi scheme. After I posted it on my blog, Coffman’s comment was reported… Broadcasting platform : YouTube Source : ColoradoPols.com – Front Page Discovery Date : 08/12/2011 14:26 Number of articles : 2

Thomas L. Friedman Warns: ‘Young People Need To Be Paying Attention’

Pulitzer Prize-winning writer discusses with MTV News ‘That Used to Be Us,’ his and Michael Mandelbaum’s just-released book about the U.S. By Tami Katzoff, with reporting by Sway Calloway Thomas L. Friedman Photo: Nancy Ostertag/ Getty Images Pulitzer Prize-winning writer Thomas L. Friedman has been talking about foreign policy with his friend Michael Mandelbaum for two decades. Over the past couple of years, though, they started to notice something different about their conversations. “Every time we started off talking about the world, we’d end up talking about America,” Friedman recalled when he spoke with MTV News recently. “And we realized basically that America — its fate, future, vigor, vitality — was really the biggest foreign-policy issue in the world.” The two friends recognized the enormity of the role the U.S. plays in the world — for good or bad. “We’re kind of the tent pole that holds up a lot of the global economy,” Friedman said. “That tent pole buckles or frays, your kids won’t just grow up in a different America; they’ll grow up in a very different world. So there’s a lot at stake.” Friedman and Mandelbaum were inspired to write their new book, “That Used to Be Us: How America Fell Behind in the World It Invented and How We Can Come Back.” In it, they identify four major challenges this country is currently failing to meet: our chronic deficit, our pattern of energy consumption, globalization and the revolution in information technology. Friedman acknowledged that by failing to tackle these issues, his generation has made things very difficult for its descendants. “Young people need to be paying attention right now, because we’re messing with your future.” He cited the nation’s deepening deficit as an example and listed ways in which it will affect young people years from now if it’s not reversed. “One, the currency you hold will buy less. It will just be worth less,” he said. “Second, it won’t be so easy to get a job. The number of companies that will want to start up here, the number of employers that will say, ‘Hmm, I could hire a machine or I could hire a person, or I could hire cheap labor over in another country — I think I’ll go for the machine or the cheap labor.’ And third, you may be counting on your Social Security and your Medicare for when you get old like your parents are now — it may not be there.” Fortunately, these problems also hold countless opportunities, like for those who can find innovative ways to address our nation’s excessive energy consumption. “Whoever invents these systems and technologies is going to have a huge global market in order to thrive in,” Friedman said. Meeting all these challenges, Friedman explained, will spur economic growth. “And if we’re growing, then there’s money for a lot of things, and there’s a pie for everyone to get a slice. If we’re not growing, then we’re fighting over the slices, and we’re collecting all the crumbs.” Related Videos Thomas L. Friedman Says The Next Generation Will Have To Invent Their Job
