Yes, readers, these multi-millionaires continue to battle it out in court, with Humphries reportedly pressing for an annulment and attempting to prove Kardashian duped him into a doomed union; and Kim responding that her ex is simply petty and fame-hungry . But while Team Kardashian has claimed its client has been pushing for a speedy legal split all along, an insider tells Radar that the reality star is stalling the process. “Scheduling depositions for Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner [has] been problematic, as both claim very chaotic schedules,” says the source. “Kris has a right to prepare for trial, and the longer the Kardashian clan drag their feet in scheduling depositions, the longer this thing is going to go on. It’s worth noting that Kris’ deposition was completed almost two months ago.” In other words: if Kim wants this divorce to take place, why isn’t she taking any proactive steps to make it happen? Why not just schedule her deposition? Granted, she’s been really busy these days posting important Twitter photos . “Kris just wants the truth to come out and is dedicated to seeing this thing through,” adds the mole. “He is in no rush and Kim’s camp’s threats of releasing hidden footage that makes him look bad and other absurd claims don’t deter him.” Yes, both these people absolutely suck. Lindsay Lohan has escaped again. She will NOT be prosecuted for her alleged role in the theft of more than $100,000 in watches and sunglasses this month. According to the D.A.’s office, there is insufficient evidence to bring a burglary charge against the star, despite Lohan being the prime suspect in the caper. One key component: The D.A. feels Lindsay and Sam Magid, who owns the house that was allegedly burglarized, have had a “longstanding relationship.” Sam also did not identify the actress as a suspect and other witnesses “have refused to become involved.” Also, no suspects were found with stolen property. Case closed. Lindsay’s assistant Gavin Doyle, who was also considered a suspect in the theft occurring a week ago Sunday, will not face prosecution either, TMZ reports. “The District Attorney’s Office received no evidence that any jewelry, including watches, was taken,” according to a statement released by the office. “The evidence presented to us was valued at $6,400 and included $3,000 in cash, four pairs of sunglasses, an iPod and keys to two cars and a house.” The key here is that the initial theft complaint , which included $100,000 worth of watches and sunglasses, never made its way to the D.A.’s office. Lindsay Lohan is back in surprisingly familiar territory as the prime suspect in a criminal investigation … oh how we only wish we were kidding. The troubled star is formally a suspect in the theft of $100,000 worth of watches and sunglasses from an L.A. home this month, TMZ reports. LiLo was recently at the Hollywood Hills home of Sam Magid, who called the LAPD and reported a jewelry theft the night after an all-night party. The 26-year-old star has been at the house frequently, including at the all-night house party a week ago Sunday when Magid reported the crime. Lindsay and her assistant Gavin Doyle are both suspects in the theft, with earlier reports suggesting that Lohan may have invited the robbers in . Now it appears she’s being fingered as the crook herself. There’s an odd twist, though, in that Magid has since recanted his story and now says nothing was stolen. Police aren’t closing the investigation, however. Officials believe independent witnesses can corroborate their belief that Lindsay and Gavin are the thieves and bring charges even without Magid. It’s not clear why the wealthy Magid would change his story. LAPD detectives contacted lawyers for Lindsay Lohan and Gavin Doyle today, asking for an interview with the two suspects; the request was denied. Chris Brown — who is under investigation for allegedly snatching an iPhone from a fan trying to take his picture as he left a Miami nightclub — may have freaked out because he was leaving the club with two groupies and did not want Rihanna to find out. Gossip Extra has learned that when Miami Beach police interviewed rapper Tyga , who was with Chris and two bodyguards in his Bentley at the time of the incident, all three told cops that Brown was freaked out because two female fans were taking photos of Brown walking to his car with two groupies, a source close to the case said. Tyga reportedly told detectives: “The guy’s trying to get back with Rihanna, and he knows that wouldn’t happen if the photos ended up online!” “The cops told the three characters that if they didn’t say what happened at the scene, they would be charged with robbery,” the source said. During the incident, the source added, one of the bodyguards grabbed a camera from Christal Spann. “Chris kept telling him: ‘Erase the motherf…… pictures,’” the source said. “Those photos can’t get out there .” The bodyguard obliged, then returned it to its owner. But from the back of his black Bentley, Brown grabbed Spann’s iPhone and closed his window as the car rolled away.
