Source: Jeff Kravitz / Getty Dr. Drew Says Pete Davidson Should Stay Away From Ariana Grande Pete Davidson and Ariana Grande both need to get their lives together and unfortunately, they can’t do that together. TMZ caught up with Dr. Drew and he made it very clear that there is nothing healthy about them hanging out and while Ariana’s show of support is admirable, it’s toxic. Press play on the video below to see what else Dr. Drew had to say about Pete and his condition. Can’t really argue with his advice. Stevie Wonder can see that this is a bad situation for the former couple.
Ah, David Eason. You almost have to admire the many new and innovative ways in which he manages to be a complete jackass on a daily basis. Almost. David is such a fool that not even law enforcement can keep up with his idiocy. Fortunately, he's in the habit of documenting his crimes on social media. Take, for example, this latest incident in which Jenelle Evans' doofus husband decided to incriminate himself on YouTube after pulling an incredibly stupid stunt. Check it out: 1. Always Angry David is angry all the time. He’s angry at the government, his wife, his kids, and the people who are unfortunate enough to live in close proximity to The Land. 2. Criminal Activity David is no longer a reality star — in fact, he’s not employed at all — but fortunately, he’s in the habit of documenting his crimes on social media, thus making them easier to prosecute. 3. The Latest David’s latest legal headache is actually the result of a crime he committed back in June. But since he just posted the video on YouTube this week, he’s only now being investigated. 4. Taking the Law Into His Own Hands As you can see, David took it upon himself to tow a truck belonging to a stranger, whom he felt had blocked him into a parking space. 5. Total Dumbasses Jenelle filmed the entire thing, cackling and coughing all the while. 6. These Two As many pointed out in the comments to David’s video, the other driver’s car is in its spot, and David is actually encroaching on HIS space, due to his boat motor. View Slideshow
According to Internet research, there are some people out there who find Michael Rapaport to be funny. To any of these individuals, we have a simple question to ask: WHY?!? The perpertually attention-starved actor (who is actually very good in the Netflix series Atypical, for whatever that is worth) made headlines this week when he shared a throwback photo of Ariana Grande and made fun of her appearance. For what reason? Because Rapaport is perpetually attention-starved, remember. Along with a photo of a younger Grande throwing up a peace sign at the camera, the D-Lister wrote the following yesterday: Ariana Grande is 27 acts 12, you take off those boots she hides her legs in, the cat eye make up and the genie pony tale and I think there’s hotter women working the counter at Starbucks no disrespect to Starbucks. Ummmm… LOL? As you might expect, the Internet jumped all over Rapaport for this Tweet and this awful non-joke. “How dare she have a picture taken without being in full makeup! It’s like she’s a real person sometimes,” wrote one user, while another added: “first of all… this was 2012, second she is 25 not 27. she is indeed very petite but none the less can stand her ground. this is a more recent picture of her without makeup. ur welcome for me helping u rephrase ur facts! spread love not hate, its ugly. thank u, next.” Another person just referred to Rapaport as a “creep.” To the actor’s credit (we guess), he didn’t back down or apologize. He at least stood his ground and didn’t offer up some half-hearted mea culpa in the face of this backlash. Nope, he just made himself sound like an even bigger douche canoe instead. “When I talk vicioulsy (sic) about The Leader of the Free World aka Dick Stain Donald Trump or Tiki Torch Tough Guys in Virginia, I’m a Social Media HERO, but a joke about Ariana Grande is SHAMING. EAT Dwycks SnowFlakes,” he Tweeted. And then he added: “I can say ANYTHING about Cockeyed Kellyanne, Laura Ingram,Melania,Ivanka or Candance Owens & you little Hipster Fake P–sy Power Hat Wearing MoFo’s get hype.Elation Talk shit about Arianna Grande & I hate Women? #Eat3Dwycks.” Grande has not responded to Rapaport, likely because he’s not worth an iota of her time. But she also has a lot going on these days. The singer was called out by Kanye West last week for sort of mocking his mental illness, and she’s also dealing with ex-fiance Pete Davidson seemingly spiraling downward in a hurry. The comedian said a few days ago that he no longer “wants to be on Earth,” prompting a panicked response by Ariana. But sources say Davidson is refusing to see her . We hope he’s doing okay. And, with the exception of his role on Atypical, we hope Rapaport goes away forever. View Slideshow: Ariana Grande DESTROYS Haters Over Disgusting Mac Miller Comments!
SNL star Pete Davidson has always been candid about his struggles with mental illness and substance abuse. And in recent weeks, the comic’s updates about his health have led to serious concern among Pete’s fans, friends, and family. Davidson appeared to threaten suicide in a social media post on Friday. “i really don’t want to be on this earth anymore,” Davidson wrote on Instagram. “i’m doing my best to stay here for you but i actually don’t know how much longer i can last. all i’ve ever tried to do was help people. just remember i told you so.” Obviously, Pete’s message is deeply concerning. Fortunately, many have rallied to the 25-year-old’s support. Back in October, Ariana Grande broke off her engagement with Pete, but she’s obviously still concerned about her ex’s well-being. “I’m downstairs and I’m not going anywhere if you need anyone or anything,” she wrote in response to Davidson’s cry for help. “I know u have everyone u need and that’s not me, but i’m here too.” Davidson apparently had no interest in accepting Grande’s support. “Pete didn’t want to see Ariana,” a source tells People magazine. “As of Sunday, Ariana had not been able to reach Pete. He is ignoring her.” “Ariana and Pete haven’t really been in contact since the split, but this doesn’t mean that she doesn’t care about him,” the insider explains. “She was frantic after she saw his Instagram message. She feels terrible that he isn’t feeling well.” Prior to her relationship with Davidson, Ariana dated rapper Mac Miller , who died of an overdose at the age of 26 this past September. “Ariana is still traumatized by Mac Miller’s death,” the source says. “She doesn’t want anything to happen to Pete too.” Fortunately, Davidson is receiving plenty of support from his colleagues at SNL. “The decision was taken to give Pete a break on Saturday night – his sketches were dropped before the early evening rehearsals,” a production insider tells Page Six. The show is currently on hiatus from until after the holidays, and Davidson is being encouraged to use that time to seek treatment. Davidson checked into rehab last year while struggling with borderline personality disorder, and SNL creator Lorne Michaels is reportedly imploring him to continue treatment: “Lorne has pledged to help all he can, including sending Pete to get help. “Everyone on the cast is hugely protective of him and were obviously upset — particularly Colin Jost and Michael Che on Weekend Update .” We wish Pete all the best in his continued recovery. Source: Raymond Hall/GC Images / Getty Pete Davidson Rejects Ariana Grande’s Support After Suicidal Posts It looks like Pete Davidson isn’t all that thankful for his ex Ariana Grande these days, especially not in the midst of his mental crisis. After the comedian alarmed friends and fans over the weekend with social media posts stating that he’s struggling with his mental state and has no desire to live anymore…Ariana rushed down to 30 Rockefeller Center where SNL rehearses and records to be by his side. In now-deleted messages, she let Pete know she’d be downstairs waiting on him if he needed her… But according to TMZ , Pete was NOT having it when she arrived and alerted security to make sure she was denied access to the upstairs area he was in. Apparently, Ariana had texted a good chunk of Pete’s friend circle letting them know she was on her way to him out of concern after his suicidal-sounding posts. Word is, they all let Pete know what was up, so he had security at the ready to keep her out before she ever even arrived. Sheesh. And according to Pete’s good friend Machine Gun Kelly…it doesn’t appear that the comedian is doing much better than he was over the weekend when he sent out the alarming messages to begin with. Pete has since deleted his Instagram altogether. We certainly hope he’s taking a step back and getting all the help and support he needs right now! Raymond Hall/GC Images/Getty/YouTube
Source: Ivan Nikolov/WENN.com / WENN Ariana Grande Called Out After Using Drake & ‘Ye Feud As Promo Ariana Grande just couldn’t help herself and now the innanet is at her neck. The “thank u, next” singer hit Twitter to remind her Arianators that she and Miley Cyrus were dropping two new songs on Thursday night, but the fact that she used Drake and Kanye West ‘s beef to promote herself has some people highly annoyed. “guys, i know there are grown men arguing online rn but miley and i dropping our beautiful, new songs tonight so if y’all could please jus behave for just like a few hours so the girls can shine that’d be so sick thank u,” she tweeted. And of course, Miley Cyrus joined in, retweeting Ariana and adding “Didn’t they hear the news ?! War IS over ! Thank you , next! .” At the time Miley was prepping to release her own version of “Happy Xmas (War Is Over)” while Ariana was all set to drop her song “Imagine,” which some speculate is about her late ex Mac Miller . guys, i know there are grown men arguing online rn but miley and i dropping our beautiful, new songs tonight so if y'all could please jus behave for just like a few hours so the girls can shine that'd be so sick thank u — Ariana Grande (@ArianaGrande) December 14, 2018 Didn’t they hear the news ?! War IS over ! Thank you , next! https://t.co/iQKLQ9dP4Q — Miley Ray Cyrus (@MileyCyrus) December 14, 2018 What most had to say to the petty pop princesses was hilarious. “Everyone stop what you been doing the world revolves around her,” @JacobMKrebs wrote. “Can’t wait to listen to your song where the chorus will be the same length as your verses!,” @jamesnz27 commented and it took us out. Not everyone’s a hater, as this @04jake04 pointed out: “There’s people that like her and think it was unnecessary.” Hit the flip to see more of the funniest comments and let us know if you think Ariana’s tweet was on point or “unnecessary?” In case you missed it, Kanye West hit Twitter with what might’ve been his longest rant yet , claiming that Drake threatened his family. He also called out Travis Scott , saying the rapper allowed Drake to diss him on “Sicko Mode.”
Back in 2016, Kesha alleged that she was raped by famed record music producer Dr. Luke. Luke has worked with some of the biggest names in pop over the course of his career, and Kesha insisted that she was not his only victim. In court documents that were unsealed last year, Kesha accused Luke of raping Katy Perry, and to the surprise of many, Perry remained silent on the matter. But while she never spoke out on social media, Perry did respond to the allegations in court. And it seems the singer was not happy to be dragged into a legal battle she wanted no part in. In a 2017 deposition unsealed today and obtained by Radar Online, Katy makes her feelings on the situation very clear: “Annoyed, pissed off that she would bring me into it in this way, annoyed at both Luke and Kesha,” Perry replied when asked how she felt about Kesha’s claims. Perry stated that she was never assaulted by Luke, but declined to support him publicly, as she knew her fans would be “very angry” if she were to defend an accused rapist. “I would be attacked, I would be the one woman that is against women and I’m not against women, but I believe in innocent until proven guilty and I believe in justice,” she told the court. “I want to stay out of it because I know them both and I empathize with both of them and obviously it’s a horrible situation for both of them,” she added. “And the only two people that know what really went on are those two people.” Today’s unsealed files also contain a transcript of a 2016 text message conversation between Kesha and Lady Gaga on the subject of Perry: “Was crying a lot today and needed my mom,” Kesha told her fellow pop star. “I’m really upset with Katy Perry … She could bring the whole thing to a head…She was raped by the same man. She is probably really afraid to lose everything.” “U are really strong standing up to him, she’s not as strong as u yet,” Gaga assured her friend, adding: “Have you talked to her?” “[You’re] right. I need to find sympathy and empathy for her. She’s so mean. It’s hard,” Kesha responded. “Do you want me to see if I can talk to her?” Gaga said. “I know she’s mean.” Kesha was definitive in response, texting, “OMG, NO!” in response to Gaga’s offer to intervene. While no criminal charges have been filed against Luke, he and Kesha have both filed civil suits against one another. Their legal battle remains ongoing. The internet lost its mind after learning that a woman named her actual daughter “Abcde.” The furious mother complained that her child had been mocked by an airline employee who couldn’t believe the name on the boarding pass. Now, Southwest Airlines is apologizing profusely. Traci Redford says that her 5-year-old daughter, whose actual name is Abcde, was insulted and mocked by an airline employee. The girl’s name is pronounced ab-city . And yes, it is objectively funny on every level. However, Traci was not amused when a Southwest Airlines employee at John Wayne Airport in California laughed at the name on her daughter’s boarding pass. She was even less amused that the employee apparently photographed the girl’s name on the boarding pass in order to share it on social media. Now, Southwest has issued an apology. In a statement to People , Southwest Airlines profusely apologized for their employee’s very human reaction. “We extend our sincere apology to the family,” the statement begins. “We take great pride in extending our Southwest Hospitality to all of our Customers,” Southwest continues. The statement continues: “which includes living by the Golden Rule and treating every individual with respect, in person or online.” “The post is not indicative of the care, respect, and civility we expect from all of our Employees,” the airline says. “We have followed up with the Employee involved,” Southwest’s apology continues. That sounds … unpleasant for everyone involved. “And,” Southwest says. “While we do not disclose personnel actions publicly.” The statement continues: “we are using this as an opportunity to reinforce our policies.” Hopefully, that means making it a teaching moment, rather than making an example of those involved. “And,” Southwest concludes, they are working to “emphasize our expectations for all Employees.” Traci Redford spoke about the ordeal that her daughter experienced at the airport. “The gate agent started mocking my child’s name, laughing” Traci described. Traci said that the employee was “pointing at me and my daughter and talking to other employees.” “So,” Traci described. “I turned around and just said, ‘Hey, I can hear you, so if I can hear you, my daughter can, too. I’d appreciate it if you’d just stop.'” Apparently her daughter was puzzled: “She asked me, ‘Mom, why is she laughing at my name?’” “And,” Traci continued. “I said, ‘You know, honey, not everybody is nice, and not everyone is going to be nice, and it’s unfortunate.'” “While I was sitting there,” Traci accused. “She took a picture of my boarding pass and chose to post it on social media.” Traci clearly resents the employee apparently “mocking my daughter,” “It was actually brought to my attention by somebody who had seen it on Facebook,” Traci reveals. Yeah, we do have to say that, laughter may be involuntary, but uploading to social media? That’s a choice. (The “thirst” equivalent of this situation would be, like, the Alex From Target incident) “And,” Traci concluded, she “reported it to Southwest Airlines.” Children cannot help their names. Even adults have to go to court in order to get their names legally changed, and it takes time and money. As funny as a name like Abcde may be, it is totally inappropriate for anyone — especially an employee in the service industry — to mock a child to her face. Children can be very sensitive to these things. Instead, people should focus their ire on the mother, who cursed her with that name — which looks like a joke or a typo — in the first place. Someone who is not a Southwest employee should have explained to her that she was setting up her daughter for decades of ridicule. From elementary school classrooms to job applications, her daughter is going to face challenges that she does not deserve because of that name. View Slideshow: 22 People That Are Actually Named This
Stop what you're doing right this very instant. Seriously, whatever it is that you're doing, just leave it, because there is no way it is more important than this. Because Ariana Grande has just dropped her music video for “Thank U, Next.” And it is more important than literally everything. Or, OK, no, that's not right. Obviously some things are more important, though we can't name anything specifically right at this moment. But if you're browing around the web and you found yourself here, in this space, then this is the only thing that matters. It's just … this music video is so good? It barely even makes sense how good it is, honestly. See, she took a few different iconic teen movies like Mean Girls, Bring It On, and Legally Blonde and then put her own spin on it. Remember in Mean Girls when different high school students talked about Regina George and all the wild things she's done? In Ariana's video, we have people like YouTuber Miranda Sings saying “One time on Twitter, I heard Ariana was pregnant, so I got pregnant so we can be pregnant at the same time.” Jonathan Bennett, the actor who played Lindsay Lohan's love interest, Aaron Samuels in the movie, said “Ariana Grande told me my hair looked sexy pushed back. She's not wrong.” In a reference to the Pete Davidson engagement , another person said “Ariana broke off an engagement, so I found a guy to propose to me and I broke off an engagement.” So it's all just these nostalgic scenes from these beloved movies spliced in with Ariana and gossip and drama from her real life. How can you not love it?! Next we see Ariana lying on a bed, making a burn book, just like the characters from Mean Girls. She has pages in the book devoted to her exes — except for Mac Miller. It's not in the video, but she revealed on Twitter that his photo is in a frame by her bed for this scene. On Big Sean's page, we can see that she wrote “so cute” and “so sweet,” and what kind of looks like “could still get it,” which is hilarious. For Ricky Alvarez, she wrote “great dancer,” “good times man” and “friends forever,” which is very sweet. Interestingly enough, on Pete's page she put “I love u always,” “HUUUUUUUUGE,” and “sry I dipped.” After that, we see Ariana and friends up on a stage doing that classic “Jingle Bell Rock” dance — you remember the one. But you know in Mean Girls when Regina's mom, played by Amy Poehler, filmed the whole thing from the audience? THAT ROLE IS PLAYED BY KRIS JENNER. Did we mention how good this video is? For the second verse, Ariana moved on to Bring It On, complete with a cheerleading routine, and then she threw in a little 13 Going on 30, too. And for the bridge, this whole big, beautiful Legally Blonde scene happened, including an actual scene with Jennifer Coolidge, the actress who played Elle Woods' nail tech pal in the movie. “But wait,” you may be wondering, “if she did Legally Blonde, was there a cute little dog in a sweater? Did she bend and snap?” You know there was, and you know she did. Really, this whole video is just amazing, and it's more than we deserve. But hey, that's Ariana Grande for you , right?
