The nerve, the audacity … Drake Disses Kanye West And Pusha T In New Freestyle Looks like it’s going to be an interesting summer between OVO and G.O.O.D. Music. It all got started when P usha released his album DAYTONA on Thursday night/Friday morning, and everyone got an earful of his track ‘Infrared.’ On it, he throws some pretty deliberate shots at both Drake and Baby. He basically attributes Drake’s rise to Trump’s election — both with outside help. Trump from Russians, and Drake from ghostwriter Quentin Miller. The game’s f*cked up N*ggas beats is bangin’, n*gga, ya hooks did it The lyric pennin’ equal the Trumps winnin’ The bigger question is how the Russians did it It was written like Nas but it came from Quentin Now, Pusha T has been casting light shade at Drake for years , but Aubrey had never seemed too interested in responding. But seeing as how he was just in Wyoming helping Kanye with his latest projects just a few short weeks ago…meanwhile, Kanye was putting a spitshine on tracks like this for Pusha…needless to say, Drake was a little offended. So, he clapped back with “Duppy Freestyle” and let everything off his chest at once. Race Matters: Black Ex-CBS Employee Sues For Being Called “Obama” And Threats “I’d Shoot This B**ch”

Image via George Rose/Getty Images Fomer CBS Employee Files Lawsuit For Racist And Threatening Supervisor A Black woman who was formerly employed by CBS has filed a lawsuit claiming that she was harassed, threatened and called “Obama” by her bigoted bosses according to TMZ . The unidentified woman says she once asked a question of her supervisor, he replied: “I’d shoot this b**ch if I had a gun.” The comment was overheard by another supervisor and when asked what was happening the offending manager said: “Chicago Double tags, b**ch!” The woman says the aggressive nature of the comments left her in fear. It is also alleged that managers would regularly talk about things like “rub-and-tug” massages in front of other employees. The former employee believes she was fired because she complained about the frat house-like work environment. CBS’ weak retort? The claims are “without merit”. Yeah, ok.

Minnesota Cop Justifies Killing Philando Castille Bacause His Car “Smelled Like Weed” What will they think of next? Yesterday, the disturbing dash cam footage of Former Officer Jeronimo Yanez approaching Castille’s car and opening fire on him after he calmly told him he had a licensed, legal weapon. Today, his statements to the Bureau of Criminal Apprehension are being looked at via The Star Report. The officer claims in the document, that a wiff of marijuana provoked him to grab his gun and murder the father in from of his family. Yanez claims that Castille had to be dangerous if he had ‘the audacity’ to smoke the plant. “I thought, I was gonna die and I thought if he’s, if he has the, the guts and the audacity to smoke marijuana in front of the five-year-old girl and risk her lungs and risk her life by giving her secondhand smoke and the front seat passenger doing the same thing then what, what care does he give about me,” Yanez told the Bureau of Criminal Apprehension. Wow. “Being that … the inside of the vehicle smelled like marijuana um I didn’t know if he was keeping it on him for protection, for, from a, a drug dealer or anything like that.” The full interview transcript can be read here .

Lawsuits: J.R. Smith Being Sued For $2.5 Million For Allegedly Choking Dude Out At Pizza Joint

J.R. Smith Being Sued For ‘Emotional Distress’ Of Guy He Allegedly Choked Cops have already declined to charge Smith with any crime in this matter but the “victim” is now coming for J.R.’s wallet. Via ESPN Cleveland Cavaliers guard J.R. Smith has been sued for $2.5 million by a man he got into an encounter with outside a New York City nightclub last November, according to documents obtained by ESPN.com. Justin Brown, who was 19 at the time, approached Smith at a pizza shop at about 4 a.m. after Smith had left 1Oak, a well-known club in the Chelsea section of Manhattan. In a lawsuit filed Thursday, Brown claims Smith turned down a request for a photo and then choked and struck him in his head and neck area. Brown is suing for physical injuries and emotional distress. Smith was not arrested for the incident and the Manhattan District Attorney declined to file charges in January after a two-month investigation. There is a video of the incident captured on a security camera, sources said. “If they have the audacity to file a frivolous claim against JR, we will counterclaim for defamation and defend the suit aggressively,” said Alex Spiro, Smith’s attorney. “This was a cash grab from the start.” Interesting. About a year after Kardashian tried to break the Internet via a naked pictorial in Paper , former close friend and employee Paris Hilton has gone ahead and done the same. Unlike Kim, however, Hilton is fully dressed for the cover of this issue. See above. Just like Kim, however, she’s exposing her rear end inside the issue. See for yourself by clicking on the following censored photo: In the above racy snapshot, Hilton is donning a one-piece silver jumpsuit with a completely covered front and an open back, showing off her tush. It’s only appropriate, of course, for Hilton to follow in Kim’s bare footsteps here, considering the Kim Kardashian sex tape would never have existed if not for the Paris Hilton sex tape. Before she became an A-Lister in her own right, Kardashian served as Hilton’s personal assistant and friend. Hilton’s stock has fallen considerably, however, almost in sync with the rise in fame and wealth of her ex-BFF. Last night, Yolanda and David Foster announced their plans to divorce after four years of marriage. It was news that surprised almost everyone who watches The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.   In 2012, Yolanda was diagnosed with Lyme disease, and has since traveled the world in search of a cure.  David has been by her side for much of the time, as the former model’s Instagrams have shown. Cracks began to show, however, as Yolanda’s health continued to deteriorate. ” Things really changed in their relationship as Yolanda got sick, and then when her health worsened,” a source told People . “David travels all the time and they simply weren’t spending any time together.” The couple sold their Malibu home for $19.45 million in October, according to Variety .  On last night’s RHOBH premiere, Yolanda explained that she and her husband had moved to a condo he owned for easier access to medical care. “They just grew apart and the intense stress over her health and the disease was very hard on their marriage,” the source added. On December 1st, Yolanda’s co-star, Kyle Richards spoke about the split on Watch What Happens Live . “We didn’t know,” Richards told Andy Cohen. “But I think they’ve been struggling, and Yolanda’s been so sick and I don’t know if that has anything to do with anything, but it’s just so sad.” Yolanda and David were introduced through her ex-husband, Mohamed Hadid, with whom she has three children. Iggy Azalea vs. Erykah Badu: Unexpected Feud Alert!

Iggy Azalea. She’s still around; she still sucks; and she’s still picking fights with people who have the audacity to point out that she sucks. Last we checked on Iggy, she was feuding with Rita Ora for reasons that we still don’t understand. Before that there was an  Iggy vs. Britney Spears beef following the failure of the single on which they collaborated. Now Iggy is taking things to the next level by challenging a true music legend: It all started last week, when Erykah Badu slammed Iggy in her opening monologue while hosting the 2015 Soul Train Music Awards. The diss was pretty mild. Badu merely pointed out that Iggy’s music is “definitely not rap,” which is pretty much an objective fact at this point. Still, it was enough to prompt Iggy to return from her self-imposed social media exile to post a series of angry tweets: “Hi guys i know it’s been awhile,” Iggy wrote, as acknowledgement that she’s been radio silent for over a month. “We are days from 2016, but i came online today and saw its still cool to try and discredit my 2014 accomplishments. LOL, f–king hell.” While she doesn’t mention Badu by name, Iggy began tweeting the morning that the Soul Train Awards clip went viral, and it seems like she’s pretty pissed. Not surprisingly, Erykah has yet to respond. R&B queens generally don’t concern themselves with the opinions of pseudo-rap peasants.
