The Bachelorette Stars: Ranked Worst-to-1st By Relationship Length!

If The Bachelorette spoilers are any indication … Hannah Brown may have her heart set on The One already on the new season. If you just look at the venerable franchise's track record, however, Hannah Beast's odds of long-term success are mixed at best. Why do we say that? Isn't it obvious? This is a dating competition throwing two people together under a pretense that is literally impossible to sustain. Can they transition into real life, establish a new normal and make it work? They can, but often times, they fall short of that goal. We have ranked the 14 stars of The Bachelorette based on who was most successful at finding love during her stint as ABC's queen. See how they stack up from worst to first, and see if HB can find what some (if not all) of her predecessors have found … 1. Jen Schefft Bachelorette Jen Schefft broke up with winner Jerry Ferris on the After the Rose special because she just “wasn’t feeling it.” Not even making it to the day after the finale? That’s a low bar set for everyone else. 2. Emily Maynard Emily Maynard and Jef Holm broke up just a few months after his proposal in 2012. He was never the right guy anyway. Should’ve picked Sean Lowe. Not that she or Sean (who is happily married to Catherine Giudici, who he met on The Bachelor) are overthinking it right now. Emily has since married and had a bunch of kids with Tyler Johnson. 3. Andi Dorfman Andi Dorfman found love with Josh Murray on The Bachelorette. Unfortunately, their engagement ended after only six months or so. 4. DeAnna Pappas DeAnna Pappas and Jesse Csincsak broke up seven months after their finale aired. She went on to marry Stephen Stagliano, a high school teacher and the twin brother of former Bachelorette contestant Mike Stagliano! 5. Jillian Harris Jillian Harris and Ed Swiderski broke up one year after their finale aired. Swiderski later appeared on Bachelor Pad. Jillian now appears on HGTV’s Love it or List it Too. 6. Meredith Phillips Meredith Phillips, the second Bachelorette, chose Ian McKee as her groom. The two broke up just over a year later, with little fanfare. View Slideshow

Kailyn Lowry: Jo Rivera Is Trying to Screw Me In Court!

Kailyn Lowry's roller-coaster relationships with her three baby daddies might make for compelling viewing on Teen Mom 2 , but we're sure the mother of three would prefer much more drama-free co-parenting relationships. Typically, it's Chris Lopez or Javi Marroquin who gives Kail a hard time, but these days, it's her OG baby daddy, Jo Rivera, that's making her life more difficult. The news comes as a shock, as Kail and Chris have typically been able to sort out their differences over the years. But as Kail confirmed on the latest episode of her podcast, that is definitely no longer the case. Take a look: 1. What Happened? Jo is Kail’s first baby daddy, and for years, the two of them peacefully co-parented 8-year-old Isaac. 2. Ups and Downs Sure, there have been some rough patches over the years, but until recently, it looked as though Kail and Jo would be able to set aside their differences for the sake of their son. 3. Making It Work Kail even attended Jo’s wedding — and happily posed for pic with the bride — when he married Vee Torres earlier this year. 4. Money Matters But as is so often the case with this sort of thing, Jo and Kail’s relationship broke down over money. 5. Kail’s Cash According to comments Kail made on her recent Coffee Convos podcast, Jo is coming after her cash in a big way. 6. A Tricky Situation Opening up to co-host Lindsie Chrisley, Kail revealed that she was stunned when Jo recently filed a petition requesting child support. View Slideshow

The Bachelor Season 23: When Does It Premiere?

As has been explained and detailed many times over the past few months, Colton Underwood has never been inside a woman. But ABC has now announced the date on which he’ll premiere inside The Bachelor Mansion as the lead star in this ever-popular franchise. The network just confirmed that Season 23 of The Bachelor will kick off on January 7, 2019. The former football player first competed for Becca Kufrin’s heart on Season 14 of The Bachelorette this year — and he later shattered Tia Booth’s heart on Season 5 of Bachelor in Paradise. Underwood has been making his reality show rounds, but, as he’s mentioned on multiple occasions, he’s never gone all around the bases with a woman. We don’t mean to keep hammering this point home, but you better believe ABC will continue to promote Underwood as a virgin all throughout his upcoming season. “I’m very excited,” Underwood said on Good Morning America two months ago, adding: “Third time’s a charm.’ That’s what they say, right? That’s what I’m hoping for.” Colton also seems aware that his selection as the Bachelor wasn’t met with universal praise. Some critics out there think he’s too boring; too vanilla; not horny or lewd enough to be entertaining. He’s aware of what these folks have been saying and he’s trying to stay above it all. “People hate what they don’t understand & try to destroy it,” Underwood Tweeted in early September , adding: “Only try to keep yourself clear and don’t allow that destructive force to spoil something that to you is so simple, natural & beautiful.” You can’t deny that he seems like an incredibly nice guy, but that almost seems to be the problem Bachelor fans have with him. Underwood actually met three of the women competing for his affection when he taped an episode of The Ellen DeGeneres Show this fall. He told the comedian at the time that he’s looking for someone who is a “good person” and “could be a good mother” one day. Hear that, potential suitors?!? “I feel like I was born to be a dad,” the 26-year old added. “I’m super excited about this.” As for what else Underwood is hoping to find on the show? Other qualification he has for a future wife? Colton sounds open to almost anything or anyone, but did say the following to Ellen: “I like to be challenged in a relationships. “My motto for this season is to live in the moment. I’m going to be present and just enjoy myself and have fun. The other two shows, I had to deal with some situations. Now I just want to relax and have fun.” The question is: Will he fall in love with one women or two ?  View Slideshow: The Bachelor Season 23: Cast Revealed!

The Bachelorette Finale Recap: Who Did Becca Kufrin Choose?

The Bachelorette just aired an iconic 14th season finale, and we can confirm what The Bachelorette spoilers foretold months ago: Becca Kufrin is engaged!! But to whom? Viewers have waited all summer (whether you read  Bachelorette spoilers  or not) to see how this thing ends for beautiful, sweet Becca. For Garrett Yrigoyen and Blake Horstmann, this is what they’ve fought for: To be the last man standing, holding a Neil Lane ring. After what was, by and large, a fairly conventional season, might an epic twist still be in the works, After the Final Rose style? To channel our inner Chris Harrison for a moment … this was NOT the most anticipated, controversial finale in Bachelorette history. But it wasn’t half bad. The beautiful Minnesotan spent 11 weeks paring down 25 suitors to just two. The two handsome men standing before her this evening. So would she give the final rose to Garrett Yrigoyen, the once-divorced, instant frontrunner with the shady Instagram history? Or would it go to Blake Horstmann, who has emerged as the dark Horst (sorry) over the past couple of episodes especially? Both gentlemen met her family as Becca struggled with what could be the most difficult, consequential decision of her life. Who does she see a brighter future with – and can she trust that person with her heart, especially after what happened with Arie? So which guy got the rose? And Becca said all along that she got engaged, but has it lasted? Is she still engaged right now? Man alive, The Bachelorette producers sure can cut a slick finale, keeping us guessing and methodically ratcheting up the drama. In the end, though, they can only do their best with the material Becca gives them, and there was no major shocker in store: Becca Kufrin is engaged to Garrett Yrigoven. Yes, the first impression rose recipient many weeks ago is now Becca’s fiance, having proposed (she said yes) at the end of the night. That doesn’t mean he was a lock, though. The finale focused hardcore on Becca’s “second thoughts” (again, those producers are good) and Blake really bringing his A-game. Maybe it was editing, or maybe it was just his feelings and their chemistry peaking at the right time, but Horstmann made it a contest. Just when you thought no one could match Garrett’s connection with Becca – and Becca’s family – Blake came awfully darn close. His final date, capped off by that amazing scrapbook, seemed to push Becca over the edge … or at least right up to the edge. Not unlike his competition, he started to look like a 50-50 partner, the kind she’s been dreaming of, and hoping he would be. As such, she was 50-50 when it came to the two guys, or so it seemed. Sadly, there could be only one, and Blake lost out. Rough. Holy cow that was … wow. That’s all we can say about that Blake breakup. Yeesh. It’s never easy to watch that sort of thing, but this one was super bad. He got through that whole speech and everything. She just stood there, Gone are the days when the show lets them off easy, apparently. Say what you will about reality shows, the pain on Blake’s face was pretty real, and Becca’s too for that matter. That was just painful. Guy was legit trembling out there. Even on the LIVE After the Final Rose special, it wasn’t much better. From the look on Blake’s face, you would think it had just happened. That’s love. That’s love. When Kufrin took the stage to see Horstmann FOR THE FIRST TIME since they split, both had nothing but kind words for the other. As Chris said, Blake has a LOT of fans in the house tonight. If he’s NOT The Bachelor next winter, that would be a surprise. Or at least a letdown. Speaking of a letdown … could the actual proposal from Garrett and the aftermath possibly match that level of emotion? Close. Very, very close. That was as sweet and cheesy (in a good way) as it gets, as Yrigoyen and Kufrin left the Maldives blissfully engaged. Now for the hard part … View Slideshow: Garrett Yrigoyen: Bachelorette Suitor’s Bigoted Social Media History EXPOSED

Donald Trump Interrupts The Bachelorette, Gets Blasted by Furious Fans

Just because you follow  The Bachelorette  Spoilers  and know how things end doesn't mean that you don't want to enjoy the episode in peace. But, this week,  The Bachelorette  was interrupted by the exact opposite of peace — it was an announcement of Donald Trump's Supreme Court pick. And the Bachelor Nation was  pissed . Chris Harrison warned viewers in advance that Trump would be preempting the broadcast. But the Bachelor Nation has been waiting for ages to  watch Colton Underwood tell Becca Kufrin that he's a virgin . Most people get their breaking news from Twitter and their in-depth coverage from online articles these days, so it was understandably difficult for many people to understand why they needed to waste 20 minutes of their lives. And, as you may have heard, Trump isn't exactly hitting any record highs for Presidential popularity. So the Bachelor Nation took to Instagram to vent their fury and frustration. Take a look: 1. Fans were pissed This tweet shows that you can care about politics but still be furious that you’re missing your show. People can do both. 2. Is this evidence of Trump hypocrisy? Honestly, “caring about women” is not really part of his brand. 3. This has happened before Remember when Trump interrupted Bachelor in Paradise? What does he have against the pursuit of love? 4. The language became colorful It takes a lot of audacity to interrupt primetime television and take twenty entire minutes to read one name. 5. Trump was not what the Bachelor Nation wanted to see Seriously. And now everyone wants to know how Blake’s mom feels about what he decided to share with the world. 6. This is what you’d call a swing voter That’s probably an easy promise to make. Unless you have some sort of pathology that makes you crave the spotlight so much that you schedule a briefing for primetime. View Slideshow

The Bachelorette: Are Becca and (Spoiler) Already Doomed?

Many a season has been telegraphed by The Bachelorette spoilers beforehand, but this one feels a whole lot different for several reasons. Thanks to the nature of the Internet and the (purported) winner himself, we may be witnessing a relationship that was over before it began. If you dig hard enough, Bachelorette spoilers are out there every year, and not that hard to find … but only if you’re so inclined. You typically have to at least go out of your way to visit one of the notable celebrity gossip sites that post this inside information. Not this season. Thanks, ironically, to the show’s increasing popularity with age on social media, keeping secrets a lot is harder for producers. As such, numerous celebrity news sites – including perhaps the biggest of them all in TMZ – revealed the ending very early. Not just rumor-style “spoilers” either. We’re talking about photos that reveal the final rose recipient as none other than (spoiler) … Garrett Yrigoyen. Okay, so what’s the problem? Don’t we often watch the show for the drama and all the twists and turns, even if we know the outcome? Yes, but again, this season is a bit different, because … well, Garrett Yrigoyen has been under intense scrutiny since day one. If you missed the controversy surrounding Garrett’s Instagram activity, the guy “liked” a whole bunch of things that are pretty offensive. We’re talking anti-immigration, fat-shaming, and transphobic memes, and pics suggesting Parkland student David Hogg is a “crisis actor.” Those posts originated from a conservative Instagram account titled MericaSupplyCo, not Garrett, but dude hit the heart icon often. AGAIN, hasn’t this happened before? Aren’t off-screen social media scandals involving contestants almost an annual thing? Yes. But … As was the case last year with Lee Garrett’s racist tweets surfacing before Rachel Lindsay’s season, ABC had to know about it. In Lee’s case, he might have even been cast because of it, knowing it would inflame racial tensions before be was dispatched. Pretty bad if you think about it, but at least the point was for him to be dispatched, be labeled a racist, then beg for forgiveness. In Garrett Yrigoyen’s case, his cringe-worthy likes are a much bigger issue because … he’s not here to get kicked off the show. He received Becca’s first impression rose on the season premiere, a distinction that often goes to eventual final rose winners. Garrett Yrigoyen is also being given very positive, go-the-distance style treatment from the editors in general. Cringe-worthy. After reports of Yrigoyen’s Instagram activity went viral this spring, he went into damage control mode and posted an apology. According to Garrett, he didn’t realize “the power of a mindless double tap,” and said this is “not a true reflection of me and my morals.” Becca, too, came to his defense. Kufrin said all the right things, encouraging the audience to be “open” to every contestant, despite all the noise on social media. She cleverly mentioned that filming the show was great in that it let her get to know the guys “without any added fodder or any distraction.” Sticking to the script, Becca swears she fell in love with two men and people need to watch The Bachelorette to see it all play out. She promises she got to know the “real” Garrett, but seamlessly pivots to the rest of the men and the “journey” as a whole. All of which rings hollow. Becca’s attempts to shield Garrett from backlash – and distance herself from him – are as obvious and desperate as it gets. Will it work in the end? That remains to be seen. Will Bachelor Nation accept this man as her true love, rather than a closeted bigot and misogynist? Can Becca herself reconcile her undoubtedly strong feelings for Garrett with the fact that he’s a racist conspiracy theorist? You can’t base your life around what others think, but when everyone thinks your fiance thinks David Hogg is a crisis actor … View Slideshow: Garrett Yrigoyen: Bachelorette Suitor’s Bigoted Social Media History EXPOSED Even more broadly, can the show still be successful if we know who wins from the onset  and  that person is reprehensible? Needless to say, B&G already faced an uphill battle when it comes to making this work in the real world, and it’s about to get steeper.

Arie Luyendyk, Jr.: The Bachelor EDITED Me to Make Me Look Cruel! I Feel BETRAYED!

One can only imagine the betrayal that Becca Kufrin must have felt during Arie’s brutal breakup , all captured on camera and broadcast to the world. But now, Arie is speaking up — about his decision to dump Becca and propose to Lauren. And the decision to film it. And as it turns out, Arie says that he feels betrayed — by the producers. He claims that things were “completely edited.” In a new interview with GQ , Arie tells the interviewer that he was “haunted” by the thought that, in choosing Becca, he’d allowed his soul mate to slip away. So he called Lauren on New Year’s Eve. “As soon as I heard her voice,” he says. “I knew that I had to end things with Becca.” Instead of simply breaking things off with Becca, though, Arie apparently went to producers first. He says that they were the ones who pitched bringing in cameras. Arie says that these silver-tongued producers talked him into bringing in the cameras by promising him that this was the best way to move forward. By filming it, they allegedly told him, he would be able to show the Bachelor Nation that he was just being honest to his feelings while being respectful of Becca’s. Arie says that they told him: “‘Then we can show you going back to Lauren, and people are going to rally behind you because you took this big risk and you did it for love.'” He says that the producers persuaded him by assuring him that people would be on his side. “‘At the end of the day, people will just want to see you happy.'” Obviously, very few people are invested in Arie’s happiness these days, even though he and Lauren have announced their wedding date and venue . “You’ve got to understand,” Arie tells the interviewer. “These people were my friends.” This, he says, is why he trusted them. But he now feels “100 percent” betrayed. Then, Arie has some damning words to share about the actual breakup scene with Becca. You know, the one hailed as “the first completely unedited scene in reality television history” by ABC’s promotions? Arie says that this was hogwash. “It was completely edited,” he accuses. The 40 minute segment was agonizing to watch, and he suggests that it was intended to be that way from the beginning. “I was told to stay on that couch.” We guess that we know what Arie would do if the Milgram experiment were performed today. “I tried to leave, and then production was like, ‘You need to go back inside. She’s finally calming down. I feel like you owe it to her to have this conversation.'” Good advice? Maybe not. But production’s job is to make good television, not to be your life coach. “So then I went back in the house.” He confirms that production tried to discourage him from leaving. “Yeah. I left, came back. I stepped away from the couch, I went back to the couch.” But the Bachelor Nation didn’t see that part. “They cut out, obviously, production talking to me from 10 feet away.” Arie says that, by editing out their instructions for him to remain, the resulting video “was super unfair to me.” But he does acknowledge that, you know, this is how reality television works. “It’s their job to make it entertaining for people.” It is interesting to hear that Arie is trying to cast of blame to make himself look better. Just because something was someone else’s suggestion doesn’t mean that you are blameless for doing it. And they would have had to try harder to make him look insensitive if he had come across as more compassionate. View Slideshow: The Bachelor Veterans Blast Arie, ABC for Cruel Finale Break-Up
