Big Sean and Jhene Aiko SPLIT: Ariana Grande to Blame?!

Big Sean broke up with his girlfriend and Ariana Grande is probably no longer bored.  Thanks to impeccable timing, music video hints, and late night drives  the former couple is on our radar once again . The 30-year-old rapper split from his girlfriend, Jhene Aiko, just months prior to reuniting with his ex-lover, Ari.  An insider told  Us Weekly the couple “broke up in mid-December” and things didn’t go smoothly.  “I wouldn’t say it was amicable,” the source explained. “But now they are civil towards each other.” The two suggested their newfound love back in 2016 when Jhene, 30, filed for divorce from her then-husband and music producer, Dot da Genius, after lots of flirting went down with Sean on the collab album, Twenty88 .  As soon as the divorce was finalized, her relationship with Sean immediately took off. Their love spanned over three inseparable years but came to an end after the not so happy holidays.  But suspiciously, that romance died right around the same time as Ari called off her engagement with comedian Pete Davidson back in October. And now Sean and Ari are stirring the dating rumor pot. And we are so here for it.  The “thank u, next” singer dated Big Sean for 8 months before his involvement with Jhene began, though the couple called in quits officially in October 2015 due to conflicting schedules.  “They both care deeply for each other and remain close friends. We kindly ask that the media respect their wish for privacy regarding this personal matter at this time,” their joint statement read. The two “remained very close friends” and continued to stay “in each other’s lives,” according to an insider. Which is why it did not come as a huge surprise when the former flames were spotted hanging out on February 27. A source told E! that the lovebirds were snapped leaving a Los Angeles recording studio together. The “7 Rings” singer was sitting in the front passenger’s seat with her dog in her lap while the rapper was driving. Sean reportedly met up with Ari after she had been working there for several hours before.   So could the two still be getting it?!  It’s definitely likely. Especially after Ari called out her ex-beau in her music video for   “thank u, next” where she wrote “(could still get it)” on a page from a “burn book” prop dedicated to him.  Sean also showed off his continuing affection for the Grammy-winner after giving a standing ovation during her tribute performance at Aretha Franklin’s funeral service back in August. And now that the “Mercy” rapper and Nickelodeon alum are both single, we find it very possible that they will give their relationship another go.  I mean, all of the hard evidence is there. Though confirmation is regrettably not (yet).

Ariana Grande Pays Moving Tribute to Mac Miller

Ariana Grande has broken her silence in response to her former boyfriend Mac Miller’s shocking death Friday at the age of 26. One day after Miller was found dead inside his home of a suspected overdose, the singer has acknowledged her ex’s passing. Grande and Miller dated for about two years, breaking up in May, just a couple of months before Miller would pass away. According to sources at the time, the rapper’s substance abuse problem was a sigificant reason that Grande was forced to finally end the romance, which had become highly toxic and unhealthy for her. Because lots of people on the Internet are awful, some trolls attacked Grande on Instagram Friday evening because they: Actually blamed Ariana for Miller’s overdose . Wondered why she had not yet commented on his passing. Like we said, lots of people on the Internet are awful. On Saturday afternoon, however, Grande did share the above photo of Miller on her official social media page. She did not include a caption along with it. Within an hour of going live, though, the black, white and simple but profound tribute has garnered over 3.6 million Likes. That says more than any words could. About a week after Miller and Grande split, the former was arrested for drunk driving after he got into a very serious car accident. Grande responded by telling Mac to “Pls take care of yourself,” and she then clapped back hard at anyone who blamed her then as well for Miller’s personal issues. “I am not a babysitter or a mother and no woman should feel that they need to be,” she tweeted this spring, adding: “I have cared for him and tried to support his sobriety & prayed for his balance for years.” “Of course I didn’t share about how hard or scary it was while it was happening but it was.” Miller was also in Manchester last year when a terrorist killed 22 people at one of Grande’s concerts . These two had been through a lot prior to Mac’s death. The day Grande and Miller broke up , Ariana wrote the following on Instagram: Hi! This is one of my best friends in the whole world and favorite people on the planet malcolm mccormick. I respect and adore him endlessly and am grateful to have him in my life in any form, at all times regardless of how our relationship changes or what the universe holds for each of us! Ariana continued: Unconditional love is not selfish. It is wanting the best for that person even if at the moment, it’s not you. I can’t wait to know and support you forever and i’m so proud of you!! Elsewhere, another of Miller’s ex-girlfriends, Nomi Leasure, has spoken out on his death… and his life. “So grateful we had our final moment. Our clarity, clearing of the air. You changed my life. I, yours. The residual effects of your passion ripple on. You are not gone. Mac Miller Tribute: See What the Rapper’s Mom Just Shared

Mac Miller’s mother has shared a beautiful tribute to her late son. Days after the rapper was shockingly found dead at the age of 26 , due to a suspected drug overdose, Karen Meyers has shared a very simple, albeit very telling and special, picture of her child. You can see it here: In the picture uploaded to Instagram, Meyers and her son (whose real name was Malcolm McCormick) are smiling together at a Pittsburgh Pirates baseball game. It’s unclear when the snapshot was taken. But it’s evident why this one was used by Karen to pay tribute to the late rapper. As you can see, Miller is leaning his head against his mom’s and making a funny face; she captioned the photo with a broken heart emoji. And she did so not long after Ariana Grande posted a similar tribute to her long-time boyfriend, a couple months after the stars split and about 48 hours after Miller was found dead. This is the photo Grande shared on social media: She did not pen a caption with it. Miller battled substance abuse issues for years prior to his passing. He was frequently open his addiction, just as Grande was open about the fact that Miller’s problems played a significant role in a relationship that eventually became too “toxic” for her to remain a part of. In the wake of Miller’s overdose, a handful of terrible Internet users dared to blame Grande for Miller’s fatal actions . They also wondered why Ariana did not immediately wrote anything online in response to the tragedy. As if it’s any of their business and as if we should ever judge anyone about how they mourn a loved one. On Friday evening, Miller’s family released a statement about the 26-year old’s death. It reads: “Malcolm McCormick, known and adored by fans as Mac Miller, has tragically passed away at the age of 26. He was a bright light in this world for his family, friends and fans. Thank you for your prayers. “Please respect our privacy. There are no further details as to the cause of his death at this time.” An endless array of musicians have since shared their own thoughts about Miller’s passing, but we’re going to note John Mayer’s message below. The artist only just posted it to Instagram late Saturday night and it stands out for its lengthy and personal nature. This is what Mayer wrote about Miller: This was going to be Mac Miller’s year. He made a quantum leap in his music. That’s incredibly hard to do, to evolve and get better and more focused while your career is already underway. You don’t get there without a lot of work, and Mac had put the work in. I didn’t expect to play on his album the day he played some songs for me at his house, but when I heard “Small Worlds,” I gave it a short, chirpy little “yup,” which is the highest praise I can give a track. It means we don’t need to say another word, it’s going down. I grabbed the nearest guitar in the room and within a couple of hours we had finished a tune that made me so incredibly happy to have a part in, not to mention we established a nice little friendship. He was so funny I just kind of stopped typing “LOL” back in our texts. Mac was, to me, on permanent LOL status. I gave him whatever guidance I thought I had the right to, having been through the press ringer in the past and wanting him to understand that none of that noise could ever really take a bite out of the music he was about to put out. The last time I saw him, he was playing Hotel Cafe’ in Los Angeles for a crowd of 100 people. He was nervous, and honest about it with the audience. I thought that was so endearing, especially seeing as he would go on to play one of the best sets I’d seen in a very long time. His band was unreal. You gotta know that if you weren’t familiar with Mac Miller, you were about to be, whether you would have seen him at a festival, or a friend was going to catch a show and tell everyone they knew about it (like I did.) Mac put in the work. He made his best album and formed the band that was weeks away from becoming a breakout live sensation. Believe me when I say that. Ariana Grande: Heartbroken, Leaning on Pete Davidson After Mac Miller’s Death

Just a couple of days ago, we heard the tragic news that rapper Mac Miller had passed away with all signs pointing to an overdose as the cause of death. It’s obviously been extremely hard on the people close to him — he’d been dealing with addiction for a long time, and he was only 26 years old. And despite the fact that they broke up back in May , Ariana Grande was still one of those people. When the couple split, Ariana wrote a statement on Instagram calling Mac “one of my best friends in the whole world and favorite people on the planet.” “I respect and adore him endlessly and am grateful to have him in my life in any form, at all times regardless of how our relationship changes or what the universe holds for each of us,” she continued. She explained that she still loved him, but “unconditional love … is wanting the best for that person even if at the moment, it’s not you.” She finished by telling him “I can’t wait to know and support you forever and I’m so proud of you!” It was a very sweet thing for Ariana to do, and Mac was, in turn, publicly supportive of her quick engagement to Pete Davidson shortly after their breakup. As of now, she hasn’t made a statement about his passing, but she did share a photo of him , presumably from their time together. And according to a new report from Us Weekly, she’s “absolutely heartbroken” about what happened. “Her entire family is in shock too,” a source claims . “They all grew close to Mac during his relationship with Ari.” “He was a huge part of her life, and they always shared such a special bond. She wanted nothing but positivity in Mac’s life after they broke up.” But even though Ariana was obviously a sweetheart about the breakup, and even though they were obviously on good terms, a lot of people can’t help but be awful. Several people have had the nerve to blame her for Mac’s death , because that makes sense, right? “Look I ain’t even even gon sugar coat it,” one of those people tweeted. “This is @ArianaGrande fault.” “Mac Miller was really killed by a heartbreak,” another person speculated. “Ariana and Pete really took him there don’t @ me. Love powerful. Ariana really a dangerous woman holy f-ck.” Some liked to put the blame on Ariana without directly putting the blame on her, like the person who wrote “I’m not saying that Ariana killed Mac, but the break up may have had a role in the death.” “Ariana Grande is in NO way to blame for Mac Miller’s death but when someone leaves you and is immediately with a new person … ya that sh-t hurts,” another one of those tweets read. And then there were the people who just got right to the point — one of those tweeted “It’s definitely Ariana Grande’s fault. F-ck that bitch.” The hate continued on Instagram, and it go so bad that Ariana had to disable comments on her account altogether because of the plentiful “it’s your fault” comments. Can you even imagine how rough that must have been? But on the bright side, a source who spoke with Hollywood Life says that Pete is doing his best to be there for her during this insanely difficult time. “Pete is amazing, he’s so solid, and he’s like, totally Ariana’s rock, her shoulder to cry on, support system, voice of reason, best friend, everything,” the insider claims. “Pete knows grief, he’s been through unmentionable horror and loss himself, and it doesn’t frighten him — he’s a real stand-up guy.” The source adds that “For all his goofy, comedian persona, he’s actually a super deep and sweet guy, he’s really empathetic, and he loves Ariana with every piece of his heart, all he wants to do is protect her as much as humanly possible.” As for all the unwarranted blame she’s getting on social media, the source says that “It’s bad enough that Ariana is suffering the trauma of losing somebody she cared deeply about, but then to be blamed for his death is just despicable.” “Pete is doing all he can to shield her from any poison and negativity.” The source also points out that “Mac had a lot of demons that he was battling and he struggled with addiction issues throughout his whole life pretty much so to try and lay the blame at Ariana’s feet is truly appalling.” “She’s just heartbroken.” Hopefully it’s true that Pete is doing all he can to take care of Ariana right now — again, we can’t imagine what she must be feeling. Esteban Santiago Identified as Fort Lauderdale Airport Shooter

Esteban Santiago, a 26-year-old born in New Jersey, has been identified by law enforcement officials as the man responsible for the tragic shooting this afternoon in Fort Lauderdale. In a story that continues to develop, this is what we can report at the moment: Just before 1 p.m, The Broward Sheriff’s Office says it received a call that an incident had taken place at the local airport. When authorities arrived on the scene, they saw people sprinting across the tarmac between terminals; while others took cover behind parked cars. It has since been confirmed that the shooting occurred at the baggage claim inside Terminal 2. (For what it’s worth, Air Canada and Delta Airlines operate out of Terminal 2.) Broward County Mayor Barbara Sharief told CNN soon after the news went viral that five people are dead and 13 others have been transpired to the hospital. Among those on the scene was actually former White House spokesman Ari Fleischer, who Tweeted the following update from the premises, a mere two minutes after the Sheriff’s Office received the aforementioned phone call: Just before 3 p.m., the Sheriff tweeted that an “active search” was underway at the airport due to “unconfirmed reports of addt’l shots fired on airport property” after the initial incident.” It is unknown at this time just how authorities apprehended Santiago, but he is in custody. According to NBC News, Santiago was born in March of 1990 and had a military ID on him when he was arrested. A U.S. intelligence official told the outlet that it was too early to assign a motive to his alleged, heinous actions. It is believed, however, that he acted alone. Agencies on the scene include Fort Lauderdale Police, Hollywood Police, Broward County Sheriff’s Office, the TSA, the ATF, and the FBI. The Florida Highway Patrol is directing traffic and the airport has, of course, been temporarily shut down. Florida Governor Rick Scott updated Twitter followers on social media as follows: “I am on my way to Fort Lauderdale International Airport to be briefed by law enforcement.” And both President-Elect Donald Trump and Vice President-Elect Mike Pence have weighed in on the scary incident. “Monitoring the terrible situation in Florida. Just spoke to Governor Scott. Thoughts and prayers for all. Stay safe!” wrote Trump. Added Pence: “Our thoughts and prayers are with the victims, their families and our first responders in Fort Lauderdale, FL.” In November of 2016, nearly 2.5 million travelers passed through Fort Lauderdale’s airport, according to a government report on the facility.  On a daily basis, more than 325 departure and 325 arrival flights come in and out of the facility, with over 73,000 travelers making their way around the airport. There are four terminals at the airport, which ranks 21st in the country in terms of total passengers, and the area looked like a “war zone” shortly after the shooting broke out, according to one witness who spoke to CNN. Days of Our Lives to Be Canceled, Megyn Kelly to Blame?

Megyn Kelly announced a major career move this week: She is leaving Fox News and has signed a multi-year contract with NBC. The decision has sent reverberations around the news world, with Tucker Carlson set to take over Kelly’s coveted time slot on cable later this year and many viewers wondering: Where, exactly, will Kelly end up on the NBC schedule? Moreover, due to a bombshell People Magazine report, might fans of Days of Our Lives have a reason to be concerned? An insider close to the popular soap opera tells the publication that multiple Days of Our Lives cast members have been told that the series will go off the air after 2017. The program – which debuted WAY back on November 8, 1965 and which has aired nearly every weekday since then – has been running on a year-to-year contractual basis for awhile now. But no deal is in place beyond the next 12 months. The source tells People that executives at the daytime drama have given some important employees an indication that their days are numbered. “Basically, we’ve heard that there won’t be a Days in 2018 ,” says this source, who claims to have close knowledge of the situation. Days of Our Lives recently celebrated its 51st anniversary. Crazy, huh? And here we were, thinking Grey’s Anatomy has been on the air for a long time! But what does all of this have to do with Kelly? In confirming her role, the soon-to-be-ex Fox News anchor said she will contribute to breaking news on her new network, while also hosting a Sunday evening program and some kind of Monday through Friday show. It is the timeslot for the latter that is at question here. Neither Kelly nor NBC News Chairman Andrew Lack has said when this daytime news and discussion program will actually air. In many markets across the nation, Days of Our Lives occupies in the 1–2 p.m. hour, which could be prime small screen real estate for a potential series hosted by Kelly. There’s precedent for this kind of shake-up, too. ABC made major headlines when it canceled long-running soap operas All My Children and One Life to Live in 2011 to make room for daytime talk shows The Chew and the short-lived The Revolution. ABC also shifted General Hospital from its time slot in 2012 to because it wanted Katie Couric‘s daytime talk show, Katie, to air at that time. Kelly bid goodbye to fans of The Kelly File this week, although her contract with Fox News runs through July. She may have negotiated her way out of it, but she has a six-month non-compete clause as part of that contract. This would mean Kelly can’t actually appear on another network until 2018. Megyn Kelly Bids Farewell to Fox News Viewers And that, of course, would coincide with when the Days of Our Lives contract is also over. “This was a tough decision for me because I love this show, our staff, my crew, our colleagues here at Fox and you, all of you,” Kelly says in the above clip. She added that she will miss “those who write me the lovely handwritten notes asking about my kids and even those who very rarely complain on Twitter about our coverage after a show or a presidential debate.” That was meant as a joke, of course. Not no Days of Our Lives fan will be laughing if Kelly really does help kick this soap opera off the air.

Rob Kardashian Hospitalized: Is Blac Chyna to Blame?!

Earlier today, we reported that Rob Kardashian was hospitalized after being rushed to the hospital late last night. Details were initially scarce, with insiders chalking the situation up to “medical distress.” Now we’re getting a clearer picture of what exactly left Rob laid up. Last year, Rob was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes , and when news of his hospitalization went public, many assumed that his condition had flared up. According to insiders, that’s exactly what happened, but the family’s concerns have also been compounded by fears about Rob’s mental health. According to TMZ, Rob was able to check in under his own power, and medical staff quickly gained the impression that he had binge eating and neglecting his medication in recent weeks. Sources close to the family say Rob has been behaving in a self-destructive fashion due to stress resulting from his troubled relationship with Blac Chyna. Rob’s excess eating reportedly caused a dangerous spike in his blood sugar. Insiders say he’s still hospitalized as doctors work to stabilize his condition, but he could be released as early as today. Unfortunately, it seems his relationship with Chyna won’t be rebounding quite as quickly. Despite their resolve to stay together for their 6-week-old daughter, and the fact that they just signed on for a second season of Rob & Chyna , sources close to the couple say it looks as though they’re done for good. Rob and Chyna are living in separate homes, and Rob has reportedly given up any hope of a reconciliation. Unfortunately, he didn’t start the relationship in the most emotionally stable position, which is why many cuationed Rob and Blac from moving so fast. Now, Rob is coping with the pressures of first-time fatherhood at the same time as he’s getting over a breakup and struggling with the same physical and mental health issues that have plagued him for years. It’s a tough situation, and we wish him all the best. We’re sure the Kardashians will be just as happy as everyone else when we can finally wave goodbye to the dumpster fire that was 2016.
