Tori Spelling: SUED By American Express For Delinquent Payments

Tori Spelling learned a hard lesson in personal finance in court today. As we reported earlier this year, Spelling was sued by American Express for falling way behind on her payments back in January. Today, a Los Angeles County judge finally issued a ruling on the matter and it looks the already-struggling Spelling is about to become even more destitute. According to TMZ, Spelling will forced to fork over the full amount of the overdue balance – $37,981.97 – along with $855 in court costs. Add that up with whatever she spent on legal representation, and Tori’s on the hook for quite a few doubloons. Financially, 2015 has been quite the rough year for Spelling and husband Dean McDermott. The couple was forced to downgrade to a significantly smaller home in Encino, CA after spending the past several years in a posh Malibu mansion. To make matters worse, they were forced to suffer the indignity of going broke in the public eye, as reports of Spelling’s tiny paychecks for demeaning gigs were reported by various media outlets. The low point was likely a gig as the spokesperson for a psychic hotline that Tori took to make ends meet. Tori Spelling: Psychic Source But before you start feeling too sorry for Spelling and McDermott, it’s important to note that the couple blew massive amounts of cash in the early years of their marriage, and it looks as though they’re still not living within their means. Tori is still getting plastic surgery (and documenting the experience on Instagram, no less). She’s been spotted hitting Hollywood’s most posh boutiques in recent months. She even renewed her wedding vows with McDermott  and hosted a swank reception afterward. So yeah, Tori and Dean are Hollywood broke, not coupon-clipping, mayonnaise sandwiches for dinner broke. It’s almost like growing up as the daughter of one of the wealthiest and most successful producers in the history of television didn’t prepare Tori for managing her own finances. She really shouldn’t have burned that bridge with her mom.  Clearly, Tori is the kind of person who can’t afford to not be rich.

Dean McDermott: STILL Cheating on Tori Spelling?!

It’s been a rough few weeks for Tori Spelling. First we learned that Spelling is completely broke , thanks to a lawsuit resulting from a $38,000 debt to American Express. (The company claims that when Tori last attempted to pay her bill back in June, her $1,000 check bounced.) The public humiliations continued from there, as the world learned that Tori’s being forced to shill for a psychic network and beg her mom for money in order to pay the bills.   But, of course, the greatest embarrassments have involved Spelling’s deadbeat husband, Dean McDermott. Not only has Tori been forced to pay Dean’s back child support payments , he’s reportedly repaid her by slipping back into his old ways and hitting on random women behind Tori’s back. “Dean is talking to and hitting on girls all the time when he goes out,” a source close to the situation  tells Radar Online. “He’s constantly pointing out ‘hot’ girls.” The insider says that McDermott is quite brazen in his perviness, adding that he was recently spotted “talking to some girl and getting her phone number” just a few feet from where Spelling was standing. You may remember that McDermott’s affair with Emily Goodhand was the major source of drama for the couple’s most recent Lifetime reality series. So maybe Dean is trying to help his family out of a tough financial spot by cheating again? Nah, he’s probably just a douche.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 5 Episode 6 Recap: BBQ Blues

On The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 5 Episode 6, Lisa Rinna and family went home to Oregon, while Eileen and Yolanda bonded in the 90210. Brandi Glanville? She probably doesn’t remember where she was, she was so hammered, while former hot mess Kim Richards is keeping it real these days. Watch The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 5 Episode 6 Online Lisa Rinna kicks things off on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 5 Episode 6 , explaining that her beloved childhood home is being sold. Such an emotional “origins” story line feels a bit too early for a new cast member such as herself, but we’ll go with it. Lisa R. is nothing if not entertaining. Her namesake Lisa Vanderpump is back from Palm Springs and kills time filming with her swans and Ken, neither of whom seem particularly interested. At lunch, Lisa Rinna, Yolanda Foster and Eileen Davidson bond over kids. Turns out Yolanda and Eileen’s children went to school together. Small world! Eileen drops another hint that she’s having financial problems, or at least concerns, by complaining about how big her house is and wanting to downsize. Kylie Richards is not having financial problems. She plans a BBQ with her assistant, who is dubbed “Ladysitter,” which is maybe the dumbest thing ever. On the road with Lisa Rinna, we see her with her parents in an assisted living residence and while they seem very sweet, this feels extremely awkward. Maybe it’s just us? We’re not sure. But you watch The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills online to see Brandi get tanked, not Lisa’s parents be manipulated. Speaking of which, we’re getting to that good part. Just not before Kyle complains about how busy she is and needs to hire help. Humble Brag Hall of Fame. Eileen, Yolanda, Lisa Vanderpump, Ken, Brandi and Kim are at the BBQ, and it doesn’t take long for the innuendos, heated questions and claws to come out. Case in point: Yolanda asks Lisa why she didn’t invite her to Palm Springs, Lisa says she didn’t invite anyone, and Yolanda knows she invited Lisa Rinna. Classic. Almost as much so as Brandi Glanville sharing the details of her vagina rejuvenation with Eileen. And as usual, Lisa V. is not nice to Brandi. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 5 Cast Photos 1. Brandi Glanville Brandi’s back, and boozy as ever. Spoiler alert: At some point this season, she smacks Lisa Vanderpump. You’d HAVE to be drunk to assault such a classy lady! These two could both use a time out, or a good spanking, or something, because they either just need to let it go and make up or just not talk period. In this case, however, Lisa does not need to be such a … you know. Brandi’s not innocent and we can’t believe this is all over Scheana Marie . But still. Brandi is at least trying, though, yet Lisa and Ken are horrible to her. At some point you’d think they would show a little … we don’t even know at this point. Ironically, the oft-troubled Kim Richards is the only one who seems like she really has it together. Kyle Richards can s–k it , as Brandi says, but Kim? She really seems like she’s turned things around, and is authentically genuine to boot. On an episode like this one, she shines even brighter than usual.

Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott: Planning Baby #5 to Bring Them Closer Together?!

Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott reportedly want to procreate again, believing that a fifth child with bring them closer together this holiday season, and in marriage. If the mere idea of this piece of celebrity gossip being true made you cringe, well, you are not alone. And it may be just that, gossip. But on the flip side … Would you really put it past Tori and Dean?! A friend reportedly said of the embattled couple’s plans , “they love their four children and believe a new baby in the New Year will bring them closer together.” Seems to us like it might do the opposite. It was last winter when Dean partook in a torrid two-day affair with Emily Goodhand in Toronto, which was somehow outed by the mysterious mistress. Somehow, the couple stayed together and even chronicled the marital fallout from this affair, and all their other baggage, on two seasons of reality TV. If you watch True Tori online , you know what a train wreck that was. Nothing about it would make you think real progress was being made or should be. All it did was make you feel bad for Liam, 7, Stella, 6, Hattie, 3, and Finn, 2, who will have to grow up and watch this someday. There’s no mystery as to why Scandal is one of the most popular series on television. There are few things Americans love more than a tabloid-friendly PR disaster. Even when the details of the scandal are horrific in nature (See the top three stories on this year’s list.), there’s a pleasure in seeing justice done, particularly when those responsible for the wrongdoing are in a position of power. 15 Celebrity Scandals That Rocked 2014 1. Bruce Jenner Sex Change Is Bruce Jenner transitioning into presenting as a woman? We don’t know. But what we DO know that he’s newly single and he’s been rocking some unusual looks lately. We imagine the Bill Cosbys – and even the Mama Junes – of the world believed that they were impervious to consequences. Thus, finding out that they’re not immune to a downfall appeals to our sense of fairness. Of course, despite the shocking stories told by Cosby’s accusers and June Shannon’s obvious disregard for the safety of her children, the worst either had to contend with is the loss of employment, but it’s still enough to give one faith in the power of an outraged public. But while shocking tales of children at risk and sexual misconduct dominated the headlines, some of the most memorable scandals of the year were pure, (relatively) harmless Hollywood sideshow stuff: Is  Bruce Jenner getting a sex change ? Are  Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott faking his affair ? Is there trouble in Kimye Land?!?!  We may never receive answers to some of the year’s biggest questions, but that’s part of the appeal of a good scandal. If we want closure and definitive conclusions we’ll turn to scripted television. Happy Thanksgiving, from The Hollywood Gossip family to yours. What would this quintessential, traditional and uniquely American holiday be without family, food, football and appreciation for the things we hold dearest in this world? In the case of THG, that means turkeys, in more ways than one. Who will win THG’s 8th Annual Spencer Pratt Thanksgiving Turkey Award!? On this 27th day of November, we’re paying tribute to some of the celebrities we had the honor, the pleasure, and the burden of covering here in 2014. We’re talking straight up fowl individuals. Serious bird brains. You get the idea. So who ruffled feathers with antics that left us shaking our heads, hanging our heads in shame, and laughing our heads off at the same time? Without further ado, here are our Top 10 Turkeys of 2014 … 10. Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott (tie) . These two are really something else. Will they make it or won’t they? That’s the question swirling around Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott for a year now following his infamous extramarital fling. While she’s gushed about him and put on a united front on Today , and printed up a happy Christmas card , a new report says things are very much up in the air. So much so that she’s filled out divorce papers and is consider if she’ll file. If you watch True Tori online , you’ll see her give in to Dean on next week’s show, refuting some recent rumors that their union is hanging by a thread. “Sorry, I won’t talk about things on-camera,” she says. “I’m not trying to make you look bad to viewers. I want to continue this relationship after the show is over.” Wait … Tori Spelling wants to keep something away from the cameras? Despite Spelling’s conciliatory statements, though, insiders say the couple are barely on speaking terms and Tori may soon end the tumultuous relationship. The reason? Dean McDermott to Tori Spelling: Our Kids Are DONE With Reality TV!

Earlier today, we learned that Tori Spelling may have filed for divorce from Dean McDermott without McDermott’s knowledge. Many wondered what could have possibly driven Tori to such drastic action after all that she’s done to save her marriage. Now we know her decision to pull the plug may have coincided with Dean putting a stop to the reality show that’s been Tori’s primary source of income for the past year. McDermott quit True Tori  earlier this month, citing the various ways in which the show had damaged his psyche and reputation. Tori reportedly planned to continue on without him, but sources say Dean has now demanded that the couple’s four children no longer be filmed, thus effectively putting an end to the series. “Dean has made it known he’s done filming True Tori,” says the insider. “And in his mind, the time has come for the kids to be taken off the show as well.” McDermott’s decision is said to be the result of the couple’s eldest son, Liam, having behavioral problems at school. “The family desperately needs some time away from the camera, but Tori won’t let it happen,” says the source. True Tori Season 2 Episode 5 Recap: Tori, Dean, Mary Jo and the Love Guru

Tuesday night on Lifetime’s True Tori Season 2 Episode 5, Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott found themselves at odds about a number of things. Knock us over with a feather, we know. Absolutely jarring. Watch True Tori Season 2 Episode 5 Online Specifically, True Tori Season 2 Episode 5 saw Tori confront Dean with allegations levied by his ex-wife, Mary Jo Eustace, his first wife and baby mama. What a totally awesome, unscripted idea by the producers. Because when you’re having trouble overcoming your husband’s affair, you must speak with the woman he was married to when he cheated with YOU. “Our common denominator is Dean,” Tori tells the camera. “It just makes sense that we’d want to talk about it.” Perfect sense. Anyone in America would do this. Tori and Mary Jo Eustace meet for lunch, during which she awkwardly produces a love letter that Dean wrote to her back when they were still together. It says she is the love of his life. Tori shudders. Apparently unaware that marriage is supposed to be forever, and he was married before, Spelling is taken aback that he once felt this way for Mary Jo. Mary Jo tells Spelling that Dean was “determined” to cheat with her, insinuating it was for money and not just ’cause he liked to masturbate to Tori on 90210 . Strange as it is to say, the ladies end up bonding over this lunch and by the end, Tori observes that she now trusts Dean’s ex-wife more than Dean himself. He sets the bar very low, but we see her point. When she gets home, the actress finds what else but a love note from Dean waiting for her on a kitchen counter!! WHAT DO YOU F–KING KNOW!? “It’s a love note from Dean to me, and I just read a love note from Dean to Mary Jo. How ironic is this?” Tori ponders, as if anyone believes a second of this. Dean is not happy, saying he was a “weak, emasculated individual” in his first marriage, that he was on cocaine a lot, and feels like now he’s a “laughing stock.” Just wait ’til Emily Goodhand comes on the show next. In any case, Tori feels guilty for worsening their marriage with all the drama you see when you watch True Tori online , so she decides to bring Dean to a guru. For real. Guru Singh will try to help their relationship. Question #1 posed by the love doctor? “Who is Tori?” Dean’s response: “Intelligent, immature, a baby, afraid of hurting feelings, afraid of hurting people, ill, physically, amazing wife, amazing mom, full of love, amazing touch.” “The love of my life,” he adds, forcing it a bit there. Who is Dean? Tori says, “My love, little boy, caring, selfish, lost, smart and stupid,” only to have Dean add, “Not worthy, conflicted, confused, complicated.” Then, in the weirdest and most uncomfortable scene ever, the guru tells Dean to let himself accept the breakdown, which in turn, results in a “release.” Dean cries like a baby, moaning and wailing. It’s very odd, but the guru totally “gets” Dean after this and tells Tori, after laughing hysterically, that her husband is perfectly fine and is now “a true man.” Or something. 17 Celebrity Wives Who Were Mistresses First 1. Khloe Kardashian and Kendall Jenner Celebrate #MasonsBirthdayBash in Costume: BOO!

For Khloe Kardashian and Kendall Jenner, Halloween either came late this weekend or a very scary Christmas came early. The half-sister were on hand for nephew Mason’s Dash Disick’s fifth birthday party, though they dressed in a different fashion than most guests in attendance. Kourtney Kardashian “pulled a ‘mean girl’ move on me and had me dress like Sally from The Nightmare Before Christmas while everyone else was mad chill,” Khloe wrote on Instagram while the following photo online. “lol thanks @kourtneykardash #MasonsBirthdayBash.” It looks like Kendall joined her sibling in rocking this frightening garb, however: And so did the birthday boy himself! Makeup artist Joyce Bonelli decked out Mason and sister Penelope in costumes similar to those of Khloe and Kendall. “Killing it with Jack and Sally Skellington,” Bonelli wrote along with the picture below. “#MASONSBDAYPARTY @KhloeKardashian @KendallJenner.” Of course, Mason Disick’s actual birthday is on December 14. But anyone who takes time to watch Kourtney and Khloe Take the Hamptons online is well aware that Kourtney is a planned. She also has a third baby on the way (any week now) and may have feared that Mason’s birthday would be overshadowed by the arrival of another sibling.
