Jenelle Evans Looks Bruised, Battered in This Disturbing Video

Jenelle Evans swears she is in a happy and healthy marriage. The veteran Teen Mom 2 star has denied all allegations of abuse against her husband, David Eason. Evans has even recorded a video in which she lays out a passionate defense of Eason as a man who would never hurt her or harm her. But scenes from a different video may tell a different story. A few weeks since Evans was rushed to the hospital after some sort of confrontation with Eason, the MTV personality shared a video of her; her husband; and her kids at a pumpkin patch. “Butterflies in our tummies!” Evans wrote as a caption to the footage, which featured her and her loved ones bumping along in some kind of train-like ride. However, astute social media users have slowed down this video and studied Jenelle's neck area, taking note of where Eason allegedly hit or shoved her earlier this month. There DOES appear to be significant bruising there. Scroll down below to see what we mean…. 1. When Did The Rumors of Abuse Begin? Police responded to reports of a domestic disturbance on David and Jenelle’s property on Saturday, October 13. At the time of the initial reporting, there weren’t many details available to the public. 2. Did Eason Assault Evans in Some Way? This was the prevailing assumption, considering the couple’s contentious history and Eason’s very clear problem with anger. 3. Then, There was the 911 Call… This seemed to be the most damning evidence to date of Eason’s abusive nature. “My husband, he just assaulted me,” Evans tells the operator, through years, in this upsetting call. 4. What Else Did She Detail? “He pinned me down on the ground in the yard, and I think I heard my f–king collarbone crack and I can’t move my arms,” Jenelle added to the dispatcher. 5. What Caused the Confrontation? There’s no excuse for laying a hand on a woman, of course, but Evans said David “got violent because he was drinking.” Not exactly a shocker, right? 6. Listen to the Call Here: Click Play on the video above to hear Jenelle’s story for herself. It sounds pretty straightforward and altogether awful. View Slideshow

Florida Man Kills Brother Over A Cheeseburger A florida man was not his brother’s keeper. He reportedly got into an argument with his sibling over a damn cheeseburger and ended up shooting and killing him. Via Orlando Sentinel : A 25-year-old St. Cloud man is facing murder charges after shooting and killing his brother Thursday night during an argument over a cheeseburger, police said. Benjamin Middendorf called 911 about 10 p.m. and told police he had just shot his brother, Nicholas, at their home on Sixth Street, between Michigan and Virginia avenues, an arrest report said. Nicholas Middendorf, 28, was later declared dead at the home from a single gunshot wound to the chest, police said. In the 911 call, Benjamin Middendorf is heard screaming and shouting at a dispatcher that he was “trying to hold the pressure” on his brother’s chest. He’s also heard telling the dispatcher they “were in a fight and I grabbed a gun and I shot him. Oh, my God.” Police talked with Benjamin Middendorf, who said he doesn’t drink alcohol and was home when his mom and brother came back from the bar, the report states. Nicholas started bullying him, Benjamin told police, and they argued over a cheeseburger. He said he couldn’t remember much after that, according to the report. Police said Benjamin owns a 9 mm pistol and had blood on his clothes and body. Middendorf is facing a charge of first-degree murder and is being held in the Osceola County Jail.

Justified? Black Army Veteran Gunned Down By Police After Calling 9-1-1 To Report Burglars & Answering Door With A Gun

Armed Black Army Veteran Gunned Down By Police In His Home via Breaking Brown An Oklahoma man was gunned down by police after he called 911 to report a crime. Daniel Martin Jr., 41, called police to report vandals in his driveway, but when police arrived, they fatally shot Martin, reports News Oklahoma. “They’re still at my front door,” the decorated Army veteran told a 911 dispatcher. He also advised the dispatcher that he was holding a gun just in case the vandals broke into his home. “I’m inside with my weapon,” he said. Still, when Martin opened his door, someone yelled “gun!” and police officers Elijah Garcia and Anthony Edwards opened fire on Martin. Drugs were found in Martin’s system and police say he was hallucinating and had also fired a shot into a closet, convinced that someone was hiding inside. Police also say a gun was fired from inside the home as they approached, although it is not clear why the shot was fired. Tina Martin said her husband suffered from post traumatic stress syndrome (PTSD) and “had been struggling with it for some time.” Anti-depressants were also found in his system. He served in the Army from 1998 to 2004. The police have been cleared of any wrongdoing.

Paul Walker Dispatch Call: Dead on Arrival

In the dispatch call they placed upon reaching the tragic scene, responders to Saturday’s Paul Walker crash made it obvious that he was dead immediately. The first firefighters arrived less than three minutes after a 911 call alerted them, and one of their first communications was “two fatalities” … and “DOA.” Paul Walker Accident: First Responders Call The first responders on the scene also informed the dispatcher right away that Walker’s death was a “Code N” incident, in other words, a newsworthy event. One should be handled with extra care by authorities. Several of Paul’s friends were on the scene and most likely told firefighters the actor was in the vehicle, even if his remains had to be ID’d with dental records. Despite reports that Walker attempted to escape the car, firefighters had no doubt Paul and his friend Roger Rodas, who was driving, died immediately. Elderly Woman Dies When Nurse Refuses To Give CPR “Ugh, Uh… She Ain’t My Patient!” [Video]

A 911 dispatcher pleaded with a nurse at a Bakersfield, Calif., senior living facility to save the life of an elderly woman by giving her CPR, but the nurse said policy did not allow her to, according to a newly released audiotape of the call. “Is there anybody there that’s willing to help this lady and not let her die?” the dispatcher asked in a recording of the 911 call released by the Bakersfield Fire Department. “Not at this time,” the nurse said. The incident unfolded on Tuesday when 87-year-old Lorraine Bayless collapsed at Glenwood Gardens, a senior living facility in Bakersfield. In the seven-minute, 16-second recording, the nurse told the dispatcher it was against the facility’s policy for employees to perform CPR on residents. With every passing second, Bayless’ chances of survival were diminishing. The dispatcher’s tone turned desperate. “Anybody there can do CPR. Give them the phone please. I understand if your facility is not willing to do that. Give the phone to that passerby,” the dispatcher said. ”This woman is not breathing enough. She is going to die if we don’t get this started.” After several minutes, an ambulance arrived and took Bayless to Mercy Southwest Hospital, where she died. Glenwood Gardens released a statement confirming its policy prohibiting employees from performing CPR. “In the event of a health emergency at this independent living community, our practice is to immediately call emergency medical personnel for assistance and to wait with the individual needing attention until such personnel arrives. That is the protocol we followed,” the statement said. Despite protocol being followed, the nursing home said it would launch an internal investigation into the matter. ABCNEWS.Go.Com
