It’s official: David Eason is in trouble with the law. You’ll forgive us if we don’t exactly feel much sympathy for the close-minded bigot. Earlier this month, the former Teen Mom star had his awful wife, Jenelle Evans, record him towing a white truck with his own truck because he believed the vehicle was blocking his boat. Yes, this incident really happened. Yes, it’s as ridiculous as it sounds. No, it’s probably not among the top 17 most ridiculous things Eason did or said over the past year or so. According to Radar Online, which obtained the summons, Eason is facing charges for tampering with a vehicle and causing injury to personal property. These charges were filed on December 27 by the Wilmington, North Carolina, Police Department. “There is probable cause to believe that on our about the date of offense shown [December 19] and in the county named above, you unlawfully and willfully did by placing a winch cable on a victim’s vehicle and pulling same causing damage to the transmission,” reads this summons. It continues: “There is probable cause to believe that on or about the date of offense shown and in the county named, you unlawfully and willfully did wantonly injure personal property, GMC Truck transmission, the property of Terry Hill.” It appears to be true, folks: You can’t just go around towing other people’s cars or trucks. Let this be a lesson. In the video’s comments section, which hilariously now serves as the evidence that may convict Eason, the notorious gun-lover and Confederate Flag-lover says the following: Learn the right way to deal will [sic] a$$holes who think it’s cool to block you in a parking space. Good thing my trailer has a folded tongue that allowed me to get my truck out so I can tow him out of the way, in order to move my boat. Yes, this really is a good thing. Because by using said folded tongue, Eason may have set himself up to be busted by the police. Evans can be heard laughing and encouraging her husband to move the automobile in this footage, egging Eason on in this manner: “If you’re going to park this close and there’s no money in the meter… Pulled that motherf-cker out of the way.” Eason must now appear in court for a hearing on January 28, 2019. He will be held in contempt if he fails to show up. For those unaware: Eason was fired from Teen Mom 2 in February after he tweeted a fresh set of homophobic remarks. More recently, and even more disturbingly, Evans accused her husband of assault , telling a 911 operator that Eason may have broken her collarbone . She later told E! Jenelle Evans swears she is in a happy and healthy marriage. The veteran Teen Mom 2 star has denied all allegations of abuse against her husband, David Eason. Evans has even recorded a video in which she lays out a passionate defense of Eason as a man who would never hurt her or harm her. But scenes from a different video may tell a different story. A few weeks since Evans was rushed to the hospital after some sort of confrontation with Eason, the MTV personality shared a video of her; her husband; and her kids at a pumpkin patch. “Butterflies in our tummies!” Evans wrote as a caption to the footage, which featured her and her loved ones bumping along in some kind of train-like ride. However, astute social media users have slowed down this video and studied Jenelle's neck area, taking note of where Eason allegedly hit or shoved her earlier this month. Police responded to reports of a domestic disturbance on David and Jenelle’s property on Saturday, October 13. At the time of the initial reporting, there weren’t many details available to the public. 2. Did Eason Assault Evans in Some Way? This was the prevailing assumption, considering the couple’s contentious history and Eason’s very clear problem with anger. 3. A judge also saw it fit to issue a restraining order against David for his own son, so … He’s clearly not the most stable guy. A few days after that, the story got even more believable when a report came out claiming that someone had called 911 from Jenelle’s home last weekend to report an assault . According to that report, Jenelle had been injured, and although an ambulance was called, it was cancelled Instead, someone drove her to the hospital. She refused to press charges, which is sad but unsurprising. After Monday’s Blind Auditions brought some of the worst auditions yet our way, five more people advanced to the next stage of the competition on Tuesday. But were these five more worthy than the bunch that made the first episode of the week such a big drag? Let’s break down Tuesday’s performances! Reagan Strange (Team Adam) – “Meant to Be” This 13-year-old appeared on the stage and shocked everyone. With her mature attitude and dizzying vocals, she emerged as quite the contender. As seems to be the norm on this NBC hit, first performance nerves can cause some problems, and that’s what happened here. In the end, she joined Team Adam, and her future in the process will hinge on whether she can battle the nerves and whether Adam chooses the right songs for her. Foushée (Team Adam) – “Redbone” Foushée appeared on stage and had all of the makings of a global sensation. Being the daughter of a drummer, she knew what she had to do to secure a place post-audition. That’s why she made her way to Team Adam. It would have been fun to see what Kelly did with her, but Adam might be the next best thing. Chris Kroeze (Team Blake) – “Pride and Joy” Chris shocked both the audience and the coaches. Adam thought he was a woman because nobody expected such a sweet voice from a man who looks like a country rocker. That said, being put in Blake’s team might prove to be the biggest mistake, because Blake is going to throw every country song at him to see what sticks. MaKenzie Thomas (Team Jennifer), “Big White Room” Makenzie returned after not getting anywhere during Season 14. Her aim here was to get the chairs turning because her nerves got the best of her the last time. There was a great voice there, but a lot of work is required to make sure the teenager does not sound as pitchy as she did during the audition. Thankfully, she’s on Team Jennifer, and we could not think of a better place for her! SandyRedd (Team Kelly), “River” This 35-year-old mother of two brought her A-game Tuesday night. With vocals that people can only dream of, the coaches rewarded her with a four-chair turn. It was the biggest surprise of the night because the spots on each team are starting to look hella full, but SandyRedd was worth it. In fact, she was so worth it that Jennifer Hudson threw both of her shoes at her. Is it a big compliment? We hope so. In the end, she opted to go with Team Kelly. These days, Josiah Duggar and Lauren Swanson are all over each other . But just a few months ago, they had never even kissed. In the restrictive world of the Duggars, the first kiss is very public — because it's at your wedding, in front of everyone you know. Josiah is revealing how he prepared for his very first kiss: he practiced on his hand. See the video: In the teaser for Monday night's Counting On finale, Josiah is just hours away from marrying Lauren Swanson . 23-year-old Joseph Duggar is a married man himself. He figured that he should pass on some advice to his brother about what he learned from tying the knot with Kendra Caldwell. “As far as the first kiss goes,” Joseph says. “I mean, I’m sure you can figure it out” “It’s not really that complicated,” he assures his slightly younger brother. “I asked her just to stay … kinda as still as she could … and then kind of go with it,” Josiah says awkwardly. “That’s what we did,” Joseph replies. “Either one side or the other,” Joseph adds. “But it looks better when the guy goes, I think.” “I don’t think you’re going to have a problem,” Joseph suspects. He credits his optimism to communication, because: “y’all probably already talked about it.” Witha little prompting from a producer, Josiah reveals a little more to the Counting On cameras. “I was thinking, you know what? I wonder what it feels like,” Josiah shares. To be clear, he's talking about kissing — not the wedding night. “So I practiced on my hand,” Josiah reveals. “I think practicing on my hand was just to see what it felt like from her side.” “You can’t kiss a tree and expect to see what it’s going to feel like for her,” Josiah reasons. Well … he's not wrong. Lauren is not a tree. “So if you kiss on your hand, you can feel … like, ‘Okay, maybe I should make my lips more full,’ or whatever,” Josiah continues. That helped him, Josiah explains, to practice “and kind of think of it from that perspective.” “You’ve got to think about it!” Josiah explains. Obviously, practicing for something like the wedding night using his hand would be strictly forbidden in the Duggar household. We suppose that kissing his hand must be okay. We hope. Still speaking to the camera, Josiah gushes about this major life milestone. “It is interesting to think this is the first day in my life I get to kiss a girl,” Josiah says. He clarifies that he will be kissing Lauren “right smack dab on the lips.” “I mean, it’s special,” Josiah shares. “It really is a special moment for us.” “And I’ll try to make sure it’s not just a peck,” Josiah promises. “I’ll make sure it’s good.” Most of us have probably seen one viral video or another of a fundamentalist wedding where the bride and groom had never kissed. These videos go viral because, well, the first kiss ends up being painfully awkward to watch. While it's a shame that the Duggars aren't raised with real choices and personal freedoms, Josiah has seen a lot of weddings. This NOT just in: David Eason hates gay people. The husband of Jenelle Evans was fired by MTV several months ago for so often sharing this viewpoint, not that his dismissal caused Eason to reconsider his opinion or keep his social media mouth shut or anything of that nature. Quite the opposite, in fact. The polarizing personality has said recently that he's proud to be a straight white redneck and that, of course, gay people suck . What about transgender individuals? Eason expresses his close-minded and very ignorant take on them below… 1. Eason Has Been Ranting About Gay People for Awhile Dude is obsessed with the topic, bringing it up out of nowhere at times. Back in February, in response to a discussion online about parenting methods, he said to an Internet user: “Why don’t you go tell the homo and transgender parents to start teaching their kids better morals? Oh I forgot that’s supposed to be normal.” 2. You’re Fired! This was merely the latest example of Eason being a horrible bigot, which led to MTV firing him a few days later and releasing this statement: “David Eason’s personal comments do not reflect the views of MTV. With six weeks left of production on Teen Mom 2, effective immediately, we are ending our relationship with him.” 3. So… Why are We Still Talking About Him? Because he’s still married to Jenelle and because he keeps saying such terrible stuff. Just consider his latest ranting, raving and insulting on Facebook… 4. It Started with This Meme We assume the first photo here, as shared by Eason, is a reference to the ongoing controversy over whether or not Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh sexually assaulted women back in the early 1980s… while the second is a reference to many people out there being in favor of transgender individuals using whichever restroom with which they identify. 5. … And He’s Off As you might expect, this meme generated many comments from users and many, many ridiculous comments from Eason. 6. As you’ve almost certainly heard by now, Kylie Jenner is pregnant with her first child. The news has been everywhere for almost a month, but interestingly, Kylie has yet to officially confirm that she’s expecting. Of course, the 20-year-old mom-to-be certainly isn’t denying that she’s knocked up, and she seems to be enjoying teasing her fans with subtle hints about how far along she is: That’s Kylie’s latest Instagram photo. As you can see, it’s strategically cropped and considerably less revealing than most of Kylie’s pics. It’s part of her new trend of remaining mostly covered-up and captioning her posts with some inane comment like what shade of lip liner she’s wearing. Obviously, Kylie is far too savvy to believe she’s actually fooling anyone. It seems she’s simply enjoying the act of stringing her fans along by hinting at the big announcement, but never actually delivering it. It’s a gloriously petty move, and we applaud her for it. When Kylie posts a photo of herself wearing a ski parka on a day when the temperature is approaching 90 in LA, she’s 100 percent aware of what she’s doing. And it’s a win-win situation, as her fans seem to be totally on board for it. Further proof that at the ripe old age of 20, Kylie has amassed such a faithful following that she can pretty much do whatever she wants. Elsewhere on the landscape of Kylizzle pregnancy news, there’s some paternity drama brewing, as Tyga claims Kylie is carrying his baby , not Travis Scott’s. Of course, if this turns out to be true, it’ll result in some major drama as Kylie has been dating Travis Scott since at least April. She’s reportedly only about four months into her pregnancy, so … Well, you don’t have to be a mathematician to see how Kylie might wind some major explaining to do. In all likelihood, however, the claim is just a desperate bid to remain relevant on Tyga’s part.
