In a Youtube conversation with fans, Cole revealed he hopes to release the project by April. “ROTD is being finished right now, post-production sh*t,” he said, according to screenshots posted by VIBE . “Tracking out songs, sequencing then editing, then we gotta mix. We’re shooting for April.” He also responded to a fan’s question about why he decided to drop “Middle Child” as a single . “Good question,” he said. “Past 3 albums I dropped with no single. Haven’t dropped a real single since Born Sinner . The way I was doing it was getting too stale for me, I had to get out my comfort zone.” If you missed Cole’s new visual, watch that here . Also, stay tuned for the third installation of Revenge of The Dreamers , in addition to Dreamville Festival, which is also set to go down this April. Photo: Getty

Former Roc-A-Fella Affiliate Choke No Joke Claims Dame Dash Tried To Steal Beyoncé from Jay-Z

Source: Johnny Nunez / Getty It’s funny how certain situations that unfold in the present can cast past circumstances that were overlooked in a brand new light. With the recent drama that Dame Dash caused when he tried to throw Jay-Z’s reputation under the bus , this has become the current situation. In a recently unearthed video, former Roc-A-Fella in-house videographer Choke No Joke actually corroborated Funk Master Flex’s allegation that Dame Dash tried to steal Beyoncé from Jay-Z during an interview with Star. When asked by the OG radio personality if something ever happened between Dame Dash and Beyoncé, Choke confirmed that Dame indeed tried to get it popping with Bey behind Jay’s back, but ultimately nothing happened. “Yup.  mean nothing happened like he kissed or sexed her. Did he try to holler at her? Yeah. That’s the same thing he did with Aaliyah, but Aaliyah fell for it. He also wasn’t gonna violate Jay like that. I mean we all know there was a point at Roc-A-Fella where Dame was not allowed around Beyoncé. Anybody that worked there at that time knew that Dame was not allowed around f*ckin’ Beyoncé ‘cause he was a creep.” Word? Was Dame the OG leader of the Creep Squad whose membership includes many of Love & Hip Hop ‘s cast members? Probably not but still this doesn’t put him the best of lights regardless of how bad his relationship with Jay might’ve been at the time. But before everyone goes judging our dearly departed Aaliyah for walking out on Jay for his business partner, Choke feels that even though Dame went behind Jay’s back to holla at her, “the only reason Aaliyah may have went for it is cause Jay wouldn’t be public with her cause he was tryin’ to keep that sh*t private.” That makes sense. It’s cold but Jay never claimed to be the warmest person alive when it came to relationships. Check out the revelation below and let us know your thoughts on the situation.

The Dreamville rapper’s organization has announced their relief efforts for areas that were destroyed by Hurricane Florence. As one of the hardest hit towns by the natural disaster, the K.O.D. rapper has turned his sights to his hometown of Fayetteville, North Carolina. The Cumberland County destination is still in shambles leaving hundreds to live in shelters. Kanye West’s IG Video About Drake Smashing Kim K’s Kakes Is Getting Clowned Across The Internets

(Photo by Johnny Nunez/WireImage) Kanye Goes On Rant About Drake Yeezy and Drake have had a weird cold war for the past few months since Pusha put Drake’s business out on the streets. They’ve gone back and forth over it for a while and Kanye decided to take things into his own hands on IG today. But not only Drake, but Nick Cannon and Tyson Beckford, too. Of all people. “First of all I want to address Nick Cannon. I understand that you used to date my wife but you get an interview, don’t mention my wife. If someone brings my wife up, you say ‘I respect that man, I’m not speaking on that,’” said Ye. “What I’m looking for, for my spirit to take accountability is, the fact that there’s people making rumors or thinking that you f–ked my wife, and you not saying nothing and you carrying it like that, that don’t sit well with my spirit. You know, if I had a girlfriend from Chicago, her name was Renita and then you was married to Rihanna, I wouldn’t make no song called ‘Riri.’ So when you’re like, ‘Ah I don’t know where it comes from!’ You’re too smart for that, bro. You know where that comes from. Don’t make no record with nothing that could be confused.” “I told you, I didn’t tell Pusha no information about your baby, baby mama, nothing like that, that ain’t come from me. But when you played that record for me in the studio that said, ‘Yo we got some Kylies, we got some Kendalls,’ I told you, ‘Travis is your man, don’t make no record like that. That man just had a baby with her, that’s gonna be offensive, that’s gonna be offensive to her.’” There are so many things about this that are hilarious. 1. Kanye’s face all up in the IG video like your grandpa Facetiming 2. Kanye doing this exact same thing to Wiz Khalifa about Amber Rose 3. Everything Kanye looking more and more like Fake Kanye all the time pic.twitter.com/EeJUjvrXYA — Sperry Garcia (@BostonJerry) September 20, 2018 Twitter had all the jokes. A Lil Positivity: J. Cole’s Dreamville Nonprofit Just Launched A Hurricane Florence Relief Fund

Photo by Tabatha Fireman/Getty Images J. Cole Starts Hurricane Relief Fund Following record-breaking rainfall, flooding rivers, and mass power outages wrought by Hurricane Florence–which made landfall in North Carolina last Friday, September 14– J. Cole  has just launched a storm relief fund through his nonprofit, Dreamville Foundation. The foundation is currently soliciting donations on its website and is set to target its relief efforts in Cole’s hometown of Fayetteville, N.C. Mandatory evacuations have impacted thousands of households, who were ordered along the Cape Fear River, which runs through the city and remains in major flood status, according to the National Weather Service. The  Fayetteville Observer  has reported that three deaths in the city’s surrounding Cumberland County may be attributed to Florence. “The Dreamville Foundation is looking to lend a helping hand to the community, children, and families affected by Hurricane Florence,” reads the announcement from the fund. “There will be hot food stations placed throughout the city, temporary housing options for families, and stocking of food pantries/shelters, as well as supporting other local non profits who help provide services for the people in Fayetteville.” The rapper is currently traveling through North America on his K.O.D. Tour. His first ever Dreamville Festival was scheduled to take place in his hometown of Raleigh, North Carolina earlier this month, but was cancelled due to safety concerns related to the storm. Before the event was forced to be cancelled, a portion of proceeds from the festival were intended to benefit Cole’s nonprofit. Those who want to contribute to the cause can donate to J. Cole’s Hurricane Florence relief fund on the Dreamville Foundation website, here .
