In July of last year, Bobbi Kristina Brown passed away after being found unconscious in the bathtub of her Atlanta-area home and spending nearly six months in a coma. Just last week, Bobbi Kristina’s official cause of death was confirmed when her autopsy results were released on what would’ve been her 23rd birthday. But while the coroner concluded that the troubled daughter of Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown passed away as a result of drug intoxication and accidental water immersion, many still have suspicions about possible foul play, most of which center around Bobbi’s boyfriend, Nick Gordon. There are some who believe Gordon murdered Bobbi , and others who believe he simply didn’t do enough to try and save her life. Today, Gordon’s lawyers issued the following statement to People magazine in hopes of putting a stop to the constant rumors about their client: “Nick Gordon’s life has been tumultuous since January of 2015 when he lost the love of his life. On top of being prohibited from visiting Bobbi Kristina at the hospital for the last six months of her life, Nick has been publicly humiliated for more than a year. “Throughout that time, the Fulton County District Attorney’s office has tried to make Nick a murderer despite having clear and convincing evidence that Bobbi Kristina’s death was nothing more than a tragic accident, evidence that the District Attorney’s office fought to seal and conceal from the public rather than allowing her fans to know the truth. “The truth is that Nick tried to save Bobbi Kristina’s life. The truth is that Nick cooperated with law enforcement since day one. The truth is that no one loved Bobbi Kristina more than Nick and no one has suffered more as a result of her death than Nick.” The statement concluded with a call to the Fulton County DA to publicly exonerate Gordon, as a 13-month investigation has revealed that there is “simply no evidence of any wrongdoing.” Bobbi Kristina’s father, Bobbi Brown, has stated that he plans to continue to pursue a wrongful death civil suit against Gordon. Nick Gordon Speaks On Bobbi Kristina’s Autopsy Report A Fulton County Medical Examiner has revealed that Whitney’s late daughter died due to drowning and a deadly cocktail of narcotics according to TMZ : The Fulton County Medical Examiner’s testing revealed Bobbi Kristina died due to “Immersion of face in water complicating mixed drug intoxication.” The drugs found in her system were marijuana, alcohol, a cocaine-related substance called benzoylecgonine, benzodiazepines (prescription anti-anxiety meds) and morphine. The report lists the full cause of death as pneumonia and encephalopathy — meaning her lungs filled with water and her brain was injured — clearly caused by the time she spent submerged in her bathtub on January 31, 2015. Whitney’s official cause of death was drowning in her bathtub at the Beverly Hilton, complicated by cocaine use and heart disease. Nick Gordon now says he’s happy the drama is over according to Daily Mail UK reports: Grinning from ear to ear, this is Bobbi Kristina Brown’s boyfriend Nick Gordon today – the day that the horrific details of her death were detailed as her autopsy was published. The official document showed how she had alcohol and four different drugs in her system when she was found face-down in the bath of her suburban Atlanta home. It detailed scars on her head and body, missing teeth, and the ravages and indignities she suffered during the seven months she spent in a coma before finally succumbing to the effects of the time she spent in the water. Her devastated father Bobby Brown said he wanted to see ‘justice’ for his daughter. Indeed, so upset was Brown that he canceled his concert at the North Charleston Coliseum & Performing Arts Center in North Carolina on Friday, citing illness as the reason. But today Gordon grinned as he told Daily Mail Online: ‘I’m glad that s*** is all over. IG/WENN
Social media is good for dragging the dregs of society out into the light. Case in point, an Ohio cop, Lee Cyr, has been suspended for a comment attributed to him that essentially celebrates the suicide of a Black Lives Matter activist. Continue
Administrator Bedelia Hargrove Sued Pat & Cissy Houston For Not Paying Costs To Run Estate Exactly four years after Whitney Houston’s death, infighting between the administrator of daughter Bobbi Kristina’s estate and her relatives are threatening to run Brown’s estate into the ground. That’s according to Brown’s estate administrator Bedelia Hargrove, who sued Cissy and Pat Houston Feb. 4 for “breach of duty,” for not doling out money from Brown’s trust to fund the cost of operating her estate, BOSSIP has learned. The trust is supposed to pay Brown’s estate expenses, and the Houstons, as co-trustees, have to sign off on any money coming in or going out. Hargrove said in her complaint that she’s asked Pat and Cissy several times to release the money, but the pair won’t budge. We’ve reached out to Pat for comment, but BOSSIP’s efforts to reach Cissy weren’t successful. “The respondents, jointly and severally, have committed a breach of trust by failing to pay any expenses of administration of estate after proper and repeated demands by the petitioner,” Hargrove wrote in the suit filed in Fulton County Superior Court. “To date, the respondents have failed and refused to pay any expenses of administration of the estate after proper and repeated demands from the petitioner,” Hargrove added.

Via CNBC : “I look forward to my day in court,” she told NBC News on Wednesday. Payne, 85, relayed the comment to her attorney, who was standing next to her but would not allow her to get on the phone with a reporter. The lawyer, Scott McCullers, said his bling-loving client plans to plead not guilty to charges that she swiped a $690 pair of Christian Dior earrings from a Saks Fifth Avenue in an Atlanta mall on Friday. And he suggested that she is being persecuted because of her reputation, cemented in the 2013 documentary “The Life and Crimes of Doris Payne.” “This issue may simply be someone seeking to enhance their name because of the recent recognition she received,” McCullers said. “They were initially interested in charging her with trespassing,” he added. “Once it was known who she was, it was turned into something else.” Atlanta Police spokesman Sgt. Warren Pickard declined to respond to the lawyer’s claim that the charge was pumped up, but said the arresting officers didn’t even know who Payne was until they found out she had an outstanding warrant for theft in North Carolina. Payne, who served two years in prison for a 2011 California theft, was charged with shoplifting for the Saks incident, booked at the Fulton County Jail and later released on $2,500 bond. “She’s traveling, taking in some sights and enjoying her senior years,” he said, adding that she had some undisclosed “health issues.” Although McCullers would not let Payne give an interview, she has spoken openly in the past about her exploits, which spanned two continents and six decades. #FreeDoris YT

Lawsuit Claims Nick Gordon Gave Bobbi Kristina Toxic Cocktail An amended lawsuit filed by the late Bobbi Kristina Brown’s conservator alleges that Nick Gordon gave Brown a “toxic cocktail” and then put her face down in a tub of cold water. Via 11 Alive : The original suit was filed on June 24 in Fulton County Superior Court by Brown’s court-appointed conservator Bedelia Hargrove. It accused Gordon of assault, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and transferring money from her account into his own without authorization. Brown, the 22-year-old daughter of the late Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown, died on July 26 — months after being found unresponsive in the tub of her Roswell home on Jan. 31. Brown never regained consciousness and was moved to hospice care in June. The amended complaint, filed on Friday, adds a wrongful death count. It alleges that around 6 a.m. on Jan. 31, Gordon returned after “being out all-night on a cocaine and drinking binge.” The suit says that Gordon watched camera footage of Brown and listened to her conversations. Gordon and Brown began arguing in the kitchen. The dispute moved to the living and then upstairs to the master bedroom. Gordon allegedly accused Brown of cheating and called her a number of names, the lawsuit alleges. The argument lasted about 30 minutes and then “everything abruptly became quiet.” The lawsuit then says that Gordon “gave Bobbi Kristina a toxic cocktail rendering her unconscious and then put her face down in a tub of cold water causing her to suffer brain damage.” According to the suit, Gordon then came out of the bedroom wearing different clothes than he was wearing in his argument with Bobbi Kristina, got into bed, laid his head on a female guest’s ankle and said, “Now I want a pretty little white girl like you.” About 15 minutes later, a guest at the home went in to check on Brown and found her face down in a tub. A dust pan was at the bottom of the tub, the lawsuit states. Bobbi Kristina unresponsive, unconscious with a swollen mouth and a tooth hanging loosely from her mouth. Gordon allegedly then came into the bathroom, let the water out of the tub and shouted, “Clean up, clean up.” Others, including Gordon, began efforts to resuscitate Brown and called for medical personnel. What do you think of the latest claims??
