Tom Cruise loves Scientology. This is not a press-stopping statement, as the actor recently came out and referred to the religion as special and beautiful . But a new report claims Cruise finds something else special and beautiful as well. Or someone else, we ought to say: yup, Tom Cruise has a girlfriend! And it’s allegedly serious! According to Us Weekly, Cruise has been “romancing a British woman” for several months. He is yet to jump on any talk show’s couch about her, so not many details about the relationship or the Tom Cruise girlfriend are known at the moment. Heck, we’re not even sure of her name. But the tabloid claims that Cruise and this unidentified new lover early met in London in early June when he was filming The Mummy. The two reportedly went on a date at that time to Bourton-on-the-Water, an idyllic village in the Cotswolds, two hours outside the city Of course, some Tom Cruise critics may have difficulty believing this story. It is a long-held stance by many that Cruise only dates women selected for him by The Church of Scientology. There’s been talk of girlfriend auditions and plenty of chatter over how his entire marriage to Katie Holmes was a set-up. But this Us Weekly cover story would have us believe otherwise. It claims that Cruise’s British girlfriend is “very normal and pretty” and has taken to living with the Jack Reacher: Never Go Back star at his rental cottage on the outskirts of London. “They go on bike rides through the countryside. Sometimes Tom’s sister would join them,” an anonymous insider tells the magazine. That sounds very sweet. But are you buying it? Cruise is very public when it comes to selling his movies and promoting them on various talk shows. He’s happy to discuss his professional life. But good luck trying to get him open up about anything personal, such as whether he’s seen Suri any time in the last three years . It’s been over four years since Cruise split from Katie Holmes and this Us Weekly source says he is eager to make his latest romance last. “He’s serious about this relationship and wants to make it work,” claims the tabloid insider. “Tom wants some companionship.” Awww! That’s so sweet! Also pretty sad and sort of scary if the Church of Scientology really is playing any kind of role in Cruise’s love life. But still. There’s something sweet about a mega superstar such as Tom Cruise just wanting someone to go on a bike ride with, isn’t there? And there’s something hilarious about Cruise recreating scenes from his many iconic movies alongside James Corden on television. See for yourself below: Tom Cruise Recreates Iconic Film Scenes with James Corden
Amber Portwood isn’t the only one who wants a piece of Farrah Abraham, just … not that kind of piece. Abraham’s Father, Michael, revealed to Radar Online that Bookout threatened to “kill” his daughter Farrah … which is why he intervened in the fight between Farrah and Amber . Michael told Radar , “I heard Maci tried to come out and she threatened to kill my daughter.” “That is wrong,” he continued, proving that the intellect in the Abraham family runs so, so deep. “Last reunion,” Michael revealed, “I went to her fiancé and said I was happy for their first child.” “I was looking forward to congratulating her on her marriage,” he continued. “Like any good father,” he continued, “from my point of view, I saw [Amber’s] hand touch my daughter’s face.” “When I saw [her] touch my daughter, that’s when I got between the two of them.” While Amber’s known for her anger , there’s no reason to put your hands on another person, even if it’s Farrah Abraham. … But especially if it’s Farrah Abraham, because heaven knows what other places that face has been. And speaking of where that face – and other parts – have been, Michael is insistent that his daughter did not “sell” her body. “My daughter is not a whore,” Michael said. “She has never sold her body.” Oh, snap, way to find that loophole, son. “She is not a prostitute, and those words have come out of our cast members’ mouths and we never got physical.” This is where the sense starts to fall apart, in case you missed that. Or in case you were Farrah Abraham. “Farrah is in the entertainment business,” Michael rationalized. “That’s her choice.” Indeed, it is her choice, and it’s also her choice to emulate waves of horror that make people despise her. It, and hypocrisy, wafts from her very being like waves of flatulence. Previously, Farrah and Amber came to blows because Farrah called Amber’s clingon, Matt Baier, a “pedophile.” After that, “Amber stormed on stage and started yelling at Farrah.” Enter Michael Lohan Abraham. “Michael…got out of his seat and got in between Farrah and Amber and was yelling at Amber and calling her a bitch.” Such nonsense. Though Portwood claims that all the hearsay is false , Michael is apparently a testament to what happened. Even Catelynn Lowell got into the mix, saying that Farrah was terrified. “She cowered like a little bitch,” Catelynn tweeted. “[Farrah] was scared as f–k, the look in her eyes.” “She was terrified.” As she should have been, because damn, does it look like Amber can throw down. For her part, though, Farrah’s ripping mad and claims she’s going to take daughter Sophia off Teen Mom , since she’s, duh, the obvious star of the show. “Due to the three stooges,” she said, “I now will not have my child around an unsafe environment.” “Production is just as much to blame as the girls.” Oh, Farrah. You know who’s to blame for all that’s wrong in the Teen Mom world? Here’s a secret: it’s you. View Slideshow: 12 Most Fiery Feuds in Teen Mom History
Amber Portwood, bless her heart, has had a hell of a life so far. She got pregnant at the tender age of 16, she’s dealt with substance abuse issues bad enough to send her to prison . And the two most significant relationships of her life have been with Gary Shirley and Matt Baier. It’s enough to make you weep for the girl. But the most recent tragedy to befall Amber, according to rumors that began circulating back in August, was a miscarriage . A Teen Mom gossip site claimed that a lawyer who worked with the show had spoken to them about Amber’s miscarriage, and the details were grim. “The lawyer says a prescription drug addiction is the cause of the miscarriage,” the report stated. “He also says Matt has been treating Amber horribly ever since it happened although he is the one who enables her problems.” So not only did she suffer an alleged miscarriage, she suffered an alleged miscarriage because of alleged drug use. What an alleged nightmare. When the rumors first started making the rounds, Amber didn’t say much, but she did post a handy little Marilyn Monroe quote: “When it comes down to it, I let them think what they want. If they care enough to bother with what I do, then I’m better than them anyway.” Yeah, no. So if the quote was Amber’s response to the rumors, it seems like her stance was “think what you want, I don’t care.” Which, interestingly enough, wasn’t so much of a denial as it was just sass. But on this week’s episode of Teen Mom OG, Amber took creepy ol’ Matt Baier on Dr. Drew’s show specifically to discuss those rumors. And wow . Amber Portwood on Miscarriage Rumors “It’s not true at all,” she said. And there you have it. About the prescription pill abuse rumor that went along with the one about the miscarriage, she said it’s also “not true at all.” In fact, she tells Dr Drew that “you would be the first to call me out,” because you know Dr. Drew would be all over it if he suspected she wasn’t sober. But then Matt jumped in to elaborate, and also to pretend that he’s famous for a reason that isn’t sad and sketchy . “Dr. Drew, that’s actually the reason we wanted to come on,” he began his big important statement. Seriously though, can’t you just feel the sleaze rolling off this guy? “That’s the article that kind of pushed us over the edge,” he went on. “Because when you start attacking the sobriety and talk about the loss of a child and say that a mystery Teen Mom lawyer is the source, that’s when we really decided to speak up about this stuff.” “We’ve been quiet about this for about a year, and it kind of pushed us over the edge.” Did you get pushed over the edge, Matt? Did you? Was there an edge that you got pushed over? So sorry, bro. The issue, however, is that Matt has never been the most trustworthy guy, and we love Amber, but since she’s so deeply involved with this creep, it’s hard to trust her, too. At this point though, we pretty much just have to take their word for it. So Amber is sober and she never had a miscarriage: take that little bit of sadness off the heap of heartbreak. It’s getting pretty huge these days.
Taylor Swift is a global superstar who stops the planet from rotating once every two years when she releases a new album. This cannot be denied or debated. But which of these smash hit albums represent Swift's best work? Which would we prefer to forget? Weigh in below on our rankings of Taylor Swift studio albums… 1. A Decade and Counting… Taylor Swift release her first studio album ever back in 2006. Yes, it’s been 10 years, people! Can you believe it?!? Ready to find out how we’d rank each record? Let’s do this… 2. Fearless Released in 2008, Fearless became the best-selling album of 2009 in the United States. There’s no denying its commercial success. But while “Love Story” and “You Belong with Me” are probably the two most memorable tracks off the record, both are pretty harmless and, really, pretty forgettable in the long run/big picture. 3. Taylor Swift The album that started it all. This record peaked at number-five and each one of its tracks – “Tim McGraw,” “Teardrops on My Guitar,” “Our Song,” “Picture to Burn,” and “Should’ve Said No”- charted within the top 40 in America. Look how young and innocent Swift is in the above photo! 4. Speak Now This is when Taylor really started to get personal. The album debuted atop the U.S. charts and include hits (“Mine,” “Back to December,” “Mean” ) that we knew were about her ex-boyfriends. It was great. 5. Red Swift’s fourth studio album Red became her first number-one in the United Kingdom. It also topped the charts in Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand and United States and it included two of her catchiest songs: “We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together” and “I Knew You Were Trouble.” Good luck getting them out of your head now! 6. 1989 And speaking of catchy songs! Swift’s full-on pop album sold 1.287 million copies, making her the first artist to release three albums with sales of one million within a single week. Amazing. One could almost argue that “Shake It Off” “Blank Space” and “Bad Blood” are her three best tracks of all-time. View Slideshow
Usually, Suge Knight is the one being accused of shocking acts of violence and generally gangster-y behavior, but these days the imprisoned music mogul is claiming that one of the most famous names in hip hop tried to have him rubbed out. As you may recall, Suge was shot seven times in the abdomen at a BET Awards after-party in 2014. Despite the presence of 37 security cameras at the 1 Oak nightclub that night, no arrests were made. In a lawsuit filed today, Suge claims the assailant was a hitman hired by Dr. Dre. Knight is requesting $300 million in damages from Dre, but interestingly, he’s not suing for the attempt on his life. Rather, he claims he’s owed the money as a result of the massive amount of cash that the rapper and producer made from selling his Beats by Dre headphone line to Apple. Suge claims to have a lifetime management deal with Dre that entitles him to 30% of his entertainment earnings. Knight says Apple tried to cut him out of the deal, as the company understandably didn’t want to be associated with a guy who tried to kill Eminem , and probably did kill a whole bunch of other people. According to the allegations in the suit, Dre paid a man named T-Money (of course) to assassinate Suge so that he wouldn’t be around to mess up the Apple deal or try to claim his share. So why did Suge sit on this information for so long? Well, it seems he first tried to handle the situation himself, which always ends well. Suge is currently behind bars awaiting trial for the hit-and-run murder of Cle “Bones” Jones. Knight ran Jones over on the set of the NWA biopic Straight Outta Compton last year. According to Knight’s suit – and this is where his allegations really get crazy – Jones was hired by Dre and Universal, the studio that produced Compton , to murder Suge. Suge decided to do some murderin’ of his own in response, but now claims that he killed Jones accidentally. If you’re keeping score at home, that’s now two hits that Dre allegedly put out on Suge, both of them involving two of the biggest media corporations in the world. In addition to Dre, Knight is suing Apple, Universal, and Tam’s Burgers, the Compton restaurant in whose parking lot he ran Bones and another man over. Hopefully, all of this won’t scare a major studio from one day making a Suge biopic, because this man’s life needs to be a movie.
The Walking Dead returned with a bang on Sunday night. Or, to be more precise, The Walking Dead returned with a bat on Sunday night. And that bat was slammed into the heads of two main characters, both of whom were killed off the show in very gruesome fashion. The Walking Dead Season 7: What’s Ahead? Rest in peace, Abraham. And rest in peace, Glenn. Both of these heroes lost their lives at the hands of Negan on The Walking Dead Season 7 Episode 1 , with the drama’s most frightening villain to date making it very clear that he’s in charge. But don’t take our word it. Take the word of Andrew Lincoln’s Rick Grimes. “Let me put this to all of you as clearly as I can,” he says in the extended preview above. “I’m not in charge anymore. Negan is.” Elsewhere in this trailer, we see Daryl getting shown the scary ropes of the Saviors’ territory by Dwight, as Negan makes another point clear: “I don’t think you get it yet,” he says. “You work for me.” Aside from the promo featured here, AMC also released a clip from next Sunday’s new installment, which is titled “The Well.” It features Carol on the mend in the Kingdom with Morgan, who tells his friend of the Kingdom leader: “He does his own thing.” “Uh, what does that mean?” she asks. The Walking Dead Clip: Welcome to The Kingdom The Walking Dead Season 7 premiere has received some backlash for just how violent it was, setting a new standard even for a show who has violence to thank for its immense popularity. Why did we need to see Glenn’s eyes pop out? Why did the camera need to linger on his lifeless body in such a manner? Explained director Greg Nicotero in a conference call with reporters today: “It was important to launch us into this season by showing the extent of what Negan is capable of doing, because that drives so much of where the series is going from here on in.” Moreover, to him Nicotero seeing Rick, “our hero, completely crushed… is more disturbing than the actual violence.” Some folks out there might disagree. Did YOU think the premiere was too violent? Did the series go too far on Sunday night? Yes, that was ridiculous! No, the show has always been violent. Whatever, I stopped watching ages ago. View Poll » Why did two people need to get killed off? “We really needed to drive Rick and Negan’s story throughout the season, and we felt that one death would do the trick, but the second death – Glenn’s death – really propels us into a very different direction,” Nicotero said, adding: [That second murder is] really about Negan laying down the law. So [it] has a lot to do with Rick’s future story, Maggie’s future story and certainly Daryl’s future story.” Interesting. You can use the following video to watch The Walking Dead online and see what the controversy was all about now: Watch The Walking Dead Season 7 Episode 1 Online Response to the premiere has been less than positive, with fans upset over the blood, gore and violence… along with perceived manipulation of producers waiting until halfway through the hour to reveal Negan’s victims. What does Nicotero have to say to those who have threatened to stop watching? “Listen… I’ve been shocked at the turns of events on [Game of Thrones]. But you know what? I still love it. And I’m still committed to seeing where that story goes. “So I think it’s a kneejerk reaction that people have, because they care about these characters. That’s a tribute to every single actor on our show that has perished. “It’s unfortunate that people want to take a negative spin on it… [and especially] if that’s really what’s going to happen [and they’ll stop watching], because the show still has a lot to offer!” WILL YOU KEEP WATCHING THE WALKING DEAD?
Farrah Abraham’s and her never-ending plastic surgery endeavors are getting out of control. And if you don’t think so, then you need to look at her latest lips – which are definitely plumper in comparison to what they used to be. We’re not sure what’s worse – the extemely severe-looking eyebrows, the terribly fake-looking false eyelashes, or the unseeing, vacuous eyes. Oh, what’s that? She can’t help that last part? Our bad. It definitely looks like Farrah went overboard with lip injections in this shocking, in-your-face photo, and there’s no coming back from this. She previously looked worse, but this new look isn’t much better. In prior years, she channeled Futurama’s Leela, and after that experience, you’d think she would have learned her lesson. The Teen Mom star’s face has changed so much over the years, it’s hard to realize that we’re even looking at the same person anymore. Since she hit the scene, exploiting her teenage gestation, she’s had her boobs done multiple times, a butt lift, and multiple procedures done on her lips. Rumors about her butt have flown around for years, and you, yourself, probably know what that thing looks like as if it were your own. Farrah’s face wasn’t a bad face to begin with. Yeah, it was a childish face, but that was because she was a teen when we first met her. Makes sense. Howver, can you wrap your head around how Farrah might look today had she not done half of what she did with her face and body over the years? We might actually be looking at a pretty woman, instead of a plastic-filled sack of vicious drama and poor parenting. Whatever Farrah’s doing – or not doing … or considering doing – she needs to stop. Things are getting far out of hand, and there will, undoubtedly, be a time where there’s just no return. And like Snooki and her constant evolution, we’re just about there, y’all. Just about damn there. Get a grip, Farrah. And while you’re at it, take some parenting classes, too, girl. Heaven knows we don’t need another generation of Teen Moms on our hands all over again. View Slideshow: 29 Most Cringe-Worthy Farrah Abraham Pics of All Time
Kevin Meaney, a veteran stand-up comedian and occasional actor, was found dead on Friday at his home in Forestburgh, New York. He was 60 years old. Agent Tom Ingegno says Meaney’s cause of death wasn’t immediately known. Meaney had been scheduled to perform Saturday night in Rhode Island, according to his official website. Following his first HBO special in 1986, Meaney was thrust into the spotlight, debuting on The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson in 1987. He would appear on the iconic late-night program over a dozen times. Meaney also starred in the CBS sitcom Uncle Buck, which ran for one season in 1990 and appeared on Saturday Night Live. Fellow comedians were quick to offer condolences on Twitter after news of Meaney’s death broke. Here is a sampling of what they wrote in the star’s memory: Elsewhere, Bob Saget wrote: “Kevin Meaney. So kind. So damn funny. So sorry for his loved ones for his loss. Rest In Peace dear Kevin.” Judd Apatow Tweeted: “Kevin Meaney was as funny as they get and the nicest man. He could make you lose your mind laughing. A very special person.” Said David Cross: “R.I.P. Kevin Meaney. A true, and rare, comedy legend. And one of the nicest guys you could ever hope to meet as well.” We pass along our condolences as well. View Slideshow: Celebrities Who Passed Away in 2016: Gone, But Not Forgotten
After Lemonade was released, you’d really think any person with the tiniest bit of sense would think twice before trying to mess with Beyonce . But the Kardashian in-law and sometime rapper Kanye West, as we’ve learned time and time again, does not have the tiniest bit of sense . He has no sense. He has negative sense. And so when he went after Jay Z earlier this week during his big sad concert rant , he probably didn’t even consider the possibility that Queen Bey could come for him. Lord, what fools these mortals be … To recap, Jay Z hurt Kanye’s feelings and he told the world about it during a show on Wednesday night. He was upset about some “Tidal/Apple bullsh-t,” and the “politics” of Jay’s music. Kanye said that he and Jay recorded verses for a Drake song, but that Jay wouldn’t let Drake use them because Meek Mill is signed on his record label, and Drake and Meek Mill are mortal enemies. If it all sounds kind of complicated, just go ahead and check out the personal issues Kanye got into. Kanye West on Jay Z: We’re DONE, Bruh! “I can’t take this sh-t, bro!” he cried out in such emotional turmoil. “Our kids ain’t never even played together.” Yes, he vaguely brought up America’s princess, Blue Ivy, to make a point about how much they’ve drifted apart, and that just sounds like a bad idea. Kanye also referenced Kim’s awful Paris ordeal , saying “Don’t call me, after the robbery, and say ‘How you feeling?’ You wanna know how I’m feeling?” “Come by the house. Bring the kids by the house like we brothers.” It feels too personal, right? Like this is the kind of thing that should be shared over a phone call or even in a journal, not to thousands of strangers. And Beyonce agrees. According to a new report from HollywoodLife, “Beyonce is frustrated and disappointed in Kanye for calling them out like this.” “They’ve been friends with Kanye for a long, long time, if he has issues with them, he can call them up and they can talk about it in private.” Apparently, Beyonce “thinks he should be home taking care of Kim, not putting his energy into this kind of childish negativity.” “After all the pain and suffering the Paris robbery caused, Bey really doesn’t think the world needs them feuding.” That fits pretty well with what we’ve already heard from a source close to Jay Z, who claimed that “Jay can’t stand him,” and that he “doesn’t want that much to do with him.” The source stated that Jay “looks at him as this crazy, eccentric motherf-cker he can tolerate in small doses. Kanye is a nut job. Everyone knows that.” What a mess. The thing is that when Kanye feels his feelings, he really feels them, you know? If he’s happy with someone, he’s going to send them a wall of roses . If he’s upset with someone, he’s going to tell the world about it, literally. View Slideshow: 12 Best Kanye West Rants That’s just the way he is, and that’s the way he’s always been. If Bey and Jay made the choice to be friends with him in the first place, they should have accepted that as part of the crazy-ass deal. At the very least, they should be able to just shake their heads and go “oh, Kanye!” at this latest stunt. A Kanye rant is nothing to get all bent out of shape over. Take the high road, Carter family.
