The Real Housewives of New Jersey Recap: Uncivil Unions

This week’s episode of The Real Housewives of New Jersey, “Uncivil Union,” had nothing to do with the upcoming gay wedding and everything to do with the family drama between friends and siblings … what else is new. We break down all the crass comments and wardrobe disasters in THG’s +/- recap! Caroline’s brother Jaime is getting married to his partner Rich at their place in Chicago which looks like a cross between a Swiss chalet and a miniature golf course. I can’t say I’ve ever seen anything like it but Plus 20 to the happy couple. Too bad the rest of their family and friends can’t follow their example. The dress code for the big day consists of floral prints and pastels and an emphasis on hats for the ladies. Plus 10 because who hasn’t wanted an excuse to wear one of those ridiculous looking English hats.

Aubrey O’Day Fired on Celebrity Apprentice; Clay Aiken, Arsenio Hall Vie For Title

Aubrey O’Day may not be a slut , but she is out of a job. The outspoken … whatever she is gave it her best all season long, but she was fired Sunday on Celebrity Apprentice, leaving Clay Aiken and Arsenio Hall as the last men standing and vying for the top spot next week. Did Donald Trump make the right call axing Aubrey? The boss man called the singer “transparent,” sending her packing and leaving Arsenio and Clay to battle it out, with former teammates back in the fold. Clay got some help from Penn Jillette, Dee Snyder, Debbie Gibson and Aubrey O’Day . Arsenio, picked Paul Teutul Sr., Teresa Giudice, Lisa Lampanelli and Adam Carolla. Team Clay and Team Arsenio were then told to direct, produce and star in a variety show to raise money for their charities, sell tickets and create a PSA. Clay decided to put on a musical, asking Debbie for musical advice and Penn to help write and conceptualize. Clay and Debbie quickly sparred over it. The former American Idol runner-up was a fan of micromanaging more than Arsenio, but both men were dedicated to raising funds for their causes. Clay, a former special education teacher, was happy and right in his element when working with children for a National Inclusion Project PSA. Arsenio, who was raising money for the Magic Johnson Foundation, took a humorous approach to the task. He even involved Magic in the PSA. Unfortunately for Team Arsenio, a miscommunication with the tech team made much of Magic’s essential shot unusable, possibly dooming him. It’s all about the ticket sales and contributions raised, though, and both will play a key role in who wins the Celebrity Apprentice next weekend. Who do you think it’ll be, Clay or Arsenio? Aisha Tyler to Co-Host The Talk

The Talk will have something to … talk about in the form Aisha Tyler ( Ghost Whisperer , Friends , and currently Archer ) to the panel of the CBS daytime show. Tyler joins Sara Gilbert, Julie Chen, Sharon Osbourne and Sheryl Underwood. The contracts of Leah Remini and Holly Robinson Peete were not renewed. She previously guest-hosted on CBS’ answer to The View , which celebrates its one-year anniversary this month, and made her debut today. Can Aisha Tyler jumpstart The Talk? As part of an attempt to revamp the year-old show, CBS has rotated in a string of guest hosts; Kris Jenner did a stint, as did Molly Shannon. Back in 2009, Tyler shot an eponymous talk show pilot for ABC that was described as a hybrid between daytime and late-night talk shows. It didn’t really pan out. Hopefully this will! We are one week away from the release of Justin Bieber’s special shout-out to Christmas, as “Under the Mistletoe” comes out on November 1. In anticipation of this event, the singer unveiled the official music video for his holiday original a few days ago – and now he’s teamed up with Usher to present this duo’s version of “Chestnuts Roasting on an Open Fire.” “This record is going to be remembered for years to come,” Usher said on Ryan Seacrest’s radio program today. “It’s a record that has always been on of my favorites, and I’m happy that I was able to share it with Justin, and for us to put it out.” LISTEN BELOW! Courtney Stodden Booted from Pumpkin Patch for Revealing Outfit, Responds Via Scripture

Courtney Stodden got ejected from a pumpkin patch this weekend for… well, being Courtney Stodden. According to reports , the 17-year old and her middle-aged husband, Doug Hutchison, were simply minding their own business in Santa Clarita Valley, getting into the Halloween spirit, when parents around them complained about Stodden’s revealing outfit.

Justin Timberlake Discusses Mind-Bending, Otherworldly In Time Role

Justin Timberlake makes his first turn as an action star In Time , out Friday. Now a bona fide A-list actor, the 30-year-old plans a futuristic James Bond of sorts. “I got to live out a lot of boyhood fantasies in this movie shooting guns and getting to learn how to stunt drive,” Timberlake told our partner site, Movie Fanatic. In Time follows Timberlake’s character in a world where money has been replaced by time. What would he personally do if he only had 24 hours to live? Moreover, what age would he not want to revisit, and what causes does he help advance when he’s not singing, acting and being the coolest guy alive? His answers are both fun and enlightening. Dina Manzo Defends Teresa Giudice, Tells The Truth!

On part two of The Real Housewives of New Jersey reunion special , Caroline Manzo went off on Teresa Giudice for a number of reasons. Among them: Caroline blames her castmate for the disintegrated relationship she has with her sister, Dina. How does Dina feel about this publicized mess? In a new blog entry titled blog post labeled “The Truth!,” this former Real Housewife writes that she wants to “put all this to rest,” and starts by addressing critics: “Just so you know I’ve been offered a SERIOUS amount of money to sell this to many outlets BUT I chose to do it for free here. So all of you who have something to say can shove it.” Alright then. Glad that’s cleared up. But what about Dina’s take on Teresa’s recent behavior, which includes a diss of Caroline in her latest cookbook? “Was it necessary for her to write that stuff in her book? Probably not, but I don’t think it was written with malice either,” Dina said. “So there you have it, Teresa had nothing to do with me staying away from everyone, I even stayed away from her too.” So why did Dina stay away from cast members? “I really wanted to walk away from all of the toxic behavior,” she writes. “I was not into ganging up on anyone… I guess some of the Housewives may have taken that as I think I’m better than them… that couldn’t be further from the truth.” Finally, in relation to her feud with Caroline, Dina is vague: “Feelings did get hurt. I won’t get into them because I have no desire to rehash the past that can only hurt my parents whom I adore… There is no side here, this is a private matter…” Then, of course, Dina closed by plugging Dina’s Party on HGTV.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey Recap: The Grinch’s Last Name is Giudice

It’s still Christmas in Jersey and we get to spend the festive morning with all the families. Who has the Christmas spirit and whose can use a little work? Let’s run it down in THG’s +/- review: Why can’t Teresa stop causing trouble? It’s only been a few weeks since she and her brother started speaking again. Having them show up for Christmas Eve is a big deal considering where their relationship was just a short time ago. But Teresa can’t let it be. When she hears the Gorgas are heading over to Kathy’s she can’t hold her tongue. She even tries to use the kids to make her point. Minus 10 for such a lack of manners. I can’t believe I’m saying this but Joe Gorga’s was the voice of reason. He explains that they had already accepted Kathy’s invitation so they felt obligated to attend both parties.
