As much as I think Lais Ribeiro is a hot piece, I am surprised that Maxim Magazine put her on the cover. No disrespect to Lais, but I haven’t done one post on her in over a year, which means she is not that relevant to men now and I feel by looking through her Instagram she is catering to a female crowd which is smart on her end, since there is more money in that. All that being said, Maxim is a thing of the past and they should hire me to revive their magazine.

Maya Stepper is a german “traveler”…but she looks more like a try hard model – who could be an actual model – I can’t tell these days – but is doing nude shoots for instagram nudity accounts that position themselves as an actual magazine….because people like nudity…except instagram so you need to angle it. She’s hot as fuck, but you can tell she is trying to grow her social media to hit 1 million – because that’s the number girls aim for to feel like they make it – and she’s almost at 300k….it’s just a matter of a lot more nude shoots…but eventually she will be household…and unlike nudity for fame of the past…none of the sex to get to that point needs to be documented…as it is all so classy… Now I have this theory where all girls are hookers, looking for rich guys to make babies with, because feminism…..but none of the rich guys want to feel like they are looking through the Los Angeles back pages, they don’t want to feel like a dirtbag door to door sales men or lonely losers who hire hookers from the back pages, so they need instagram to be that buffer and followers to be that credibility… Maybe she’s not a hooker, she’s just a modern day opportunist…or she sees how easy it is to get an audience and make money and have great opportunities…and why not take it…plus she’s german and into shitting on dudes….so it all works out in the end…right.. BOSSIP was in the building to applaud the Affinity award nominees and recipient Ava Duvernay before chatting it up with Lance Gross about Kim K, Tyler Perry getting backlash for negativity in his movies, what’s next for him, and more. Check out our interview below: What can you tell us about tonight’s event and why it was important for you to be a part of this? “I mean, I’m here to support. I think it’ s great what Affinity is doing for African-American filmmakers. I support anybody who supports us. I just recently produced my first film so, you know it means a lot when you have people behind you and $20,000… that’s a lot for somebody who’s trying to get their film off the ground so, I support that.” You mentioned that you already have one movie under your belt as a producer. What else are you working on right now? “I’m actually just looking through scripts right now. My first project that I produced was “The Last Fall” and it was successful so, I just want to get the right project. This rare all-black mutant penguin was spotted and photographed by Andrew Evans, who is traveling in Antarctica. What gave this suave little guy his goth look? No, the answer is not Photoshop. National Geographic's Janelle Nanos asked Allan Baker, an ornithologist, about the images. Here's what transpired: “Well that is astonishing,” he said. “I've never ever seen that before. It's a one in a zillion kind of mutation somewhere. The animal has lost control of its pigmentation patterns. Presumably it's some kind of mutation.” He explained that typically, melanistic birds of all species will have white spots where melanin pigmentation has failed to color the feathers. But it's extremely rare for melanin deposits to occur where they're not normally located, as genes control those pathways (in this case, in the breast feathers of the king penguin).
