Lex McAllister, Former Bachelor Contestant, Dead of Apparent Suicide

Lex McAllister, a contestant on season 14 of The Bachelor – has been found dead. According to TMZ, authorities believe that McAllister took her own life by overdosing on prescription medications. Lex’s family says she suffered from bipolar disorder and depression throughout her life. Early reports indicate that a 911 call was received on Saturday afternoon after McAllister was found unconscious in her home. She was rushed to a nearby hospital, where her condition quickly stabilized. Sadly, McAllister reportedly took an unexpected turn for the worse on Sunday, when her organs began to shut down. On Monday, her family made the difficult decision to remove her from life support, and she passed away on Tuesday afternoon. McAllister was featured on one of the show’s most popular seasons, in which Jake Pavelka  served in the title role. Shockingly, she is not the first season 14 cast member to take her own life, as fellow contestant  Gia Allemand committed suicide  in 2013. Following Allemand’s death, Pavelka spoke openly of his shock and grief. There’s no word on whether or not he’s been informed of McAllister’s passing. A successful career woman, McAllister’s Twitter page describes her as a “business development expert, franchise consultant and entrepreneur.” Her family has requested privacy during this difficult time. Josh Duggar: HIDING in Rehab Until Sex Scandal Blows Over, Afraid to Come Home?

Disgraced reality star Josh Duggar has been hiding out in a secluded, sex addiction rehab program in Illinois for half a year now.  All the while, his scorned and long-suffering wife Anna Duggar is raising their four children on her own, toiling away until his return. Anna, who’s homeschooling the couple’s children, is effectively a single mom who has borne all the responsibilities of child-rearing. Granted, she was doing the bulk of the work before while Josh was looking at online porn and cruising Ashley Madison for mistresses. (Reports that Josh got Anna Duggar pregnant during a conjugal visit appear to be false; Anna would have a hard time hiding it this long.) In any case … what is Josh’s deal at this point? For a man supposedly focused on recovery, and desperate to save his marriage, one wonders what the hell he’s still doing in rehab. Yes, we know that an addict can’t change his ways overnight, and whatever special “program” he’s in should be given time to take hold. In reality, all men are kind of sex addicts though. Some just choose to have respect for their wives and not go on Ashley Madison and/or pay strippers for rough sex. Just food for thought. Whether he’s been stashed away by his parents or staying put of his own volition, this reeks of a strategy to stay out of the public eye. And it’s borderline shameful if you ask us. Yes, the longer Josh stays out of the public eye, the more we talk about Jana Duggar and Jill’s second pregnancy (supposedly) instead. But for a dude you would think is eager to change his image – that of a hypocrite, and terrible husband and father – it’s a fine line indeed. The Duggars reportedly lost a staggering $25 million in 2015 due to lost book deals, endorsements and speaking engagements. Josh was to blame for that, and also did some bad things, so the Duggars’ desire to distance themselves is understandable. To a degree. Except for the fact that 1. Anna Duggar suffers for it, and 2. Tori Spelling: Not Pregnant, Just Pretending She Might Be For True Tori Ratings

Tori Spelling is not pregnant, despite what the promos for True Tori Season 2 might have you believe. It’s just a tried and true made for reality TV storyline. Not unlike alleged home wrecker Emily Goodhand, some might argue! McDermott’s longtime friend Dan Kibsey says, “Use your common sense! When she had the last baby, there were a lot of serious issues. It takes time to heal.” “For me, having two children is a big family and they’ve got four.” “Obviously they’ve already interjected [the storyline] into the show,” he continues. “I know if it’s true or not, but I don’t want to be the one to come out and say.” Another Tori source adds, “It’s not true. It’s just for the show .” Addiction, adultery, and money troubles have all hit Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott hard, and make for more than enough reasons to watch True Tori online. But “there’s one more thing,” she says in a True Tori Season 2 promo . “I may be pregnant.” Our intern may be dating Emily Ratajkowski too. Or he may not be. True Tori Season 2 Promo The possible pregnancy, clearly, is yet another way Spelling trying to ramp up ratings for the second season, during which she also meets with Mary Jo Eustace . Yes, McDermott’s two scorned wives have a heart-to-heart. Spelling is mom to Liam, 7, Stella, 6, Hattie, 3, and Finn, 2, while Dean also has a son Jack with Mary Jo, to whom he was married when he got with Tori. Finn’s birth in 2012 was a difficult one for Spelling, 41, who was hospitalized multiple times throughout her pregnancy. So a fifth would be highly unlikely. If we assume Dean did cheat on her with Emily Goodhand last year, she has a great many reasons to stop at four kids, and only one reason not to: Ratings. She’s a savvy (and shameless one), that Tori. Fiance Fakes Death to Get Out of Wedding, Feels Really Bad About It

Tucker Blandford is alive and well. And very, very sorry. The 23-year old was set to marry Alex Lancaster, who Blandford met when the two attended college in Connecticut together in 2012, on August 15. However, Blandford got such cold feet prior to the big day that he pretended as if he had perpetually cold feet… by faking his own death! Alex Lancaster Speaks on Tucker Blandford Lancaster – who described her fiancé as “such a gentlemen” and told The Daily Mirror she had “never been in love” like she was with Tucker – says she got a call a few months ago from a man claiming to be Blandford’s father. “He told me Tucker had been deeply depressed and wanted to die, so had thrown himself in front of a car,” she said, according to Yahoo! News UK, adding: “The man explained that they had been trying to send Tucker off to a psychiatric unit for help. But it was too late. I couldn’t breathe. It was absolutely devastating.” We’d have to imagine it would be. But Lancaster than called her heretofore future in-laws and spoke to Tucker’s mom, who said her son was “absolutely fine” and also said she thought the couple had broken up. “She knew nothing about the wedding,” said Lancaster, adding that she quickly discovered her supposedly wedding venue did not actually have her a booking for her big day. Blandford now admits to his ruse and says he feels pretty badly about it. “I’m a terrible, awful person. I know I shouldn’t have told her I was dead, but I didn’t know what else to do,” the coward told The Daily Mail. “Alex is an amazing girl, but I got scared and wanted to get out of the relationship. It was moving extremely fast and with us being in different countries, it was really hard.” We get it, but come on. You couldn’t have at least sent a breakup text ? 15 Hilarious Wedding Photos 1. RUN! Yup, that’s actor Jeff Goldblum and this is an awesome reenactment of Jurassic Park. Blandford has since texted an apology to his jilted bride-to-be and also paid back half the $1,200 he owes her for wedding-related expenses. But Lancaster refuses any contact. “I don’t think I’ll ever forgive him,” she says. “Pretend to be dead to get out of marrying me is just gutless. If he loved me, how could he do such a thing?” It’s a good question.

Tori Spelling’s life is starting to play out like some sort of soap opera, only with each passing day it’s harder to tell who’s acting and what’s actually real life. First, her husband Dean McDermott cheated on her. Then, being Tori Spelling, she decided to let cameras in their home to air the fallout on Lifetime. Then, she was accused of making the whole thing up just to get another reality show, as many started to wonder if Emily Goodhand even exists . Now, as speculation surges regarding Dean’s alleged mistress, we learn that a mysterious ailment landed Tori in the hospital for six days . What was it? And she couldn’t keep any food down from the ulcer,” says an alleged insider. “She was in a great deal of pain and was very scared.” Sounds fairly believable, right? Sure. But get this … None other than the guy causing her that migraine and ulcer, Dean McDermott, was by her side every day … along with the reality TV camera crew. It all makes sense, doesn’t it? Dean comforting Tori through her medical crisis after all they’ve been through is the perfect denouement for the show. He’s not perfect, but he’s there when it counts. Tori will see that although Dean is a cheating, lying, alcoholic who says she sucks at sex and stuck it in some random Canadian (possibly), he loves her. Did Spelling really have an ulcer and/or migraine? Very possibly. But TV expert that she is, she had to know a hospital trip would be perfect for True Tori . It’s like art imitating life … or the reverse?

Gravity Trailer: Will George Clooney, Sandra Bullock Survive?

U.S. astronauts attempt to return to Earth after debris crashes into their space shuttle, leaving them drifting alone in orbit in this third Gravity trailer. Here we see the gravity (so to speak) of what the protagonists played by George Clooney and Sandra Bullock are up against, and it does not look good. See the directorial vision of Alfonso Cuaron, and what James Cameron is already calling “the best space movie ever done,” in the Gravity trailer below: Gravity Movie Trailer Enough to pique your curiosity and then some? We thought so. Whether it’s Oscar material or not remains to be seen, but it’s certainly going to be closely watched, given the performances of the two big names. Gravity lands (so to speak) October 4 in 3D, 2D and IMAX 3D.

Defined Lines: Robin Thicke "Blurred Lines" Parody Turns Tables, Goes Viral

Robin Thicke’s “Blurred Lines” may be the song of the summer, but a parody called “Defined Lines” gives it a run for its money – and turns the tables on the taboo track. An Auckland University student group, the Law Revue Girls, created “Defined Lines” in response to the criticism to the song, which some say is decidedly sexist. The parody attempts to “define the supposedly ‘blurred lines'” and declares: “What you see on TV / Doesn’t speak equality / It’s straight up misogyny.” Robin, Pharrell and T.I.? You all just got served. Defined Lines – Robin Thicke “Blurred Lines” Parody Olivia Lubbock, one of the women featured, said: “The message really is that we think women should be treated equally, and as part of that, we’re trying to address the culture of objectifying women in music videos.” Thicke’s wife Paula Patton found it to be a huge turn-on (and we’re guessing Lana Scolaro was a fan) but it certainly has its share of detractors. Ironically, like “Blurred Lines,” “Defined Lines” was banned from YouTube briefly on Monday after being flagged for “inappropriate” sexual content. It has since been restored after Lubbock called the video’s removal a “massive double standard,” since the models in Thicke’s video are equally sexualized. “It’s just funny that the response has been so negative when you flip it around and objectify males,” she said, inviting people to watch and see for themselves. Rapper Faked Own Death? Warrant Out for Tim Dog

On February 14, Timothy “Tim Dog” Blair was reported dead, with sources as reputable as Rolling Stone reporting he passed away from a diabetes-related seizure. But Esther Pilgrim believes otherwise: she says the ex-rapper faked his death in order to swindle her out of $32,000. Blair and Pilgrim met through an online dating site and the former pleaded guilty in 2011 to defrauding Pilgrim into funding his supposedly resurrected music career. Tim Dog was ordered to pay $19,000 in restitution over a five-year period, money he did fork over to Pilgrim in various installments… until his supposed death in February. But Pilgrim had questions at the time, none of which have been answered. “What city? Who found him? There was nothing with any type of concrete details,” she says. Now, prosecutor Steven Jubera is working with Pilgrim to have Blair’s probation revoked and there is now a warrant out for his arrest. “I need a death certificate showing that’s he’s dead because as far as I’m concerned, he’s alive,” the lawyer told WREG this week. Pilgrim says Tom Dog may have scammed many others around the world and owes over $2 million in total. The artist shot to fame in 1991 with the song “F**k Compton,” a track aimed at West Coast rappers Dr. Dre and N.W.A.
