After letting Luke Cage go along with Iron Fist , the streaming service announced late Thursday that they were cancelling Daredevil , the longest running Marvel series on Netflix. The show had just completed its third season. “Marvel’s Daredevil will not return for a fourth season on Netflix,” the company said, per Deadline . “We are tremendously proud of the show’s last and final season and although it’s painful for the fans, we feel it best to close this chapter on a high note. We’re thankful to showrunner Erik Oleson, the show’s writers, stellar crew and incredible cast including Charlie Cox as Daredevil himself, and we’re grateful to the fans who have supported the show over the years. While the series on Netflix has ended, the three existing seasons will remain on the service for years to come, while the Daredevil character will live on in future projects for Marvel.” With Daredevil ‘s cancellation, there is only two shows under the Marvel umbrella on Netflix: The Punisher and Jessica Jones . According to CNN , Erron Martez Dequan Brown was apprehended at a relative’s house not far from Atlanta. The problem is, before catching Erron Martez Dequan Brown, Hoover Police killed Emantic Bradford Jr. in a highly suspicious and likely racist case of “mistaken identity”. Bradford’s funeral will be we held on Saturday at 10:00 a.m. at the Boutwell Auditorium in Birmingham. City officials and protesters are currently putting pressure on the Alabama state’s police to release “limited information” about the shooting that might provide some clarity about how and why Emantic was killed. In their response, the ALEA makes it clear they don’t wanna say a damn thing about it: “It is highly likely that prematurely releasing information, including video evidence, would have hampered the investigation’s progress thus far, even to the point of deterring key witnesses,” ALEA said in a statement. “As other witnesses continue to come forward, it is imperative for the integrity of the investigation that SBI (the State Bureau of Investigation) continue to keep confidential information Agents obtain.” As for Erron Martez Dequan Brown, he’s facing attempted murder charges for shooting 18-year-old Brian Xavier and an unidentified 12-year-old girl. We hope and pray that Ematic Bradford’s family gets justice and whatever inadequate form of restitution that they can. Sadly, not even justice and legal award can make this right.

Bush, the 41st president of the United States and father to the 43rd president George W. Bush, has passed away at age 94. According to TMZ , the former president had been suffering failing health off and on for the past few years, marked by occasional hospitalizations . His death comes hot on the heels of his wife of 73 years, Barbara Bush’s passing this past April at the age of 92. He is survived by 5 children, 17 grandchildren, and 8 great grandchildren, in addition to one daughter, Robin, who passed away from leukemia at the age of 3. R.I.P. Of course, this tweet ended up making the rounds and circled back all the way to Rihanna , who obviously isn’t okay with her music being played anywhere that’s associated with 45. According to the letter, Trump has used Rihanna’s music “in connection with a number of political events held across the United States,” which is deemed “improper” because Rihanna hasn’t given her consent. Trump could ask permission from here on out, but we all know what her answer would be–which is probably why his people didn’t bother approaching her in the first place. This is far from the first time we’ve seen Ms. Fenty get political. Rihanna has remained politically active during this midterm season, and she endorsed Florida candidate Andrew Gillum on Instagram over the weekend as she continues to encourage every one of her fans to go vote. On top of that, Rih also made headlines recently for her apparent refusal to play at the Superbowl halftime show, which she did in support of Colin Kaepernick.

You’ve likely heard the rumors. You’ve probably read the headlines. But now we have the answer. About four months after Joe Giudice was told he was going to be deported next year after he gets released from jail, his famous wife has answered the question that continues to hang over her and her family. Will she or won’t she divorce Joe in light of this troubling development? Joe, who has been featured prominently on The Real Housewives of New Jersey, pleaded guilty years ago to multiple counts of financial fraud. He was subsequently sentenced to over 40 months behind bars, a stint he is currently serving. In late June, a judge decreed that Giudice (who moved here from Italy as a child, yet never became a United States citizen) must move back to his native country once he’s a free man because he’s an immigrant who committed a felony. It’s as simple as that. But Teresa and Joe’s relationship seems complicated. Can it survive such a traumatic jolt as one half no longer being permitted to live in America? Is Teresa devastated by this news or secretly celebrating her upcoming freedom ? Asked by Entertainment Tonight over the weekend when she would ever divorce her husband, Teresa answered succinctly : “No. We’re going to be a family, and we’re going to fight this and get through this.” Teresa and Joe pleaded guilty to numerous charges of fraud in 2014. The mother of four was sentenced to 15 months in federal prison and started her sentence in January of 2015, but was released early. Then, earlier this year, 31 months into his sentence, the U.S. Department of Justice confirmed that Joe had been ordered to leave the United States at the end of his prison sentence. (He has fewer than 30 days to appeal the decision.) But will he be going alone? Or might the entire Giudice clan uproot their lives to keep him company? “We are not even thinking about [whether we’d move to Italy] right now. We’re going to take it day by day. We’re going to take it one step at a time,” Teresa told ET, adding: “First, we’re going to process the paperwork to do an appeal, and we’re going to get through that.” Continues Giudice: “I can’t predict the future, and I am not going to be… I am going to be positive about it,” she said. “Joe starts talking about [the deportation order] and I don’t want to talk about it yet… “I shut him down. I don’t want to talk about it, and what comes first is our daughters and we’re going to fight this.” The embattled couple has four children: 17-year-old Gia, 14-year-old Gabriella, 13-year-old Milania and 9-year-old Audriana. In response to her dad’s situation, Gia recently tried to rally support for her imprisoned father. “My father is no threat to society,” she wrote as a caption to a throwback photo of dad and daughter, adding: “He is one of the most warm hearted people I know… “My father did his time. And learned from his mistakes. Jenna Cooper and Jordan Kimball’s Bachelor in Paradise cheating scandal didn’t end when they broke up. While Jenna has fired back, saying that she’s a victim of fraud, Jordan has all but accused her of blackmailing him through her attorneys. Now, she is hitting back even harder, and accusing Jordan of having faked the text messages for publicity’s sake. Over the weekend, Us Weekly spoke to Jordan Kimball about this entire situation. “It is what it is,” the model states simply. When it comes to the emails he shared that he clearly viewed as a blackmail attempt , he says: “I said nothing about it.” “The email was sent to me,” Jordan explains. “I got phone calls from the firm.” “It was an attorney representing her,” Jordan says, who told him to publicly exonerate Jenna or the firm would go public with what they know. Jordan says that he’s heard from her attorneys, but that’s about as personal as it gets these days. “I’ve heard nothing back” from Jenna, Jordan says. “And her family stopped — I guess you could say bashing me online.” “They have said nothing,” he says. “She has said nothing. It’s behind us.” “I no longer feel I need to defend myself,” Jordan claims. “It is what it is.” But … is it? Because Jenna released some evidence for the entire world to see. When other Bachelor ladies rallied to Jenna’s defense , Lauren Burnham assured the world that she’d seen proof that Jenna wasn’t a cheater. It’s not that people realistically believe that Reality Steve fabricated text messages out of thin air. Instead, people believe that someone close to Jenna, someone who knew her texting style and phone number, faked them and sent them to him. And Jenna’s electronic devices got a clean bill of health — with an examination that proves she never cheated . “A comprehensive forensic examination of Jenna’s devices by an independent third-party expert, Jenna’s publicist Steve Honig begins. Honig continues: “has definitively confirmed none of the text messages in question came from Jenna’s phone.” “Given the conclusive findings of the forensic report,” Honig says. “Jenna’s team is considering all options available to Jenna relating to the fraudulent texts.” Jenna’s publicist’s statement continues, and begins to paint a troubling picture of her former love. “After the cameras stopped rolling, Jordan’s demeanor toward Jenna changed dramatically,” Honig reveals. “He let it be known there was only room for one celebrity in the relationship,” Honig says. Jordan reportedly made it clear that “he was more successful and famous than her, she would never make as much money as him or amount to anything in life.” “She was belittled and made to feel insignificant and worthless,” Honig says. “He continues to disparage her to this day.” “As painful as this has been for Jenna,” Honig concludes. “She is glad he showed his true colors before they were married and began building a life together.” Protus3 is a Raleigh-based security service to which Jenna turned to prove her innocense. They examined her iPhone, iPad, and iCloud storage. “An analysis of the messages and data ranging from June 11, 2017, through September 18, 2018, on all devices,” the Protus3 report says. The report continues, revealing that the test “did not reveal any of the text messages alleged to be created by Ms. Cooper.” As we mentioned, the analysis would have turned up any messages, even deleted ones, that she sent on any of her devices. Protus3’s analysis also showed that certain keywords showed up in Jenna’s messages to Jordan and in the allegedly fabricated texts that make her look like a cheater. Protus3 just reports as a third party on the contents of the examination, but Jenna’s attorneys have made their theory clear. They believe that Jordan faked the texts and then sent them to Reality Steve with enough details about Jenna to make the texts look authentic. But, as Protus3 notes, screenshots — no matter their source — cannot be authenticated with the level of certainty that comes with screening a device. It’s not clear what they believe was Jordan’s motive. Was he allegedly trying to milk the Bachelor Nation for sympathy that could carry him forward in his reality career? Was he just trying to end their relationship without appearing to the public as “the bad guy?” Or is Jordan just another victim in all of this, and the texts were fabricated by someone else?
