Coca Cola’s Offensive Socially Conscious Mexican Ad of the DAy

I just saw this in my facebook feed and it made me laugh. I guess Coca Cola understands that they are in a losing battle against sugar in North America, because Canadians and Americans are health conscious and Coca Cola is toxic as fuck, even when they try to position it as healthy or as a special “treat” for you after you workout because everyone needs a treat… So they focus on the sugar loving nations that can afford a coca cola and consider it some kind of American delicacy… And they are doing it by playing the socially conscious, or responsible company that is out there to save people with their toxic swill… I know latin America and in some areas, Coke is less expensive than bottled water, even though coke is responsible for the bottled water, as it is all from the water resevoir they apparently take 75% of the water from… Meaning, they know their drink is addictive shit, and they know it is their lifeline, because water is just water, so they price it cheaper than the same fucking water they are bottling, even though it has all that added sugar….because they are fucking EVIL… So the premise is: “white people bringing gifts to save Christmas”…. The message after it was released is: “convey a message of unity and joy”. Instead, it “reproduced and reinforced stereotypes of indigenous people as culturally and racially subordinate” The reality is….they are manipulating people to buy their product, get addicted to their product, not because they are uneducated, but because it’s a treat and cheaper than bottled water…they are selling them… Either way…evil…billion dollar coproations… The post Coca Cola’s Offensive Socially Conscious Mexican Ad of the DAy appeared first on DrunkenStepfather .

Can A Black-Owned Business Market To All People?

Is a Black business obligated to always cater and market to a Black clientele? It’s an provocative question considering the current dust-up over global cosmetic company Black Opal’s new marketing campaign. As reported by Black Girl Long Hair: Black Opal, a well-established cosmetic line, found themselves in hot water yesterday when they responded to a series of Facebook comments regarding ads which seemed to distance them from their overwhelmingly black customer base. When Black Opal’s Twitter and Facebook followers saw the ads, they asked some valid questions. Most were black women who were under the impression that Black Opal was a brand geared toward black women or brown-skinned women in general… The company does assert emphatically that “our leadership has never issued a ‘non-inclusive’ statements” about its product offerings or sales objectives. [ MadameNoire ] Who’s To Blame For The Decline In Black Media? An October 2014 study released by Nielsen looked at the spending power of affluent African Americans in “African-American Consumers: The Untold Story.” Even though African Americans have an exponentially growing spending power said to soon reach $1.1 trillion this year, mainstream corporations only spend about three percent of their advertising and marketing budgets in African American markets. To find out why that is, we spoke with iconic Black newspapers, magazines and radio station executives as well as major multicultural advertising agencies on the resounding importance of Black media, why advertisers must not ignore our market, and how you, the reader, can flex your spending power to empower your community… [ MadameNoire ] College Student Posts 5,000 Flyers Claiming Football Player Gave Her Chlamydia…Twice University of Michigan football player Jabrill Peppers is being slandered all over campus for being a “despicable piece of sh*t,” allegedly. She should’ve just cut her loses, but the woman wanted to educate others on the Clap… The flyer reads in part: “I know that you get checked every six months. Last time you were checked and found to be infected… in February. I’m not a math major, but 2+ 6 = 8. You got checked in August but don’t say anything? The Miley Cyrus Avoids a Banned MAC Ad for Publicity of the Day

Here’s Miley Eating her Panties to talk about how Miley was named spokesperson for some Mac Campaign over a year ago…meaning these pics came out over a year ago…and now the ad is being talked about again…because it was almost banned in the UK, which sounds like a strategy to squeeze all they can out of this campaign…like a fake publicity stunt… Advertising Standards Authority rules overall message of posters for cosmetics company was sexually suggestive, but rules it was not enough to cause widespread offence Thank god that worked out….. It’s safe to say that MAC cosmetics paid Miley a ton of fucking money to get Miley to endorse them…we’re talking million dollar deal.. It’s safe to say that they wanted to get their money worth in terms of visibility and exposure..they didn’t spend millions of dollars on Miley to not be seen or noticed. It’s safe to say they paid Miley millions of dollars because they knew she’s open and willing to masturbate on cam for Fashion Magazines and attention, to perpetuate her bullshit scam that works because America is stupid.. It’s safe to say that this is hardly scandalous, and this “Banned in the UK” story…is a lie or a massive inflation of the actual story.. It’s safe to say the only offensive thing about this ad is Miley Cyrus…she’s the worst….but not really..because at least she’s not Taylor Swift… Here’s she singing about getting high before getting MRI….. Ok fine, she’s amazing… The post The Miley Cyrus Avoids a Banned MAC Ad for Publicity of the Day appeared first on DrunkenStepfather .

In and Out ad Campaign of the Day

Here is an In and Out AD Campaign that would have cost In and Out over 1,000,000 dollars or more to pull off if it was planned, unless it was planned and they were the sponsor of the Billboard awards and did pay 1,000,000 dollars to make this happen, in what the marketing people would call and activation or product placement….because these girls are puppets designed to sell product…fascinating…but not really…. I just can’t imagine any of these girls doing anything like this for free…it’s not in their core personality.. Too bad this isn’t the last supper….for all this trash… The post In and Out ad Campaign of the Day appeared first on DrunkenStepfather .

Hannah Davis for Direct TV of the Day

Hannah Davis did the cover of Sports Illustrated and as a prize, got to book the ad campaign for DirectTV, a company we can assume is a huge Sports Illustrated sponsor, because people use TVs to watch sports, and DirectTV brings the sports to those TVs… It’s an insular, incestuous world out there..in the advertising world…and I guess that’s ok…it worked for Kate Upton…even if she ate the profits… She’s pretty amazing.. When Animals Attack: Camel May Have Killed Owner Of Mexican Wildlife Park Because He Didn’t Get His Daily Coca-Cola

That camel wasn’t taking that “share a Coke” slogan lightly! Angry Camel Kills Wildlife Park Owner Over Missing Coca-Cola The American owner of a wildlife park in Mexico was killed by one of his animals this Monday. Richard Mileski of Chicago died after being kicked, bitten and sat on by a camel at the wildlife park he owned in the Mexican resort town of Tulum. “The camel kicked and bit him practically to death, and when he was almost dead, he sat on him,” Tulum Civil Defense official Alberto Canto told the AP. “Between the blows and the weight of the camel on top of him, he was asphyxiated.” He said it was still unclear why the animal, which was in a kind of enclosure, attacked Mileski, and authorities were sorting through a number of versions, including one that the camel was angry not to get a soft drink. “One version is that he would always give him a Coca-Cola to drink, and apparently that day he didn’t give him the Coca-Cola,” Canto said. But, he added, “there are a lot of versions.” Rescuers used a rope tied to a pickup truck to pull the angry dromedary off of Mileski’s body. A statement posted by the sanctuary on its Facebook page said Mileski died Monday at age 60. “Richard lost his life caring for one of the animals that he has dedicated the last 15 year of his life to saving,” the statement said. “Richard founded the Tulum Monkey Sanctuary on his ranch in order to help rescue an endangered species, the spider monkey, from extinction,” it added. “But he did not limit himself to helping the monkeys for his compassion ran the entire range of species from dogs to ducks and horses to javali.” Poor guy. Following his death Mexico’s Attorney General’s Office for Environmental Protection said the camel, 13 spider monkeys, six deer, two emus, two llamas and a wild boar were placed under seizure orders, but were being kept at the sanctuary pending investigation. The office said the park did not have papers proving the legal ownership of the animals. The animals will continue to be cared for at the park by the manager of the facility. Dang. Hot “Controversial” American Apparel Ad of the Day

Apparently, this is a controversial ad by American Apparel, even though I can’t figure out how or why? Is it because of the nipples? Isn’t it time we decriminalize the nipple? Gays are allowed to marry, weed is legal in Colorado, I mean seriously people, get your heads out of your asses… Or maybe, it’s a hit on every clothing manufacturer, from Victoria’s Secret to the high every designers, who manufacture in Bangledesh, exploit the kids, pay them 5 dollars a week, make their building collapse, all to make an extra few dollars on your 50 dollar underwear, while taking jobs away from Americans… While at American Apparel, the only thing made in Bangledesh are the hot model tits….and probably some of their accessories…but we’ll pretend they are 100 percent Made in AMerica, even though no one really is… ALl I know, is that these model tits, make me want to go to Bangladesh and find myself one of these to buy for 5 dollars a week…but I’m sure it doesn’t smell very good there…
