(Photo by Prince Williams/GC Images) The Game On The Run After Ignoring $7.1 Million Sex Assault Judgment The game is up for The Game. The U.S. Marshals are poised to arrest the West Coast rapper Friday night during a concert, BOSSIP can reveal. The Game, whose real name is Jayceon Taylor, was supposed to appear in federal court Friday in Illinois to answer why he hasn’t turned over his financial information to Priscilla Rainey, who won $7.1 million after suing him for sexually assaulting her while they filmed his reality show “She’s Got Game.” LOS ANGELES, CA – APRIL 14: Jayceon Terrell Taylor, aka The Game, The Game x Sprayground Collaboration Signing At Shoe Palace attends at Shoe Palace on April 14, 2016 in Los Angeles, California. (Photo by Gabriel Olsen/Getty Images) But when he didn’t turn up, Judge Gary Feinerman lifted a hold on an arrest warrant and ordered the U.S. Marshals to pick him up at his show Friday evening at the Moda Center, according to court docs obtained by BOSSIP. Rainey has complained that The Game has repeatedly dodged her request for the docs so she can figure out how to begin collecting her multimillion-dollar payout. However, The Game’s lawyer asked the judge to throw the warrant out “in the interests of justice and equity,” saying that his client provided the financial docs in time for Friday’s hearing.

For four years, The Real Housewives of Orange County’s Tamra Judge and ex-husband Simon Barney have been embattled in a bitter custody dispute over their daughter, Sidney. In March, Tamra and Simon settled on the custody dispute , which gave Simon full custody of their daughter. But the drama is far from over. According to Radar Online, Sidney herself recently spoke to a judge, begging him to stop forcing her to see her mother. Court documents disclose that 16-year-old Sidney appeared at her parents’ most recent court date on August 24 in Orange County. There, Sidney “expressed a desire to speak with the court.” Sidney moved in with her father in October 2013, and he’s been fighting for full custody rights since. The teen was appalled to learn that the court recently ordered Tamra and Sidney to attend therapy together. In fact, she was so distraught over going to therapy with her mother, that Sidney asked the judge to change the decision . As stated in the court documents, Sidney was “extraordinary [sic] reluctant to see and have a relationship with her mother.” Could Simon be putting his daughter up to this??? According to the documents, he had nothing to do with Sidney’s meeting with the judge. The court documents later mention that “it is clear” that Sidney “does NOT wish to participate and will not go to ‘Overcoming Barrios’ [sic] with her mother.” Overcoming Barriers, according to its website, is a single-day family intervention program used “when children resist contact with a parent.” Surprisingly, the judge heard Sidney and decided that “it is not in the best interest” of Sidney to attend the program with Tamra. This isn’t the first time Sidney has been candid about her feeling toward her mother. In April 2014, she vehemently attacked her mother via Twitter. She publicly told her mother to “stop lying about everything” and claimed her father is “a great dad.” That month, explosive texts between the mother and daughter were released. “You treat me like sh*t,” Judge texted her daughter. “What have I done to you that you hate your own mother?” Sidney responded, “Wait, so what you’re saying is you don’t think us kids went through a hard time in the divorce?” “Well, your [sic] acting like your going through such a hard time and we have the easy life. … I can’t talk to you cuz I can’t trust you … Cuz u break promises.” It has been a difficult year for Tamra Barney as she struggles through the stress of parenthood. In addition to her fractured relationship with Sidney, Tamra’s son was arrested on domestic violence charges earlier this year.
Nebraska Inmate Makes Mistake While Self-Mutilating His Face An Omaha inmate carved the number 666 into his forehead , using a mirror as his guide…but with a poor grasp of how reflections work, he ended up making a series of inverted 9’s instead. But it seems it may have been his latest stunt in a bid to avoid the death penalty for his crimes. Via Omaha.com : Jenkins told a Douglas County judge during a recent telephone hearing that he “self-mutilated” by trying to carve “666” into his forehead. The problem? Jenkins was looking in a mirror. So he carved the 6s backward — making them look more like upside-down 9s, according to court officials. Jenkins reportedly told Douglas County District Judge Peter Bataillon that he carved the 666 — known in the biblical book of Revelation as the number of the Beast — because he is not receiving treatment for his purported mental illness. He asked the judge to order the Nebraska State Patrol to investigate. Bataillon declined. It is not clear yet whether Jenkins will use the latest self-mutilation to try to get himself again declared incompetent before he can face a death-penalty hearing. Jenkins mutilated himself last year, and Bataillon delayed his death-penalty hearing. It took a year before the judge declared him competent to stand trial. Jenkins’ disclosure of a Manson-style mark — the California killer has a swastika between his eyes — was just the latest antic in a case that has dragged on for 20 months. Somehow we feel like living out your days in maximum security prison with a heavily mutilated face isn’t MUCH better than going ahead and facing the death penalty… Douglas County / James R. Nice try big guy ! George Zimmerman’s Libel Lawsuit Against NBC Thrown Out The same judge that presided over George Zimmerman’s trial recently dismissed his claims that NBC falsely portrayed him as a racist by shortening clips of him calling 911 the night he murdered Trayvon Martin. The Orlando Sentinel reports: Circuit Judge Debra S. Nelson ruled that the former Neighborhood Watch volunteer is entitled to no money from the media giant. She issued a summary judgment in the network’s favor, meaning that unless an appeals court reverses her, the case is now dead. Zimmerman had filed suit two years ago, accusing NBC of falsely portraying him as a racist in a series of broadcasts shortly after he killed Trayvon Martin, an unarmed black 17-year-old, in Sanford. Editors shortened audio from a 911 call Zimmerman made to a police dispatcher the night of the shooting, making it sound as if Zimmerman volunteered that Trayvon was black and that he racially profiled the Miami Gardens teenager. In addition, Zimmerman accused the news organization of defaming him in a separate broadcast by falsely reporting that he used a racial epithet in the same call. The network fired two employees who were involved in the edits and made a public apology. At a hearing June 19, NBC attorney Lee Levine asked the judge to end the suit with a judgment in the network’s favor. Zimmerman is a public figure, Levine said, and could not prove that he was the victim of “actual malice”, meaning that NBC employees either knew what they reported was false or had serious misgivings about it. In her ruling, issued shortly before 9 a.m. today, Nelson wrote that that’s where Zimmerman’s suit fell apart. “There exists absolutely no clear and convincing evidence that defendants knew that the information published was false at the time it was published, or recklessly disregarded the truth or falsity of those statements. …,” she wrote. Zimmerman also alleged that the network intentionally inflicted emotional distress. Nelson shot down that claim, too. Sucksssssss to be you….loser!
Guess the cafeteria lady figured the teachers shouldn’t be having all the fun…SMH Woman Charged With Having Sex With Teenager Was getting some underage peen really worth her job and freedom? According to CBS Boston: A 36-year-old food service worker at a Weymouth middle school has been charged with forced sex with a teenager. Janelle Foley was arraigned Thursday in Quincy District Court on four counts of statutory forced sex following her arrest at her home Wednesday night. According to prosecutors, Foley had sexual relations with a 15-year-old boy around the holidays. An investigation is ongoing concerning a second victim, believed to be a juvenile relative of Foley. The prosecutor asked the judge to impose a $25,000 cash bail. But Foley’s attorney William Sullivan, told the court Foley is a life-long resident of Weymouth, has no criminal record, is married with four children between 7 and 15 years old, and is not a flight risk. He claimed Foley has substance and depression issues that may have resulted in a “lapse in judgement” and asked the judge to impose a $1,000 cash bail with GPS monitoring. A judge ordered Foley held on $5,000 cash bail with GPS monitoring. She must undergo mental health counseling. Foley will be back in court for a probable cause hearing on February 4. She has a “substance” issue alright, with underaged man milk!
All of this… over potty training. A Dallas woman who beat her 2-year-old daughter and glued the toddler’s hands to a wall because she was struggling with potty training was sentenced Friday to 99 years in prison. Family members in the courtroom sobbed loudly as the judge announced Elizabeth Escalona’s punishment. Escalona pleaded guilty in July to felony injury to a child, but her mother and sister had asked the court for leniency on her behalf. Dallas County prosecutor Eren Price said the 23-year-old mother of five had not taken responsibility for her actions. “Elizabeth lies to hide the evil,” Price said. Defense attorney Angie N’Duka repeated that Escalona was not a monster and that she was deserving of probation or a short sentence. “She is no monster. She can be redeemed. She can be helped,” N’Duka said during closing arguments. N’Duka said Escalona asked, “What about my children?” after the sentence was announced. Price said Escalona will be eligible for parole in 30 years. N’Duka said she plans to appeal. Escalona’s family has acknowledged their dismay and anger following the attack, but her sister and her mother nonetheless asked the judge for leniency. Does this horrible mom deserve 99 years for her crime? Source
A federal judge told jurors in the John Edwards trial that they must continue deliberating, just moments after the jury announced a verdict – on one of six counts. The courtroom was briefly thrown into confusion this afternoon in Greensboro, N.C. All sides were told a verdict had been reached, but once in court, the jury announced it had only reached a unanimous verdict on Count 3 of the indictment. On the other five counts, the jury was deadlocked. The Count 3 verdict was not read. Edwards’ defense team asked the judge to accept the verdict on Count 3 and declare a mistrial on other charges. The judge considered, but denied that motion . Judge Catherine Eagles told the jury, who has been deliberating in the case since May 18, must continue to work towards a verdict on the other charges. The trial centers around whether Edwards illegally received over $700,000 in donations to conceal his illicit affair and illegitimate child with Rielle Hunter . The nearly month-long trial at times sounded more like a steamy soap opera about his life than a trial on the intricacies of campaign finance rules. Charged with six counts of violating federal campaign laws, Edwards was accused of soliciting money to cover up his affair and advance his election bid. If convicted, Edwards faces up to 30 years in prison and be fined more than $1 million, although it is unlikely he will face the most severe penalties. Any lies John told, his lawyers, were to keep the affair a secret from his wife, Elizabeth, who was dying of cancer, not to advance his political career. In short, being an ass is not illegal.
