Source: Bennett Raglin / Getty Bun B knows the duties of a civilian holding down his family. The UGK rapper reportedly chased down the burglar he got into a gunfight with in order to ID the culprit. Reports TMZ : The Houston rapper’s lawyer,  Charles Adams , tells TMZ … Bun and his wife,  Queenie , met with the District Attorney this week to discuss the incident, and they have been reassured they are being treated as victims in the case. We’re told everything they’ve reported lines up with law enforcement’s investigation, and the suspect,  Demonte Jackson , is facing 3 first-degree felonies — 2 counts of aggravated robbery with a weapon and one count of burglary. Adams tells us Bun B wasn’t specifically targeted by the intruder — he was going house to house in the neighborhood and Bun’s wife happened to answer the door. Besides licking off shots as the man stole his wife’s Audi, Bun chased him down to take his mask off. … Queenie offered up her Audi in the garage to the suspect, which is where Bun confronted him and a gunfight ensued. Adams says after the man escaped and left his gun behind … Bun hopped in his car and pursued him. We’re told the rapper caught up and held the guy at gunpoint … then made him take off his mask so he could identify him. The suspect then escaped again. Is there any doubt that Bun B is a Triple O? Most importantly, we’re glad Bun and his wife were unharmed. As for the burglar, throw him under the jail bruh. — Photo; Getty

Dustin Diamond: I’m an Opportunist, Didn’t Write My Own Book, Used Stunt Wang in Porno

There isn’t much Dustin Diamond can say to surprise people anymore, and probably no way he can redeem himself, but darned if he isn’t trying. After co-star Mark-Paul Gosselaar and Breckin Meyer dissed Dustin last week, good ol’ Screech is playing dumb and coy in a counter-interview. He will concede Breckin’s point about his alleged penis size, though, acknowledging that the member on his infamous sex tape is not even his. “I put the thing together. I got a stunt wang. I’m not an idiot. I’m not going to really put myself out there. So I got a stunt person to come in,” he says. “And I thought, what if this thing makes $3 million? That’s nothing to scoff at. But after that people looked at me dirty, like, ‘He does porn’. No, I don’t!” “I faked that one at a chance for millions. I’m an opportunist, really.” Okay … that makes us feel infinitely better about Dustin Diamond. Also, in the wake of the Saved by the Bell trailer ‘s release, he says he didn’t even write his own tell-all about the show. Someone ghosted that $h!t. Dustin says. “It was written by a ghost writer. I talked to a guy a few times, so there were people up in arms, ‘Oh! He’s putting all this trash out’. But I was like, ‘I didn’t even write it!'” Saved By the Bell Cast: Then and Now 1. Mark Paul Gosselaar Zach Morris was every 90s girl’s teen crush, and he’s still a super hottie! Mark Paul Gosselaar has been on NYPD Blue and most recently Franklin and Bash. ‘It has my name on it, but it was written by a ghost writer .” “So all the things like that, the Fit Club , the porn, and the book were kind of like the one, two, three of the bad-boy image. But I’m done with that.” Needless to say, regarding his stint on Celebrity Fit Club , “I had to gain weight to even be on the show. I had to keep it between me and producers.” “I couldn’t tell the other cast members about it. And, like, I’m not mean at all. I’m the most approachable, laid-back guy in the world. I like to laugh more than anything else.” “But I thought that being the bad guy on TV would show me in a believable light to convince casting directors to put me in Breaking Bad , or Dexter , or Law & Order .” Obviously, that never panned out. But there’s always music? “I know how to control my voice and sit within my vocal range,” he says. “I’ve always been musically inclined. I had a band. I played bass. I have perfect pitch.” “I’ve always been gifted at that.” Gifted is one word for him. Dustin Diamond Sex Tape Highlights

Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick: Robbed of Briefcase Full of Cash!

A thief robbed Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick of a briefcase full of cash earlier this summer, because they obviously have those sitting around. Southampton, N.Y. law enforcement officials say it was Scott who reported the case filled with $4,000 was jacked from their bedroom between July 1-4. No word if Disick had alcohol poisoning during that stretch and that’s why he can’t pinpoint the exact day of the theft. We’re kidding. And sorry. Mostly. They reportedly think it may have been an inside job, as these sort of incidents are seemingly happening to the famous family with startling regularity. If you watch Keeping Up With the Kardashians online , you know Khloe got robbed in similar fashion, and Kourt feels the burglar is someone close to them. Nothing else was reported stolen and there was no indication of forced entry, furthering the belief that this person knew what to look for and where. Kourtney reported a similar theft in February at her home in Calabasas – in which someone pilfered $50,000 (!) – and this was after the Khloe robbery . In that case, someone ripped off around $250,000 worth of jewelry from Khloe’s home. That krime was also never solved, but the krew was suspected. Between Keeping Up With the Kardashians , and now Kourt’s Hamptons spinoff, the support staff working for the Kards has become a massive enterprise. Definitely sounds like an inside job to us. That or Lamar’s drug dealers are really stealthy and looking to collect any way they can from his former in-laws. 12 Photos of Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick That Make Us Wonder If They’re in Love 1. According to The Gazette: A 14-year-old girl mistaken for a burglar was fatally shot by her stepfather Monday at their residence in northeast Colorado Springs, Colorado Springs police said. According to a statement from police spokesman Larry Herbert, the shooting happened just before 6 a.m. on the 4000 block of Ascendant Drive, off North Carefree Circle and Peterson Road. “The initial call came in as a burglary-in-progress,” Herbert said. The girl was taken to an area hospital where she died of gunshot wounds. The names of the girl and her stepfather will not be released by police, citing an ongoing investigation, Herbert said. Random Ridiculousness: Atlanta Home-Invader Shot With His Own Gun By Victim After Putting It Down To Steal Money

These criminal nowadays are as dumber than a muhfugga Atlanta Burglar Shot With His Own Gun When He Put It Down To Steal Money Via WSBTV Atlanta Atlanta Police are searching for a man who was shot while attempting to rob a homeowner early Sunday morning on Desoto Avenue in southwest Atlanta. Channel 2’s Ashley Swann spoke with the resident, who asked not to be identified. He told her he and his roommate were returning home from work when they were approached by two men on their front porch, one of whom had a gun. “The guy sprang from the ground, over my rail, and was like open your door, open your house door,” he said. “I said, ‘This is it. This is it for me. God just make sure you watch after my mom and my sisters for me.’” The resident said his roommate ran, leaving him alone with the men. Ol’ beyotch-a$$ roomie… “I was like, ‘Man, there’s no need to go in my house. I’ve got enough money in my pocket,’” he said. In an attempt to get the money from the homeowner’s pants, the robber placed his gun on the ground. The homeowner said, “I swear, from that moment God said, ‘It’s not your time. Here’s the gun.’ We kind of tussled for it, and he leaned forward and I pulled the trigger.” The man said he shot the man at least twice, including once in the head. Bullet holes and blood stains now riddle his front porch. Just as quickly as the whole thing happened, the resident says, it was over, and both men were gone. He called police and said he’s anxious to know what happened to the man he shot, but would do it again. “I’m not scared. I’m gonna do what I need to do,” he said. Trill ninja whatup…? This Koon Dances On Camera During Burglary: Later Picked Up And Recognized From His “Signature Moves” [Video]

This Koon Dances On Camera During Burglary… Later Picked Up And Recognized From His “Signature Moves” [Video] This guy is a piece of work: The so-called “Dancing Burglar,” a teenager who was caught on camera busting a move during a burglary, was arrested Thursday, Galveston police said. Security video shows the boy dancing at the scene of a Duck tour truck burglary in Galveston. After the video hit the air, Galveston police got a call from police at Ball High School. “When we saw his moves, when we saw his swag, we immediately knew we were dealing with a smooth criminal,” said Cpt. Jeff Heyse. Ball High School officers said they recognized the suspect’s moves and sent Galveston police to the home of a 16-year-old student. “We went to his house, he was there, we showed his mother the video, his mother called him out to the living room,” he said. “She looked toward the suspect and said, ‘signature dance move what’s that?’ and he goes, ‘that’s my swag momma,’ that was part of the, I guess, confession.” Charges were pending against the 16-year-old and two adults. Police said the name of the “dancing burglar” won’t be released because he is a juvenile. Police said the thieves took a fire extinguisher. Turn the page to see the incriminating video.

Controversy Looming In Houston Over Videotape That Shows One-Time Brutally Beating Black Teenage Boy

An explosive videotape that appears to show a group of Houston police officers beating a black teen burglary suspect last March has led to the firing and indictment of those officers, and a flaring controversy. A surveillance camera caught the end of a police chase of 15-year-old Chad Holley, who had allegedly burglarizing a home. Holley goes right to the ground, face-down, hands over his head, as if to surrender. But then, reports CBS News correspondent Seth Doane, one officer appears to stomp on Holley’s head, while others kick him. One cop seems to land five kicks. Then, another officer punches him again, and again. As he’s picked up, there’s another kick. “They just started kicking me from there, and I blanked out,” Holley says. The video wasn’t supposed to be seen yet by the public, but was leaked by community activist Quannel X of the New Black Panthers Party this week. He told “Early Show on Saturday Morning” co-anchor Russ Mitchell he was “shocked” when he first saw the tape. “I was appalled,” he said. “I was absolutely angry at what they were doing, these police officers, to this young man who was on the ground. You could clearly see he surrendered, he gave up, and the beating he took was absolutely unnecessary. It was shameful.” “We hear these stories all the time in our community, all the time,” local NAACP President D.Z. Cofield told reporters. “We just happen to have one that was caught on tape.” A federal judge had barred the release of the video before a trial scheduled this summer, but then came the leak. Houston Mayor Annise Parker, who’d supported the judge’s decision keeping the video under wraps, told a news conference, “I resent any implication that we were trying to hide the tape. … We investigated. We turned that investigation over to the district attorney, we backed the district attorney, and we fired the officers.” Four officers have been indicted, charged with “official oppression,” a misdemeanor, not a felony. If convicted, each faces up to a year in jail and a $4,000 fine. Mitchell remarked to X, “Defense attorneys and Houston police say it will be tough for the defendants to get a fair trial now that this tape is out there, and they are blaming you specifically for putting this tape out there.” “I believe the people have a constitutional right to see the videotape,” X replied. “These are public servants in uniform, caught in the public, and this was caught on tape. And to say to the people that you could not see what they’re doing in uniform, in the public, is a disgrace and disrespectful to the citizens of Harris County, who have the intelligence and the ability to sit on a jury, look at the facts, put the pretrial publicity to the side and weigh the real information in this case. “The videotape speaks for itself. There’s not much science to it. So to say that a jury can’t make a clear determination of what they’re seeing and weigh the facts in this case here in Harris County is an insult to the citizens and the people of Harris County.” But Dick DeGuerin, lawyer for one of the officers seen in the tape, the first one to arrive at the scene, says he’s “very concerned” about his client getting a fair trial now that the video is in the public domain, “and all the judges that have seen this have been concerned about it. “I’m a lawyer. I respect the law. And I think that a case like this ought to be played out in the courts before a fair jury that’s not influenced unduly by a video that’s now gone viral. It’s ugly. It’s awful. But if you look at it very carefully, my client, for instance, all he did was he ran up and tried to get this burglar from escaping and also tried to get his hands behind his back so he could be handcuffed. And then he ran off and made another arrest. He was only there less than four seconds.” DeGuerin concedes, “If you look at the tape, you get angry. Anybody gets angry at seeing something like this.” “These officers are paid by the public, with tax dollars,” Mitchell pointed out. “Shouldn’t the public have the right to see this tape?” “Yes,” DeGuerin responded, “but I don’t think they have the right to see it right away. When you balance two constitutional rights, the right to a fair trial, and the right — the first amendment right of free speech, any time you have to balance one constitutional right against another, there has to be some compromise. The only compromise that all of the courts that looked at this said was, wait until the proper time to release the tape.” Mitchell noted that Quannel X has been “applauded by the folks in your community for getting this tape into the public light. However there are people out there, I understand you received death threats, as well. Why do you think there are people angry about this?” “Because,” X said, “many in the black community have always said that these beatings were taking place. Many African-American men make these allegations weekly in our community (about) the Houston Police Department. But this is the first time that we’ve ever captured one on videotape. And then, when the mayor herself publicly stated that I should be prosecuted for releasing this videotape to the public, that inflamed the community, and inflamed both sides, both police and those who want the police to be punished for this videotape. So I am in total disagreement with the mayor and those who say that the public had no right to see this videotape.” Source
