Joan Rivers has just been canceled from a scheduled visit FOX & Friends, and she believes her recent comments blasting Sarah Palin are the reason why. Rivers said she partially blamed the Arizona shootings on Palin, who she feels is “stupid” and “a threat.” Possibly taking this a tad far, aren’t we Joan?
