According to an insider, The Bachelor star and fiance of Whitney Bischoff turned into a mega-diva during the progression of DWTS: He “was humble and so sweet at the beginning of DWTS , but by the time he had been voted off, the sentiment from the cast and crew had changed.” “It started with Chris asking the wardrobe department to make adjustments to his wardrobe,” adds the source. “It seemed innocent enough.” “But by the last week, Chris was openly rolling his eyes at his costumes.” He was even caught on camera acting like an angry diva . So much, that at one point, Chris Soules made Witney Carson cry during rehearsal. Gradually, he’s “become obsessed with living in Hollywood, and loves the fame he got from being on The Bachelor and on Dancing with the Stars .” “Being voted off DWTS will be very hard for Chris because he truly thought the Bachelor fans would get him through to the finals,” the source added. “His ego is out of control, and he now has a publicist, and manager!” the source insists. “He would love to become known as a host for big events.” While Chris is busy loving Chris, we wonder what this means for Whitney. After Josh posted the photo above, his Instagram was besieged by fans weighing in Some were excited about the coupling, most felt it was a diss to Andi. Murray recently commented that he doesn’t miss Dorfman, and it doesn’t feel like they parted ways on the best of terms, so her fans are pretty defensive. However, Ashley tells TMZ that this isn’t what it appears … mostly. Josh Murray did reach out to her about getting together, so there may well be interest there, and they had a good time together that night at the bar. A few questions about her all-time favorite singer, that is, as Davis (whose Twitter handle is @Fergyonce) posted the results of a quiz she gave to her man online yesterday. “I gave my boyfriend a Beyonce exam to make sure we can stay together,” Allie Tweeted along with images of the final product. “He passed.” The possible future Jay Z to Davis’ Beyonce was required to score a 60 percent or higher in order to remain in the relationship, as the quiz started out easy enough (name three Beyonce) songs, but then evolved into a quasi essay portion. Dancing with the Stars cast member and former star of The Bachelor Chris Soules says his fiancee Whitney Bischoff is still friends with his runner-up, Becca Tilley. “I don’t really even know where to start with this one,” Chris Soules, The Bachelor himself, writes in his weekly blog discussing last night’s episode. That sums it up perfectly right there. He doesn’t even have to go on. He does, of course, delve into the drama-filled installment, which was jam-packed with awkward moments not even The Bachelor spoilers saw coming … “I had no clue what was happening with Kelsey when she was having her ‘episode,'” Chris Soules writes of The Bachelor Season 19 Episode 6 . “It wasn’t until someone told me that Kelsey was asking for me that I had any inkling something was going on. When I saw her sitting on the floor, I was so worried.” “I felt terrible that something I said had made her panic. I didn’t realize that telling the other girls about our chat would have that kind of effect on her.” “The only reason I said anything was because I was feeling emotional, and I felt it was only fair for them to know where my head was,” Chris adds. “I also didn’t cancel the party just because of that.” “I canceled the party because I knew who I was going to say goodbye to, and not only did I not want to waste anyone’s time, but I also just couldn’t pretend.” “I couldn’t look those women in the face at the cocktail party and act like I was still making up my mind. On The Bachelor season premiere Monday, the producers tried their best to portray Chris Soules as a sweet, normal, salt of the earth kind of dude. Which by all accounts he is. But therein lies the problem: How do present the farmer as such, but at the same time inject massive amounts of ridiculousness, drama and contrived nonsense into the proceedings?! This extended preview is basically a four-minute preview of a season that attempts to achieve this difficult, but sort of necessary balancing act. Does it have the desired effect? Anything seen in promos for the ABC “reality” show are so carefully spliced together, so brilliantly manipulated, the producers can sell you on anything. They’re the best at what they do, even if we hate them a little bit for it. So take everything you see in the video above with a grain (nay, a boulder) of salt. That being said, here are some of the main takeaways: Chris Soules is a simple man who just wants to find a wife, make the most of this great opportunity to find love and bring it on back to Iowa. Girls be jealous. And catty. “My idea of quality time doesn’t involve other people,” one says, in a familiar refrain from seasons past. Britt Nilsson , Kelsey Poe, Whitney Bischoff and possibly others are all seen in tears, while Kelsey (we think) gets treated by paramedics. Chris made a huge mistake and must beg for forgiveness. It’s made to appear like his slip-up involves boning someone in a tent.
