Snitching Pays: Tekashi 6ix9ine Scores $10 MILLION Deal With Former Record Label

Source: @JustInMyView / R1 Digital Tekashi 69 Scores $10M Deal With Former Record Label 10k Projects The “stop snitching” movement can officially be labeled dead as of today. Snitching team captain Tekashi 6ix9ine has proven that in this day and age, it doesn’t matter at all. After standing trial last month and telling all the Treyway secrets, many thought his life would be downhill but as we’ve all seen right before our eyes: that just seems to not be the case. TMZ reports that the rapper-turned-federal-informant has resigned with his former label 10k projects for an astounding $10,000,000. The kicker here is that this insane amount is only for two albums upon his release. This deal is sure to further conspiracy theories that he was an informant all along. Earlier this week, we reported that prosecutors requested 6ix9ine’s sentencing be moved up from 2020, and the request was swiftly approved. If he wasn’t going to be released, why would the court move up his sentencing? Last month, Tekashi and his team also issued a press release explaining that he WOULDN’T be accepting witness protection, either. So it really looks like whatever crazy plan he had seems to be working out. As for now, he is definitely one of the wealthiest people behind bars. Porsha Williams Having HUGE Fights with Dennis McKinley Over Prenup!

Earlier this year, it looked like Porsha Williams and Dennis McKinley were basically over a short time after their daughter was born. But Dennis re-proposed and Porsha accepted … but that doesn’t mean that they’re done fighting. In fact, The Real Housewives of Atlanta cameras have captured multiple blowout quarrels — because Dennis refuses to sign a prenup. RadarOnline reports that there is zero shortage of drama between Porsha and Dennis, and Bravo’s cameras are eating it up. “Porsha and Dennis have had multiple fights on camera,” the insider reports. The source clarifies that these heated disagreements are “about the prenup.” “They have had at least two blowouts,” the insider reveals. “That were filmed for the show.” The engagement may be back on, but clearly, they still have issues to work out. They clearly love each other and they’re both parents to a beautiful baby. So why all of the fighting? “Porsha has more money than Dennis,” the source explains. “And she wants to protect everything,” the insider reasons. “Just in case it doesn’t work out after all.” That makes a lot of sense. In fact, for next season, Porsha’s raise means that she’ll rake in $1.3 million  for the season. Porsha may be the breadwinner, but when it comes to reality television, Dennis is more than happy to play a part. “All of the drama is a big part of the show,” the source reveals. “And,” the insider adds. “Dennis is right there willing to film with Porsha.” He’s not the only one all too happy to pitch in to stir the pot and make Porsha more relevant and dramatic than ever. It sounds like drama may be a family trait. “And so is his mom,” the source shares. According to the insider: “They’re really good at getting the fights on camera.” And Porsha doesn’t exactly have to strongarm Dennis into playing along to help her career. “Dennis can’t stay away from the cameras,” the source characterizes. If we didn’t know any better, we might guess that they’re having these fights on purpose just to reinforce her importance on the show. Conspiracy theories aside,  Millennials may be “killing” the paper napkin industry, golf, bar soap, and other things that don’t need to exist, but they’re making prenups more popular than ever. What was once a thing for rich people and their trophy wives is now increasingly commonplace. Why? Because people have realistic ideas about marriage and divorce and understnad how much people can lose. The reality is that everyone who gets married has a prenup , it’s just whatever laws your state has about division of property and assets. Look those up before you tie the knot. Don’t want to give up a family heirloom or half of your paycheck if things don’t work out? Try a prenup. Any legitimate prenup will be reviewed by attorneys on both sides. If a prenup is unfair to you or would leave you destitute, don’t sign. We don’t know the details of Porsha’s prenup that Dennis is apparently refusing to sign. The thing is that, as far as Bravo is concerned, we don’t have to. If I put on my tin foil hat for a moment, it’s easy to imagine Dennis and Porsha agreeing to make a big stink out of it for weeks or months. They’d already agree on how the drama will end. In the mean time, it makes a very believable source of drama. We’ll see how it all plays out when the show airs. Lori Loughlin: Please Don’t Send Me to Jail Like Felicity Huffman!

On Friday, one chapter of the college admissions bribery scandal came to a close. In a Boston courtroom, actress Felicity Huffman was sentenced to 14 days in prison for paying an admissions consultant $15,000 to have a proctor correct her daughter’s answers on the SAT.  Dozens of affluent parents were ensnared in the FBI’s “Varsity Blues” sting operation, and along with fellow actress Lori Loughlin, Huffman came to embody the unchecked entitlement that led to such rampant cheating on behalf of already-privileged young people. When word of Huffman’s sentencing got out, thoughts turned to Loughlin and what the news might mean for her. Unlike Huffman, Loughlin rejected a plea deal  and plans to fight the charges against her in court. At first, there were reports that the sentencing might actually be good news for Loughlin, as it amounted to a defeat for prosecutors — a defeat that might lead them to offer a second plea deal. Now, however, an insider tells Fox News that even if a second deal is offered, it will certainly involve jail time for the actress. “If she’s found guilty, she will go to jail; that is clear. And if another deal is offered to her, which I don’t think it will be, she will go to jail,” the source said. “Her only chance of avoiding jail is to beat these charges. Lori is a smart woman; she understands that,” the insider continued. “She’s scared and upset, but she’s resolved to be strong and to fight this. She will do what she has to do to protect herself and her family.” Considering the charges against Loughlin are far more serious (she allegedly doled out $500,000 in bribes to Huffman’s $15,00) it seems almost certain that she’ll be going from Full House to the big house. She stands accused of bribing admissions officials so that both of her daughters would be accepted to USC as members of the crew team — even though neither of them had ever rowed before. Loughlin is still holding out hope that she’ll beat the charges — but that seems increasingly unlikely in the wake of Huffman’s sentencing. She and her husband — fashion designer Mossimo Giannulli — are playing the ignorance card and claiming they didn’t know they were doing anything wrong. But legal experts say that didn’t work for Huffman, and it won’t work Loughlin. “The government doesn’t have to prove that Loughlin and Giannulli knew what the payments were used for,” said attorney Neama Rahmani. ” The fraudulent application to USC is enough to support the conspiracy charges. And there is more than enough circumstantial evidence to prove that they knew the payments were for an illicit or unlawful purpose.” The source says Loughlin regrets not accepting the original deal from prosecutors, but he claims her reason for doing so is that she did not fully understand the charges against her. “She didn’t understand the entire nature of the charges against her, and she wasn’t even sure if or how she had broken the law. It was very early, and she didn’t have all the information that she has now,” the source said. “Based on what she understood at the time, she made the best choice for herself. Now there is no deal on the table, and she has to have faith that the courts and the prosecution will move fairly and not make an example out of her.” Of course, the reality of Lori’s situation has come into stark clarity in the days since Huffman’s sentencing. Despite her bleak prospects, however, it seems Loughlin still has not come to grips with the fact that she’ll likely be doing time. “This has been a rough day,” the source says. “Lori is going to move forward as best as she can, but now she has a little more clarity about what will happen next.”

Kim Kardashian Launches Shapewear Brand, Immediately Rakes in Millions

Kim Kardashian just sent a very clear, powerful and emphatic message to Kylie Jenner: Calm down , little half-sister, she basically just said. I’m still alive, kicking and, oh yeah, raking it in! For the past few years, the narrative around the Internet has largely been that Kylie is now the most influential member of quite famous family. Or, at the very least, the wealthiest member of this family, considering she’s officially reached full-on billionaire status . Heck, Kylie is even posing nude in an upcoming episode of Playboy, something sibling Kim did in 2007 and something that many are interpreteing as yet another way for Jenner to show up Kardashian. On Tuesday, however, Kim launched her brand new SKIMS Solutionwear  … and it sold $2 million worth of product in mere minutes, sources have confirmed to TMZ. Practically every piece and/or shred of inventory sold out in lightning speed, the source adds, marking unprecedented success for shapewear and undergarment brands. Meanwhile, SKIMS mgarneredde half that amount … in only a couple hundred seconds . Most notably, she originally planned to name it “Kimono,” but came under fire for doing so because that’s already a word and already a well-known article of clothing in Japanese culture. “I understand and have deep respect for the significance of the kimono in Japanese culture,” Kim told The New York Times in response to this controversy over the summer, adding at the time: “My solutionwear brand is built with inclusivity and diversity at its core.” Eventually, Kim changed the name to SKIMS. After selling out pretty much all her inventory in a matter of hours, Kim sent a message to followers on social media. “For anyone that didn’t have a chance to shop yesterday, we still have some of the shapewear still in stock in colors Onyx, Umber and Oxide and many of my must have underwear and bra essentials that are perfect everyday basics,” she wrote, concluding: If the @skims item you wanted is sold out, pls follow our Instagram page and visit our website to sign up for restock alerts! The Shooter: 8th Defendant In Tekashi 6ix9ine Case Pleads Guilty

Excerpt from:

Source: Michael Campanella / Getty The Feds have Tekashi69 and his affiliates in their sights , and they continue to drop. Another defendant in the conspiracy case against the Brooklyn rapper has pleaded guilty. By the reports, this guy was “The Shooter.” Reports Complex : On Monday, Kintea “Kooda B” McKenzie, became the eighth defendant in the 6ix9ine racketeering case to plead guilty, according to court documents. The defendant appeared in Manhattan District Court for his alleged connection to the shooting of Chief Keef outside the W Hotel in Times Square. McKenzie pleaded guilty to assault with a dangerous weapon in aid of racketeering, which carries a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison. Kooda allegedly accepted a $10,000 payment from 6ix9ine for carrying out the shooting in June 2018. In his guilty plea in January, 6ix9ine admitted to his role in the attack and named McKenzie as the shooter. However, in February, Kooda was granted bail despite the mounting evidence against him. Unlike many of the other defendants in the case, McKenzie is not suspected of being a member of the Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods. Interestingly, despite being named the shooter, McKenzie was granted bail earlier this year. “Today, Kintea McKenzie admitted his responsibility for a brazen shooting in bustling Times Square,” U.S. Attorney Geoffrey S. Berman said in a statement. “In coordination with Tekashi 6ix9ine and other Nine Trey gang members, McKenzie arranged to have another individual shoot at a rival gang member. We continue our daily work with our law enforcement partners to keep our communities safe and to vigorously investigate acts of violence committed by gang members.” Reportedly, the Feds pegged McKenzie to the scene via DNA evidence found on a discarded water bottle. Yeah, if the Feds want you, and you actually did dirt, you may want to take that plea deal. — Photo: Getty

Leah Messer: FINALLY Responds to Rumors She’s Pregnant With Jeremy Calvert’s Baby!

For weeks now, the Teen Mom-obsessed corners of the internet have been fixated on the rumor that Leah Messer is pregnant. Not only that, the conspiracy theorists believe Leah is back together with Jeremy Calvert , and that she’s knocked up with her previous baby daddy’s baby. It’s not completely clear how these rumors got started. As far as we can tell, fans freaked out when they realized that Jeremy attended this year’s Teen Mom 2 reunion show. We can see how from there, they made the leap to Leah and Jeremy being back together . But how they got to Jeremy putting a baby in Leah is anyone’s guess. Of course, sometimes when a rumor like this makes the rounds despite a total lack of evidence to suggest it’s true, it makes you wonder if there’s really something to it. After all, if people are saying Leah is pregnant despite a total lack of baby bump photos or any other convincing proof, then maybe there’s more to the story than meets the eye, right? Yeah, not in this case. One intrepid fan decided to take matters into her own hand and simply ask Leah point-blank if she’s knocked up. “Is Leah pregnant again?” the viewer tweeted . Leah wasted no time in issuing a blunt response: “Hell. no,” she replied. A number of Leah’s followers were amused by the no-nonsense nature of Leah’s response, with one tweeting. “You stopped that rumor dead in it’s tracks.” But in case you were hoping for another kid with an “A” name that’s way too similar to the names of her children, fear not: Leah says she would like to have another kid … someday. “I would want to have another kid,” she said on a recent episode of Teen Mom 2 . “I want to share that with the person that I am gonna spend the rest of my life with.” So it sounds like Leah is still single following her breakup with Jason Jordan . Either that, or she’s just playing coy about her reconciliation with Jeremy Calvert. Of course, if that’s the case, she may want to come clean sooner rather than later. After all, it’s not easy keeping a secret when you this many people trying to figure out your next move. Shenandoah Williams: Young and Pregnant Star Posts Insane Anti-Vax Rant

Shenandoah “Shen” Williams made a splash on Young and Pregnant , and she has continued to speak her mind on social media. There is more to her than being Bariki’s mom or feuding with Ashley. Unfortunately, not all of it is good. In a ranting post filled to the brim with wild conspiracy theories, Shen is screaming her anti-vax views to the heavens. On her private Instagram, Shenandoah posted a lengthy status, railing against vaccinations and against policies designed to curb outbreaks. “OK,” Shen begins. “So New York won’t let non-vaccinated kids in public after measles outbreak.” That new policy has been widely applauded because of how many children it will protect. “But once you get vaccinated,” she asks. “Are you not protected?” Shen goes on to declare that the entire vaccination situation is “bulls–t.” “They are so stupid,” Shen accuses. She then explains why she thinks that potential plaguebearers should be allowed to mingle with other children. “If vaccines protect you,” she suggests. “You should not have to worry about being infected right?” She then takes things in a much wilder direction, and gives voice to some real nonsense. Shen writes that she suspects that the “government is killing us.” Shen then lists a startling example to illustrate her conspiracy theory. “Like this HIV vaccine,” Shen suggests. We’ll share our guess as to what she means, but … unless we missed some major medical news, there is no confirmed HIV vaccine in existence. “You have to wear condoms,” she says, adding: “Get tested every three months and still be at risk.” “So,” Shen asks her fans and followers. “What do you think they are actually putting in us and our children?” Oh boy. “So now,” Shen expresses. “If we don’t put poison in our kids bodies.” Point of fact: the government actively discourages putting poison in a child’s body. There are even laws about it! But Shen clarifies that, when she refers to “poison,” she is referring to “vaccines that don’t work anyway.” (No part of that is true) “Our kids can’t be treated like the others,” Shen laments. “WTF are they really putting in us if the s–t don’t work?” she asks. Shen then asks: “Why get vaccines if you are still at risk?” “S–t don’t make sense to me,” she confesses. Notably, she could have googled those two questions and saved herself some embarrassment. Finally, Shenandoah tweets the tag: “#populationcontrol.” That was a wild ride from start to finish. To quickly address Shenandoah’s wild misunderstandings. First of all, not everyone can be vaccinated. Some people have allergies or compromised immune systems. These individuals rely upon herd immunity . That is, if they never come into contact with anyone who could even cary an illness, they cannot contract it. Often, these children are kids who are undergoing chemo for childhood cancer, or who have just beaten cancer. It’s a pretty sick twist for a kid to survive brutal cancer and then catch and potentially die of a totally preventable disease. But it has happened, even recently, because of outbreaks caused by anti-vaxxers. When she refers to an HIV vaccine — a thing that the entire world would celebrate if it existed — she may mean PrEP. That is an antiviral that, if taken regularly, can significantly reduce the risk of contracting HIV. While that is an ideal medicine for people who are at risk for HIV, there have been a couple of people who have contracted HIV anyway. it is, and we cannot emphasize this enough, not a vaccine. Vitamin C is not a vaccine against colds. Neither can be cited to “prove” that vaccines don’t work. Finally, her population “control” theory doesn’t fly. People in many countries have declining birthrates because of economic, environmental, and social factors. No part of her bonkers rant holds any water. Maybe Shen should go back to accentuating her butt when she poses in pictures. View Slideshow: Kailyn Lowry Doubles Down on Anti-Vaccine Stance, Is a Danger to Her Kids

Jacqueline Laurita Trashes Teresa Giudice as "Selfish" for Abandoning Husband

DING! DING! DING! We have a Real Housewives of New Jersey rivlary on our hands. And this one is nice, juicy and very personal. Earlier this week, on the final part of that show’s latest reunion special, Teresa Giudice spoke in no uncertain terms about the current and future status of her marriage. With husband Joe Giudice scheduled to be released from jail this month, and then deported back to Italy for committing a felony as a non-U.S. citzen, Teresa told Andy Cohen that this will signal the end of her marriage . She spoke rather plainly about her view on the situation as well. “I mean, unless my kids say, ‘Mommy, I want to move to Italy,” we aren’t moving there with him, Teresa said, adding of her four daughters: “Gia’s going to college next year; I haven’t spoken to Milania or Audriana about it, we haven’t gotten there yet; and Gabriella already voiced her opinion to me. “She was like, ‘That would be so hard for me, Mommy.’ She doesn’t speak the language. She’s like, ‘That would kill me even more.’” The veteran reality star went on to say these kids – Gia, 18, Gabriella, 14, Milania, 13, and Audriana, 9 — have “been through so much already.” Which is true. But it’s because their parents are selfish, entitled criminals. Each has pleaded guilty to bankruptcy fraud and each has served time in jail as a result. Because Joe never became a U.S. citizen, a judge decided in October that he had to return to his native Italy after he completed his sentence. Considering their family and the love we assumed they had for each other, wouldn’t Teresa stay by her man’s side through this difficult time? Nope! “I’m not doing a long-distance relationship. I’m not doing it,” she told Cohen, apparently appalled at the mere notion. “You know, I want somebody with me every day. I know exactly what happens. You know, I’m sure he’ll be with other women. It happens. We do the long-distance thing, it’s not going to work. I’d be like, ‘Bye, bye.’” At least she is making her feelings clear, we guess. How does Laurita feel about them? “I don’t understand Teresa’s decision to not stand by her man and keep her family intact,” she told Us Weekly . “If Joe is truly the love of her life and the father of her kids, you’d think she would go wherever he goes to keep the family together as a unit! I feel like they’ve been separated long enough! “Her decision seems a little selfish to me.” A little? That analysis seems a little generous to us. Teresa, of course, rakes it in as a Real Housewives cast member. And we hear she’s angling for a spinoff to increase her paycheck even more. Isn’t life all about money, Jacqueline? “I don’t care if I was making $1 million in the state of New Jersey. If my husband – the love of my life and father of my kids – said we were moving to a new state or a new country, I’d be like, ‘Bye, bye,’ and I’d get my kids together, pack up our sh-t and go with him,” he tell Us, concluding as follow: “That’s just what families are supposed to do. Ride or die.” We agree. But perhaps Giudice has a young and attractive reason for leaving Joe as well… View Slideshow: Teresa Giudice: Filing For Divorce Once Joe Gets Deported?!

T.I. Calls Leaving Neverland a Conspiracy Against Black Culture

When someone is praising Piers Morgan, you know that it’s going to be a mess.  With the release of the chilling Leaving Neverland documentary about two men who accuse Michael Jackson of childhood sex abuse, he’s a hot topic. But T.I. is citing an old interview of Jackson’s and claiming that allegations against him are merely an “agenda against our culture.” T.I. has, in the past, used his fame and platform for good cuases — such as marijuana reform. Unfortunately, this week, he responded to the Leaving Neverland documentary by sharing a 1999 Michael Jackson interview. T.I. begins his caption: “Pierce Morgan a real one for this.” “I would slit my wrists before I would [harm a child]. I would never ever,” Jackson said in the old interview. “If it [weren’t] for children, I would throw in the towel,” he can be heard saying. “I would kill myself. I wouldn’t care to live.” Jackson is saying that he could never abuse a child because he loves them so much. “Let this man speak for himself to defend his legacy,” T.I. writes alongside the interview clip. He insists: “Don’t just listen to one side and expect to find truth.” For the record, Michael Jackson’s side told its tale repeatedly over the years, in interviews and in court. Notably, the two men featured in Leaving Neverland  had helped to tell Michael’s side when they were much younger. But T.I. suggests that any current discussion of Jackson’s legacy amounts to badmouthing someone who cannot respond. “Oh that’s right…” he writes. “Dead men can’t speak.” “So what was the point again?” T.I. asks. Some would say that the truth is either always or almost always its own rewward, that it holds intrinsic value. Others would say that every #MeToo story, including those in Leaving Neverland, helps spread awareness of powerful sexual predators. But T.I. believes that there is another motive. He suggests: “Destroy another strong black historical LEGEND?!?!” Yikes, dude. “[There are] several examples of pedophilia in American History…” T.I. points out. That is absolutely true. “if y’all pulling up all our old s–t…” he begins. T.I. continues: “we gotta examine ELVIS PRESLEY, HUGH HEPHNER, and a whole slew of others.” He suggests that these individuals are “guilty of the same if not more!!!” We won’t litigate his characterization of those men, but we’ll note that Elvis has certainly been accused of preying upon multiple 14-year-old girls. Though Michael Jackson’s alleged victims were closer to half of that age, we believe that all sexual predators should be exposed and reviled. T.I. then implies that Michael Jackson is being mentioned as the result of a racist conspiracy. “BUT WHY US all the time?” he asks. It seems clear that he is also thinking of the recent and long overdue arrests of disgraced rapper R. Kelly . “There’s an agenda to destroy OUR CULTURE,” he theorizes. In his mind, sex abuse survivors telling their stories is part of a larger scheme. He claims: “These are assaults against OUR CULTURE!!!” “Make no mistake of it!!!” T.I. concludes. Questions about why the accusers are coming forward now are best answered by this satirical headline from The Onion . We understand that it is frustrating and disappointing when a celebrity or other entertainer whom you admire does something bad. But the “threat” to expose other accused sexual predators is empty. All sexual predators are bad. His suggestion that there’s some sinister agenda plays right into the arguments made by the likes of R. Kelly and Bryan Singer. R. Kelly has suggested that accusations against him are the result of him being a successful black man. Bryan Singer has accused allegations against him as being homophobic in nature. There have been real conspiracies against minorities. Abuse survivors telling their stories are not examples of that. If T.I. really want to make a plea and do some good, he should just remind people to not harass Michael Jackson’s kids about what their father may have done. Thomas Ravenel: Sued by Nanny For Sexual Assault, Cover-Up

Earlier this year, we reported that Thomas Ravenel was accused of sexually assaulting his children’s nanny  and then firing her. That harrowing account was the second accusation of rape to come out against him. Now, Nanny Dawn is suing Thomas over the assault — and the lawsuit also includes Bravo and NBC. Here’s why: RadarOnline reports that Ravenel’s children’s former nanny, Dawn Ledwell, is suing the disgraced former reality star for “assault, slander, and libel.” In court documents, Thomas is accused of having “violently and aggressively” ripped off her clothes in the January 2015 incident. He then allegedly forced his hand between her legs to assault her genitals, “causing severe and significant injuries.” Per the documents, Thomas then attempted “to engage in sexual intercourse” against her will. Ledwell’s team says that hs “conduct was so extreme and outrageous as to exceed all bounds of decency.” “And,” documents read, his behavior “must be regarded as atrocious and utterly intolerable in a civilized community.” That’s all heinous, and we already know that Thomas Ravenel will go to trial over the alleged assault. But why are Bravo and NBC included in all of this? Court papers claim that the production company and network “created, permitted and encouraged Southern Charm plot lines.” These were plotlines, they say, “that focus on alcohol, sexual encounters.” “And,” documents accuse. “The concept that male cast members, including Defendant Ravenel, suffer from ‘Peter Pan Syndrome.'” The papers continue: “and they are the ‘Lost Boys’ and Charleston is their ‘Neverland.'” In the court documents, Ledwell says that, December of 2015, she informed an employee of “Corporate Defendants” about the allegations. The corporate defendants would be Bravo, NBCUniversal and Comcast. We have no idea what sort of employee her team means. However, the documents accuse that the companies “failed to investigate.” It may be difficult to prove that this matter was passed up the ladder to the appropriate individuals. But it sounds like the accusation is that executives didn’t want to stir the pot with a scandal and cared more about ratings than justice. Ledwell’s team believes that Thomas Ravenel knowingly benefitted from corporate greed. “Corporate Defendants and Ravenel have conspired with one another to deter the investigations of assaults committed by Defendant Ravenel,” documents read. Ledwell reports that she has not been contacted “since the public disclosure of the allegations of assault in or around May 4, 2018.” While Bravo did make it clear in 2018 that Thomas would never return to Southern Charm , this was only after the scandal came to light. Did execs feel that public pressure and #MeToo forced their hand, or was this just the first that the right people had learned of the allegations? A statement was released at the time of the allegations against Thomas Ravenel. “Haymaker, the production company for Southern Charm, and Bravo take allegations like these very seriously,” the statement read. It continued: “Haymaker is conducting an investigation, and once all the information is gathered and carefully reviewed, appropriate action will be taken.” Since then, of course, Thomas has not appeared on Southern Charm . Dawn Ledwell has requested a jury trial for the lawsuit. Proving sexual assault is extremely difficult in our legal system. Ledwell is already in the minority, in that her allegations led to an arrest. (The vast majority of sexual assaults are not even reported to police, and even fewer lead to arrests and trials) Proving this conspiracy to cover things up seems like a longshot, even if it is true. Unless there is an employee willing to blab or a particularly damning corporate email, it sounds very tricky. As always, we hope to see justice done.
